I have prepaid purchase a product form Flipkart on 22/02/22 worth rs15999 and i cancel this product on 23/02/22 filpkart say me refund has complete between 25/02/22 but today 28/02/22 still not received my refund in my account and i have bank statement send from Flipkart please help me

Ordered a earbud from Flipkart. As there was a issue with the items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of the product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card and other details for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery person. Why I need to share my ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers like this?

As soon as possible my flipkart pay later unblocked ...if not solve problem I will definitely go for Amazon...bcz flipkart was best now days frude too much ...

I am a regular customer of Flipkart and using Flipkart Paylater service from last year. Recently when I checked my Credit Score, it was downgraded inspite of making all payments on time. I want my credit score to be restored and also deactivate my Flipkart Paylater account. The email id used for account is amitu.[protected]@gmail.com.

I'm a flipkart paylater user, i always pay my dues on time. But when I checked my cibil report i was shocked to see that I lost my cibil score. Flipkart somehow messed up and failed to pay idfc even though I paid flipkart before due date.

I have called and emailed them more than 20 times as of today. I'm fed up and now trying to move to consumer court

I have raised 2 times regarding the sign up issue with my phone number, to the customer care. They are only getting my documents and not resolved it is yet, It's been more than 2 weeks still not resolved, feeling frustrated, I really unsatisfied about the service and want to register complaint, please help me to resolve the issue.

I had purchased 2 units of boAt Rockerz 255F Prowith Fast ChargingBluetooth Headset on 21st feb online on Flipkart and paid 2098 Rs On 22nd feb and my order ID is - OD[protected] . I received the order on 22nd feb and when I opened the box there was only one Unit and I immediately informed the flipkart customer care.I was asked to share the ID proof which I had already shared twice on [protected]@flipkart.com and yesterday I was told by flipkart customer care that they don't have access to that email and they never receive any email on [protected]@flikart.com.There is no coordination between flipkart and the seller .Everyday I am following up with customer care for my refund unfortunately there is no update and solution yet and everyday I am getting a new date for resolution and my issues are simply getting extended .Immediate actions need to be taken on Seller and flipkart both for this kind of fraud business .I have had a lot of mental pressure in tha last few days .
Expecting immediate justice for my issues.

I am giving the return product and asking why you cancel my return yesterday he was yelling at me and spoken unparlimentary words and trying to beat my brother, neighbours of our housecame to stop him, i never saw any delivery executive with this type of behavior .he is worst, threating the ladies how you appoint these type of rowdies in your company.please make sure to take action against him otherwise i will make complaint in consumer forum court thank you

Flipkart has blocked my account while I’m trying to return a product. I have contacted customer support. They said they have raised complaint will get resolution through mail. The mail says account has blocked due to number of returns. But i have returned only 2 or 3 items. I want my account back.

I want to change my account phone number without OTP.My old phone is lost.i have no source of otp

I want to pay my overdue flipkart paylater amount. But my account was blocked for unknown reason.And I called the customer support team many times for help but not a positive reply from there side. If my account was blocked then how could I pay my overdue amount. Also my cibil score has been decreased for this reason.

Please suggest me for what can i do. I am ready to pay the less amount.

I had ordered a tommy hilfiger watch through upi. The payement has been debited from my account but the my order has not been placed. It says that the payement has not been confirmed by my bank. what should I do

I have ordered an office chair (Green Soul Jupiter High-Back Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Black)) from flipkart on 12-January-2022. Order ID : OD[protected]
Full Payment of ₹8513 was paid online. The delivery date was supposed to be 20-January-2022. The product is still not delivered.

I have been continuously contacting flipkart support regard my product delivery but the only responce they gave was we will update in 48 hours but nothing happened. And they went a step further and marked my complaint as resolved and asking me to do the same.

I have not received my product, I have not received any information about why the delay is happening, I have not received anything. But they have my money.

At this point I feel very much cheated. Why are they stealing from me ?
Are they trying to make money by cheating and stealing ?

I have never received the product.
I want my money back.

My Flipkart account is blocked without any prior information. They provide reason saying due to multiple returns. I have been calling customer support every day but they are not able to provide any solution till now. Everytime they ask to wait and give false hopes. I have been shopping from several years. The products had return policy and it was during the sale. Some sellers describe something on the website and deliver something. Flipkart has return policy but when the customer uses it, they block the account. I want my account to get unblocked. I also have paylater activated in my account and I am unable to manage it for the products I have already purchased.
