We have ordered PS4 - Dark Souls III game disc for Rs 3, 300 and received a wrong game Plants vs Zombies GW2 (for children age 7yrs) on Dec 12, 2021.
I have been calling Flipkart Customer service since 2 weeks, the Replacement request is rejected twice and the customer service says they don't know why. I have talked to supervisor also and the call is put on hold or is disconnected.

It is a VERY BAD MERCHANT (RAMASTR) and VERY BAD CUSOMER SERVICE from FLIPKART.
I request your assistance in getting my money Rs 3, 300 refunded.

Please find attached the wrong game delivered and Invoice for Rs. 3, 300

      On 06.12.2021 my flipkart account is closed by flipkart when I tryed contacting daily two times to custimer care they didnt respond to me properly but they use to send this following machine generated mail "Hello,

      We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

      Flipkart.com " When I started scolding them then their executive says its not possible to unblock ur account u creat new account with new mobile no, then what about my super coin balance of 300 which i have in that account and what about some cheap things i received from them people i need to return them is my money is not a money is my time is not precious what they think of them selves please help me out with my problem its my humble request to you

        As I ordered kryolan supra color foundation palette 12 color but flipkart sent kryolan camouflage creme. And in flipkart it doesn't have return policy on this product

        So please solve my problem

            Dear Sir, I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your delivery agent . I trusted on your service through some of your good customer reviews. But I am really disappointed with your service. I was promised on time delivery for the order from Flipkart ( Order No.: S[protected][protected] / AWB Number : [protected] ) This irresponsibility can easily end up in losing some valuable customers. My parcel was to be delivered on 21/12/2021, at 17:14 delivery called me and he refused to deliver it today and also he was not talking very nicely . He was saying that he would deliver order in next two three days and if i needed it today then i have to go collect it. I immediately complained about it to Flpkart and Ecom Express and got assurance that it would be delivered on 22/12/2021.On 22/12/2021 he called me and said he is coming to deliver my parcel but within 30 mins I received an SMS stating that "your order was undelivered as the address was unlocatable", which is not true( please see the attachment of several parcels I have received at very same address ), He is intentionally not delivering the parcel. Now today he will try the third attempt after which the order will automatically get canceled.

              I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 201306 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 201306 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 201301 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have ordered total 11 sets of Lehenga Cholis from 6 different sellers in Flipkart on 19/11/2021. The order id is OD[protected]. Of the total order from one seller named Vyani creations I ordered 3 sets, But I received only 1 set . 2 items were missing from Vyani creation seller. Over the package the bill says 3 but only one inside.

                    Now I would like to the refund of the cost the 2 items that were not delivered, the cost of which is Rs.998/-. I talked to Flipkart customer support multiple times and I was asked to mail my complaint to [protected]@flipkart.com which I did about a week back. So far I haven't received any feedback from Flipkart.

                    I am tired of contacting Flipkart multiple times for this simple issue. Please help to get my money back.

                      I purchase realme mobile from Flipkart on 21 st Dec 2021. I found that realme mobile is not worth that I paid 20000. New mobile touch is bad, in the long run it will be worst. So I asked for refund on first day I raised the issue. Still they are wantedly harassing. Flipkart dumping bad products on customers. Cheating in the name of offers .

                      The customer care asks me to follow the procedure. The procedure is they will assign one tech (Bhajan) expert. Simply he will reject the request. Happened 3 times. Again sellers cancel the replacement. It's game. We don't have the right to get value for money product. Please never buy from Online shopping. Better visit stores test and buy.

                        The replacement period is 7 days from day when product is received. Flipkart is intentionally delaying the replacement to make customers out of replacement period by dealing with a third party company called Jeeves. The technician has not contacted me and the scheduled timeline given by flipkart.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart on 31st October 2021 and they have not delivered the product till now. After calling flipkart for 100's of times they just tell to wait for 24-48 hrs you will receive the product. I am not able to cancel the order and neither flipkart is cancelling it. I want my money back. This is really unprofessional from flipkart. Please help me on this

                                Flipkart is not returning two products and simply cancelling return or exchange request although the product is under return and exchange policy.

                                Now a days I can see Flipkart providing worst service . I request for call as well 1 thing I requested call back in English but they will speak Hindi and then all the time they will be silent I have all recorded call for reference

                                      There is an issue regarding my order. I had ordered realme c25y, 8549Rs order id-OD[protected] at my Father's address Mumbai, sion koliwada (pincode-400022)on 16 dec2021 as per flipkart guidelines order delievery date was 18 December, 2021 but they failed to deliever this product on time they taken next delievery date of 20dec, 2021 but they again failed to deliever my order while asking about my order to their executive and help support they have no idea where is my order and they just manipulating the things in their way and misleaded me through wrong information rather solving my issue they just giving on and on next delievery date. So I kindly request you to resolve my issue on time and take legal action against these faculty member who prefer to disconnect the call while they have no clue about my question regarded order

                                        Have joined flipkart affiliate programme in august, 2017 and in december 2017, they changed their policy that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 25000/- or more.

                                        We have successfully completed this condition and in january we have earned 39000/- approved payment & amount should be transferred in our account in april 2021 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account in april 2021.

                                        We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                                        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.
