Now flipkart playing hide and seek with me .. they arrange pick up 13 dec but wish master deny to pick again today wish master came to pick and deny to pick (saying item is different)
Yes it's different that's the reason I m doing return ... Really I don't think if flipkart team update to service provider .. too slow service by flipkart

      This is jagadeesh who purchased poco m2 pro on November 2020 (order already attached).
      kindly understand the problem which was sent earlier. Last year if replacement happened then I would not face that problem and after giving several complaints, I started using the mobile on 28 th November 2020.so the warranty period started from 28 th November 2020.so finally it is problem from company side then complete need to take further step for customer satisfaction. Kindly understand the problem of me and resolve it as early as possible.

      I would like to inform you that Xiaomi provides a 1-year warranty over the handset for technical issues. Also, under the warranty, Xiaomi will not consider any physical and liquid damage. Similarly, if there is any damage found in/on the outer surface of the product, including cracks, dents, or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons, and other attachments will be considered as physical damage, and its warranty will get void and you will be required to pay the relevant charges and taxes.

      This is P jagadeesh who purchased poco m2 pro mobile on 26 th October 2020, which I mailed on 11 November 2020 earlier regarding Heating issue and other issues. After that for that above mentioned compliants there is no resolution happened. Any way I have been using that mobile since November 2020.Recently my poco m2 pro mobile was dead on 16th November 2021.Then Immediately on the next I visited mi servicing centre at salem on 17th November 2021 and they checked and told that mother board problem(job code number:WXIN[protected]).For the repair/ Regarding my poco m2 pro Complaint issue and consider the last year Complaintwhich is attached of the mother board they asking me pay 8000 rupees approximately. I started using mobile on 28 th November 2020 after the several complaints .then warranty will come from 28 th November 2020 to 28th November 2021.But the service people not aa accepting and this issue I faced so many problems and faced several physical and mental stress and I am middle class private teacher (due to pandemic of Corona, I am getting half salaries) and how can face this burden. Kindly understand the above mentioned situation and faced problems . Kindly bring take this higher authority and solve this mobile issue as early as possible .

I recieved a mobile on 28 November 2020, after usage of one day I observed some issues in the mobile ( those are heating issues, speakers, mic, internet connections, earphone connections, camera problems...), .Regarding this I given several complaints to flipkart as per return policy (As per Buyers protection policy)before due date and several times technical visit happened, they noticed problems but no team picked up mobile and not return my amount.       this P jagadeesh who addressed the issue already and I got a call from flipkart higher authority person Mr Abhijeeth who promised that the refund for poco m2 pro will be refunded by 11 November, but nobody picked up the mobile phone and amount is not refunded to me even though they (flipkart team, Technical visit team and Wish Master) had been confused me so many times from last 20 days .Nothing is happened in a proper way as per their instructions and they don't have proper information regarding this matter. Every time I am calling and complaining about issue. How times this same thing happens from Las yea And how times I need to wait for solving the issue. I have been waiting from the Las year till today.
      Kindly understand the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

        I have purchased product from Flipkart account from registered mobile [protected] on 11/dec/2021 using Flipkart pay later, after payment flipkart will cancelled my order and send this message ( Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled) the Payment amount 1108 will be refunded in the flipkart pay later but they not refunded in bank account I have contacted my times flipkart support team but no one can given solution regarding this. I am sending screenshots related to this purchase kindly do needful . thank you .

          Sir i have ordered online product as per above details after delevery of my produuct i raiserequest for replacement and i got new headset but this product is not good as per given specification and it have a issue in that its one set not working properly.
          after this i have raise return request but flipkart auto cancel my request.
          so want clarification for this why flipkart cancel my request in automode.

            After recieving completely different product, we requested refund from the company. But to approve the return they are constantly demanding our ID proof, which is not at all considerable.
            Government clearly denies to share the private information like AADHAR CARD or PAN CARD, despite this flipkart is asking to mail them either of these two.

              I had placed an order with Flipkart on 21st Nov 2021 with order number OD[protected] and paid Rs 1660/-. The promised delivery date was 30th Nov. But it did not got delivered then. Later, promised delivery date got extended to 3rd Dec. But it did not got delivered then also. Now, on the app, it got updated that issue will be resolved by 9th Dec. Between this period, I called Flipkart executives for follow up regarding delivery but all said to wait till 9th Dec.
              On 9th Dec, issue did not got resolved and in the evening, I got message that issue will be resolved by 10th Dec. Today is 10th Dec but the issue has not been resolved yet. I have not been given expected delivery date nor I have been informed with issue resolution. I have called Flipkart Customer Service executives more than 20 times but no satisfactory reply was given.
              It has been more than twice the time by which the product was expected to be delivered. I have been waiting patiently but still it has not been delivered. As the product is an USB adapter, I cannot work from my laptop efficiently without it. I have paid for the product and was expecting delivery within time. Delay in delivery and issue resolution has caused harm to my office work.
              I ask for issue resolution as soon as possible and compensation for late delivery.

                    I ordered a hp u1 128gb Micro SDXC card from Flipkart worth Rs1063 from Flipkart on Nov 25 2021, first I Received a skipping rope which I then put a replacement request & again Flipkart delivered a damaged Sony 32gb Pendrive for which I contacted them but they told that they wont replace but refund only half amount to which I refused

                    I tried contacting them again & again but today they said that because return policy ended Flipkart will not refund or replace my wrong product

                    I asked Flipkart support to talk to their customer support manager but they said we cant do anything

                    Flipkart does this trick regularly with lakhs of customers to get rid of damaged products & refuse refund to customers

Flipkart has blocked my account & my order has been cancelled & I'm unable to take my 1500 RS from Flipkart Wallet.                           Today is 11 December Saturday ( Time - 2:45 PM ) and there are no updates on where my package is for the last 3 days.

                            I've ordered a Kurta of ₹619 (+ 30 supercoins) from Flipkart and requested for refund on 5th Dec 2021. On the pickup day, I've got the 30 supercoins back and ₹583. And received a notification from Flipkart chat support that the balance ₹36 will be credited to your account on or before 7th Dec. But hasn't received even after 2 days. I've contacted Flipkart several times and said wait for 48 hours and all.. And finally they said that the seller had initiated the refund amount via Paytm UPI and if you haven't received it yet you should contact Paytm customer care. After contacting, there shows an error in Paytm call. I haven't recieved my money back. Please do something.

                              My order date 27 November
                              First delivery date 5 December
                              Then second delivery date revised date 7 December
                              Then 11 December is just for the date for reason
                              Then 15 December to just inform members that what issue and what reason behind delay
                              And nothing proceeds in my case
                              So I want to file complaint against all of them and I want Compensation for above misguided and waste my time
                              Every day its show delivery today deliever today
                              And make me wait
                              They waste my holidays working days
                              I chat every day but no result every day same story
                              I call them once they hold call for 20 minutes and suddenly disconnected the phone
                              Bad experience
                              I want justice for this bad service

                              What I do for such a misguiding attitude of flipkart look into my case and give me the result in one day I request first and then I take action against company and all of them

                                I have ordered one office chair from flipkart and I requested for return within 4 days after delivery. They promised the technician visit on 9th December but still no one has reached or contacted me for that. Meanwhile I’m receiving messages like I requested for cancellation of my request without my knowledge. Customer support team marking my complaints as resolved with out showing any resolution. If I’m contacting them, calls getting rejected by them.

                                  I have ordered one Havells geyser. But it came with missing parts. After complaint Flipkart had send one Replacement product and I recieved it on 29th Oct 21. But it was defective. The packaging wad not proper and also body is defective. So I had lodged complaint for product return . But nobody came for pick up and I have not received my refund. The Flipkart and Havells sellers service is pathetic. Hope after this email I will get proper resolution.

                                    I've bought a non-stick cookware set . whose quality i did not like it.
                                    i put the return request same day as i received it as there was seven day return policy. but no one has come to pick it up. when I enquired about it through customer care he asked me to cancel the return because this packet can be picked up only in case of damage. I told him it didn't fit as per my requirement and this is eligible under 7 days return policy.
                                    so he asked me to hold and i kept waiting for 20 mints after that call disconnected.

                                    when I called them again 24x7 hours customer care i was told to call them in morning as they are not able to find any details.

                                    i am unable to understand why they are making an issue after mentioning 7days return policy.

                                      I had purchased Realme 43 inch Smart TV from flipkart on 20-Oct-2020. I also purchased complete protection, giving me 3 years extended warranty.
                                      I raised service request on 20-Sep-21, informing the Flipkart support team that I started getting horizontal lines on the TV screen and it is getting heated at one corner. One of the engineers from support team visited on 01-Oct-21 and informed that the panel needs to be replaced. Since then there has been no update on the status of the request. I have sent more than 15 emails to Jeeves support team along with Grievance Office as well as CS-Head. However there has been no help. I must have received calls from 6-7 different representatives from Grievance Escalation team, but with no updates. Jeeves support team has been only responding with a standard response asking for 2 business days. It has been 2 months since the complaint has been raised with the support team. I am not getting any co-operation from anybody from Flipkart - Jeeves Support, Grievance Escalation team or CS-Head.

                                        I ordered a product on 23th November through flipkart pay later and the delivery date was on 4th December. It got extended to 7th December. However, I recieved a mail that if I don't pay the amount till 5th December, it would levy extra charges. Therefore, I paid the amount on 5th itself without receiving the product. I didn't receive the product on 7th also due to too much delay. I haven't got my money refunded yet but flipkart says it has been refunded. Customer support says same thing. Kindly refund my money.
