Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the delivery issue of a product I purchased during your "Big Billion Day Sale" on 8th October 2023. The product in question is the "BenQ TK700 (3200 lm / 1 Speaker / Remote Controller) 4K UHD HDR, Excellent Colors 96% REC 709, Up to 200 inches Screen Size, Sports Mode, eARC, 16ms Low Input Lag, 2D Keystone, 3D, Inbox Amazon 4K Fire Stick Home Cinema Projector (White)." The order ID for this purchase is OD[protected].

I placed my order on 8th October 2023 with the assurance of a delivery date provided as 15th October 2023. However, as the 15th October approached, I received a notification that the shipment had been delayed and the new estimated delivery date was pushed to 18th October 2023. I found this delay quite inconvenient, but I understood that such delays might occur. To resolve the issue and seek clarification on the delay, I tried to contact Flipkart's customer care support four times on the following dates: 15th October, 17th October, 18th October, and 19th October. Regrettably, I received no confirmation or update regarding the status of my delivery, which left me extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Flipkart. In an attempt to bring this matter to your attention, I also reached out to Flipkart through your official Twitter account on 17th October 2023. However, despite my best efforts and repeated attempts to communicate my concerns, I have not received any substantial response or information regarding the whereabouts of my order. The only response I received was an assurance that they are "looking into the issue, " which does not provide me with any concrete information or a resolution to the problem.

I find this situation to be highly inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional, as I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of the product, which I purchased with the expectation of receiving it on the initially promised delivery date. The delay in delivery has caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment. In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention to investigate this matter and ensure that I receive the product I paid for within a reasonable timeframe

    Order ID - OD[protected]

    Have purchased wardrobe from flipkart worth Rs 10230/- on 10th October 2023 but have received damaged one and have asked for return.

    As per their words they said maximum 72 hours I need to wait and my return pickup would be made but more than mentioned time have passed but still no pickup has been made neither had they returned my money back.

    Who would be responsible for this huge amount??
    Everyone has their budget how will i purchase another one??

    Flipkart has really become a fraud Company just taking money from customer by fooling them.

      I ordered IPHONE 14 midnight 128 GB on 12/10/2023 from FLIPKART and order suppose to deliver on 18/10/2023 but it got delayed to 20/10/023 automatically, today is 20/10/2023 but still there is not update from FLIPKART, seller TruecomRetail as well as delivery partner EKART.

        I placed an order for Google 8 Pro phone on 8th Oct and the promised delivery date was 14th Oct. :ater it was changed to 16th and from 16th it was again updated to 21 Oct. I have cancelled the order and placed one more order.

        Actual promised delivery date is 19th Oct and now they say its updated to 21st Oct.

        When I contacted the customer care, the associate hang the phone on me but they dont give any proper response.

          I have ordered Iphone on 7 October and Flipkart showed that it will be delivered by 11 October, on 9 October they misroute the product and assured that it will be given before 11 October. Then they gave another date of 15 October.Another date they announced of 18 October.Today is 20 October, I have not received my product.
          If product is not going to be delivered on time, I am going to take necessary action about this serious matter.
          This may be treated as MOST URGENT.

          I have ordered Iphone 14 on 7 October 2023, still I have not received the phone.I need this urgent.Whenever I call the company they says that it will be deliver.But they crossed their limitations because today is 20 october and they did not send the product to me.

            I ordered Motorola G32 AT 10-OCT-23 But At 15-Oct-23 Shipment reach at nearest Area HUB.E-kart Logistic still Show same Update now till date at 20-Oct & Their Customer Care number out Reach & Wrong, Flipkart Senior Executives are just saying wait for update will receive from back and team but there is not a single update from Flipkart.Yesterday I contacted flipkart they said your problem solved before 22-Oct-23, But today I contact same they said your problem solved 23-Oct.

              My product got cancelled without my permission/consent

              This year I am facing a lot of issues from flipkart delivery. How many issues I shall mention in this email.

              Issue 1: Ordered Iphone 14 Plus : the product came out of delivery, but did not get delivered, and cancelled without my consent automatically. I filled out a form to reattempt delivery, still it's not considered. Why are you giving such poor services to a customer? Delivery boy cancelled the product from his end, and...

              So may times we have contacted flipkart.

              Till date the issue is not resolved.

              We have received a broken tv from flipkart for which we have paid in advance. The installation officer from Jeeves which is flipkart's service had opened the sealed box delivered by ekart and the tv inside was with broken screen.

              How many times we should complaint.

              We have already informed flipkart on 14th October which was before 7 days time line. Everytime we are given 24-48 hrs timeline. But no one is bothered to resolve the matter.

              Now we just don't need any replacement just take back your damaged product and refund our money.

              I would like flipkart to take action against flipkart officer who promised us replacement within 48hrs.

              Take action against the delivery people who have delivered the broken tv and the sales team who has sent us this broken tv.

              Our grievance number 5049597 with national consumer helpline was closed by flipkart updating wrong details

                Huge amount of Money is debited for M flipkart internet PR for the EMI…where as already Merchant emi, merchant emi interest, gst, processing fee been deducted upon that for no reason this Interent PR been dedcuted..i need it back

                      I ordered a Mi Led TV 43 inch (Order id-OD[protected] on 8 October 2023 and promised delivery date was 14 October. Today is 20 October, But it is not still shipped by the seller. Rather I had payed the complete amount in advance through Credit Card.

                      Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. My First Delevery date 14 October, then the next delevery date 18,
                      after that 19 October. At 19 October 2023 i call delevery agent, he tell me that he delevery my item 8pm. After 8pm message show that your order is rejected as per your request. Next morning flipkart app show that your Order is cancelled as per your request. But I am not cancel my order. no call or msg receive from the flipkart about this order cancelation.
                      I request my order reshedule and delevery soon at my address.
                      This is the first time when I had such a bad experience with flipkart.
                      Else i will comlaint customer consumer court.

                        I ordered iphone 14plus . It reached out to me on 17th. It was open box delivery so delivery boy opened in front o[censored]s and there was minute defect inside the front camera which was visible. So on behalf of me he (deliver boy) Requested Flipkart for replacement after that on18th I am getting message that your order is cancelled from flipkart and your refund is generated like this info after that i called flipkart customer care ... Sweta mam picked the call but she was unable to solve my issue so i choose this option to get my replacement instead of refund or again provide me gateaway for that amount which it was in BBD. I request you to please dilever my iphone and dont want any refund

                            I ordered a phone on flipkart on 11 Oct 2023, it was expected to get delivered by 19 Oct 2023, but did not put for out of delivery yet. I tried contacting flipkart customer service, they have no reason for the delay and not even able to find a ekart nearest hub where my phone is now.

                            Please help me with the issue.

                              I have Purchased VU GLO LED 65 inch 4K Tv from flipkart on 7th OCT 2023 and delivery Date was 14th OCT 2023.
                              Today is 20th OCT 2023 and still I have not received the product. I called customer service they said you will get resolution by 18th oct then again I called they said 20th and now they said 23rd OCT . But the tracking details for delhivery courier service is provided and when I Track to Dehlivery tracking it is clearly mentioned seller cancelled order but flipkart is just extending my resolution date. I have prepaid this order already.

                                Hi, I ordered a camera during the big billion days and by mistake I ordered the canon Eos 200d instead of canon mark II.

                                Later I found the issue and when I tried to cancel the order, it is showing that I cannot cancel since the order is already dispatched.

                                So I thought ok let the product come and I'll return the product.

                                But after I received the product, I'm not able to replace it. It is showing me that since it is a open box delivery I cannot return it.

                                Can u please help. I want to return the product and want to buy the Canon Mark II camera.

                                I don't want the money back and I'm ready to pay the difference amount but please take back the product.

                                I've not yet open the plastic of the product. It is kept as it is after it is delivered as I don't want to use this product.

                                So please help me. I've been a loyal Flipkart customer for more than 5-6 years and I've purchased 1000s of product from flipkart

                                    I placed an order
                                    (Order ID : OD[protected] for a study lamp on October 5 on Flipkart and the product status shows delivered on 7 October but i didn't received any update, text, or call from the delivery executive/agent. I waited for 2 days then & I tried help and support, raised an issue on 10/10/2023 they promised to resolve it by 15/10/2023 which ofcourse they didn't. I raised an issue for the second time on 16/10/2023 they again gave me a date i.e. 22/10/2023. They refused to refund saying they don't that option available. Today(19/10/2023) I got a phone call from the company..(the person on phone was very rude) they denied my refund and said they have resolved the problem on their level, claiming that they've delivered the product to the right address and for them the case is closed, that they can't do anything more.

                                    I'm very disheartened from the whole experience. I lost my money and time. I need the lamp to study, cause my exams were near, but they made the whole thing a joke.

                                    Please help.
