I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    I tried to order from flipkart app & selected Google UPI as payment & clicked on initiate. Then it showed technical error. But i got message to pay in google pay mobile app.

    i paid for that transaction.

      My flipkart account got hacked today on 15th Jan 2022, some unknown person changed my flipkart registered mobile no and email ID both by giving some fake Pan card details to flipkart customer care. The problem here is that i am a flipkart plus customer and i have Rs. 60000 credit limit in my account.
      And i want to close my flipkart pay later account asap before the hacker use it.

          My self Anuj Shukla
          I ordered laptop HP PAVILION GAMING LAPTOP on 25 dec 2021 and I got this on 27 dec 2021, and when I'm using it I find some problem the laptop is working slow and hanging order is defective . So I raise a replacement request on 29 dec 2021 after raising request flipkart cancel my request and I again raise replacment request on 31 dec 2021 and this time request is going on process I also have technical visit by HP on 3 Jan 2022, Hp exicutive come and check the laptop they also find same problem so they proceed to replace the laptop and after that I also got DOA Letter from HP Letter saying to replaced the order and hp exicutive put DOA seal on laptop and they pack the laptop and on same date flipkart again cancelled my request, so again on 4 Jan 2022 I again request for replacement and this time my order has to be pick up and replace on 6 of Jan but delivery boy didn't deliver my order cause the confusion made by Flipkart and again on 10 Jan 2022 they cancelled my request and again I raise new request on same date and this time my order has to pick up and replace on 11 Jan 2022 but they didn't deliver so they give me next date that is 13 Jan 2022, on 13 Jan 2022 my orded has out for delivery so I calleded delivery boy to confirm the time he said that he will not delivered my order cause he need to take picture of laptop with serial number but he can't take cause of DOA seal and he dont have permission to open DOA seal do he denied to pickup and replace ..
          And from all of this confusion and issue made by Flipkart I'm suffering with my order I got defective product and they not even replac till now
          After tired from again and again complaining and calling flipkart to deliver my order fast .

            Account Blocked For Returning Wrong Orders Delivered

            I Anupam Raj had a Flipkart Which was blocked by Flipkart in 26 Decmber 2021 For returning too many orders as per reason stated by Flipkart, I Have been ordering since 2017 with 400+ Orders in my Account.

            If I get an Wrong product Orders or Wrong brand of clothes Delivered isn't it eligible for return But Flipkart refused that they won't revoke ban on my Account..

            Mujhe 26 dec ko fort collins jaket order kiya tha uske badle mujhe wrong product mila trouser jab maine return request kiya to mera account block kr diya gaya …aur baar excuse diya ja raha hai flipkart ki traf s ki number of high return ka…

            I Complaint earlier but Flipkart Did not contacted So I am Again Complaining to Flipkart to Check in my matter ASAP
            And so please unblock my flipkart account.

              Last year I lost my phone. Along with that I lost my phone number also. From here the prblem begins... If I have any complaints agains my order I request a call to flipkart authority but could not get a call back due to my number... I need to uodate my old number.. So that I can get update from flipkart and communicate with them through phone. [protected]@gmail.com is my gmail and also I am a flipkart plus member. Please do the needful and help me getting out from this trouble

                I purchased an LG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on January 13 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 23 January. This means that I have to wait almost 10 days for the installation after getting the product.

                As a customer, I am not satisfied with the installation service provided by the flipkart team (Jeeves)(Case ID: FLIL-7QQC0F-7OQ0EK-DXPRMN-6LEM7TG).

                So they decided to contact the flipkart customer team for rescheduling the installation date, also i tried to contact jeeves team for the same. The jeeves team told me that I need to contact the flipkart team for installation related queries. So on the 13th of january I contacted the flipkart customer care to escalate the issue and the flipkart head team will contact me and rectify my issue within 48 hours. But still i didn't get a call from the flipkart head team.

                I thought that I could put a request to the lg team for the installation, because they will do that within 2 days. So I discussed this with the flipkart team, and the executime told me that, if I install the AC by the lg service team, then the return policy will be canceled.

                  I had ordered 2 ivbox Ezygrill non stick pan worth 277 inr each, through flipkart on 3rd october 2021.
                  The order id is OD[protected].

                  i made payment using paytm wallet on 7th october at 9.34 pm, wallet transaction id [protected], Order id : PZT[protected]R7SFL01, INR 554, which was successful, but flipkart app failed to update the payment gateway.

                  The customer support at flipkart advised me to make payment via cash on delivery, so i made payment twice, assuring me a refund for the above mentioned transaction back to my paytm wallet. it's been more than months, i did not receive the refund yet, non of your customer service executives have satisfied my query.

                  Kindly help me in this regard and order to make refund asap.

                    I had canceled one order in Dec'2020 for which I am still awaiting for the credit.
                    It's been more than a year and I have provided my bank statement multiple times showing no credit for the canceled order. But still no one is looking into it. After all it's 10k not small money which can be ignored

                      I ordered a mobile phone micromax in note 1 model first on 31st dec, it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but git delayed and eventually cancelled (seller issue). Then I got a call from flipkart n message too that if I order same product within 10 days I shall be getting 750rs gift card. But after I ordered again on 7th jan I
                      Same issue repeated which resulted in huge inconveniences for me as a customer of flipkart.
                      It was a worst ever experience shopping on flipkart app.
                      Please do take a strict possible action and not resolve all your issues.

                        I received a Flipkart gift card from Axis bank for Rs. 500

                        When I tried to add that card to my wallet in flipkart, it says card deactivated.

                        I tried to contact flipkart and their customer executive called and put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes and disconnected.

                        They sent a message saying that they tried to contact me but could not. It is ridiculous. I want the card to be activated again or 500 Rs credited to my account

                          Ordered laptop on Wednesday 12 jan.22 when it was displayed in website that it will be delivered on Monday 17 jan.22. After placing order, delivery date coming is Friday 21 jan.22. This is not fair, as you are grabbing order by false information. Order number is OD[protected] do necessary action

                          I have booked the laptop on Jan 17 2022 with a promised delivery date of Jan 22. However, on 22nd there was an update stating it is delayed to Jan 25 due to some unforseen issues with courier partner, eKart Logistics, even though the tracking info shows it as arrived in Hyderabad by Jan 19. We waited further, contacted customer support who gave their routine apologies and fake promises. It was once again delayed to 29th, but the website was continuing to show as 25th Jan. It was not delivered on 29th either and again got a note stating it will be delivered in two days i.e by Jan 31 7 PM and now it is 7.20 PM as I write this.

                          Numerous attempts to call / chat with customer support evokes no useful information other than routine apologies and concerns and fake promises of assured delivery.

                          I won't cancel the order because it was booked during the Grand Republic Day sale with instant discount on credit card. I won't get the same price again. Is this a tactic by FlipKart to force the customer to cancel the order at a discount and ensure he / she buys again at a higher price. I will never do this especially not on FlipKart again

                              I have recieved a junk product with completely damaged and complelety different from what was ordered.
                              From 1st of January I'm raising return request with Flipkart & it keep on rejecting 5th time besides I have provided my ID proof. I'm completely mad & frustrated by the service from seller as well as Flipkart.
                              I want my refund as soon as possible or else I will file a Chargeback again bank and also I will file a consumer complaint against seller for fraudulent with video proof which is I made before opening the product.

                                    The Refurbished phone was defective when delivered (Japanese Android and Charging Port was not working). I raised multiple complaint within 7 days which is the replacement policy of flipkart. The technician came and mentioned that the product is not faulty even when I had shown him the defect clearly. Flipkart has closed my return request and is asking me to visit service center. Never going to shop from Flipkart. Would never suggest anyone to shop from Flipkart as well.

When reached to custom care they are saying it will get resolved in 24-48 hrs since 20 days. Why is it taking this long to deliver the product.
