I ordered Motorola edge 40 neo on 8 Oct 2023 on Flipkart. Order ID OD[protected]. Expected delivery date was 22 Oct. Even if the extraordinarily long waiting time was forgiven, the product came to the nearest hub and was out for delivery on 22 Oct itself. It is still undelivered 3 days later. Ekart tracking status is "Unsuccessful. Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues". I don't understand what operational issues can come for a simple delivery. Multiple calls to customer care have yielded no result. They just keep extending the timeline for resolution. Pathetic service and response. I still don't know what happened to the package and where it is.

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of an iPhone 14 from Flipkart. It has now been more than two weeks since I placed the order, and the product has not been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or a valid explanation for the delay.

    The order in question has been inexplicably stuck at the "motherhub" and does not seem to be making any progress towards delivery. This has left me without a functional phone, and to make matters worse, my card EMI is scheduled to begin soon. Flipkart has offered the option to cancel the order and reorder, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this solution. Reordering the product at the same discounted price is not possible, which puts me at a significant disadvantage.

    I have reached out to your customer service through emails, phone calls, and even social media tweets, but I have received no resolution or assistance whatsoever. The only action I have seen from Flipkart is the constant changing of the delivery date on your app, with no real progress or updates on the status of my order.

    The inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me are immeasurable, and I have been left without a functioning phone for an extended period, which is affecting both my personal and professional life.

    I kindly request that you take my complaint seriously and address this matter promptly. I believe that I am entitled to a resolution to this issue, including a clear explanation of the problem and a definitive delivery date for my order.

    I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter and ensure that I receive a timely and satisfactory response. Your assistance in resolving this issue is highly anticipated.

      I ordered a product on 20 Oct 2023 from flip kart then after few days on 24th Oct, delivery guy called me and told that product is in our area so come and take it, I asked him for his location, he told me the place which is more than 1 KM away from my home, so I told him to come at the place which we gave in as a landmark which is 20 meters away from my house that landmark I gave was a Bank which is single bank in our area in range of 15 KMs, at first he told that he don know the location even that bank comes straight in that road from which he called me. then he told me OK and then cut the call. then we waited for the product as it was necessary for us ... after 1 day I got to know that he cancelled my order on his own discretion. after that we got notification from flipkart that now on later orders we will be charged cancellation charge... give me evidence that I cancelled my order otherwise I want apology from delivery person for arrogance, and compensation from flipkart for betraying and not holding responsibility for our order. as it was necessary, and we also paid the price in advance.

        I ordered a SHAGUN FASHION BOUTIQUE Women Black Flats on 5th October 2023, and a Glorious Women Geometric Print A-line Kurta on 3rd October, 2023. I had size issue with the flats and material was not so good of the kurta, so I had issued return for both the product on the same day it was delivered (11th October). Refund was accepted on 12th October and it was said that pick-up would be done by 16th October and refund would be issued by 19th October. But the pickup was not done on time, they missed it and said they would come the next day. even it was rescheduled and I complained many times to the Flipkart service center. They only complaint to their higher team but they didn't do much. It is only taking time. I contacted to the service center everyday but they still didn't resolve my problem. The pickup is still pending from 16th to till date (25th October). They are not doing anything just telling me to wait for 24 hours whenever I contact them. It is surely driving me crazy now.

          I have purchased a HP OMEN 16 laptop on Flipkart at 70, 039 RS on October 8, 2023.
          Before I purchased, I read all the policies, terms and conditions related to the product. And there is a "Replacement policy" on Flipkart for this product.
          So, I trusted and purchased the laptop.

          After receiving the product, The product is panel gap issue because of battery swelling.
          So I raised a request for replacement. But the customer care agent said that "only refund is available, due to out of stock".
          I Don't have a problem to take refund. But the product price is increased around 40 thousand rupees.
          So, I don't want to waste my 40 thousand rupees for their mistake. Because it is clearly mentioned "Replacement policy is available". But, now they are violating the policy.

          So i want to claim my policy i.e, replacement policy.
          So, I argued with customer care agent for 2 hours regarding problem. They said only return policy is available.

          If there is only "Refund", then change the policy terms in place of replacement before buying the product.
          So, it is clear that they are cheating the customers.

          This is a fraudulent activity by Flipkart and seller.
          And they are violating their policy.

          Without any serious action on this, they will continue this fraudulent activity.
          So, Take the action on as soon as possible.

            Hi,
            I have ordered my groceries from Flipkart and my order number is OD[protected]. Out of the 24 items delivered today "Classic Chana Dal (Split) by Flipkart Grocery (500 g)" packet was torn and open. Hence, I returned the same back to the delivery person immediately. I was trying to apply for a refund for this item on the Flipkart portal, but it was allowing me to submit my return request as the delivery was open box type it says. Please advise me how to get the refund for the item which I returned. I have attached the image of the packet herewith for your reference.

              I got my AMD ryzen 3 3200g yesterday (24 oct, 2023) which i ordered from Flipkart. it was open box delivery but the delivery boy didn't open the plastic cover in which the processor was packed but yesterday night when i opened the plastic cover i found that the corner pins of processor are bent so i called Flipkart customer care number and asked them for exchange/return but they refused saying this product has no return policy.

                Order id OD[protected] placed on 7th October-2023 having items:

                1) Samsung Tab S7 plus.
                2)Haritch Back cover for Samsung Tab S7 plus.
                3) Tough Lee tempered glass guard for Samsung Tab S7 plus.

                Items 2 and 3 were delivered but 1 was not delivered but was cancelled from the seller's end.
                I have followed up on the delivery almost every day from 10th October and Flipkart suggested waiting until the 19th and then up to 25th October. In the meantime, the return deadline for items 2 and 3 is over.

                Now Flipkart canceled the main team i.e. item 1 from their end and refused to cancel the other items under the same order id and asked me to reorder item 1 with an escalated price.

                I need the refund of the all items ordered together as without item 1, items 2 and 3 have no use.

                    I ordered a Lenovo laptop on 21st October. On 22nd October at 8:55 am, the order arrived at a Flipkart facility near me in Sector V, Kolkata. Then on next day (23rd), it shows that it has left the Kolkata facility on 6:40 am and then on 24th, it again shows that it arrived at Kolkata facility. I tried contacting the customer care but they just didn't seem to address my issue and kept telling me to wait.
                    Now today (24th evening), they prompt that the shipment is delayed till 31st, even when the shipment is near my location already for 2 days now. They haven't even shared the contact of the delivery agent or the hub. I don't know why they're harrassing the customer this way.

                      I am writing this to bring your attention a concern regarding my recent order, Reebok voyager M Running shoes for men which was marked as "delivered" on Oct 18.
                      Unfortunately, I have not received the order.

                      I have followed the tracking information closely and even checked my delivery address, but there has been no sign of the package. I have called the customer support, they said it can't be delivered without otp but i haven't received any otp. Customer support is not helping for this issue. I am concerned about this situation.

                      Here are the order details:

                      - Order Date: 15th Oct
                      - Expected Delivery Date: 18th Oct

                      I look forward to a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

                          I have ordered the "Opus Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed" from Flipkart.com on October 09, 2023. The order ID is OD OD[protected]. The scheduled delivery date was October 14, 2023, but I have not received the item as promised. The tracking details were last updated on October 14, 2023, stating that the item has arrived at a Courier Facility (CentralHub_L_MUMX). Since then, there have been no further updates on the Flipkart app. When I tried to track the item using the Tracking ID on the EKart Logistics portal, it shows an error. It has been one week past the promised delivery date, and I still haven't received the item. I raised a complaint with Flipkart, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved by October 18, 2023, but there has been no resolution or update since then. I lodged another complaint on October 18, and they asked me to wait until October 24 for an update. However, as of October 24, 2023, my issue remains unresolved. The worst part is that this is a furniture order, and I am unable to cancel the order and receive a refund.

                          Did you receive the order? I also ordered a "Engineered Wood Bed" on Sep 30, 2023. But it is not delivered to me yet (27-Oct-2023). It is also stuck with same courier hub. They extended the delivery dates more than 6 times now and getting error upon trying to track from ekart portal. Please update here once you get your item. Thanks

                            Order ID - OD[protected]. PREPAID
                            EOD was 18 October but Flipkart rescheduled date without informing me. Rescheduled date was 21 October but Flipkart didn't deliver the product on that day aslo.

                            I have tried contacting customer care, registered complain on social media, call and email but Flipkart is not looking into it.

                            Now Flipkart asking me to cancel the order and reorder on higher price (300% higher price).

                            Flipkart is not delivering the product and also not sending another product from same seller.

                            It's baby product and I don't even have the money to order another one.

                            I don't know how long Flipkart is going to mentally torture my family.

                            Kindly look into it and take action against such fishy organisation.

                                Due to a size issue, I requested an exchange and was given a product of the same size different brand. I was ready to exchange, but refund procedure started
                                I received a partial refund of Rs 304 rather than Rs 697.
                                original cost 1090/
                                I purchased for[protected] discount).
                                Flipkart is currently refunding 304/[protected] discount) deducting discount twice
                                Customers that receive different brands and sizes from suppliers are penalized. The Flipkart support center claims that they have decreased the 10% card discount that I received on another product. In that scenario, you are free to take every item back (undamaged and well-packed)
                                This amount is reduced below 5000 because supplier sends wrong brands and sizes I was willing to accept exchange, you can not reduce my discounts

                                  I have pre-ordered VIVO 29 Pro Mobile on 7th Oct which was supposed to be delivered on 13th Oct. Before 13th the delivery date was changed to 18th Oct. While I waited patiently for the delivery it was not even delivered on 18th and the date was again changed 20th Oct 2023.
                                  The mobile came to my doorstep for delivery on 21st Oct but was not delivered due to some technical issues on Flipkart sides and said would be delivered next day. I have been calling Flipkart customer service daily to check upon the status since its still showing 20th as delivery date on 24th Oct and multiple tickets have been raised which says will be resolved by 27th. They keep on increasing the resolution date everytime I call someone.

                                  I fear they have either damaged the product and/or lost it and delaying it so I can cancel the order so its not the delivery agent fault. I have not received any clarity from Flipkart end since they have no clue about where the product is and when it will be delivered.

                                    I was checking my credit card statement and realised that two transactions shows some EMI from flipkart

                                    It says some flipkart internet EMI.

                                    The amount has been deducted on 23 October 2023 in two parts- Rs 1649.89 and 310.01

                                    I need my money back. I will check with bank as well

                                      I placed an order on 9th October and delivery was expected by 22nd October today is 23rd October and the delivery wasn't attempted I reached out through Instagram please refer the attachment I clearly said I need the order it's urgent my dad is asking everyday about the delivery since he already waited 15 days just after I spoke on Instagram my order was cancelled like what the ### seriously why you'll hire illiterate people who doesn't know to read I no where mentioned to cancel and you'll cancelled the order l feel like a fool right now who waited for 15 days prepaid order and cancelled wow what a WONDERFUL EXPERience now I have to inform my dad the order is cancelled which I dnt know how to say as I was saying him everyday it will come tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow like so disgusting service if you'll cannot handle the sale don't keep thn sale Amazon is far better than you now I want the product in the same price which I had purchased with fast delivery or I am going to escalate further directly on social media along with all the screenshot I need the product I don't know any call me on [protected] for god sake don't call and harass my dad number which is [protected] who's senior citizen... Direct talk to me I am not leaving you guys now

                                        I have purchased Toshiba TV on 20/10/2023 through Flipkart flatform
                                        Installation also done on same day by JEEVES,

                                        While seeing cricket and movies in Disney hotstar I found screen flickers

                                        Then I tried return/replacement option in Flipkart
                                        As per policy of Flipkart

                                        But it was not taking
                                        Instead it was instructed us to log complaint directly to TOSHIBA

                                        Why it is selling the products on their flatform

                                        I want to return the product

                                        If anyone of you face same problem please let me know to deal with this situation
