I have paid all the installments on time, but you sent wrong information in CIBIL due to which my CIBIL was reduced, I have spoken to Filipkart Customer care service, it is saying that you contact IDFC Bank, this is a wrong way of your pay later service.i am not satisfied with your service, If customers are not satisfied then hey will not service from you again.they will get angry and they will give bad reviews to your business.this will harm your company reputation and no new customers will service from you.this will further hamper your revenue.therefore it is very important to keep your customers happy.
plz forward to flipkart .

Request you to please clear the pending instalment dues or if the same is already paid please contact your merchant (Flipkart) to update the payment details with us as same is not yet update

      I bought samsung 4k pro 55 inch tv during the sale as they advertised sell items for less price during sale. I paid 56-2(bank discounts). Now the price of the product is reduced by 2k after the sale. Now the price is 54-2(instant discounts).
      I have asked gor the return of the product which just arrived not installed yet. They say they cannot take the product back and cannot adjust the price difference also.

      They are misleading customers in the name of sale and selling products for more price.

      I want the product to be sent back or the difference amount should be adjusted by flipkart.

      Its clearly price discrimination and cheating customers by not allowing us to send the product back.

        I purchased an item from Flipkart on 15 Jan 2022 and faced some issue with the item so request for a replacement first it showed a long resolution date than it extended and on final date it got cancelled and my account was blocked with any reason it was a 20000 it and i am struck with this item order I'd OD[protected]

          I ordered infinix smart 5a mobile phone from flipkart which delivered on 17 january 2022. After delivery of the product i check the product and i find that
          camera of this mobile is too poor. Clearity of camera is so much horrible. So i raised return request to flipkart and they assign me technician 4 times but my issue of camera quality is not resolved. The technician told me the camera quality of this phone is still remain in same after replacement beacause the camera quality of this phone is not so good.I contact 14-15 times to flipkart customer care executive but they didn't help me and i also raise return request or refund request many times.
          Therefore i want to return this product and refund my money back.

            I had placed an order for the product "DAEMON Magnetic Lock Stainless Steel Milanese Strap Band" through Flipkart on 19th January 2021, 2:55 PM (Order No. OD[protected] and had paid for the same via UPI, an amount of INR 356.00. On the same day at 3:04 PM, I cancelled the order owing to doubts over quality of the product.

            Soon after, a refund by Flipkart was said to be initiated and later I received a notification stating that the refund was complete (Refund ID CR22011915045820878424306), however no amount was received by me on my UPI-linked bank account through which the payment was made. I raised an issue with Flipkart regarding refund multiple times but each time they mark the issue as resolved stating that they have made the refund. Do note that till now I have NOT received the amount in my bank account.

            Desirable resolution: Kindly look into the matter and issue me the refund of INR 356.00 as soon as possible to my UPI-linked bank account through which the payment was made to you.

              I have received the damaged product realme buds q (Order I'd : OD[protected]. Charging case of this product is damaged..it's charging pin is broken from inside. I have raised the return request to Flipkart on 13th of January 2022 but Flipkart is not approving the return request for a long time. I have raised several complains to Flipkart customer care of receiving damaged product but still Flipkart is not working on it. So, I request you to look into it.

                Sir mera flipkart company ne shoes return and refund karne ke kar account closed kar diya hai.
                Na hi mujhe account closed karne ka karan bataya hai.
                Bahut bar customer care se bat kar chuka hu, but unhone kai bar ye hi kaha ki ek do din m account unlock ho jayega but sir abhi tak koi bhi solution nhi huaa hai.

                  I purchased Oneplus buds in Jun-2021 and
                  Recently i noticed battery issue. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                  The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                    Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                    I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

                          My order Order ID: OD[protected] It's not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very disappointed.                             When I asked for return, flipkart is forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD ) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.
                            As a common man, I was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties.
                            They are harassing me by not accepting requests and not giving refund.
                            One thing I want to know, If the sellers and flipkart have delivered defective products to me (customer), why are these people asking customers confidential documents for their own mistakes and faults that too at the time of return?
                            If its mandatary to provide Id proofs, why can't they request these documents at the time of registration in flipkart, then people who interested to provide confidential will use flipkart if not they won't.
                            I'm really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behavior of flipkart.
                            Kindly help in accept the return.

                              I want to deactivate my flipkart paylater account, but getting any help in deactivating my flipkart paylater account, i am worried because i accidentally activate the flipkart paylater in my friend flipkart account but thanks to him he completely gives his account to me and i have change the mail id and i want to deactivate the flipkart paylater so that i can give the account back to him but unfortunately flipkart not helping me in this and ignore.
                              I request Flipkart please have a look on this because i have many complain issue with you and every time you did the same you promise but you never help or resolve the problem.

                                I have placed an order for Apple iPhone 12 Mini green 128GB variant. But I have received an iPhone 6S which is dead. Regarding this I have been following up from past 1.5 weeks and nothing has happened.

                                Flipkart just dragging time and not being helpful at all... regarding the money I invested I'm getting mental depressed now, and feeling so suicidal on this matter.

                                  I have ordered iPhone 12 mini 128GB variant and received iphone 6s which is not even turning on. I have signed all the consent of filing an FIR also but still I haven't got any resolution from flipkart and they just dragging the time.

                                  Its really giving mental depression and suicidal. I can't handle the pressure.

                                    I placed an order realme book RMNB1002 laptop through flipkart, got delivered Yesterday(19.01.2022) realme book laptop (Price. 52999/-), When i was "turn on" the laptop dots coming on the screen, i was realy offset, when i book ed the package including ms office & windows 10 installation. But laptop is not working .After i contact to flipkart custmar care, they didnot respond properly, they told ask to realme company people, after i ask to realme company people they told also same like that. today I contacted both (flipkart/realme) companies 4 to 5 times, but no use. (They are troubling so much)

                                    in flipkart 7 days returns policy also there, there are not responding,

                                    i want to replace or cancel the product.

                                        I Am Customer in Flipkart from Sep 11 2014 to till now, and in 2018 period they had provided Flipkart Pay later service to me, and they asked pan number to me and i am also provided to Flipkart company and as we know that flipkart is providing credit to his customer with the tie up of IDFC first bank, and i had purchased so many products using Flipkart pay later option and i had paid the due amount before due date regularly, and 4 months before i had checked my cibil score that has showing i want to pay Rs.500 to IDFC bank and at that time i didn't take this seriously and past 15 days before i am again recheck my credit report and it has showing i want to repay the amount of Rs.1346 and i am so shocked and enquired to IDFC bank they told to contact flip-kart i also update my issue to flip-kart customer service multiple times but till now there is no proper reply to me and i had e-mail my issue to both Flip-kart and IDFC bank but there is no satisfied reply on their side
