I bought this product on 13th February, 2022 and got the delivery on 15th February, 2022. The product was not as I was expecting and I wanted to exchange the product or To get the refund. But no option is available on the site. Being a Big online platform they are not maintaining their site knowing that the product purchased online will be exchanged or returned if customer don't like as customer don't see the product before purchasing. And their are chances that customer will return it after receiving. They have just made it a business platform just to earn money. I raised the request call from Flipkart customer care 4 times I told my issue they didn't resolved neither they connected me with the senior management. Very bad after sales services. I want refund of my product. Strict action must be taken against the company as well as the seller

    TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY WITH FLIPKART.
    Recent I have purchased Epson Printer, And facing some issues with it. And I've raised a request to return pick up of my unused sealed Printer. and also told them to exchange with another model of this brand.
    In the response of Flipkart,
    Flipkart team saying about so many policies. And denying to Return or Exchange it.
    The Readers Don't buy Any Electronics Products from Flipkart Like Printer Etc. Especially expensive items, Am writing this review for the Customers who faith blindly on E Commerce Sites. If you want peace of Mind and better services So go to your Local Market and Buy The Product which you want to buy and Relaxed forever because the Shopkeeper always cares you better than Flipkart Or Other E Commerce Sites, Even solve our issues genuinely .
    But Flipkart Team don't care about his customers.

      Have ordered "Monin BLUE CURACAO LIME SYRUP BLUE CURACAO LIME" from flipkart. The mrp they reflected on the site was RS.495 and were offereing 14% discount on the mrp. I paid RS.425 for the product. But when I received the product, the mrp of the product is given as RS.395 only. I immediately contacted the customer service department and no proper reply was received. This complaint is against Flipkart for neglecting what is being sold on their site and the seller for cheating.

        Previously the email was set in my email address [protected]@gmail.com and my friend have accidentally changed it to his email id [protected]@gmail.com

        Currently not able to get back to my initial email id

        And I have also checked the email id has not been assigned to any other account it has been assigned to the same user.

        There is no change from there side even after 10 to 15 calls.

            I ordered toshiba TV in Flipkart and i got the defect product.and rejected the replacement or refund.i faced same issue for Kodak TV.i bought after that 3 times they replaced and finally provided refund.with that refund i ordered another TV toshiba. I have raised 6 times return request. what should I do now i have raised the complaint six times but I did not get my money Back.                 I have bought two gift cards of Rs. 500 each vide order no OD[protected]. I have received the deactivated gift cards. Around 50 calls has ben entertained, emails have been entertained. complete error screen shots has been sent. No support. Around 15 hours of has been wasted on different calls.

                Totally A fraud by the Flipkart and worst customer support they have.

                        I bought a 10k rs worth of Flipkart Physical Gift Card on 7th Feb and received it on Feb 12th and when I tried to redeem the gift card it said the card does not exist and it has been more than 3 days the issue has not been resolved. The Flipkart Customer Support team is not helpful at all. First, they ask to tell about the issue and then keep the call on hold and never answer back and cut the call. Later after more few tries, they ask to wait for 2 days and after the wait of 2 days they again say wait 2 more days .
                        The order ID is OD[protected] please try to resolve the issue asap.

                          I made an order of mattress in Flipkart. The colour of the mattress shown in the website and that i had received are not matching. Moreover it's not the i needed. I requested them for replacement but their technician rejecting the request by saying both are same colour. How can i prove the truth? Already rejected my request 3 times. I request you to resolve my issue and make replacement and if possible with the size i needed.

                                Not providing GST invoice for Moto g31 smartphone

                                Motorola phones are sold in flipkart as mentioned by their own site i.e https://www.motorola.in/motorola-all-home.

                                But flipkart is not giving GST invoice for moto phone e.g moto g31 smart phone .

                                After enquiring and asking for for the GST invoice, flipkart is giving reason why they are not prociding GST invoice as they are adding some free offers to customers which customer never want to add .

                                I ordered this product on 12th Jan 2022 as soon as received on 18th Jan in few days I noticed the touch pad button was loose. So I filed a replacement request on 24th Jan which was accepted by the seller too. Then a HP technician visited on 28th Jan to check the laptop and declared it as DOA (dead on arrival) and sealed the laptop in the same box then when the pick up guy came to pick up the product they refused as the product was sealed and they wanted to check the laptop visually.

                                I asked then they can do I've no problem still they refused saying product is DOA they cannot open it.

                                Now the same thing happened 4 times in a row and it's been a month the laptop is sealed. Everytime I call Flipkart they only assure me that this time it will be picked up but no progress in this.

                                Lastly I called the seller and the wishmaster what's the problem was- they replied that the Flipkart has issued some checks on the laptop if the checks are there they cannot open the box because it is DOA. As long as check are there they cannot pickup.

                                Same thing was mentioned by me to Flipkart more than 10 complaints have been raised by me on different dates but none were successful.

                                Now I just want to return it as my work is suffering because I cannot use the laptop.

                                    My complaint is regarding non-release of cancelled items in two orders. I have raised the issue many times in chats, discussed the issue two times with your customer executives. But till date the main issue of refund has not been resolved. If my request for refund is not acknowledged, then I may be forced to go to consumer court for the same. The details of these two orders is below

                                    Order No. 1: - OD[protected]

                                    Total order Value= Rs 1286
                                    Only one item namely Dettol Skincare Germ Protection Bathing Soap worth ₹253 was received. Remaining items were cancelled by Flipkart.

                                    Balance amount: - Rs 1033

                                    Order No. 2:- OD[protected]

                                    Total order Value= Rs 773
                                    Only one item namely Flipkart Supermart Food Essentials Choco Flakes worth ₹212. Remaining items were cancelled by Flipkart.

                                    Balance amount :- Rs 561

                                    Total refundable amount = Rs 1033 + Rs 561 = Rs 1594

                                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 500049 for almost 5-6 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly all products from all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 500049/500072 from last 2-3 weeks. HOW SUDDENLY ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the pincode 500049/500072. Both these pincodes are in the centre of Hyderabad. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart customer support is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah. Ultimately flipkart is going to loose lot of revenue as we are all ordering required products from different vendors like Amazon, Tata Cliq etc. i hope at least this support team will escalate this issue to the right dept and sort this issue asap. Thanks.
