I'm a flipkart user from amlost 4+ years. After being a happy customer of flipkart until 28th November 2021., things started going bizarre. I noticed that not even a single product is sellable or delivered to my address/pincode. Which was not the case earlier and now despite my several calls to the support they keep me talking for almost 20 minutes and when they say talk to their senior members and keep me on hold after a long wait the call gets auto canceled. This happened to me like almost 8-10 times after waiting for minutes the calls are unanswered and unresolved. After many days i found a suitable product that i liked to gift which is deliverable to my pincode and placed order. After waiting for 5 whole days the order gets auto canceled saying seller is unable to ship but the order has reached to bangalore hub for further shipment. We are ready to pay the shifpment charges but flipkart is not selling anything to ky address. And another observation is this started happening when we saw a flipkart warehouse established near to my place like 4 streets next. From then on i couldn't place a single order to this address. For the sake of my plus membership and offers i now have to bear local shipment charges by hiring a courier from another location to which i can place an order. I lost my trust and faith and most importantly my time in investing in searching flipkart product catalog and wishlist and checking daily if i could order atleast a single wishlisted item. Really not consumer friendly. Request you kindly address this.

          Do not call any customer with your mobile or landline number where return call back option not available

          you dont know where we are what we are doing what time you just blindly making calls

          when we try to return call to that number it will not answered, landline nobody will pick up

          are you still in stone age?

            Flipkart products not deliverable issue

            I live in a prime location in Hyderabad. Since last 2 weeks I see that most of the products on flipkart are not deliverable at my pincode (Gachibowli - 500032).

            I have tried reaching the customer care executives but they are do not have necessary information regarding the issue. Some of them don't even call back to address the problem

            ALMOST 80 PERCENT OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON FLIPKART ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED...

            I had ordered a pair of earphones from Flipkart order mo. OD[protected],
            But as the pricing increase just after me placing order, they are just not delivering the product and showing delay of 2 days 3 days every time so please help me in this.

                  Since one week Flipkart is not deliverable to my address Hyderabad. I'm in need of some medical products to be purchased but they are not at all responding the customers and it is not deliverable to main city itself.
                  Kindly look into the issue and make pincode deliverable to my address.

                    I am using Flipkart almost a decade. Recently if I select most of the products it shows not deliverable. Almost 80% of Flipkart product shows not deliverable. Below is the attached screenshot

                          Worst experience with Flipkart, I'm a very old customer of Flipkart but really this time, it worsen than ever. It is showing that there is 7 days return and refund policy, but currently it's showing and the customer care executive is telling that return and refund policy is not available.So, if i don't like the product and if it's defective, then i have to keep it whereas it's showing that, return policy is available.
                          Flipkart is really making fool o[censored]s.

                          It's not resolved, they said, it's not a valid complain.
                          When Customer is saying that, the product is defective, they asked me and make me understand it as it is not defective forcefully।

                            Flipkart has sent a completely different product than I ordered and now when I am trying to return it they are saying the product is not same so can't be returned.

                            Does this make sense? I am returning the product because it's different and for the same reason they are denying refund. What a ridiculous response form Flipkart!
                            I want my refund or else my whole family will quit Flipkart for sure.

                                  I have received a defective product from Flipkart. I have shown them the pictures and the product as well. But still they are declining my refund again and again. The product is ikall N17 tablet and it have scratches on its screen which makes it unsuitable for study purposes. I filled a report about this on Flipkart but they are not refunding or replacing it.
