I have joined flipkart affiliate program in 2017. As and flipkart affiliate partner I have earned total Rs 7, 670. They released 2 payments Rs 601 on 28 September, 2017 and Rs 3, 828 on 28 June, 2018. After these dates I have earned 3, 241 but not yet received this amount Whereas this amount is showing as appoved.

I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

    My flipkart account is blocked as error show ` your flipkart account has been blocked. please contact our customer support to fix this. ’ while open.
    So please suggest me how to unblock that account, as I have huge number of coins and some amount in flipkart gift card in that account. I also raise complaint regarding this at flipkart customer care, I've messaged also but not getting reply by customer care since last Friday.
    Please help!

      Hi I purchased my Samsung f22 from flipkart and now I want other and exchange this phone but exchange time I enter imei number of my Samsung f22 phon error show ...imei number does not match with Samsung f22 model..why this show ..I also check *#06# ND setting there all same but not match why.

        [Incident: IN[protected]]
        I requested replacement request for two times and I got rejected the request. For two times, they said that no revert from the image. But in my laptop, the right side chasis is not glued well and if i lift the laptop, it pressed so deeply and sounds like pressing button. My family members started blaming on me for ordered laptop in Flipkart and my hope also reduced. I bought this Laptop on Mar 9 for urgent work. But i wasn't able to use it . I already mailed laptop pics and video. Now what can I do far from these? I want you to resolve the problem with in Mar 16. On that day, the replacement period will be ended.I request you for the 3 rd time for replacement. Please approve it and try to solve my problem. I am already depressed about my 60k rs for bought this laptop.

          The packaging was torn and the main item was missing. Foul smell was also coming from inside the package.

            Hi,

            I purchased tv from flipkart on March 30 2021 using hdfc Debit card emi and closed the Loan and cleared all the emi. Then on Feb 2022 I got issue in that tv so the seller said that refund will be provided since they can’t repair or replace the same. It’s been more than one month I have been interacting with my bank and Flipkart even sending tons of mails and call to both side but still I didn’t get refund of 23499. I can’t find who is doing fraudulent here. I got mail from bank stating that there is no refund reflected in my account for that transaction from flipkart.               I have ordered a neckband of realme brand named as Realme Buds wireless 2 on[protected] of cost ₹2299.00 prepaid via UPI and order delivered on[protected] but when I unboxed it I found that there is a fake product (first copy) present inside box so I raised a return and refund request from your app on[protected], after sharing all the required documents and images finally My return request got accepted on[protected], but pickup has been failed because wish master (delivery agent) refused to pickup on[protected], after that I have raised a ticket regarding same on[protected], and their support team replied that they will fixed it and order would be picked up before[protected] as scheduled but on[protected] at 00:00H midnight they cancelled the return request and when I relaunched the same issue on[protected] so they told me that it would be resolved by[protected] but on[protected] they rejected my return and refund request, and I have already raised a Complaint regarding same on National Consumer Helpline with Docket no. 3336416 on[protected], And if they will refund my amount then I won't file a Complaint in District Consumer Court.

                I ordered Dr trust oximeter from flipkart for my grandfather who is living in village. But the product we received was of different company, old, broken, and un usable. It is very bad to see that how can someone do this with medical equipment, there can be life threatened patients waiting for the product. They delivered product in 3 days and now when i asked for it after one week. I want immediate response from the company for this and provide me proper assistance.

Kindly replace with new one black colour mobile set.                         My flikart account got hacked by some stranger and I am unable to access yo my account and the hacker is utilizing my gift voucher money by placing some orders through my account.
                        I tried reaching out flipkart customer support for dozens of time, asked to help me get my account back or disable it untill my issue get resolved but nothing worked out. It has been three days now since I am getting this issue and no help from flipkart yet.

                          I bought Duroflex bed mattresses on 11 th march 2022 on Flipkart costed rupees 16000. The quality of the product is very poor fabric is very hard it is causing body pains. I initiated return request technician from flipkart came two times and said we are not responsible for this issue you should contact flipkart customer services for this issue. Then I contacted flipkart customer service they are saying technician is responsible. I didn't get proper reply. I am very much disappointed on flipkart. Please refund the money.

                            I am Anoop Kumar Singh
                            I ordered Motorola G 70 Tablet which we received on 04.03.22
                            This tablet ran only for one hour during which we inserted a sim card and logged in with Google account, clicked two pics and locked the tablet with a password.
                            Then suddenly the tablet hanged and the screen freezed.

                            We got perplexed.
                            We requested for replacement on 05.03.22
                            A courier person came on 10.03.22
                            He refused to replace the item citing that the device is logged in and password locked.

                            We explained him that we tried several times to log out and disable the password but since this can only be done if tablet screen would have been responding, we didn't succeed in doing so.
                            But he did not listen to us and left without delivering the new tablet.

                            We talked to Flipkart CS and we were told the the delivery guy has denied to replace the malfunctioning item on valid grounds.
                            We were told to disable the password anyhow and erase all personal data.

                            We talked to Flipkart CS second time and we were shamelessly given a Motorola service center toll free number to get the tablet set right because the tablet is in waranty period as if I own this tablet, as if Flipkart never sold me this, as if it is matter between us and Motorola and Flipkart has nothing to do about it!

                            Although we talked to another Flipkart CS executive who assured us that the tablet will be replaced.

                            Then according to an email received from Flipkart we tried to do factory reset of the tablet and we succeeded in it.
                            Now we are logged out whit all our personal data erased and the password disabled.
                            We were assured that now we fullfilled the conditions of replacement.

                            But to our shock the courier person again denied to replace the item on 12.03.22 citing that the tablet screen is not working.

                            Wow

                            This was precisely the reason why we are returning the product and the delivery guy is producing the same reason for not replacing it, as if I am selling this tablet to Flipkart and as if it is my duty to sell a flawless product.

                            On both occasions, the delivery guys did not perform proper validation process. They only took instructions from their superior who instructed them over phone not to take back the dysfunctional MOTO G 70 Tablet and they left our doorstep.

                            The Flipkart CS is since then only misleading us, giving us false assurances, telling us that the tablet will be replaced sooner.

                            But on ground, we are facing unspeakable ailments.
                            Our issue is still waiting to be resolved.

                                I have bought Mobile on Flipkart upgrade plan and after one year I have to pay due amount on 24 Oct 2020 but on app there is no payment option since then I am calling Flipkart for this issue everyone they said wait we've raised this issued etc etc. It's been more than 3 months my mobile is locked due to which I am not able to continue my work. Day before yesterday they sent me link over mail and SMS and I have paid the due amount but my mobile is still locked. I have called them they said to wait till 16th March. I mean this is very ridiculous. I could not appear for interviews as my application form is in this device. Now money Paid all done when will my mobile unlocked. I have to wait for 3 months more. This is very depressing. This is not expected from the company like Flipkart. Fake promises and fake resolutions.

                                    I bought Marq 1.5 ton ac 2 years back. The ac stops cooling in every 30-45 days. Raised complaint with Flipkart’s service partner Jeeves 20 times in last 2 years atleast. The warranty is also gonna expire soon.
                                    My house has became hangout spot for ac technicians. The worst part is every technician they send, asks for some extra money even it’s in warranty.

                                    Marq and their service is Big Scam stay away from it. I’ve raised complaints since initial 6 technician visits that I don’t want to get it repaired, please remove it and refund my money. No actions, no replies, rude executives and technicians.
