I bought Realme TechLife Realpure Smart Water Purifier 10 L RO + UV + UF + Alkaline Water Purifier (Black) from flipkart.
Bad product, no such thing as quality control. First time it had missing parts, damaged uv filter, wifi wasn't working. Replaced it, second time there was a hole in the purifier water tank, wifi wasn't working this time either.
Both times I had to talk to this rude regional sales guy named subhash sharma (+91 [protected]). First time he refused to let me return the product saying just follow the procedure and it will work, how's a defective product going to work. I had to talk to him for half an hour just to convince him that the product wasn't acceptable. Almost as if he was trying to bully the customer into keeping the defective product.
Second time I told him the tank had a hole, he asked to send video proof so I sent a video of water leaking out of the purifier. He said it doesn't show the hole. How would you see the hole from outside. I got the technician to open it up and snap a photo from inside (attached here).
He was unprofessional and reluctant that I keep the defective product, if it was someone else from my family they'd have accepted the loss rather than argue with this rude guy.
He kept threatening that my return won't be accepted if I don't convince him that product is defective.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
