Product- Satkar Wood Furniture Solid Wood Coffee Table

We have purchased a coffee table from FLIPKART on 6th of Nov'2021 and made full payment. But the product was not delivered to us and changed the delivery date three times. Customer support team also not responding properly and saying that dont' have tracking details on this product. We have waited for two months. But
Today flipkart team canceled the product without our confirmation and saying that it is a long pending item and suggested to raise fresh request with new price instead of taking action on the supplier and delivering the product.

    I Was a Flipkart Plus member from the last 1-2 years. But, around 17 days back, Flipkart had blacklisted my account saying that high number of returns (but, sellers also cancelled many orders).

    And as of today, I have sent them dozens of Emails and I had called them so many times. Previously they were saying that my account is absolutely okay and having no issues. There might be some technical issues so I am unable to login and access my Flipkart account. But, today I got a email quoting that my account has been blacklisted due to high no. Of returns.

    Now please tell me what to do?

    I have begged them so many times to share any link or tell me some procedures to clear my dues of my Flipkart paylater amount. but not sharing any link or telling any procedures to clear my dues. Please help me, if there are any options.

      I had bought a Redmi 9i through Flipkart on Dec 16 in Bangalore. I had bought it as a Christmast gift for my mom, hence I did not unbox it then. I travelled to Kerala and there the phone was unboxed and everything was working fine except that it was not charging. I tried charging another phone with that charger and it worked so issue was not with charger. Fortunately it was within 7 day return policy so I immediately contacted flipkart customer care and they mentioned, they cannot replace the phone since it was a flipkart quick order. However they can raise a return request. The same was done and tech visit was scheduled. Technician did not even check anything in the phone, he simply mentioned try upgrading the phone software and marked issue as resolved. The return request was hence rejected. He said if issue is not resolved raise another request. I tried software upgrade but issue did not resolve so I raised another return request. This time tech visit was cancelled and again return was rejected. This same thing happened again for a third time. Technician is not visiting and return request is being rejected. There is no accountability as to verify with customer before marking issue as resolved. After that I have worked with more than 10 different support personal, and had to explain same issue again again to them. Each time they open some ticket and then simply close it. Its as if they do not care. Hence I want to complain against Flipkart for wasting so much time and still issue is not resolved. Please help in resolving the issue.

      Flipkart has overriden the tech visit and approved the return. The pickup has been done and now I am waiting for refund.

        I have lost my old sim and i am trying to change it to new number but because of OTP going to old number also i am unable to update my number and I tried to connect with flipkart customer care but not able to connect please resolve my issue i don’t want to loose my old account

          I online ordered DIZO Watch2 from Flipkart website on 8th December 2021. I Got Defective Product. The sensors of the DIZO Watch 2 were not working/ they are fake. I realized that after 7 days.
          I called the customer care[protected] regarding this but they said there is not any customer care outlet of Realme (DIZO) in your Ratnagiri city. Next day I called customer care service again for to replacing the watch but they said that replacement policy is now ended after 7 days. I cannot get replacement on this product.
          either I need my money back or give me replacement. I have invested 2499/- on this watch
          I am really flustered now. with this policies

            Ordered washing machine from flipkart on 26th dec2021 (Prepaid order). Product got delivered on 30th dec2021.in the presence of delivery agent, upon checking the product, water was found inside wash tub of the washing machine. Also there are dirt accumulated on the back side of the washing machine.. (Photos attached) there are small scratches on the body also found. So according to the above observations, it seems to be an "used product". So i want to return the product. According to the delivery agent, i have to create a return request to return the product within 7 days of delivery. So on the same day i have created return request but flipkart rejected my return request. Tried contacting flipkart customer support several times. But till now didn't receive any response. My money is blocked. I dnt want to use that used product. Got cheated.!! Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

                I bought a LawmanPg3 X Rocky Star
                Men Slim Fit Checkered Hood Collar Casual Shirt on[protected] for 752 rs order id OD[protected]. Then I had some issue with the product so I returned the product ( return id[protected]) on[protected]. flipkart initiated my refund of 752 rs on[protected] of reference no[protected]. The refund was failed on Paytm UPI. I asked flipkart to check the refund. They are saying refund successful. They have not refunded my money till now. Sir please look into it.

                    16 Dec - ordered kodak tv from flipkart
                    Order id - OD[protected]
                    17 Dec - technician ( vinod dubey ) for installation is not came.
                    18 Dec - installation done by other technician
                    19 Dec - raised a complain auto restart issue.
                    23 Dec - technician visited and found same issue.
                    27 Dec- replacement approved
                    29 Dec - Uninstallation of tv done
                    30 Dec- New tv received
                    31 Dec- technician ( vinod dubey ) is not came and disconnect my all calls.
                    05 Jan - today also same technician ( vinod dubey) assigned for tv installation and his number is unreachable.
                    I don't know what is wrong with this technician ( vinod dubey).

                    Please help me in this frustrating matter.

                      I have ordered 4gb variant of poco m3 instead of 6gb variant. It was my mistake, but my need is 6gb variant. I have tried to explain the issue. I am ready for a refund/replacement or creating a new order itself. I can pay the extra money if needed. But the issue is i need 6gb mobile. 4gb mobile is not useful for me. Any help from flipkart is enough. But they are simply saying they cannot do anything about it. I need help. Please help me. I need 6gb variant

                          I have ordered a product on flipkart on Dec 30th of 2021, the expected delivery date is shown for Jan 3rd of 2022. Now its been past 2 days of the expected delivery date and the product is not even shipped yet. As I had already paid the full amount with credit card and converted it into EMI, Now I dont know whether they will ship or cancel my product and there is not even a response from seller side.

                            The issue that i have experienced was: my name is sangram kokate and i have placed order, order id: od[protected] on 21st dec with three items wall clock, shape-wear and a wall decor item (I have attached my order details for reference), the expected delivery date of wall clock was 23 dec 21. I have contacted flipkart before delivery regarding address change i. E the mentioned address on order was old please use new one which is stored in my flipkart profile. Flipkart support person agreed and told that there is no need to worry, it will be delivered to new address surely. When i got message from flipkart regarding "product out for delivery" on 23 dec, i have called the delivery agent and told about address change and urgency of it this before delivery, he also agreed on it and sured me that product will be delivered on same day though it is late. I have waited till 9 pm since i want to gift it to my closed friend as promised but the oder was not delivered to me on 23, i have called delivery agent so many times on that day regarding my delivery but he said it will be delivered to you any case but he didn't delivered me so again on next day i have called him and asked agent about that he said it will be delivered today but that day also same thing happened. He promised me every time i called him and finally prodcut not delivered so with frustration i have contacted flipkart support told him about my two days experince and the representative said no need to worry it will be delivered by next day but that day also product not delivered. So again i called flipkart support asked about it and he said he had escalated the issue and promise to deliver it by the 30th in any case. I have no other option left so i have waited till 30th dec but still no delivery. I got out for delivery message everytime but no one is contacted me and when i call the delivery agent he always said it will be delivered today. So again i have contacted flipkart support and asked about it and now they said we are sorry your order will be delivered surely on 2nd jan. On 2nd jan igot a call from three different flipkart support persons telling me that delivery was 100% sure today, no need to worry. Again same thing happened i got message "out for delivery" and no one contacted me so i have called agent and he said it will be delivered late today but unfortunately no delivery on that day. When i checked my order on site next day the order was canceled saying we are not able to deliver you. Such a ridiculous service by flipkart so again i called back to flipkart and they says order has been cancelled by seller we cannot do anything if you want you can place order once again. Such horrible repsonse from flipkart. How come any one trust flipkart?
                            I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible and for such headache & waste of time flipkart should give it free as compensation.
                            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                            I got call from flipkart Saumyajit Roy and she told me since order is already cancelled it can not be delivered and if you need place the new order and we will give you 67 rs compensation. Such ridiculous service flipkart providing. When I disagree she said we cannot do anything

                            Also I got call from this number [protected] flipkart service saying that they are ready to deliver the product tomorrow without any compensation. I asked him if you are able to deliver it why you said it is cancelled and you cannot do anything. Also I asked him for so late delivery you have to give me compensation and he strightway disconnected the call. If you look the behaviour of flipkart they are making customer fool and playing with them. Flipkart needs to banned for such behaviour

                            Flipkart is such a worst company i have ever seen no response and no resolution to query. My humble request for everyone never use Flipkart for shopping in fact we should ban it.

                                Flipkart has opened Pay Later Account in my name without my permission/consent. They have created two loan accounts in my CIBIL report without my prior permission. Despite my multiple requests they are not closing the same and updating to CIBIL.

                                        I have ordered a couple of items on flipkart in december and my order was suddenly cancelled .I cannot even find the details of the my orders in the order summary to check why this happened or what got cancelled, it is as if they have been cleared. I have received a refund of only almost 3/4th of the amount paid on january 3rd.They have sent me no prior notice stating the reasons for cancellation of my orders and they have not even fully refunded my order.I have ordered these as a gift for a special occasion and the day has passed .If an order is to be cancelled the reason should atleast be intimated with the consumer. I would like to get a compensation for this grievance and the rest of the money i spent for the order back.
                                        I hope this problem will be resolved at the earliest.
