    My order Order ID: OD[[protected]] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever.

      I Have Not Received Any Response From This Outreach Team.

      I Have Contacted Flipkart Customer Support, More Than 75 Times.

      I Firstly Want To Complaint Against Flipkart Customer Support Team In Regards To Disconnecting The Calls As They Please.
      Very Unprofessional Behaviour, Misinformation And Zero Follow Up.

      I Request You To Please Pull Out The Number Of Disconnects Your Customer Service Representative Have Done When I Call.

      I Need To Know The Level Of Escalation As Per Flipkart Terms & Conditions.

      And Details In Regards To The Consumer Readdressal Forum Of Flipkart.

      Now,

      Coming To The Problem

      I Had Ordered A TV 42inch Brand Thomson On The[protected].

      Received A Faulty TV (Screen Flickers And Poor Sound Quality)

      Raised Return Request Multiple Times For Replacement But Technician Visit Did Not Happen Even Once.

      Finally After Multiple Escalations And Calls And Complaints I Got The Replacement.

      But, The Replacement TV Recived Was Also Faulty. (Screen Flickers, Very Very Poor Sound Quality, Wifi Disconnects Etc).

      Again Had To Raise Multiple Return Request But Once Again Zero Technician Visit (Not Even Once) And Rejecting Return Request As Resolved.

      I Had Raised Multiple Complaints With Flipkart Customer Support Team Regarding The Same.

      Now, I Need An Explanation How And Why Does The Complaint Raised By Me Gets Resolved Without Providing A Proper Resolution To Me.

      I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.

      I Also Want An Update On The Actions Taken Against The Unprofessional Behaviour Of Some Flipkart Customer Support Team Representatives.

      I Have All The Call Recordings, And Different And Incorrect Information Provided To Me Each Time And Closing My Complaint Without Solving My Problem.

      Again, I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.

        reject ho gai hai

        Aur Flipkart kaisi senior ne bola ki agar is bar aapka return request reject hota hai tu to ham sala se baat karke aapka refund karwayenge aur unhone check bhi Kiya ki aapane sab kuchh properly upload kiya hai but aapka return likhke reject kyon Ho Raha hai to ham sellar se baat karenge aur usi time aapka payment karenge

        This order of box I got empty and my Flipkart talked to the customer too but my return request getting canceled again and again and again Flipkart customer by talking to new I got the complaint filed and in that I gave all the details asked from Flipkart, still I did not get refund. I just got a box and opened it and there was nothing inside it. please give my refund And in that 200 rupees were taken from me at the time of order and 1099 rupees at the time of delivery so total 1299 was taken from me - please help give my refund

              I did not get the product i ordered,

                    From past few months showing not deliverable for all items at my area Nizampet Hyderabad 500090. All other Amazon myntra etc are delivering in this area. This is not at all a good service by most trusted flipkart. Kindly look in to this on priority

                      Ordered Samsung Watch 3. Box was completely empty, with some junk paper stuffed in to give it some weight.

                      Have tried reaching out to Flipkart through repeated mails and twitter, but very slow response

                      Not expected, as I am a loyal customer for 5+ years. Really disappointing

                          Dear Sir,

                          I Have purchased VU Tv from flipkart with complete TV protection Plan for 3years on jan 2021.

                          In Jan'2022 I have observed the following issues in TV

                          1. Earlier when I bought TV I used to watch movies through external hard disk & recently when I have used same hard disk it is not getting recognized.

                          2. Screencast from Mobile phone is not working i.e, TV is not getting identified for casting while searching from mobile phone.

                          3. While watching any Program, TV is getting hanged & restarting/going to home screen with out remote usage.

                          Same compliant has been raised to FLIPKART & its PARTNER JEEVES SUPPORT on JAN 11 2022.

                          After rigorous follow up FLipkart service team informed that they are about to replace motherboard of TV (" after raising 3 complaints with JEEVES & 1 with FLIPKART & earlier complaints were closed without any response and intimation to me")

                          On 14th FEB 2022 a new motherboard was brought by the service personnel, while replacement I observed that the motherboard which is to be replaced is not the exact replacement & I objected for replacement. So same was taken back.

                          On 25th FEB 2022 Motherboard was replaced & at the same time TV has been checked for resolution of raised issues then in presence of service representative the following issues were observed

                          A. External Hard disk is getting recognised but after sometime an error is displayed " It's parsing this folder, please wait" this is there for 30min until TV got restarted by service person.

                          B. After restarting the files in EXTERNAL HARD DISK SHOWN earlier (i.e in s.no A above) are also not showing & same error in S.No A is displayed.

                          C. Screen cast from mobile also connected from my phone & then service person also connected from his mobile for checking purpose. After checking when I tried to connect my phone back, in notifications it is showing that it is connected but in display of TV it is not showing/casting & same with service person mobile also.

                          D. TV got restarted 3 times next day.

                          For all the above malfunctions, M/s. FLIPKART SERVICE or M/s. JEEVES representatives (Mr. VIKRAM & Mr. Ganeshan) have taken video recordings & photographs to repair & escalate from their office and informed me that they will next day for further checks & resolution.

                          After the above incident the service personnel not responded to my calls & with no option I have again raised complaint on 26th FEB 2022 to FLIPKART & JEEVES.

                          On 3rd Feb 2022 Mr. Ganesan has visited & informed that the External HARD DISK SHALL NOT BE USED FOR TV CONNECTIVITY & SCREENCAST WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE WITH VU TV FOR MI/MOTOROLA/SAMSUNG Phones and the above complaints are baseless & cannot be resolved.

                          I didn't understand 1 thing from above statement he himself witnessed the connectivity of EXTERNAL HARD DISK to TV & is getting recognised and watched 1 video for checking purpose & same for screen cast also.
                          After 1.5 hour argument with him & their technical support they opted for again replacement of MOTHERBOARD.

                          STILL I AM AT THEIR DISPOSAL FOR RESOLUTION. I HAVE DOUBT WHETHER I AM THE CUSTOMER TO THEM OR FLIPKART/JEEVES ARE THE CUSTOMERS TO ME.

                          I am completely fed up with improper TV functionality & their service. Daily I have been chasing for resolution & raised around 45 mails to M/s. JEEVES for resolution.

                          The service technician himself informed that these complaints cannot be resolved & if you require you can raise another complaint so that he will visit once again & close issue as resolved. He also suggested to stop raising complaints & sell the TV.

                          As per purchased complete TV Protection plan, the following were the clauses that I find as resolution

                          1. there is a BREACH of TAT (Turnaround time for repair completion):
                          as complaint was raised on 11th Jan'2022 & till today repair is not completed.

                          2. IF repair is not possible refund shall be provided:
                          technician himself informed that it cannot be repaired.

                          I humbly request you to lodge a complaint on FLIPKART for selling faulty products, bad customer service & JEEVES for BREACH of contract of TV Protection plan. Further I request you to provide the refund as contract of TV PROTECTION PLAN.

                          NOTE: I HAVE MAIL'S OF COMMUNICATION WITH M/s. JEEVES, PHOTOGRAPHS OF TV ERRORS & VIDEO'S OF TV MALFUNCTIONS. DUE TO WEBSITE TECHNICAL ERRORS I COULDN'T LINK AS ATTACHMENTS.

                            I have bought a Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile under Smart Upgrade Plan, Plan start date 03 Feb 2021 and Payment due date on 05 Mar 2022. But there is no option payment from 04 Mar 2022 itself. Also, I haven't received the alternative link for payment through SMS or EMAIL. Now the mobile has been locked and complaint under IN[protected] and the resolution time is 10 Mar, 11:33 AM. There is no call from the concerned team & myself speaking with customer care people daily three times, none of the person given solutions.

                            I trust this forum and register for a quick solution.

                              I have created flipkart account with a mobile number. few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                  Pathetic service, terrible experience i had, Really disappointed about the service of Flipkart. They reply sellers instead of Buyers.

                                  I have ordered( Order no. OD[protected] a product of creating idea folding stool in February 14th Feb, return request placed on 15th Feb due to color mismatched. pick up request made by flipkart but got rescheduled for so many days without reason. When the call back made to flipkart regarding the issue then i got to know seller denied to refund, I mean seriously is it my problem if seller does not have the same color i have ordered and now it became seller choice 'WOW and there is role of Merchant " flipkart " to escalate the issue with the seller.

                                  Untill 11th March, issue is not resolved and everytime i am gettting the same response about raising the request again .

                                    I ordered poco m4 pro 8 gb ram and 128gb rom but it came 4gb ram and 64gb rom... Immediately it took the photos of the product and i raise for a return in flipkart app.. They are asking proof of photos and i submit to them along with box, bill invoice, they're asking my adhar proof .. Again I submit the adhar and pan card proofs and mobile pics to their mails... They didn't respond to them and they rejected my return...

                                      One Xiaomi 11i order was cancelled on 23 Feb 22 and refund was initiated on 24 Feb 22. Refund reference no was provided by flipkart which is[protected] but Payment was not credited in my account. As per SBI this transaction was not processed . SBI system showing CBS transaction timed out but Flipkart is very unresponsive to solve this matter.
