    I ordered a Bluetooth mouse(amount-rs1045/-paided) with order idOD[protected] and as my product got delivered i raised a return request.i contracted with them multiple times for return request because my return request was not processing and after 3-4 times after placing a return request my account got blocked now i am unable to place request due to account block.i placed return request due to valid reasons and my return request got accepted but i have another pending issue in that account regarding another order and i am unable to take action due to account being blocked. I contacted customer service and they said " we can only help you after account gets unbanned" and that issue is serious please help me with this matter

      I have purchased Flipkart Paid Account Management Service for sellers on 4th October 2021. After payment no response from company is received. They also promised 2000 cash back credits on advertisement. But nothing is done so far.

        I've ordered one pair of Puma shoes with order ID OD[protected]
        on 3rd October and it was a debit card payment. I received the product on 9th October and returned on 11th October as the product didn't match my expectations. But refund amount was due on 18th October, CS team is saying the payment is done from the seller's end but I've not received the refund amount yet. I'm constantly following up with the Customer Support team and they have shared a reference number[protected] but the Bank is not able to track any transaction with this number. Now the CS is neither replying to my mails or I'm not able to give callback request as well.

        I've ordered another kurta trouser set on 4th October with order ID OD[protected] as the product was taking too long to deliver I've cancelled it on 13th October and the refund amount was due on October 19, CS team is saying the payment is done from the seller's end but the amount is not credited yet in my account. This was also a debit card payment. They've not shared any reference number for this order, now I'm not able to contact the CS team and they are not replying to my mails as well.

        Please resolve this issue. Hoping for a positive feedback from their side a t the earliest as it's been too long already.

          Sir,
          On 07.10.2021 I tried to purchase a reclining sofa for an amount of Rs.11, 999/- on flipkart and paid through paytm balance vide FLIPKART Order ID - OD[protected] and PAYTM Order ID : PZT[protected]M8RMB01 and Transaction ID [protected]. Amount was deducted from paytm but flipkart is showing that “Order Not Placed, Your Payment was not confirmed by the bank”. Several times I raised the issue with flipkart and every time they are saying that the issue will be resolved in a couple of days or in a week. Paytm says that the amount was sent to flipkart and it is flipkart to comply with it. Already 20 days passed and no company took responsibility and my amount was not refunded.

            One of the specialists reached out to me on 22nd October and offered refund of 25012 for one of the undelivered/unsent pixel 4a. I asked him that there were two products I didn't receive. He told me that he was authorized to do refund for one of the units as the complaints were registered separately. He assured me that he or some other agent will contact me on 23rd October (refund promised date) and provide refund for the other pixel 4a.

            Been 4 days, till today (27th October - resolution date). I have been calling them for updates all along and till now no updates from them. There's still a missing refund of ₹ 25011 for the other Pixel 4a.

            The total refund should have been ₹ 50023 for the unsent items. But only ₹ 25012 is provided. Still waiting for the ₹ 25011 refund. It hasn't even initiated yet and why did they give me a false hope.

            Please issue the pending refund for the unsent pixel 4a. Please don't delay this further. I'm already disappointed in you guys. I'm already regretting coming to Flipkart for my purchases. Please don't make me lose hope in your humanity. This is my hard-earned money that I've been saving for the past two years to buy something nice for my family. Please don't steal it from me.

            This is not a duplicate complaint but a followup from my previous missing/undelivered complaint.

            They already promised refund for both the undelivered/unsent items but till now only partial refund provided. Total should be 73496 for the entire order. For missing items, its 50, 023 out of which only 25012 has been initiated but not credited yet. And 25011 for the other is not yet initiated.

            No updates from the support or the seller. I have also asked for device details so that I could create a CSR and file an FIR against the missing mobiles. It was even suggested by Flipkart support team.

            I still haven't received any device details nor the refund they promised almost a week ago.

            It has been a month since I placed this order. Throughout the month, I haven't received a single proper response from their support team except on 22nd and that too turned out to be a false promise.

              Hi,
              I recently purchased JSB Knee massager product from flipkart for my father.
              I really dissapointed after seeing the damaged product.
              I asked for refund/replacement, raised complaint in portal and followedup with customer care executives so many times.

              The below are new ways of flipkart cheating (Seems trained to loot customer money)
              (Based on my experience i faced with flipkart kept these points)
              * They wont call back
              * If they call back they put ur call on hold automatically call get disconnected
              * They will say will get call within 72hrs and close
              * They said call forward to senior and call disconnects
              * They say dont worry we will resolve and close
              * They say signal issue and close
              * They say cannot here and call disconnects.
              * Almost morthan 15days customercare executives are passing time saying you will get resolution wait 72 hrs and closing issue agian need to open or create a new issue or followup
              ...ETC

              The above are smart ways flipkart executives are trained to loot customer amount by giving damaged product.

              I need an resloution and value for my hard enarned money.

                I have ordered luminous battery from flipkart on 7th of oct which was showing to be delivered on 22 oct and and suddenly on 21 of October flipkart start showing item is delivered on 9th of oct which is incorrect as i have not received any call or OTP till date, and I have been checking flipkart app its always shows in transit till 21 of OCT.

                Flipkart is looting customer.

                I have already paid for the order via credit card.

                Kindly help me to get refund as they are not doing anything from there end.

                  I m LALIT, working in defense service . I ordered a INFINIX TV from flipkart. On 19 Oct 21 vide order I'dOD[protected].
                  Which is received on 26 Oct 21. To install this TV. One technician namely Aswin P.B ([protected] with pin 125) visit to my quarter view I was on duty my wife attended him. Which my wife escort him from Main gate to quarter ( NAVAL RESISTANCE) and enter in lift he continue started to my wife and once try to touch her. After reaching at quarter . he again started to look continues and miss behavior to her and again try to touch her during installation of TV by means a different way..
                  My wife afraid a lot and she quickly call me and told me about miss behavior of the man. I told my wife to call neighbor lady and to be available there till finish of installation.
                  After coming other lady he became down and finished his work and went out quickly.
                  Sir its a serious issue of sexual abuse .
                  And the man is very dangerous for your customers as well as for ur firm who is not only sexually harasses the ladies even creating bad name for jeeves / flipkart/ infinix service.
                  It is by deeply disappointed complaint against this service engineer.
                  You must take a strict action against him so that it should not repeat such malpractice again .
                  I hope I get a positive response against my complaint from your firm with a valid proof that your firm take a strict intolerance action against such personal. Otherwise I will complaint against this person in a local police station and other complaint authorities.

                        I have lost my old number that was registered with Flipkart. So I want to change the registered mobile number to my new contact number. But the problem is that the otp is send to both old and new number. Since I have lost the old contact number I can't enter the OTP send.

Then they said to mail any Identity proof and told that I will receive a mail/phone communication in 1-2 days and my query will be resolved. After one day I received a call from Flipkart customer care. They asked for some details related to my previous order and then they changed my number.

                            I'm Rishabh Jaiswal, I had ordered 3 shoes from flipkart with Flipkart pay later, then returned them on 23oct, for which i had already paid Flipkart pay later bill for the same which is 3608 Rupees on 18oct.
                            After return I should have gotten my reversal in my Bank account but I have not. They are saying they have paid but I don't have the money.

                              I had placed an order for two product on October 07, 2021 at flipkart using paytm wallet. Amount of rupees 1030 has been deducted from my wallet. However the order was not placed due to technical error.
                              Now money has already been deducted from paytm wallet and also received cashback of rupees 100 as per the offer on flipkart.
                              I have talked to customer service number of both flipkart and paytm. However the issue has not been resolved till date. I dont know with whom my money is lying.

                                  Hello, I ordered a product on flipkart on 3rd October, 2021. The expected delivery date was 18th October, but on 16th of October I received a notification that my product is our for delivery, but I didn't receive it that it. After that the delivery date was changed to 22nd October. After contacting the executives, they assured that I'll receive the item within 25th, but today is 27th and I've tried many times to talk to the executives, they assure me they'll call back within a prescribed time, but I didn't get any calls from them. My item has reached the nearest hub on 10th of October, but still now I didn't recieve it. I've already paid for the item, so I want a full compensation for the product and also for the harassment they've caused me.

                                    I have paid Rs.1031/- for order ID: OD[protected] with 4 items on flipkart with paytm wallet transaction ID [protected] on 08.01.2021 at 12:17 AM. But order not placed on flipkart. Paytm confirming the transaction is successful from its end and i got cashback for this transaction also. But flipkart confirming the transaction is failed at its end. Both are not taking responsibility for resolution. Please help.

                                        The consignment received on 12th oct 2021.
                                        As per order item called wall mount should have come with the tv. Wall mount was not found in the box in the presence of flipkart delivery boy.
                                        Complaint was booked with Panasonic customer care and also flipkart customer care. But no action has been taken by any of the agencies .
                                        The problem is not yet resolved.
