My two order are cancelled back to back. If you can't deliver why do put sale. You will do two think either you will delay a lot so that customer could cancel if not you will cancel after reaching to nearest hub product gets cancelled even if they could atleast call so we can pick up. I have one order active but I am sure you will not deliver it and you will cancel it the order number is Order ID - OD[protected] . I would appreciate that if order is delivered by any chance. Lear from the amazon

    Reference to the above mentioned subject, be informed that I have placed an order (id: OD[protected] of haier refrigerator on Monday at 10.59 pm through flipkart dated 4th Oct. Order has been placed to the following address by mistake.

    But I wanted the material to be delivered to the following address

    So I have made a call to flipkart's toll free number [protected] at 5.19 pm on Tuesday dated 5th Oct and arranged for a call back. Then I got an immediate call back from flipkart from the number [protected] by 5.20 pm on the same day. Customer support executive named Ms. Minu has collected all details and promised me that my order delivery has been changed to the desired address as mentioned below

    But I did not see any update in flipkart and I made multiple calls to flipkart and talked to Mr. Hari and Mr. Jibin at 09.11 pm and 09.48 pm respectively. They told me that the desired address was not updated yet and they were helpless. So they tried to escalate the calls to seniors but unfortunately all the seniors were busy. Mr. Hari promised to arrange a call back from senior person within 2 to 4 hours and I did not receive any call back. Mr. Jibin told me to contact inbetween 8 am to 9 pm to get connected to a senior executive to resolve my issue. I feel the same is really irresponsible when a plus customer is waiting in the line and the senior executive cannot talk to him for a while for such an urgent issue after several tries.

    Again I have arranged a call back and one of the senior executives Mr. Fazil attended me by 9.38 am to 10.04 am dated 06th Oct. He told me that the server is down promised that he himself will call back within an hour on or before 11.04 am. I did not get any call back from Mr. Faizal even. Again I have arranged a call back to talk to the senior executive to resolve my issue by 2.10 pm and waited for 40 minutes up to 3.pm and no senior executive attended my issue. So I was forced to cancel my order against my wish due to the unethical behaviour by flipkart customer executives. Also I have sent detailed mail to [protected]@flipkart.com and 2 reminders dated 06th Oct and did not receive any response for that even.

    Further to the above, I regret to note that Flipkart is misguiding me by giving fake or wrong information and my problem is not yet resolved. With all due respect I would like to file this complaint for the unethical behaviour, fake promises & irresponsibility of customer support executives including senior staff Mr. Fazil and also be requested to get a compensation from flipkart for the time (22 hrs) I wasted talking to the executives and waiting for a problem solution.

    It is not resolved. I have faced lot of difficulties and my mental stress was unbearable from Oct 4th to Oct 6th. I need compensation for the following reasons.
    1) waste of time by talking to flipkart customer care executives without getting any solution.
    2) I lost the offer and now it is showing Rs. 4500 extra to place the same item.
    3) Flipkart and their executives betrayed me giving fake promises several times.
    4) Took lot of time and stress to complete the formalities to close the emi and I need to pay the interest for the order unnecessarily.
    5) Lot more things such as mental stress, waste of time & money, unethical behaviour etc.
    Considering all the above facts I need a reasonable compensation amount not less than Rs. 20, 000

    Dear sir/ ma'am,
    I have received my amount back to the account. My issue was not regarding the refund. As I explained clearly, it is regarding the irresponsive and unethical behaviour by flikart executives. I was forced to cancel that order only due to that issue. I lost the coupon discount of Rs.1500 for that item, I lost the one time bank offer of Rs. 1750 & 1250 for that item. Also have gone through several difficulties due to the false information received from Flipkart executives. Several fake promises were given and nothing happened.
    I want Rs. 20, 000 as compensation for the difficulties faced from 04th Oct to 06th Oct from Flipkart and its executives.

      Hi,

      I have ordered Iphone 12 on 2nd October midnight and promised delivered date is 3rd October. Product is already reached to my destination city Rajkot ( Gujarat) on 3rd October at 7 AM in the morning already. But my product was not delivered on 3rd October and I get a message for delay in delivery and next promised date is given as 5th October. But its already passed 5th October and still I didn't get my product delivered. I went to the Ekart logistics office also in Rajkot and they are also not co-operating and not locating my parcel. And now today I get a message that next delivery date is before 9th October.

      So I want to raise a complaint against flipkart for delaying in deliver unnecessarily. Please help me to resolve my issue.

            I ordered my iPhone 12 on Saturday (2.10.2021). Promised delivery date was yesterday (5.10.2021). As per the delivery status, product arrived at my nearest hub yesterday at 6 AM and they send for delivery. I awaited till 7PM, still not received the product.

            Today morning, I contacted flipkart customer care please update the status of my order as it is displaying "to be delivery by 12 Oct 2021" they are delaying my product unnecessarily as even it has arrived to my nearest delivery hub.please do not promise if you can't complete it

            Please help me raise complaint against them to deliver my product ASAP

                On 3rd of October I hv purchased 3 products, and paid through UPI. flipkart did not confirm the order and now says no money is being credited to theoir account. But I have checked with my back chargeback sheet and it completely shows that money is being deposited to flipkart account. But flipkart is simply denying and not even checking with seller after several times I have attached the transaction details and id.
                Only harrasing the customers.

                  Hello,

                  I have ordered Lenovo ThinkPad E15 laptop from Flipkart on 16th Sep 2021 then found that the product is not the one mentioned in the Flipkart app. So I have raised the return on Sep 23, 2021. The Product should have been picked by 27th Sep 2021 but without my knowledge, the customer care guy from Flipkart canceled my return and created a new one on the same day.

                  As per the new return, the product should have been picked by 6th Oct 2021. Despite following up with the customer care guys from Flipkart (spoke with the customer care team more than 100 times explaining the issues with the return again and again with different people each time), the product is still not picked up.

                  Can someone please help me with the pickup and the refund of my original amount of Rs 96689.0/- back to my account. I am a Flipkart Plus customer and using Flipkart since 2013. I never faced this kind of worst experience ever in my life.

                      My name is Anjali Jaybhaye, i have booked a mobile on 2nd of this month and the promised delivery date was 5th of Oct i.e. Yesterday. when i checked for the status, delivery date got changed to 12th Oct. Immediately i have called customer care for help. they have called me back and when i asked him for the reason, he told me that the date is changed. She is not able to answer my question. if the date is changed then why did you promise to deliver by 5th Oct?
                      One more interesting thing about the FLIPKART, the mobile phone dispatched from Bhiwandi and it Arrived to Pune And i stay in Pune. Now From Pune to pune you guys are taking 7 days to deliver ( 5th to 12th ). IS THIS THE WAY YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. DONT PROMISE IF YOU DONT FULFILL THEM.

                        Ordered moto g60 on 3rdOct2021 around 1AM and the promised delivery date was 6Oct2021.

                        Shipment date was 4thOct2021 which was yesterday and it has not been shipped till now. i.e 5Oct2021 9PM.

                        Nothing has been updated on this and when i contacted customer care the poor guy told me to wait till 9thOct2021 for resolution.

                        Promised delivery date was 6Oct2021 and resolution date. (i.e not a promised date) is 9thOct2021.

                        Screenshot clearly shows there is some issue with flipkart and its time to move back to shops for any purchases.

                          I ordered the product on Flipkart on 02/Oct/2021 during big billion day sale and as per order details product was delivered to home delivery on 04/Oct/2021. product was delivered on that day and i will receive the message from Ekart -- Undelivered: IFB 8 kg 5 Star 3D Was... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com could not be delivered today. We will deliver tomorrow.

                          on 04/Oct/2021 I called the delivery agent to deliver my product to the home he rejected and My Pincode (508218) was eligible for delivery at the time of order i used the same Pincode.

                          The next day delivery was not attempted and Ekart Agent Blocked my Number and I'm unable to reach him.

                          i raised the query on Flipkart regarding this

                          I'm giving very bad service from Flipkart please close this complaint with exact resolution. I need a loss of pay from Flipkart regarding this. and a penalty to Flipkart Regarding this issue.

                              I don't even know why flipkart keeps their customer support. Like what's the point of it if you can't connect to the customer care? I have requested calls from them since yesterday but I have never received any kinds of communication from their side. This is getting really annoying. My order of moto g60 hasn't been shipped. And now, it's even undeliverable to my location. What the heck am I supposed to do now?

                                I placed an order of MSI Modern 14 on 3rd October, it was shipped on the same day. However, it is still stuck at the MotherHub Gurgaon since the very first day and has not moved. Even though today is the promised delivery date the order is still stuck at Gurgaon facility. I fail to understand if flipkart is unable to deliver on its promised date why does it even promising such dates to us. Highly unprofessional on part of flipkart

                                  I placed an order on flipkart

                                  Whirlpool 190 L Direct Cool Single Door 4 Star Refrigerator

                                  The above product was damaged, bulb, bulb holder,
                                  While opening the door, refrigerator is uplifting front.
                                  Handling might be inappropriate.

                                  Even I suppose to raise a replacement & refund with flipkart team.3 times. Simply they were rejecting.

                                  No service providers came to inspect the product.

                                  On 04 th october chief officer connected on call. Said that it will be resolved by 07 Oct. Today my flipkart Account blocked.

                                  I never expected this from flipkart.

                                      My order of Samsung Galaxy F62 (Laser Grey) (128GB | 6GB RAM) with order ID OD[protected] was not confirmed but the payment is already made with UPI Transaction ID[protected] and the amount of 18, 999 is deducted.

                                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      they are using free money from us 360 crores.

                                        Hi, I ordered an Iphone 12 from flipkart on 3rd Oct..It is still not packed/processed/shipped...But same product is getting delivered in my pincode to various people i know..I have prepaid the amount and i do not want that my order gets cancelled if i have purchased in BBD Price!
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
