Ordered I'd: OD[protected]
Ordered realme Buds Wireless 2 with Dart Charge and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Bluetooth Headset (Yellow, In the Ear) item from Flipkart. As there was issue with one accessories missing, I raised a complaint regarding that. Now for the replacement of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is replaced it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am also facing the same issue. Flipkart is not delivering to my pin code 500032. Whereas things are getting delivered to the nearby pincode 500089. I don't know what is happening with Flipkart.
