Don't buy from Flipkart

I hay ordered a Casio watch from Flipkart for my husband, order came and it looks ok.after 15 days i gifted it to my husband as our marriage gift. After my husband used it for two days we came to that orientation is not proper and time leg is there..than i write to Flipkart for the issue they told me to raise complaint with Casio.i raised complaint with Casio they advised me to visit service centre..i visited Casio service centre and they said that the watch is duplicate.
Now i called Flipkart that the product is duplicate and Casio is not entertaining me as they said product is duplicate.
Flipkart not helped me after cheating me with the duplicate product they said 10 days crossed we can't help you..now I am feeling cheated and helpless..i. am in shock how Flipkart has cheated me.

I purchased a Mobile micromax note 1 by Flipkart . Thare is camera issue. I raised complain request regarding product replacement . Corier boy did not me replacement product .he creat said that imei number is nut match which they have . So he did nt replace the product . N so many time I call customer care in Flipkart bt they did never satisfied answer . Kindly help me for replacement n send me right product..

My name is kaviyarasan my flipkart account number is [protected] my new mobile number need to change because few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My new number is [protected] kindly suggest for me

My flipkart account has been hacked on 9th Feb 2022 and within 5 minutes after this happened I have reported the same to flipkart cutomer care & escalation desk and also requested them to block my account temporarily and disable my pay later & gift card options immediately. Escalation desk has assured the reinstatement of my account immediately and promised that nobody will be able to misuse of my account till then. Unfortunately till this moment (17th Feb 2022) flipkart couldn't do anything though I am calling 10 to 20 times daily and sending so many emails. Due to the system inefficiency of flipkart the hacker has misused my account and I am in mental torture for the past 8 days. If my concerns are not getting addressed in a day or two without any financial or other losses and with compensation for all the troubles I have gone through, planning to escalate the bad experience to the concerned ministry.

I ordered my army men action figure which shipping promise date was 16th Feb 22 but it is not yet shipped and my birthday is on 21 Feb and I have to decorate it in my party

Ordered 2 ### and 2 pants but received in one of each and full price taken

Please let me know regarding the same. At least arrange a callback. I am

I have been charged rs 647.73 by flipkart. The bill has been generated today and I saw.
Y d hell this amount has been charged from me?
Please revert back my amount or else please specify proper reason of this deduction.

I order a MacBook Pro from Flipkart but was delivered a damaged product.

I requested for replacement and the replacement arrived at my doorstep but was rejected saying serial number of my product doesn’t match!

I contacted Flipkart customer service multiple times by call/mail but this issue has not been resolved.

I added giftcard worth of 3000 rupees and it got deactivated just after one day and it shows evg deactivate in transaction history. i got socked so i contacted customer care i told about my problem they put my call on hold and they cut my call. they didnt returned my money or provided any support.

Since my parcel was empty I requested for a refund which was rejected over and over again. Most an amount of 3010 rupees. Please take my matter into consideration and take necessary actions.

In January 2021, I received phones as gifts from an office colleague. The phones were purchased by my colleague on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.

Apparently, my colleague has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphones. Since the colleague has left my organization and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance EMI payments so that I can unlock my smartphone and continue using it.

I have attached the details of the passkey and IMEI of phones. I request you to look into the matter urgently and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

Flipkart nit refunding my money

I Bought a new iphone 12 mini recently at Flipkart (India). However, when I open and see the Health app, there is a record of steps tracker for the previous months (Jul, Aug & Sep). Does it mean, Flipkart cheated me on this sale?

I have raised the same with Flipkart Support in Twitter but I didn't get proper response. They wanted me to contact Apple support. They sold old product and wanted me to contact Apple.

My account has been blocked by the Flipkart stating the reason that the items that I am buying is not intended for personal use. It seems some kind of misunderstanding in the system.

Background -
I was trying to place an order in the weekend of Feb 6-7 and after placing the order it got cancelled immediately by the Seller and not by me. I reached out to Flipkart Customer care and they suggested that I can try placing order after 2 hours again. When I placed the order after 2 hours, It again got cancelled by the seller. And My account was blocked. I have rarely cancelled any order by myself. You can check in my shopping history.

I had stored huge money (INR 10k approx.) in Flipkart Gift Cards also. How will I be able to use that now?
I request you to unblock my account since it was the Seller who cancelled the Orders and it was suggested by your Customer Care only to me to try again.

As i have purchased a cushion and mug, the amount has been deducted from athe account but the order has been not placed do I get the amount back???
