I ordered a mobile on 6th of October 2021 and it was placed successfully, the deleviry date was tod (10th of October) but my item is not Delever and the expected date was 13th of October and today now they are saying there is a issue for seller and they postponed for another 6days already iam waiting for 7 days. I'm totally disappointed .nearst hub my product not give. Kindly do the needfull.

      Dear team,

      I have order Whirlpool 300 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart on Saturday 02 oct 2021with order no. OD[protected], received product on 04 oct 2021, on 05 oct 2021 installation guy from whirlpool came and opens the box to proceed installation, when open and check the ### it he found their was a damage at the right side of refrigerator and one poll of socket was broken, immediately he asked to initiate for replacement and I did it same time on 05 oct 2021.
      Today it’s 14 oct 2021 still not it was replaced and no update has been received yet, daily calling CUSTOMER care team but every time they are Simply asking to wait 24hrs for all these days.
      I need a immediate resolution on this with all due respect at you.

        Flipkart got hold of my account and i was given a proof to sell this product but flipkart says your account will not be activated

          I ordered 23 grocery items from flipkart on[protected], which was delivered on[protected], oder Id: OD[protected]. The delivery guy unloaded all the items in a hurry and did not wait for the items to be counted and left. On counting we found that on item Dettol Hand Wash, item id: 38089400, was missing from the items. On contact the customer care executive he just put the call on hold and did not return back and the call got disconnected in a few minutes. On contacting a few more times no body replied from the other end.
          I'm a regular customer of flipkart and didn't expected such an unprofessional behaviour from its executives. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

            I ordered this product on 26th Sept and the I was told it will be delivered to me by 30th Sept. I waited till 4th oct but it haven't got delivered to me then I cancelled the delivery because of the delay..and I was told I will get a refund before 12th of oct as it was the last date of refund. Today is 14th Oct I haven't got my money and their customer support irritates me everyone they are not taking it seriously. I am frustrated

              Here I want to state that I ordered a Iphone 12 mini 128 gb dated 02/10/2021, the made payment of 43000 INR against the product cost, but same day after 5 hrs seller cancelled my product without any prior information. When I complained to flipkart, in response to that issue they refund me paid amount on instant basis, but I did not satisfy with the response, because I want to buy that product, I don't want any refund.
              Than again I ordered same product on same date, they again accepted my order, I made payment against that, than they shipped my product and the delivery date which I got from their side was 5th of October, but my product was not delivered on that date, they extend the delivery date from 5th to 8th of October. But I didn't received the product till now.
              Today, I got a call from flipkart and they are asking me to wait for 3 more days.
              Now I am not in that condition to wait 3 more days, I need my ordered product or if they are not able to do it, i want my money which I paid + % of interest as per bank interest on paid amount + I want money against the misleading information about product delivery date.
              And in all above activities they ruin my time and I am feeling mentally harassed.

              After complaining here at the portal of consumer complaints, flipkart cancelled my product which I ordered for my mother, now I have to buy it after paying 8000 INR more than the last amount.
              As I mentioned that after 12 days of ordering that product, I don't want any refund, I desperately want my ordered product under the previous cost of the product, otherwise I am going to file a case against the cheat which I faced. Order Id was OD[protected]

                I was getting deliveries at my pincode 412207. Couple of items are on the way. Now, to my surprise, if I want to place the next order, forget about new stuff, but for the same items which are successfully on the way, the Flipkart is saying NOT DELIVERABLE TO THE PINCODE. what is the nonsense dear Flipkart? I need a logical reason behind it. You are not supposed to trouble the regular customers without giving any explanations.

                        Flipkart has failed to meet the commitment and due to them I am suffering. I have requested them to refund back my amount since they didn't complete the installation and demo on time. Now they are simply escaping and playing around with it. I don't need any support from them, just refund my amount. Attaching order Id along with Flipkart complaint id. OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]

                          I ordered POCO F3 GT (Predator Black, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 3rd Oct, 2021. Expected delivery date was 7th oct 2021. It was delayed by their logistic partner. Today it is 14th oct and my order is not delivered yet.
                          They are not only delaying the order, they are delaying the issue also.
                          Firstly they said your issue will be resolved on 14th oct, then they said our issue will be resolved on 18th oct, now they are saying our issue will be resolved on 20th oct. Is this how you treat your customers?
                          the customer care is not solving my problem and they keep giving fake promises.

                            Such a sameless company already complain is registered and in that 14oct is last date to deliver the same product but now also u are extending the date to 19 oct. Our parcel is not even displace from its position and ur logistic team is not responding for our order and even a single message we didn't get from flipkart till date we want a compasation from your side. Delivery status is nill. Multiple times I call to customer care but no response I want compensation

                                Myself Ragul from Kovilpatti, Tamilnadu. I'm working in Bawal, Haryana and I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 classic LTE(order id: OD[protected] on 9th Oct in Flipkart to my work office. The box was received on 13th Oct 2021 around 2.45PM at my work location in Bawal. I have noticed that one side of the box don't have flipkart seal and immediately i have called the delivery guy but he didn't respond and then i have called flipkart customer care no response then I have opened the box under a video recording and in front of my company colleagues and we noticed that the box is empty and again i called flipkart customer nearly after a hour i got response from flipkart and they registered the complaint and asked me to call back when my status changes to delivered because at that time my status was showing out for delivery in flipkart site. Once I called back after the status changed but no proper response. I paid Rs.34249/- for this empty box

                                They are taking long time for refund and not understanding the customer feelings and pain. No proper response from their team for this huge amount from a normal customer. No proper investigation is been done.

                                  I ordered a product which contains 4 books it's expected delivery date was 14October 2021 and the product arrived the nearest hub on 13 October but didn't get delivered on time. It is not the first time that the product arrived nearest hub and didn't get delivered also this happens with other products"Laptop table" which arrived the nearest hub on 6th October 2021 but didn't get delivered till 11th October and when I contacted to the Flipkart customer service they kept me hold for nearly 20 minutes and didn't find any solution..
                                  A strict action should be taken against them

                                    Unable to register an order for Bpsc Solved Papers Pre Examination 2021 by Arihant and any men's jeans as everything is listed as not deliverable all the range of jeans and books. I just cannot believe that living at Pincode 122001 in the center of Gurgaon nothing can be delivered. I have also informed flipkart customer care about the same and was told issue would resolve in 1 or 2 days and this was four days ago. If there is any other issue please inform customers accordingly rather hiding it.

                                        I ordered a steam iron from flipkart which wasn’t working at all they are supposed to give me the refund they are not they are telling me refund is not applicable when the product is not working how can you not give a refund how can you cheat your loyal customer like this and how can you sel such product why will I take the replacement when the product is so cheap why should I take the replacement I called them so many times I feel cheated I need the refund for this product.
