[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint Regarding Non-Receipt of Refund for Cancelled Flipkart Order

I placed an order for Niramagal Kitchen Cleaner on Flipkart.

Cancellation Date: 2 July 2026

The order remained in "Order Confirmed" status for several days without being shipped. Due to the delay, I cancelled the order on 2 July 2026.

Although the order was cancelled, I have still not received my refund. I have contacted Flipkart customer support multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved. I also have proof of the order status, cancellation, and my conversations with customer support.

I request that my refund be processed immediately and credited to my original payment method. Kindly investigate this matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest.
