I have placed an Grocery order num, : OD[protected] on 17 January 2022, and my account has been debited Rs 806/- for this order. The order was to be received by 21 Jan but now even after 3 weeks i have not received my order. I have called their customer care team but of no use they just kept changing my delivery date, first when i called on 22 Jan they said I will get on 27 Jan and later when i called they told 1 Feb, again afterwards they said 3 Feb and later 5 Feb like this they are just pushing the date but not giving me correct delivery date.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
