I Have ordered DELL Inspiron Ryzen 5 Quad Core 3450U - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10) Inspiron 3505 Notebook (15.6 Inch, Soft Mint, 1.83 KG, With MS Office) on Flipkart, but they delivered me Ryzen 3 processer on 23rd of Jan-2022, Returned the product on the same date, also spoken with executive and they said replacement not available so that we can refund the amount, i said ok for that. After few days they want me to file a FIR case, for that they need my sing on the petition, i said I don't want to file a case on the seller, do it from our end. They said ok and ready to refund the amount. Now they are cancelling my refund request by telling different stories. Each executive telling different story, and closing the ticket as issue resolved. Now i want my refund, as I am waiting from last 10 days. one time they are saying replacement is not possible we can refund, one time they are saying refund is not possible we can replace the product. On the name policies they simply wasting my time. Now they are telling the Seller itself cancelling the refund as the product comes under replacement policy and the product is available to replacement, but earlier they said product is not available with the seller, so that we can only give refund. Other agent telling you didn't bought the product from Flipkart, you bought it from the Seller and Flipkart is just a market place

Shared the required documents they requested, but they are not caring about my issue. Please help me to get my refund.

    Dear Sir,

    Regarding: Return ID[protected]

    Ref: Order No. OD[protected]LG 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star.

    This email is in connection to the product I had purchased on your E-Commerce site, flipkart via Order No. OD[protected]LG 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star. The product was purchased by us on 30th January 2022. The product was delivered to us on[protected].

    The product after been delivered on[protected] and a request for installation was raised from our end and on the same day the concern technician from the LG company had visited our premises for installation. The fridge has only two legs in the front, which needed to be adjusted for proper balancing of the fridge, after several failed attempts from the technician in making the fridge to balance properly, he realized that the fridge from the back, at the right side corner down, which is having a metal plate, is dented as a result of which the balance of the fridge is not getting set and he had requested us to ask for replacement of the same since it was very well within the replacement policy and the time for replacement was also there.

    The request for replacement and return was requested on the same day[protected] from our end and the same was put on hold for want for pics of the delivered product to be verified by the seller for processing of the return and replacement request.

    The return request page is having a option showing upload pics, but when we are trying to trying to use that option to upload the pic, we are not getting any option of attachment or so to upload the pic and every time the page goes back to the status page only. After several failed attempts we got in touch with your call center officials on[protected] stating our problem of our inability to use the option o[censored]pload pic to solve our request for request with replacement. We are advised to do the below mentioned options:

    1) Uninstall and install the APP and try again to upload pics.

    2) To use the website version of the APP

    Despite doing all this we were unable to upload the pics, by using the upload option as the page kept on going back to the status screen only.

    Based on this issue, we once again approached the representative working at the call center end, where they asked to send the pics via the mail id [protected]@flipkart.com.The same was done the next second without any delay from our end.

    In spite of doing all this our request is yet not processed and the status of the return / request is yet at the same image verification page only. It has been a long time, since we have been waiting for the replacement product to be delivered at our premises. We were supposed to get the product delivered today, i.e[protected], but yet the replacement request has not got processed at your end.

    Every time we are trying to contact the call center, all we are being informed is to just wait, wait and wait, without been given any proper resolution to the query. It has been a long time since we have waited and more that this, I don’t suppose a person can wait. Every time we just be told that the concern official will call u before 9.00 Pm today, but so far in this 3 day we have not received any call.

    Every day I keep getting any automated call from your flipkart office asking me to upload the pics so that my return request can be processes from your end, getting this call everyday asking me to do something which I am unable to do, due to the problem in your website, is like a mental torture to me, because instead of getting a call telling me how to resolve the issue, I am getting a call telling that I must do something which I am unable to do, or which I have already shared via the mail. A lot of mental agony and dissatisfaction has been caused from your end towards the purchase of this product to me, for not providing any proper resolution for the query asked.

    The sole purpose of purchasing a fridge was to gift to my mother, but the same has gone in vain, since from past 4 days the fridge is there, but the same is of no use, as its just kept in a corner without been operated due to the defected product received from your end to us.

    Kindly respond to the following question from your end to me,

    1) Do the sellers have a policy of removing out their defective products by offering discounts .

    2) when will the query be resolved at your end.

    3) when can I expect the delivery of the product.


    Please not failing to reply back to the query asked by me by today EOD, I will be taking it up via social media to be heard better by you and as a last resort I will have to go to consumer court to sort the mental torture and the mental agony caused at your end to me.

      Hi,
      I have ordered a Mobile (Samsung Galaxy F12) on Flipkart on 17th Jan 22 (Order ID: OD[protected] and paid the amount by my Credit Card. That order talking was fine till the delivery person came on 24th Jan 22 (no information SMS from Flipkart for delivery), when the delivery person came to my home, I was not present at home but my wife was there, but he refused to pick my old phone (RedMi Note 3, that was have to give in exchange and was in working condition) reason not exactly known for the same refusal. When I have called him up on phone, he told me that he is not picking up the old phone right now and his will pick that up next day (25th Jan) or day after next day (26th Jan) and will deliver my new phone at the same time. After this I got an SMS from EKart for Reattempting the delivery, on which I have requested reattempt for the same on the same day (24th Jan 22). On 25th Jan I also raised an issue on Flipkart for my order delivery as on their portal it was showing customer rejected. Customer support told me that the issue will be resolved on or before 31st Jan 22. When I asked, why so much time they will take to resolve the simple delivery (Which is kept at my nearest Hub, they the support team told that it will be resolved. since that day (25th Jan) I was tried many times and asked them to deliver my phone even if they don't want to pick my old phone I will give gap of the payment, I have got the same answer that they will deliver. even on 31st Jan when I asked that today is 31st Jan, then they have told that they will update at 9pm. when I have not got any update at 9pm on 31st Jan, I raised a call back request, then the customer support told me that my order has been cancelled and will not process further, then I have asked them why they have taken 7 days to just update me that order has been cancelled and why they have not delivered my mobile even after so many requests from my side and asked them to connect me with some senior level. I have got call from a person on 1st Feb morning, he told me that he is a senior member from customer support team from Filpkart. But still he told me that order has been cancelled and can’t be processed further and told me to order again and he can’t help further in this matter and refund will be processed.

      That was a good deal price for me (Special Price Rs.9699) on which I have got Rs.750 instant cashback on ICICI Card payment and Rs.2000 for my old mobile exchange (after removing Rs.100 pickup charges). The final amount I have to pay was Rs.6949. The order was prepaid that I have paid by Credit Card and now bill has been generated for the same. Now I am feeling helpless as I have missed the scheme on same phone on Samsung Online (that was for limited time) same phone was at 9499 (old phone value was 2700 and instant cashback on HDFC Card was 950) and also missed on Flipkart too.

        I had ordered a laptop MSI katana GF66 core i7 11gen on 27th January 2022
        and I received on 29th January 2022 when I opened the box then open the laptop try to turn on it was not getting turned on and I plugged in the charger kept for 30 minutes for charging still it was not getting turned on after that I requested for return on same day they gave me a time for technician visit by 4th February 2022 but there was no technician visit nor they have assigned any technician I tried to contact Flipkart more than 20 times every time they giving different reasons I tried to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com I didn't get any reply I got a call from MSI I didn't get any help from them also again I tried to contact Flipkart they have very bad customer support I gave ₹92900 in advance I am from middle class house I bought this laptop from hard work savings I want to return this laptop and I want my money back I don't want it anymore I was feeling helpless at the end I filled my complaint at consumer forum I need help now I don't want this laptop I waited a lot for my new laptop now I want to my money back ₹92990

          I bought a nintendo switch lite Dialga and Palkia edition which was delivered to me on 26/01/22. But when I opened the package it was just a normal cheaper model nintendo switch lite. It was not as per the listing and I was quite upset with the discovery. Since the package was very beaten up I was afraid and did a video recording of the same and hence thankfully I have recorded evidence. I placed a replacement request on 26th of January itself but today is 5/02/2022. Talking with customer care has not landed me anywhere. 72 hours resolution has become a week now. I am tired of reopening the case. They mark it as resolved but nothing.

          The customer care was understanding and after a short delay the issue has been resolved. Please check seller ratings before order. Getting the replacement was tedious but finally the issue is taken care of by flipkart.

                Vu Defective smart tv received

                Vu Android tv worth Rs. 22999 have been ordered via order Id OD[protected] on 20.12.2021 and delivered by 26.12.2021. But the product found defective as audio of speaker some time comes and also hdmi 1 not working. After some day I faced new issue like remote not working sometimes and it's battery drain in just 2 days. I have changed around 4 times Duracell battery.
                Return requested on 06.01.2022 but no progress shown by Flipkart...

                    I ordered Cellbell c104 chair on 07-jan-2022. They changed the order delivered date more then 5 times.
                    Delivery date: 14-jan, 20- jan, 31-jan, 03-jan. Still they changing the date but i didn't get the product.
                    I got a call from cellbell and they said i can't get chair and cancel the order in flipkart.
                    Flipkart customer care person said we can't provide a cancel option to customer after 24 hours on ordered date.

                    I already paid money for chair Rs.3509.

                      I had purchased a trimmer on flipkart on 27th of November 2021 with advance payment. But then Flipkart failed to deliver it on expected date. A new deadline was given but they again failed to deliver. After past so many deadlines, they recommended to cancel the order and subsequently make a new order. So I cancelled the order on 5th of January 2022 and the customer helpline told me that you will be refunded soon when the product reaches back to the seller. But almost a month later, I am yet to receive a refund. And every time I try to reach the customer support, they only tell me wait for 24 hours. Some even hang up after listening my grievance. So rude.
                      So how can I get my refund??

                        I have ordered an office chair (Green Soul Jupiter High-Back Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Black)) from flipkart on 12-January-2022. Order ID : OD[protected]
                        Full Payment of ₹8513 was paid online. The delivery date was supposed to be 20-January-2022. The product did not get delivered. App showed that the delivery date has be changed to 23-January-2022. But the product did not get delivered on that day also. Then I contacted flipkart support and spoke with the executive like at least for 15 time via phone call. But the reply they gave was "We will update in 24 hrs", but no update came even after 24 days. The product which I ordered is still not delivered and no information on when it will get delivered.
                        I would I like to know will it get delivered and when it will get delivered, if not then please help me to refund my money back.

                        35 days have passed and still I have not received the product, Inspite of paying the full bill amount. I believe this is a scam well organized by flipkart and its employees. Please help me to refund my money back, it is so frustrating. Why should they have my money when they are not going to send me the product. So please help me to get my money back.

                            I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the way flipkart have handled my last order. It was a birthday gift which has turned out to be a harassment for me as well as to the person for whom I have ordered it. I have been calling them every day but no one from their team has ever bothered to contact me for any confusion. What pathetic service. They cancelled my order without letting me know after so many days of chasing up and when I called up the customer service executive Sonia with whom I last spoke with put me on hold for half an hour and finally hung up on me. Shame to this brand name. I would like them to go through the last call history and check how many times I have called their guys for such a small thing and they have always assured me that it will be intimated to the concern person than why have they cancelled my order??? And on the top have updated the issue status as resolved

                              Actually I taken a laptop in the Flipkart and it is fully hanging while using the laptop and I raise a refund and they will provide for technician visit after 11 days from placing of refund but technician will it not come and check and they cancel the rufund and I asked the executive of Flipkart what they told is sir we need to provide DOS certificate for refund and I contact asus, then what they told for me is sorry we will provide only dos certificate from the purchase of 7 days only now not possible, but Flipkart is cancel my request after 11 days this is very ridiculous from the Flipkart plse solve my problem

                                  My flipkart account got hacked, the hacker changed the email Id and the phone number of my account and now I am not able to login into my flipkart account.
                                  My account has all my credit and debit card details and pay later service enabled having the limit of 70000.

                                  I have registered the complaint on flipkart on 1st February 2022 and taken the followup several times but they have the worst customer care service, everyday they are saying that it will be resolved in 24 hours but no resolution has been provided yet.

                                  Their customer care executive put the call on hold saying that they are checking the details and then they disconnect the call. This is seriously so unprofessional.

                                  I am really fed up with flipkart and I need the solution as soon as possible.
