Our investigation team has investigated your account and has found that your account is linked to another suspended / blocked seller account on the platform. Your account will not be re-activated. Our terms o[censored]sage clearly state “A seller that has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with us or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such a seller is reinstated by us” and you have been found in violation of these terms and appropriate legal action can be initiated against you.
Due to the proprietary/confidential nature of our business, we do not provide information on how we did the investigation and found you linked to other seller accounts. We have a strong Fraud Investigation Department which has clearly established your linkage to other suspended / blocked seller accounts on the platform, hence your account will not be reactivated.
