I ordered oppo reno 10 from flipkart in exchange offer. Showing After 10 delivery date but not deliver on this date and I contact to delivery boy he told I deliver next day in your address but next day Autometic my oreder was cancelled. please I request to you please solve my issue .

    I ordered a Mi Led TV 43 inch (Order id-OD[protected] on 8 October 2023 and promised delivery date was 14 October. Today is 20 October, But it is not still shipped by the seller. Rather I had payed the complete amount in advance through Credit Card.

    Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. My First Delevery date 14 October, then the next delevery date 18,
    after that 19 October. At 19 October 2023 i call delevery agent, he tell me that he delevery my item 8pm. After 8pm message show that your order is rejected as per your request. Next morning flipkart app show that your Order is cancelled as per your request. But I am not cancel my order. no call or msg receive from the flipkart about this order cancelation.
    I request my order reshedule and delevery soon at my address.
    This is the first time when I had such a bad experience with flipkart.
    Else i will comlaint customer consumer court.

It was open box delivery so delivery boy opened in front o[censored]s and there was minute defect inside the front camera which was visible. So on behalf of me he (deliver boy) Requested Flipkart for replacement after that on18th I am getting message that your order is cancelled from flipkart and your refund is generated like this info after that i called flipkart customer care ... Sweta mam...

        I ordered a phone on flipkart on 11 Oct 2023, it was expected to get delivered by 19 Oct 2023, but did not put for out of delivery yet. I tried contacting flipkart customer service, they have no reason for the delay and not even able to find a ekart nearest hub where my phone is now.

        Please help me with the issue.

          I have Purchased VU GLO LED 65 inch 4K Tv from flipkart on 7th OCT 2023 and delivery Date was 14th OCT 2023.
          Today is 20th OCT 2023 and still I have not received the product. I called customer service they said you will get resolution by 18th oct then again I called they said 20th and now they said 23rd OCT . But the tracking details for delhivery courier service is provided and when I Track to Dehlivery tracking it is clearly mentioned seller cancelled order but flipkart is just extending my resolution date. I have prepaid this order already.

            Hi, I ordered a camera during the big billion days and by mistake I ordered the canon Eos 200d instead of canon mark II.

            Later I found the issue and when I tried to cancel the order, it is showing that I cannot cancel since the order is already dispatched.

            So I thought ok let the product come and I'll return the product.

            But after I received the product, I'm not able to replace it. It is showing me that since it is a open box delivery I cannot return it.

            Can u please help. I want to return the product and want to buy the Canon Mark II camera.

            I don't want the money back and I'm ready to pay the difference amount but please take back the product.

            I've not yet open the plastic of the product. It is kept as it is after it is delivered as I don't want to use this product.

            So please help me. I've been a loyal Flipkart customer for more than 5-6 years and I've purchased 1000s of product from flipkart

                I placed an order
                (Order ID : OD[protected] for a study lamp on October 5 on Flipkart and the product status shows delivered on 7 October but i didn't received any update, text, or call from the delivery executive/agent. I waited for 2 days then & I tried help and support, raised an issue on 10/10/2023 they promised to resolve it by 15/10/2023 which ofcourse they didn't. I raised an issue for the second time on 16/10/2023 they again gave me a date i.e. 22/10/2023. They refused to refund saying they don't that option available. Today(19/10/2023) I got a phone call from the company..(the person on phone was very rude) they denied my refund and said they have resolved the problem on their level, claiming that they've delivered the product to the right address and for them the case is closed, that they can't do anything more.

                I'm very disheartened from the whole experience. I lost my money and time. I need the lamp to study, cause my exams were near, but they made the whole thing a joke.

                Please help.

                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                  The order D[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 18.OCT.23 but it has not been delivered yet. I had multiple contacts to customer care but all in no use as they don't provide any appropriate update just asking to wait more and more.

                  First delivery was attempted on 18.OCT.23 but delivery person refused to deliver stating he is not aware of exchange procedure. Next delivery was attempted on 19.OCT.23 and ekart cancelled it by itself stating operational reasons.

                  Kindly consider this issue urgent and create a grievance to escalate this issue further.

                  Also, I don't see any order cancellation option on order page for this order.

                  Kindly help.

                    I have given order on 8th October, delivery date was showing on 13th October, then 16th October and then 18th October.

                    Today is 19th October but still order product not received.
                    call centre is disconnecting the calls abruptly.

                    No one is taking complaints seriously, from 12th hub product shows in my nearest hub but still not delivered.

                    Everytime Flipkart is giving wrong commitments and mental harassment.

                    Please help.

                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 411062 for almost last year now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 90% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 411062 about 3 days ago. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

                          I'm Akhil a Flipkart plus member ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 7th October 2023 i e., POCO M6 PRO 5g at first the delivery date is about 11th October 2023 but it has reached the nearest hub by 9th October 2023 but the delivery has been delayed and postponed to 14th October which eventually has been delayed and later on 17th October '23 the order was cancelled without any notification or update to me although waiting for 10 days.

                          Now I have ordered a mobile on 17th October '23 i.e., MOTOROLA G14 order id (OD[protected] the delivery date was on 19th October '23 that is today and the item has reached the nearest hub on 18th October '23 at 3:56AM ekart tracking number (FMPP[protected]) but till now there is no update on delivery and the order isn't out for delivery yet and suddenly the delivery has been delayed to 22nd October '23 and I am unable to contact any customer care service numbers too.

                          I request you to deliver my order as soon as possible.

                          These kind of things leads to the trust issues with the Flipkart website to customers and it will be helpful if you deliver the order as early as possible

                                Non-Delivery of Order # FMPP[protected] which was originally scheduled for delivery on 18/10/2023. As of today, I have not received my package. However, my primary concern stems from the lack of communication and updates regarding my package's status. According to the tracking information, my order arrived at the nearest hub on 16/10/2023, and there have been no further updates since then. No details to communicate the logistics service agent in their website or on flipkart

                                    I placed an order from Filpkart dated 08/10/2023 and I did not receive the order on the date I was supposed to receive it on the 12th. Then they got a message that the delivery will be on the 15th, then again they got a message that the delivery will be on the 20th. But today I got a massage that I will get on the 23rd. It's 15 days late my delivery this is not good service, next time I am not order any product from Flipkart

                                      Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. On my first call they gave me deadline of 12 October, then in the next call deadline was 14, then 19, 20 and now they are saying that your problem will be resolved by 21 October. This is the first time when I had such a bad experience with flipkart. Don't try to fool your customer and do the needful.
                                      Else I will let flipkart know very well that how to respect consumer's rights.
