मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से आईफोन 12 मिनी ऑर्डर किया था जो मुझे 24 दिसंबर 2021 को मिला है मैंने उस फोन को डिलीवरी बॉय के सामने खोला और पाया कि उस पर स्क्रैच लगे हैं ( जिसका मेरे पास वीडियो है) मैंने डिलीवरी लेने से मना करा तो डिलीवरी बाय ने कहा कि यह प्रीपेड आर्डर है मैं से कैंसिल नहीं कर सकता आप रिप्लेसमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट डाल दीजिए मैंने तुरंत ही रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए रिक्वेस्ट डाल दी पर अभी एक महीना पूरा हो चुके हैं अभी तक मुझे रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं मिला है हर बार कस्टमर केयर से मुझे 2 दिन रुकने को कहा जाता है मैं अभी तक 20 से 25 बार फ्लिपकार्ट कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल कर चुका हूं

    मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से एक आईफोन 12 मिनी ऑर्डर किया था जो मुझे 24 दिसंबर 21 को मिला उसे मैंने डिलीवरी ब्वॉय के सामने खोला उसके अंदर पुराना पुराना फोन निकला जिस पर बहुत सारे स्क्रैच लगे हैं मैंने डिलीवरी लेने से मना किया तो डिलीवरी ब्वॉय बोला कि यह प्रीपेड आर्डर है इसमें मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता आप रिप्लेसमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट डाल दीजिए मैंने तुरंत रिप्लेसमेंट की रिक्वेस्ट डाली पर आज 2 महीने पूरे हो गए हैं फ्लिपकार्ट ने अभी तक रिप्लेस नहीं किया है और हर बार फोन करने पर 2 या 4 दिन बाद की तारीख दे देते हैं या मेरे साथ करीब 15 बार हो चुका है मैंने डिलीवरी लेते समय अनबॉक्सिंग का वीडियो बनाया है जिसमें डिलीवरी ब्वॉय भी है मैं आप दोबारा फ्लिपकार्ट से कुछ नहीं खरीदूंगा मैंने पहले भी फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा की जा रही एसी हरकतों के कई सारे वीडियो देखे हैं जिसमें फ्लिपकार्ट पर पुराना सामान नया बता कर बेचा जाता है दूसरा लोगों से भी अनुरोध करूंगा की फ्लिपकार्ट से कुछ ना मंगवाए यदि आपको और जानकारी चाहिए हो तो मुझसे संपर्क कर ले मेरे पास फ्लिपकार्ट कस्टमर केयर की रिकॉर्डिंग भी है और अनबॉक्सिंग का वीडियो भी फ्लिपकार्ट जैसी धोखेबाज कंपनियों से सतर्क रहें|

      I ordered a phone from flipkart to redmi9i price 8499 but when i took the phone then i see the box was empty my phone was missing. I immediately contact flipkart customer care he said I have sent return request and have to wait 72 hours. Later I checked and saw that my return request was rejected three times and my account was blocked. I have 329 in my account wallet and I can't use it. Please help me to unblock my account.

          I bought the laptop and after delivery i didnt open the pack until 9 days and when i returnned from the delhi and i started use and the laptop display was lining and getting pink.after the complain there is no response for exchange and the company is also not responding.i want to exchange the laptop as my laptop doesnt work even a 10 days .and wasted 46000 rupees.

              I want to buy Xiaomi 11i hypercharge with exchange of my old phone Tecno Spark Go plus. While applying for exchange, imei no. Is not getting recognised by flipkart! This troubles me a lot now. I trust flipkart more than any other app that's why i want to buy here but the only problem is that it's not recognising at all whereas other shopping sites do. Resolve this issue.

                I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from Flipkart on 8 Jan 2022 with the specification of C type charging. But I recived the micro usb charging device. This is the issue. So, I make return request 5 times in a row but all are got rejected with the property explanation. The return policy is expired now. Such a fraud customer care when I'm talking about the problem seriously the cut down the call...

                I have the audio proof that customer executive told about the order and they confirmed it problem from the end also but rejected the return request.

                I saw a very worst team because my return is rejected 5 times in a row but, nobody from Flipkart team and customer executive didn't have the proper explanation and reason for why is rejected. The most hard one is you can take 2 days time to verify the return request for first but keep on doing the same thing for the upcoming request means what the customer do.I raised return in 11 Jan 2022 but you confirmed on 23 Jan 2022. Based upon this how can we trust your easy return. I escalated on online that's why I got resolutions I think... Very very very happy to purchase with Flipkart - you end the call like this right but please feel the customer like that...ha ha ha

                  Hi,

                  We have received a notification from Flipkart saying that our seller account has been suspended/deactivated due to involvement in fraudulent activities. Reason given is "Seller Fraud".
                  For this we have not been notified about the activities which Flipkart is considering as fraudulent activities. And also the seller support team is constantly giving automated replies to which we have replied many a times and received nothing.
                  Our seller account was never done anything fraud or wrong to anyone. Even we are also selling on Amazon since 2020 and amazon never complained like this.
                  Humble request from Flipkart team to look into the issue and reactivate our seller account.

On dated 29 nov 2021 Flipkart reply me that they return back my money to HDFC credit card A/c. from that day I still not recived my money back on my A/c. sveral times I check my statements but there is no refund.Kindly resolve my problem Sir.

                      And today its 22nd January but the product has not been shipped yet..
                      Although I have prime membership of Flipkart still have to face such issue.

                        Hi team

                        I had ordered iphone 12 mini on 18th of jan .But when i received my phone, i was not able to switch it on. After putting for several hours of charging, the phone got switched on but sometimes while scrolling phone, screen gets black. So i wanted to either exchange the product or refund the money
                        But I am not able to do either of the above options and i am only getting option to replace the product.
                        It's clearly mention on the front page that I have 7 day service return policy . But i am only getting an option of replacement. So flipkart and seller is fooling the customers.I am not happy about this service. So can you please have a look at the matter and let me know. Please either exchange my product or refund the money. And also stop fooling people by mentioning the return on the front page of the product.

                              I was amazed with the Amd Ryzen 7 5800X processor offered price website. There were no previous orders or reviews for it. However, it was flipkart assured. Being Flipkart assured I order the product. Order placed on 20 January 2022 and it arrived earlier then expected delivery date of 24 January 2022.

                              Everything was fine until I opened the box. Original packaging box of product was damaged and glued from inside to make it seem like sealed.

                              I ordered Ryzen 7 5800X and inside the box was Ryzen 9 3900XT processor that was damaged and rusted processor with Pin bended and market price is more then that of My original order product that is Ryzen 7 5800X.

                              I posted a question and it was deleted. Even though I purchased from website I couldn't review it as it says that you did not purchase the product.

                              I contacted witha hope to get help and Flipkart denied to help and referred me to wait for seller response by 3 Feb 2022. This is the date when the return window expires of product and this after Flipkart won't even take contact for this order.

                                      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                      I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know my flipkart is : [protected]@gmail.com

                                        I reviewed my product with image .. but my review is not visible on product reviews. As i checked my reviews options it show published.. but still not visible.. i complaints about this on flipkart customer care ..3-4 times but they are not helping with this...
