    Flipkart Seller fraud - Akshnav Online

    Flipkart and one of his seller Akshnav Online is really really worst.
    First I ordered Refrigrator on 14/10/2023 from FK from this seller and it will deliver by 19th oct but somehow logistics issues and then i called FK and they told me wait till 25th oct 2023 then I got mail on 25th that wait for 24hrs more so you get ur answer by 26th oct 2023 then I receive notification that your order is cancelled from seller side now we will refund...

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I have ordered two products from Flipkart on 10.10.2023. The order details are as below:
    1. CROCS Classic Men White Sandals (order id: OD[protected], delivery date: 18.10.2023, Price: 1442.00)
    2. WOODLAND Slippers (order id: OD[protected], delivery date: 15.10.2023, Price: 1330.00)

    Both the products were unfit for me and so I applied for the return of the product. The very next day the product was picked up for the return and refund status showed "processed". They provided the bank reference number as[protected] and[protected] respectively for both the products. But till now there is no refund in my account till date 25.10.2023. I have made multiple calls to the flipkart customer care, but there is no positive response from flipkart's side. I have also contacted to the bank's customer care with the reference number, but they said they cannot help with the reference number and the issue can only be resolved from the flipkart's side. I have visited the bank, but there is no provision with the banking staffs to track the transaction with the reference number provided by the Flipkart. Even after multiple calls to the flipkart my issue is still not resolved and they talk about the bank reference number every time. On 23.10.2023 and 24.10.2023 Flipkart marked my opened complaint as "resolved" without even with any prior intimation or valid reason. While complaining about the same again on 25.10.2023, Flipkart executives gave no valid reason and clarification for closing my issue regarding refund. Hence it is clear that the company is fooling around the customers. There has been no contact from the Flipkart executives to me regarding the refund issue, this shows the negligency regarding the customer service.
    I request you to kindly take suitable and necessary action and escalate the issue regarding the refund of Rs.1442 and Rs. 1330 of my purchases into my bank account.
    I have attached my invoice copy of the orders and bank statement from 25.09.2023 to 25.10.2023 to verify the credit entry of aforesaid amount into my account.

      I have ordered for a replacement o[censored]s polo blue t shirt on Oct 17, 2023.The delivery address is my office address.Due to Durga Puja, the office was closed on 23rd and 24th October.But the status of the product is shown delivered on 23.10.2023.But the product is not received by me.And also the old product is not picked up but status shown as 'picked'.Now the Flipkart executive said, only refund is the only option but for this Rs 50/- will be declducted as return chrgs.But I need to replace the replacement as the price of the product also increased.
      When I have the office address, why the product came on holidays?If comes so, why did the item not hold in the hub.
      Please come back to me with any of 2 options:
      1.Waive the return charges in case of product return
      2.Replace the item as soon as possible.

          This is with reference to order delayed by Flipkart or Flipkart Logistics with Order No- OD[protected].

          Wanted to understand the reason as initially it was 16th Oct then it got changed to 18th Oct and I was given an assurance of 25th Oct but still I don't have an update. Flipkart cannot just push on delivery date and deliver after 1 month. It was a gift for my wife.

          "My EMI has been deducted from my account and no one is even bothered in providing an update."

          I am paying for something I haven't even received so I want compensation against delay and harassment by Grievance by putting calls on hold for 5-10 min and having no update.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Still didnot receive any resolution from Flipkart.
          With deep regret, I need to inform forum that i have booked product at 34760 INR however now that product is costing me at 52000 INR and seller is refunding me only 1500 INR.
          How is that justified by Flipkart/Seller/Ekart.
          I need a resolution else this will be escalated further.

            I am writing this email to request your assistance for getting a full refund for the cloth I ordered from Flipkart. Refer to my order ID dated Oct 07, 2023 Allen Solly Regular fit men grey trousers. I received it on Oct 08, 2023.

            The quality of clothes seem to be lower than what was expected for the price I had invested. So, I raised a return request on Oct 09, 2023 on Flipkart and they also accepted for refund. Till date the item has not been picked up from my home and not get the refund amount also.

            I have attached the copy of the payment receipt and other details related to this issue.

              Dear sir,
              I had ordered a grocery product from flipkart but it was cancelled by the seller by some reason so on behalf of that I received a mail and even a confirmation call from flipkart that I will recieve a gift card of rs. 500 (for the inconvenience and delay that had been caused in the delivery) if I will reorder the same product within 10 days and I did the same but the gift card is not getting credited to my account and now the executives are denying to credit it in my account...

              It's very shameful for flipkart that they are cheating with customers and I had never expected that from flipkart..

                IMEI not recognised when selling phone

                I have been trying to sell my old Redmi note 8 phone on phonecash for the exchange that they failed for iPhone 13 i bought
                They just mark the case as resolved and there is no communication from customer care
                This kind of behaviour from flipkart is not acceptable
                Either give my exchange amount promised or fix the IMEI issue on your end....

                During flipkart big billion sale, i have ordered iphone 14 by paying full amount. Status of the delivery was till the product reached nearest hub, later it was in the same state. when I called the support team they said the product is lost in the hub. I am sure this is not because of product not available, because i see same issue with multiple people, when read in the post in consumercomplaints.in

                  I have placed an order for Mi TV 80 inches on 29th September Order ID :OD[protected] for an amount of Rs.12499 and due to some unavoidable circumstances I have cancelled the order on 30th of September. I thought that I will receive the refund within a week. But after two weeks also I haven't received the refund. I have contacted the Customer Support team for the same atleast 15 times regarding the same but it is of no use to me. They are asking the same query about the bank account details for crediting the refund amount. I have given the details four times already and marking the issue as resolved now I again opened my issue again they have asked for the same details. Now I have lost my hope that my issue will be resolved.

                    My account was registered earlier with a mobile number that I don't have to now. When I have to refund anything it ask for OTP which I can't get so it a humble request to change my old registered number [protected] with new number [protected].

                      I ordered kenstar electric water kettle on 8th Oct at flipkart. It was expected to be delivered on 9th Oct(next day).
                      As usual it was out for delivery on 9th Oct, but didn't receive any call from anyone. Instead i called the number shown in flipkart & asked about order, that delivery person asked "is my number showing for ur order, will check and call". But havent got any call after that. Later i raised complaint in flipkart that order still not received even though it's in nearest hub & was shown out for delivery on expected day itself. They told it will ve resolved by oct 11. But no response till oct 11. Oct 12 i again reopened complaint same thing. It will be resolved by oct 16, then same i called on that day due date changed to oct 19, then 21, then 25.. just due date getting changed. No other updates till today Oct 25..

                      I asked them to send another product if it's lost/blocked somewhere. But they are refusing that seller wont agree & so asked me to cancel this & order again. But price got changed now. I ordered it on big billion days order for 384rs. Now it got changed to 500+. Also i told "i dont want to cancel & i am ready to wait for even a month also but let me know the delivery date". They are not accepting that also. They just forcing me to cancel my order, they are like until you cancel, we wont provide any solution. They are refusing for senior callback also.

                      My question is,
                      What's the mistake from my end?
                      Is package lost/blocked my mistake?
                      Is ordering on big billion days my mistake?
                      If it's not my mistake then why i have to cancel my order &, reorder at higher price?

                      I can say it's happening for many persons using flipkart, few cancels their order themselves, few cancels after flipkart asks them to do. Only leftover few like me(or maybe only me) are raising voice for this..

                      Kindly help on this

                        I was casually surfing Flipkart app and suddenly I got locked out and now it says your account is blocked. I've already sent a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response. I need an order exchanged due to large size and since I cannot login now, the exchange window will close soon and the shoes that I bought will be of no use. Order ID OD[protected].
                        Please unblock my account and initiate an exchange request for one size small that is 9UK.

                            I have ordered a shoes from Flipkart last week. Shoes size that I ordered is no. 9 but the seller delivered the size no. 6. How can it be possible to wear shoes of no. 6 instead of no. 9 size. And also there is no returns or replacement from the seller 😕.                               I ordered Motorola edge 40 neo on 8 Oct 2023 on Flipkart. Order ID OD[protected]. Expected delivery date was 22 Oct. Even if the extraordinarily long waiting time was forgiven, the product came to the nearest hub and was out for delivery on 22 Oct itself. It is still undelivered 3 days later. Ekart tracking status is "Unsuccessful. Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues". I don't understand what operational issues can come for a simple delivery. Multiple calls to customer care have yielded no result. They just keep extending the timeline for resolution. Pathetic service and response. I still don't know what happened to the package and where it is.

                                I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of an iPhone 14 from Flipkart. It has now been more than two weeks since I placed the order, and the product has not been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or a valid explanation for the delay.

                                The order in question has been inexplicably stuck at the "motherhub" and does not seem to be making any progress towards delivery. This has left me without a functional phone, and to make matters worse, my card EMI is scheduled to begin soon. Flipkart has offered the option to cancel the order and reorder, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this solution. Reordering the product at the same discounted price is not possible, which puts me at a significant disadvantage.

                                I have reached out to your customer service through emails, phone calls, and even social media tweets, but I have received no resolution or assistance whatsoever. The only action I have seen from Flipkart is the constant changing of the delivery date on your app, with no real progress or updates on the status of my order.

                                The inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me are immeasurable, and I have been left without a functioning phone for an extended period, which is affecting both my personal and professional life.

                                I kindly request that you take my complaint seriously and address this matter promptly. I believe that I am entitled to a resolution to this issue, including a clear explanation of the problem and a definitive delivery date for my order.

                                I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter and ensure that I receive a timely and satisfactory response. Your assistance in resolving this issue is highly anticipated.

                                  I ordered a product on 20 Oct 2023 from flip kart then after few days on 24th Oct, delivery guy called me and told that product is in our area so come and take it, I asked him for his location, he told me the place which is more than 1 KM away from my home, so I told him to come at the place which we gave in as a landmark which is 20 meters away from my house that landmark I gave was a Bank which is single bank in our area in range of 15 KMs, at first he told that he don know the location even that bank comes straight in that road from which he called me. then he told me OK and then cut the call. then we waited for the product as it was necessary for us ... after 1 day I got to know that he cancelled my order on his own discretion. after that we got notification from flipkart that now on later orders we will be charged cancellation charge... give me evidence that I cancelled my order otherwise I want apology from delivery person for arrogance, and compensation from flipkart for betraying and not holding responsibility for our order. as it was necessary, and we also paid the price in advance.
