      I have ordered 15 groceries on 25.09.2021.Proposed delivery date was 27.09.2021.But on that very date they only deliver 05 items out of 15, saying rest will be delivered on 30.09.2021.But from then they delaying my delivery day by day. Today is 10.10.2021 and still no confirmation of delivery. A lot of calls have been attended by different customer service agents in different times but they only repeating the words "your problem will be resolved soon" and taking a time of next 48 hrs. for resolution at each time they talked. they are extending times for last 15 days without a resolution. I cant wait more as those are daily need products.my details are given below:

        I got this issue please help me, I bought iphone 12 128gb On 2nd October .delivery date is 3rd October but day by day the delivery date is increased but still the product not shipped.when I speak with customer care they just told me to" wait we give a reason for your delay" that reason giving date also extended. I'm shopping in flipkart for more than 2 years, but this time I got a very worst experience.i don't know if it will come or not .if they cancel the product I need to reorder the same product but the offer is ended the price is increased.so, please don't cancel the order please try to process my order.deliver my order as soon as possible.

          I have recently ordered Realme 8s 5G Phone via Order ID - OD[protected] this purchase was in exchange offer with Lenovo K3 Note phone for which Flipkart offered discount of ₹2550 The phone is in excellent working condition with not a single scratch on it but I was astonished as Delivery Person said the phone is damaged no exchange will take place as I told him there is not a single scratch I want to talk to your supervisor he didn't connect me with supervisor.
          I AM FRUSTRATED ON HOW FLIPKART IS FOOLING PEOPLE IN PRETEXT OF EXCHANGE OFFER'S AS IT HAS GIVEN ORDER TO DELIVERY PERSON(so called WISHMASTERS) TO REJECT ON FALSE GROUNDS . I feel cheated by Flipkart in such a horrific way when I approached customer care number I recieved call from [protected] the executive told me he will raise my complaint and asked me to hold for few minutes after few minutes he connected me and disconnected by just saying there is some network issue when I can clearly hear him he still disconnected and didn't share any complaint number .
          I feel hopeless if my issue will get resolved as there was no help from Flipkart support at all.
          I feel cheated by Flipkart and it's delivery service .

            I have placed an order for realme narzo 30 mobile on 10th October, 2021. I finished the payment process through amazon pay UPI and the money got deducted from my account. But the flipcart app is displaying " order pending. Payment confirmation might take upto 90 minutes " but I see the same page even after 200 minutes.
            I contacted the customer service. They said my order ID didn't redirect to any orders. But my money got deducted

              Bought one greensoul chair on flipakart with order OD[protected]. and the invoice copy which is attached to the package is literally not visible and cant read anything.

              I need invoice copy, but there is not "Download invoice" button available in "My order" page. So connected customer care as well three times. but still they are not able to provide invoice copy on email.

              please provide invoice copy or enable "download invoice" button.

                On 3rd October 2021 I ordered Crucial BX500 480 GB Laptop, Desktop Internal Solid State Drive (CT480BX500SSD1). The order I place was prepaid amount of Rs 3563. After placing order, Flipkart gave me delivered date 8 October 2021. But on 8 October in Flipkart application showing that your product is miss match with pin code. The address I used during placing order is my permeant address and is save in Flipkart default setting. Before this order I placed 2 more order on Flipkart and 2 product delivered successfully on that same address. So how address miss match happen. Now today date is 10th October till today no information giving from Flipkart. I tried to call Flipkart customer care, but they are not responding. I also try to raise concern on application, but it not helpfully anymore. The seller for this product Retailnet.
                Please help me about to deliver the product or for getting me refund.

                      I had purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton split ac on 3rd Oct 2021 and it was delivered on 5th October 2021. After installation, the AC was found defective. The water tray of the AC was broken. I had contacted flipkart customer care for replacement of the faulty spare. However, I have not received any support from Flipkart on this issue till date.
                      I had also communicated with Samsung on this issue. Samsung has denied any support and asked to take up the issue with Flipkart for solution.
                      Now that I have purchased the AC unit from Flipkart, I expect Flipkart to provide a solution on the defective AC delivered to me by Flipkart. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                        The delivery person refused to exchange the product citing the typing mismatch in the old Laptop and the one delivered online.

                        Flipkart doesn't let us update the serial number in any way, although all the laptop checks are reverified anyway.

                          I cancelled an order on 03/10/2021 OD[protected] amount of Rs.10799 using my Flipkart Axis cc 533467***4128. They assured that my amount will get refunded to my cc by 08/10/2021. But till now I have not received my refund and they are saying they have already transferred the amount. I have even shared my credit card statement to show that they have not refunded. I have even asked them to give me reference Id of the payment made to my cc but they did not provide. Please help.

                            1. Flipkart delivered me my new Apple airpods on 10th October 2021. Apple provides a warranty period of 1 year, that makes my warranty as 10th OCtober 2022.
                            My warranty shows valid till 3rd October 2022. It should be 10th October 2022 since it is the first day they were used by me.

                            2. The battery seems to be draining very quickly. It is draining at the rate of 1% per minute that I talk on call.
                            This is not what happens with brand new airpods. Something seems off about them. It seems as if the original battery has been swapped out.

                                I have received message from ecom express that 1 item will be delivered today on 10 th Oct 2021.I also got a call from ecom express and couldn't got him properly as he talked with me 5 sec and the call was disconneceted .after some time I received a message that item is undelivered as address is unlocatable .But matter is actually that he didn't want to connect with me .within 5sec obviously it not possible to start a conversation .sir please consider my case

After that i complaint to flipkart but flipkart told pls Wait some days, then i complaint hire, then i received a call from flipkart an she approved my replacement request. Ofter that a day i receive a call by courier boy he told sir i cant pickup your products, beoz location is not my service area..

                                      I had placed an order for Asus laptop on 3rd october the promised date given by flipkart was 8th october, i called the customer care on 8th they promised me it will be delivered within promised date. The product has already reached nearest hub 3 days ago but i don't know why they are not delivering its already been 10th of October i haven't received my product. I have called customer care atleast 10 times. Each and every time i call customer care they give false claim that product will get delivered by today . This same statement is said by every individual person by whom i have talked on flipkart. They just give false claim and promises regarding the delivery. One of the executives even gave a false statement on 8th october that the product is out for delivery.
                                      If i had knew that i would be receiving this type of service i would have never purchased from flipkart .Been a plus customer since 2 years this is how we are treated? Nice service flipkart ...Fooling around with people's time and money..
