Hello, I ordered a product on flipkart on 3rd October, 2021. The expected delivery date was 18th October, but on 16th of October I received a notification that my product is our for delivery, but I didn't receive it that it. After that the delivery date was changed to 22nd October. After contacting the executives, they assured that I'll receive the item within 25th, but today is 27th and I've tried many times to talk to the executives, they assure me they'll call back within a prescribed time, but I didn't get any calls from them. My item has reached the nearest hub on 10th of October, but still now I didn't recieve it. I've already paid for the item, so I want a full compensation for the product and also for the harassment they've caused me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
