I ordered Realme 8s 5G 8GB ram & 128 GB internal for Rs 19, 999/- on Saturday 4th December through flipkart, I received a package on 5th December 1.15 pm, When i opened the package i shocked to see that i received Real me C20 which is Rs 7, 999/- and i immediately requested a return/ replacement and they asked me for the package pictures and my aadhar card within matter of seconds, But still now i confused that they still rejecting my return request and telling me that i didn't submit the documents in 48 hours, Even the product delivered time also didn't took 48 hrs.

Flipkart is trying to cheat the geniuine and poor customers, Am requesting you to kindly take action and refund y money i dont want to use flipkart anymore ( Am regular flipkart shopper from 2015 as a Plus member ). This issue makes me hurted, Kindly help me

Issue description: 3 YEARS RENEWAL

I ordered T-shirts on Flipkart on Oct23rd 2021 and i paid for it. I cancelled and returned that order due to product mismatch, and i got a message from filpkart that refund had initiated and refunded on Oct-29, 2021 with the reference id for that transaction.
I checked with bank with the reference id, they said there is no such credit received on that reference id, they asked me to get a mail confirmation for the credit from vendor to file complaint.
I contacted flipkart, they are very strong in their points that the refund is completed, so i asked for mail confirmation from merchant they refused to give that confirmation and they tried to convince that they will sent message for that refund i didn't accept and i asked for mail confirmation and statement from the merchant for the amount debited for my refund to my account. They refused and finally registered a complaint on[protected] with complaint number [Incident: IN[protected]]
On[protected] i got a call from flipkart customer care they asked for my bank statement from[protected] to till date to check regarding the complaint, after finishing the call they said you wil receive a mail, reply with your statement in that mail i tried but the mail got bounced back again tried the customer care relating this issue they said they will forward another one mail id in that you can share your statement, Still now i didn't receive any mail from them,
I need my money back, I am following for past one month for this issue everyone escaping from their responsibilities, Kindly arrange to refund my money back as soon as possible.
Attached mail images in that mail the reference id for the amount everything is mentioned. Kindly do the needful.

Product is missing in the packageI have already called flipkart customer care many times but no one seems to solve my problem return 6 Repeatedly rejecting the return request and also blocked the account of Flipcard.I want refund tax from flipkart

I have ordered New Balance 880 men shoes from Flipkart but instead they delivered me New Balance 680 men shoes. Now when I requested return they are asking me if I am the rightful owner of that account and asking me to send the scanned copy of AADHAR. They are asking for my consent to use and store that information. They have my number and email with which I am communicating with them. I have ordered 100 of items in the past from Flipkart. Now I don’t understand the need of me providing them my identity. I felt this is a threat to my Right to Privacy. Because without giving them my identity proof they are not returning my product which they have wrongly delivered. I have tried to contact their costumer care executives but they mostly put me hold for hours. I don’t know what to do . Please help me. I am providing you my order details.

Product ( computer monitor) was dispatched from seller on 30th Nov but till date i have not received the computer monitor.
1 st dilivery date was 2nd Dec then Flipkart changes it to 5th Dec now they are giving me new date of dilivery which is 9th Dec. Without any reason why so delay.
Being working from home i am not able to work without monitor . I am bearing loss of pay from office. Will Flipkart give me compensation for this.
It seems they are doing fraud with customer.
I need urgent resolution.

I have disabled my flipkart pay later in 2019 but till date the same reflects on my cibil report showing as personal loan from IDFC bank. I have requested several times but no feedback from flipkart team

My order is already late. I ordered the product on 23 November 2021 which was already paid and the promised delivery date was 30 November but the product was not picked from seller till 30 November they give me time for resolving the problem till 2 December. Now product is shipped on 2 December and it is stuck in one place for 3 days and there is no response from the Flipkart and delivery service. I complained in customer support but there is no resolve.

Dear sir I am Ashish I can purchase wardrobe from Flipkart my Order ID - OD[protected] the company will be deliver my parcel on 28 October 2021 but still today is the 5 December approximately one month ago but the company will not install for my product
I am call from Flipkart hundreds of time but he always tell me sir we will install into 2 to 3 days I am still waiting for the installation but company is not done his job I can purchase this product are long time but still is not install the company

I ordered earphone boat bassheads 100 from Flipkart and my INVOICE not showing in order details. To claim warranty I need invoice of the product and as it's not there in my order details, I can't claim the warranty.
Please try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Delivery late by 12 days

If i trty to login with my phone munber it shw to enter password, i enter it it shows incorrect, i try to login it with otp, the otp is sent to me, i type the correct OTP but it says unseccecfull to login your account . please retry later. If i try to forget password it again senda OTP on my no., I enter the no. but it again shows to falied reset password please try again later

Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know. My flipkart id: [protected]@gmail.com

12 items are missing from package, and all delivered is the stataus by flipkart.

Have been in call with them numerous times and have already wasted around 15-20 hours on call, but no resolution

They are just raising issue and then it is getting resolved on its own without even any proper investigation

Also while in call, they disconnect and never call back and then again and again need to call and make them understand the issue.

Still no resolution provided

Even still they say they are looking into it and then disconnecting call and not even transferring call to supervisor or even raising issue

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy F22 Denim Blue 128 GB handset on 29/11/21 and its order ID is OD[protected]. The delivery date given to me was 4/12/21. Yet it was stuck in Farukhnagar for 5 days without any update. I've been contacting the customer care executives since 3/12/21 but they couldn't specify the issue or give any valid reason for the delay. Yesterday on 4/12/21 I contacted the customer care executive again who promised me that the phone would be delivered positively by today but yet it has not even reached my nearest hub and they have even postponed the date of delivery from 4/12/21 to 8/12/21. This is really unprofessional. I'm in dire need for the phone as my phone is not working. Please resolve the issue and help to get the phone delivered as soon as possible.

I have been using Flipkart from 3 - 4 years.. but suddenly Flipkart products not deliverable to me from (pin 784508) last 3 days .

On 6th Nov 2021 Fraudster hacked my flipkart account and purchased products of 3 mobiles & 2 blutooth headsets worth Rs 59695.on flipkart pay later emi.
