Hello sir
This is vedant, I bought redmi note 10 just a week ago and now I saw redmi 11i exchange offer and wanted to exchange my phone, but when I am entering my imei number, then the flipkart is showing that it is invalid, I tried both of my IMEI no's but still it's showing invalid, please work up on my issue and help me

My account got blocked...

I have bought 2 puma tracksuit from flipkart.and there is issue in that products.i am trying to return it.but they reject my return request again and again.
I have talked at least 50 times to customer care agent, senior, supervisor.but still they rejected my return request 7 times.
I have shared all my id proof.all my privacy.
But still they are just playing.and its a mental torture.

I have order IPHONE 12 Black 64 gb (51999 Rs. Paid from credit card) from flipkart on 31-12-21 My persal delivered me on 3-1-22 when i open a box in fornt of Ekart Person i see in box i have recived A face wash then i go to Ekart office with Ekart person his officer tell me that we cant do anything its not on our hand you can call to flipkart then i call to flipkart and they log a call (OD[protected] then they send me mail for id and products pics then i can send all details in mail and also in Flipkart App ( find attachments for mail screen shot ) resolve date showing 15 jan after that in 6 jan have recive a msg that your ur complaint is resolved i can call back to Customer care and they tell me that u can’t send ur detais so we closed ur call then i can reopen the complaint and its show me 18 jan for resolving date after that i can resend all thing 5 to 6 time thats they want after that i can call 30 times to customer care for my complaint update no one can give me satisfaction answer today i can call customer care for my complaint they tell me that for some technical problem ur complaint not going to our backand team so we reraise you complaint after that my call automatically close and my flipkart app showing me “ ur call is resolve from troubleshooting “ then i recall to customer care they tell me ur call is closed from some technical issue then i reopen the call today now i see in app my call resolving date is 24 jan
i can’t understand why they close my call and why they change my resoving date Flipkat is a multination company why they not solve this issue i can spand 51999 rs and i have recive a face wash

I'm a flipkart user from amlost 4+ years. After being a happy customer of flipkart until 28th November 2021., things started going bizarre. I noticed that not even a single product is sellable or delivered to my address/pincode. Which was not the case earlier and now despite my several calls to the support they keep me talking for almost 20 minutes and when they say talk to their senior members and keep me on hold after a long wait the call gets auto canceled. This happened to me like almost 8-10 times after waiting for minutes the calls are unanswered and unresolved. After many days i found a suitable product that i liked to gift which is deliverable to my pincode and placed order. After waiting for 5 whole days the order gets auto canceled saying seller is unable to ship but the order has reached to bangalore hub for further shipment. We are ready to pay the shifpment charges but flipkart is not selling anything to ky address. And another observation is this started happening when we saw a flipkart warehouse established near to my place like 4 streets next. From then on i couldn't place a single order to this address. For the sake of my plus membership and offers i now have to bear local shipment charges by hiring a courier from another location to which i can place an order. I lost my trust and faith and most importantly my time in investing in searching flipkart product catalog and wishlist and checking daily if i could order atleast a single wishlisted item. Really not consumer friendly. Request you kindly address this.

Flipkart blocked my account due to high no of returns but I have placed not more return as compared to orders. My 17000 rupees gift wallet stuck in this account

I have received used product from flipkart and it is an apple lightning usb cable. And flipkart isn't taking it back. Please register a complaint against them.

Am ordered redmi note 10 but I received note 9 pro and complaint many times but did not get the answered

Do not call any customer with your mobile or landline number where return call back option not available

you dont know where we are what we are doing what time you just blindly making calls

when we try to return call to that number it will not answered, landline nobody will pick up

are you still in stone age?

I live in a prime location in Hyderabad. Since last 2 weeks I see that most of the products on flipkart are not deliverable at my pincode (Gachibowli - 500032).

I have tried reaching the customer care executives but they are do not have necessary information regarding the issue. Some of them don't even call back to address the problem

ALMOST 80 PERCENT OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON FLIPKART ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED...

I had ordered a pair of earphones from Flipkart order mo. OD[protected],
But as the pricing increase just after me placing order, they are just not delivering the product and showing delay of 2 days 3 days every time so please help me in this.

On 4th November 2021, I have ordered a realme wireless buds 2 Bluetooth Headphone, but when i got the delivery i opened the box and i saw it was not buds 2 it's wireless buds earphone, then immediately i contacted Flipkart customer support for help, then they raised a return request and i was told to wait for 48-72 hours to get the resolution, i waited. after 72 hours i got no resolution at all then again i contacted them for help then they...

I hve submitted 4 reviews in flipkart but flipkart no highlited on product page.

I have completed all the tasks they told even though my money is frozen from withdrawal account and I want all my money back. I paid 200000 and again they were asking to pay more

Since one week Flipkart is not deliverable to my address Hyderabad. I'm in need of some medical products to be purchased but they are not at all responding the customers and it is not deliverable to main city itself.
Kindly look into the issue and make pincode deliverable to my address.

I am using Flipkart almost a decade. Recently if I select most of the products it shows not deliverable. Almost 80% of Flipkart product shows not deliverable. Below is the attached screenshot

Worst experience with Flipkart, I'm a very old customer of Flipkart but really this time, it worsen than ever. It is showing that there is 7 days return and refund policy, but currently it's showing and the customer care executive is telling that return and refund policy is not available.So, if i don't like the product and if it's defective, then i have to keep it whereas it's showing that, return policy is available.
Flipkart is really making fool o[censored]s.

Worst experience.
