I ordered a samsung f14 5g OMG black, on flipkart, it was delivered to me at oct 2 2023, but when I switched on the mobile, the battery drain from 99 to 0 in 10 min, with in the drain the touch not working, after that I pluged the charger, even after a hour its still remains in zero, so I initiated a return, flipkart said take it to the service center and i did, they declare the mobile is defective, and the also gave the DOA certficate, the asked me to return the mobile in flipkart, so that I raised a complain, its been two days they are responding, and they not ready to hear my complaint, please help me with this issue
