    I have ordered hp pavillion gaming laptop on 28 jan and order will be delivered 30 jan. On 30 jan they said order will be delivered on 2 feb. On 2 feb at night they said that the seller has cancelled my order and give me so called 2000rs gift card if i will make fresh order of same product whose price they have increased by 4000rs. And money not refunded yet they are saying that when seller will get the product then i will get my money back and the date is some 11 feb. I can't understand my mistake and why are they making me suffer that much. Not even refunding my money so i can purchase from another medium. I am ordering laptop for my online classes and test and they have just ruined my studies. This is first time in my life i am purchasing a laptop and you can think about the excitement but they have ruined that part of my life and even this is the first laptop or pc in my house they have just ruined my excitement and studies as well.

      I purchased above mentioned product from Flipkart.com on 20jan 2022 for ₹2799
      My order I’d was : OD[protected]

      Product got delivered on 25 February 2022
      After receiving the product I find the packaging was okay no visible signs of wear and tear so I accepted it but after opening the outer packing provided by Flipkart I found that the seal of the main box was open so I got suspicious and started to record the video and found out the product was of totally different brand(boult instead of noise)in same white colour I ordered . So I mentioned this issue same day as soon as possible to Flipkart customer support team and asked for help so they told me this happens sometimes due to packaging error and assured me to replace this product with the right one and asked me for a time period of 24hrs but suddenly I got an email that replacement has rejected without expectations so I again called then and asked that why this happened they said provide us your official ID proof from both side (such as Aadhar, voter id, or DL) with product photos so send them everything they asked for and kept and record over the process but every time the ask me for 24hrs but it’s been more than week 11 days to be exact but there’s no resolution of my problem even after multiple calls and emails this is really unacceptable.

      So, I request to the esteemed court take look at my concern and took strict actions against this company and resolve my problem by providing me full refund against my order and consolidation for misguiding me and wasting my time even I’m a regular customer from many years…. Thanks

        I had order a phone realme 8i of 11749 on 31 Jan 2022. The order on next day was shipped and get released from Kolkata but when I tracked on evening it got cancelled by seller . There was a offer of 2250 off on my phone. So when I want to reorder the phone next day the price was 14000.
        How is this possible. This is such a rudeful experience from Flipkart . However I order approx 15 quantity every month. Don't believe on Flipkart offers and don't order on last day of any offer . They can do such for you also.

          I would like to inform you that i have order (Order ID - OD[protected] a car vacuum cleaner from flipkart but that is no working that’s why i register replacement request, item has been replaced but same problem are coming in replaced item then i register return request 4 times because return request was accepted by flipkart but every i got a Pickup Cancelled: Pickup of Flipkart SmartBuy FKSB... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product.             For the last 8months I have been trying to get my money back by canceling my Air India ticket with Flipkart Travel but these people are not canceling my ticket and they are not even giving me refund for my ticket and this ticket was not cancelled by me it was cancelled by travel banned by canada and air india said that they will give full refund to their cutomer but they are not and flipkart travel are saying that the airline is not sending money so how can we give you money? they are telling me about this thing since more then 8 months so please solve this problem and help me getting my full refund amount.               In February 2022, i checked my cibil report and found there is personal loan of 2000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which i never applied before. As well i don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank.

              This thing came to my knowledge when my home loan ( Loan Application no: HOU/RAI/1121/931548 from PNBHFL) is about to be disbursed at the final stage through PNBHFL and this CIBIL score which is again checked by the PNBHFL for meeting some final disbursement criteria.
              As a result my CIBIL Score get a disastrous effect from 759 (October/2021) to below 700...

              While i contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account but flipkart's customer care number not even connecting to executive as well no option available to raise case.
              I am waiting to get this loan closed for which i never applied.

              As per their scrutiny done through my CIBIL report, it has been shown that the personal loan of Rs/-2000 from IDFC FIRST bank is reflecting in Active status.

              Therefore, it's my request to you to kindly acknowledge this matter urgently and attentively, so that my home loan can be disbursed from its final phase and take steps immediately whatever it suits for my case in order to reverse the report in my CIBIL score and reset the initial state without any further delay.

              Now the concern is why flipkart is doing so with their customers? How they got rights to log personal loan on any customer name without his approval or without intimation to him on his mobile or on email? Please take necessary action against this issue.

                Ordered a product room heater worth 8599/- while the winter is at peak, once the product has reached, tried to use it but it didn't turn on, requested gor a replacement, strangely the replacement got canceled without notice & the winter is over now.                     I have purchased flipkart 7 items money is debited in my visa debit card but order not placed 20 days before I have call many times in customer care he told money is refund but my money is not credited in my debit card I have check my bank statements but refund not showing I have complain to flipkart refund my money I have sent orderd details

                      I am a Plus member of flifkart, I always use my icici credit card to buy products, but from last few days when ever i tried to purchase any product its shows that "transaction declined due to basis risk check", customer care also not giving any kind of satisfying answer.

                        Flipkart blocked my account citing high number of returns it's an issue of another time.

                        But my main issue is I have flipkart dues against my name of amount amouting to around 3800 against this account since I cannot login to my account I cannot pay off my dues contacted flipkart numerous times but they are not providing any satisfactory response other than providing one date after another and I am receiving call daily from flipkart collection department disturbing me every now and then.

                          I have purchased Samsung 7kg 5 star washing machine through Flipkart app, however i am facing below issue with the products.

                          1. Product delivered was old as it was very dusty from back side ( Photos for the same was uploaded on Flipkart app)

                          2. Washing Machine Model is not latest and also no Model year details was mentioned in specifications while purchasing

                          3. Also few scratches are visible on sideways

                          On the very same of delivery i have escalated the matter to Flipkart customer care executive through toll free number [protected] and also have raised complaint through Flipkart app as guided by executive for refund of my money. Have escalated this matter atleast more then 5 times through Flipkart app and more then 10 times through toll free number. Always my return request was rejected without giving any reason and when i tried to find out the reason by calling executive they said it is rejected due to some Flipkart app technical issue.

                          Every time i was guided by executive to submit my compliant and comments through Flipkart app which i did accordingly but suddenly i came to know that Flipkart has blocked my account because i have raised repeated return request hence i am now unable to track current status of my return / refund request.

                          I have also sent email to [protected]@flipkart.com twice but there is no response with this regards.

                            I Purchased a Washing Machine From Flipkart and that Product has water leakage issue hence i return the product and its accepted also but after verification of Technician. But 25 days left and till date technician not visited yet. and further i make call to flipkart customer service than every time flipkart customer service advice for wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs. every time i called till 25 days than same answer received from flipkart and yet my issue is not resolved yet. this is third class customer service provided by flipkart. and i have all the proof. if anyone require proof than contact me i will show it. my contact details is [protected]. same number is registered in flipkart also. further i want to add that i am Plus member of flipkart since last 3 years than also these types of issue i have to faced. dont buy any product from flipkart.

                              I had ordered “ultimate nutrition prostar protien” on 19th january 2022. I recieved my product on 25th january 2022. I received a different brand product so that I raised a return request to them. Then the delivery boy rejected my parcel because I opened the wrapped vibration absorber cover, he said that seal of the product was also broken by me.But this is not the truth, all the product was fake and having bad quality container, missing details, and already broken seal. After rejecting the parcel, I contacted flipcart customer care for atleast 5 times. And they are not scheduling my pick up. My money Rs 3500/- has been trapped for almost 10 days now.Please help me to get my refund.

When I contacted the delivery boy again then he wants official mail from flipkart that “Issue resolved.” When I ask the flipkart to give the official confirmation to delivery partner, then flipkart said that It is not the part of the procedure. This is the repeating cycle.I am attaching the screenshot of official mail from flipkart of “issue resolution” on 2nd feb . But the pick up is not yet scheduled. Please help me to get my refund.

                                    I had ordered Sujata juicer mixer grinder for Rs. 5920. However, i have received Usha mixer grinder of approx 2300 value (as per Flipkart website). I had raised the request of returning the item, spoke to customer care executive several times and finally the pickup was arranged for 26th Jan 2022.
                                    The pickup person came but refused to pick because the item does not match with the ordered item (isnt that the reason for returning??). Later, Flipkart automatically cancelled the return request.
                                    I again raised the return request on 29th Jan 2022 which is again cancelled on 2nd Feb 2022 after their pickup guy refused to take the return.
                                    Now flipkart is not taking my return request and not resolving the issue.

                                      I purchased my smartphone on 27jan and the tracking id of it is -FMPP[protected] but due to some delay my product is not arrived on 30jan and the new date has given to me of 2 feb but on 3 feb when i didn't received my product i contacted their customer service they are all too bad i've contacted them more then 3 times and all of them are saying different things they are just making me fool and trying to hold me for the next date but at last when i told them to connect me with senior executive they connected me after a 10min of long wait and then the senior executive named as sunita she is just saying - ( hmmm, sir apko 7feb tk wait krna pdega, mai apki problem smjh rhi hu ) i mean is it the way they are satisfying their customers like i have ordered my phone on 27 jan after seeing the delivery date of 30jan on checkout page but have to wait till 2 feb and after that they are saying just wait more and if the product is not delivered on 7feb also then they give me a new date and at last if i tried to cancel my order they take 5 to 7 days to refund my amount and then i have to wait more 3 to 4 days to get my new order delivered. What is that, a phone is a important thing in todays time everyone have important works to do on it and they are just making their customers fool in the name of delayed delivery and one of their executive told me if my product is not delivered till 2 feb then they will provide me an voucher on cancellation of my item to show their (delivery partner) mistake or to show their gratitude towards their customers waiting but i don't even know who is that and where is the voucher they all just maked me fool.
                                      And at last if flipkart have any respect or sincerity towards their customers so then provide me the voucher as one of your customer care executive told me because i have to suffer due to your logistics partner mistake there is nothing my fault.
                                      Now i want the voucher because i have a negative image of flipkart from now on in past i have ordered products from flipkart but never come through this type of delayed or mistakes but now i feel how worse is the experience of a customer if he is facing some issue😡.

                                      Isn't it a clear cheeting when i cancelled my order at 10 am they just updated they delivery status at 9.39 arrived at your nearest hub what that means they are not saying that order is cancelled due to delay in all of matters only their customer is wrong they are always right.
                                      Too bad experience flipkart really too bad

                                        I ordered a travel bag for 197 as I got it in discount on 29th January 2022. it said it will be delivered by 1st February 2022. I waited until 1st February and contacted fliplearn team an they said due to logistics error it will be delivered by 5th February.The next morning I got a message that it is cancelled without my consent.i tried to contact flipkart team but they are keeping me on hold. I need justice and compensation
