I ordered sony Playstation 5 from Flipkart by paying 49990/- on 17th Jan with promised delivery date as 18th Jan but it was not delivered to me citing some logistics issue then the next date given to me was 21st Jan and even after 21 st Jan it was not delivered to me, on 24th Jan I was notified that the order was cancelled and if I choose to place another order in next 10 days will get a gift card but the product is out of stock and is very hard to get. I have asked for an immediate refund but I have got no response. Flipkart has blocked 49990/- for around a week now and has neither delivered the product or refunded the amount. I believe I should be compensated for the amount blocked by flipkart which has affected my liquidity.

    Dear sir, madam.
    I purchased some item From my paylater account which is some amount 2000 approximately.
    Many times I called this customer care for account suddenly block.
    I request please unblock my account I want to refund my product.. but it's not happening. Since 80 days gone. Still now my paylater account showung.
    Due to this flipkart ingorance . My CIBIL getting very low impact.. I want to need proper explanation.. why my cibil is low..

      Seller: CLIENTEROecom
      on Thu, 13th Jan 2022, it was supposed to get delivered on 24th Jan 2022.
      But they have not shipped my Order till now. and telling the reason as due to some logistics constraints

      Where as when I ordered (OD[protected] the same product from the same seller as cash on delivery from...

        Dear Sir,

        I have paid my Flipkart pay later due amount of Rs. 1807 on 1st Nov 2021 at 10.41 AM before due date and same is debited from my account and status showing successful (attach screen shot for your ref) .. even after that i m getting calls from flipkart pay for due amount which is already paid.. I have raised the concern issue with my banker and i got reply showing amount is credited to beneficiary account (attach mail for ref) and till the date i am getting reminder and call everyday for amount i have paid 2 month ago.

        I am requesting you to resolve my complaint because it is very much disappointing and frustrating behaviour of flipkart . i have requested customer care to provide me email where i can share proof of payment as customer i have done my job ... it is fully flipkart responsible to investigate on where is money laying because it it deducted from my account attach bank statement for ref.

          Hi Team,

          My flipkart account phone number has been changed, on 23rd Jan around 11 AM, immediately after that I reported the fraud to flipkart and ask them to change the contact number to the original and also asked to close pay later account which had 70000 credit. I followed up with them over call multiple times and asked them to block all the transactions. They just said they have escalated, in the evening around 6PM I received an email from flipkart about the pay later account closure within 72 hours, I asked to close the account immediately as the account is hacked.

          They did nothing, and at night around 12:12 AM on 24th Jan 2022 they hacker placed an order of 7x10000 bluestone vouchers(OD[protected]. I saw the email in the morning and tried to cancel but I am not able to do so. I called flipkart and asked to reach bluestone.com to cancel if there is any txn made. They again delayed, and did not get any proper response from them yet. The mobile number which committed the fraud is [protected]. I tried all the possible things to prevent the fraud, but due to flipkart delay this happened, now its showing as pending EMI in my end, I would wish the cybercell to investigate the issue and give me a proper resolution.

              It’s been more than 2 months that my account got blocked and I approached support team multiple times but didn’t get a proper resolution from them. They informed that there are some irregularities in payment, but I haven't done any. I need to know the irregularities which I have done and the support team even stopped responding when I approach them in Twitter.

              I have been using Flipkart for past 7-8 years, placed multiple orders and I am not sure why they blocked my account

              I request the team to transfer the amount of 5k which I am having in my flipkart wallet to my Bank account or whichever convenable.

              Please look into this.

                I purchased my new smartphone from flipkart exchange offer, they are showing me the value 4500 in exchange. But when delivery executive came, Delivery agent ko bahut jaldi thi wo apne aur orders ko lekar phone p baat kr rha tha. mobile exchange ki to koi baat hi nhi kr rha tha ..siddha khta h..1500 do or mobile le jao ..screen shi nhi h...jbki usme koi dikkat nhi thi... puchne pr khta h...ye problem sirf mujhe dikhegi tumhe nhi ...how rude he is ...
                mujhe mobile urgently chahiye tha isliye maine usse 1500 de diye ...but now i feel that's wrong .
                Please do some justice.

                  Such a disgusting customer service my return has been cancelled without discussing with me of the issue. Since morning i am calling customer care. One lady called me from escalation team most probably and after that she told me sorry, I can’t help you. I have been talking to Flipkart customer care for the last 1 Month but, he update fake comments & close my issue without any solution Pathetic I am regretting why did I order from Flipkart VU TV is defective and wasting almost 1 Month i don’t even have clue about what Flipkart is going to do.
                  But my problem still not yet solved & Flipkart showing NRR complaint Solved.

                    My flipkart account was hacked and gift cards worth 50000 was ordered using pay later credit, Flipkart customer care is not responding properly . Also how is such a transaction not authorised by any OTP . Flipkart security is very bad . Please cancel these gift cards and cancel the pay later transaction

                      I ordered the product on 18th-Jan-2022 and also paid, order id is [OD[protected] ] .
                      The product delivery date is Jan 25th-2022, but till now shouldn't shipping.
                      I spoke to Flipkart customer care customer executive, they told me no valid reason, but still no response for shipping.
                      Flipkart is very disappointing to me.
                      I request that your order be delivered on the due date Jan 25th-2022.If not given on the due date.I will cancel my order.

                          I ordered a product on Dec 31 and supposed to be delivered
                          product_id: OD[protected] supposed to be delivered on Jan 12 as per schedule, but no update on that, whenever I contact customer support they tell like issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but no resolution and sometimes they keep call on hold and disconnects the call.
                          worst service is provided, and customer service is all robotic responses.

                                I have been ordered a book with order id OD[protected] on 18th Jan 2022. Delivery executive didn't make any effort to contact me regarding to deliver. As well as flipkart also didn't make any attempt to contact regarding to confirm about cancellation. This book was most important for me.

                                  मैंने 8 मार्च 2021 को एक स्मार्टफोन Flipkart.com से खरीदा था। उसके साथ मैंने Exchange with buyback guarantee वाला ऑफर भी लिया था, जिसमें यह ऑफर था कि 14 मई 2021 से 14 मार्च 2022 तक मेरे फोन की वैल्यू 24500 रूपए दी जायेगी। लेकिन 21 जनवरी के बाद से ही मेरे Flipkart Account से Exchange और Exchange with buyback guarantee वाला ऑफर ही हटा दिया गया है।

                                    I was order Head and shoulder shampoo 2 time and every time Flipkart cancel or rejected my order without my permission, I was order in offer and delivery side my order rejected then customer service person call me and said me that I will send your order tomorrow and cancelled my order why ?

                                      I purchased apple pencil 1 generation from Flipkart on 19th January 2022. Order had delivered on 21st January 2022. After delivery of apple pencil, I che for warranty of Apple pencil on Apple website. For this product it is showing that its warranty is till 5th October 2022. But it should be having warranty till 19th January 2023. This means they sold me fake product.
