      On 19.01.2020 I ordered Acer Swift 3 (order id:-OD[protected] worth Rs.44990 from flipkart and got deliverd on 05.02.2020. I received a damaged product(having keypad issues) and replaced so replaced it. Flipkart sent me another product replacing that one. It was okay till I discovered that I recieved an used refurbished product even after replacing from Flipkart. I was facing issue with my charging port and I raised to customer self service in Acer website at (https://customercare.acer-apac.com/). I put my SNID no.
      ( NXHBJSI00193701D7B7200 ) of my laptop and discovered that it was purchased on 19.09.2019 ( which is 5 months before my invoice date) and my warranty expired on 19.09.2020 which should be 05.02.2021 (as of 1 yr warranty). I am disappointed with Flipkart regarding this scam.They are selling the used laptops to the customers . I want a full compensation for the scam and i want this issue to be solved. Please give my money back Flipkart. I wont pay you for an old product. Please take back the laptop. I will take legal step for it and will visit consumer court if my issue isn't solved.

      The day I posted about the above issue on consumer complaints I received a call around 7:50 am the very next day on 19.09.2021 from [protected] stating that it's from Flipkart. I got the call on the no. that is related to the above mentioned order and the person who is interacting with me about the issue knows all the details for the above order. At first, I believed him coz he already knew about the same issue and was ready to help me with replacement and refund. Then I was asked to install Anydesk app from PlayStore and was told to share the id with him. I also did that. Further I was told to share the bank details of mine related to the order for the refund. Then I realized that I was going to be scamed by him. Then I argued and denied to share my personal details with him and after that he understood that I caught him. And after saying some bad slangs he cut the phone. I was surprised how he got the details about my order and the related phone no. with it as it is only accessible by Flipkart only. Please look into the matter for this issue coz I think it was internally done by Flipkart. I will go with legal procecution in the consumer court about this issue also if my personal data is being shared with the 3rd party. Gradually Im losing my interest to shop with Flipkart. Kindly look into it.

          I have bought a DEYANN Men Kurta and Patiala Set from flipkart which was ordered on[protected] and I have raised a return request for it on 8th sept., 2021 and pickup deadling was 15th sept. 2021. 15th sept. they have not pickup my item and cancelled my return request. I again called customer care for the same and they have raised return request again but still it is not picked up yet and when i am calling them to picked up my item they are giving excuses. Please help me out to pickup my item and get return from flipkart.

            Hey flipkart my order ID is OD[protected] I had ordered a HP laptop from them and therefore they cancel
            my order without any confirmation from me asking me to place a new order on the site again thay say they will pay the difference amount in the form of giftcard if i purchase it again in the next 7 days but when i asked them to assure me that u will definitely pay me the amount they failed to do that and now they are directly giving a reply that they will refund my money (price difference at the time of buying) and i had a lot of orders which they cancelled stating different reasons of out of stock / losting prolems seller problem etc etc please help me in this matter

              I bought an LG tv from flipkart and also bought flipkart complete protection warranty of 3 years with it. Recently my tv starting having issues and i filed a complaint at flipkart complete protection service. They kept on delaying my service at every step possible, be it the visiting of serviceman or delivery of the defective part (i.e. motherboard in my case) .Finally after 2 months, the serviceman came to my house yesterday with a part which was an old, repaired power board instead of a new motherboard . Now i again called the flipkart complete protection service and they are telling me that it would take another 21 days to send motherboard. It looks like they are just deliberately delaying my service and i feel helpless cause they don't even let me talk to their seniors. They are just trying to irritate me with this in hope that i would stop calling them or asking them for service.

                  I purchased a poco m3 pro 5g smartphone for 13999/- rupees from the flipkart from truenet commerce, a defective phone was delivered to me but I raised a request for a repacement the same day but got rejected every time and never recieved a replacement one month is going to be complete and got nothing except their lame excuses, I am miserable... I am not able to attend classes not able to make income or nothing without my phone.

We have requested for the return on the same day and the flipkart has cancelled the return on 16th august 2021. We have been continuously requesting for the return, they have been postponing the return, they have been cancelling the return and marking the issue as resolved. And now we are exhausted taking their calls on confirmation of the product return from more than a month.

                      Hello sir/madam I ordered a (refurbished) iphone x 64 gb(order no.OD[protected] on[protected] from Flipkart and its delivered on[protected] and I shocked to see product is missing inside box received soap I immediately call to costumer care service of Flipkart and raised a complaint about this and Flipkart's team told me to wait[protected] and next day Flipkart's team told me to send documents and I send to team. I daily contact to costumer care of Flipkart for know about raised complaint today[protected] Flipkart send me message "your return request cancelled by seller" and then I try to check in Flipkart app I again shocked to see my 1.5 year old Flipkart account blocked now am unable to connect with costumer care of Flipkart I am totally disturbed by Flipkart now I want my hard earned money my request I want Full refund

                              I had ordered Sony WF-XB700, I was an eye opener for me to see that the box which was delivered to me has its content missing like the box was pretty much empty inside. I took the photos of the empty box, the bill, the person who delivered me the box. I tried contacting for refund not only they cancelled my request for refund they also blacklisted my account. I need my refund as it was not a petty 5 or 10 rs item which I have been duped off it was of rs 8000.

                                  I am a regular user of Flipkart, and I have been desperately reaching out to them to change the phone number associated with my account, as I don’t have access to it anymore. I have been ignored by Flipkart customer service. I have reached multiple times to them via email and there’s no way I can have a direct call, as they keep calling in my number which isn’t available anymore. Flipkart has this rule that if the number has to be changed they will send otp to the old number also, which isn’t available to me anymore. The customer service at Flipkart told me to send them my indentification proof if I want my number to be changed, which I did on July 26, 2021. It is September 17, 2021 today and they have not done anything yet, it is impossible for me to change the phone number through the app as they have made it u changeable now, I am tired by reaching out to Flipkart for such a small thing, so many times.

                                    We ordered a Mi Smartband 5 worth Rs. 2299 through Order#OD[protected] and to our surprise, Flipkart sent us Mi Headphone merely worth Rs. 500. Upon opening up a Return and Refund request, the courier company came to pick-up the wrongly delivered item and refused/rejected the pick-up because we are not returning Mi Smartband 5!! We spoke with dumbest customer service rep several times but no action. Utimately, Filpkart closed our Return and Refund request with no justification or explanation!!! From today onwards, I'm not intending to buy anything worth more than Rs.1000 from Flipkart due to such horrible customer service experience!!! This is unacceptable and we need a refund.

                                      I ordered ck jeans worth 6399 they send me wrong ck jeans. I recorded the video o[censored]nboxing and the delivery Boy Rakesh meena is also my evidence. I contact flipkart for return their concerned team contact me and tell that they will provide resolution refund withing 24 hours then they did not contact for 3-4 days. Then i again mail them at [protected]@flipkart.com they again call me and said will get resolytion withing 24 hours again. Then they do not contact for 3 days then again i drop the mail on same mail address. After 24 hours i reeived a mail in which they are commited that i returned many items hence my account is blocked. Whereas it was my first return i never returned any thing . Now they are not helping me they are cheating me by saying again and again that i returned many orders. I want my money . It was my first and last return. I know very well before this order i never returned any thing. I request consumer complaint to send legal notice to flipkart . I have unboxing video as proof .                                         I purchased miss chief scooter from Flipkart on 7th September 2021
                                        They delivered on 15th September 2021
                                        I requested for return as they had given me a damaged piece and i am still waiting for the refund amount
                                        Though they have done the pick up on 16th September 2021

                                        They are not returning my amount
                                        Giving me all rubbish excuses
                                        Kindly take strict action against them for sending me a damaged product and not returning my amount
