          Fraud done by Flipkart Affiliate Partner - letyshop

          As Letyshop is a foreign company operates in Hungary and they are tie up with flipkart which operate in india to provide cashback on flipkart orders

          Letyshop company isn't registered in india nor having proper document for operation in india but they are running and provide cashback on various indian merchants

          This fraud website eaten my Rs 8991 in name of bulk buying tnc, i already shared that i have big community /people groups of all over india and i share cashback links there and they purchases through that cashback link on flipkart and all the people and address are different so how they can say me that flipkart merchant send them complaint about bulk orders

          So the conclusion is that Flipkart Company also frauds in name of letyshops company

          Both cheats indian users and a indian person can do anything to foreign company because in india its existence is to there

          So why flipkart such massive indian company tie up with such only operate foreign company which doesn't have a single office in india

          Also letyshops eaten my Rs 8991 hard money that i earned sharing links in my community and groups

          This is completely a fraud done by both flipkart company and letyshop company

          I also complaint to indian consumer court but they told me that its a foreign company and doesn't have a single office in india so they can't file a case on them because they are overseas

          Really why flipkart tie up with such fraud international company, Neither have any office in india nor registered in india, so how they are operating in india

          In name of flipkart they are refusing my cashback money, i didn't do any bulk orders i have my community/groups of different people of different states and i shared flipkart products links there and flipkart got transaction from different people of different states so how letyshops say a lie that flipkart send them mail that they received complaint from flipkart and they can't give my cashback money and block my account

                I have purchased MITASHI HT 40 BT 25 W Bluetooth Home Theatre through Flipkart but the product quality is not as expected so I have make return request for the same and purchased home theater of another company through Flipkart.
                But after 7 days still the return request not processed by flipkart and I have also contacted customer care but they only provide various dates to resolve issue and also I want to talk supervisor but they cut the call thrice.
                I have made return request on 22 September and it shows it will be processed by 24th but after that date extended and told me that it will be processed by 26th but after the date it was neither informed to me and I have called today on 27th and now they said it will be processed by 29th.
                I have called thrice but customer care only tella that it will be resolved but they are extending date by date and no reason provided for the same.
                Kindly intervate the issue and meke me free from mental harassment

But when i try to change it OTP is going to old number. I need to change the mobile number without giving the old mobile OTP.

                    I have buy 1.5 Ton WINDOW AC Brand MARQ by FLIPKART whose ORDER # OD[protected] Dated 07 April 2021, and it was delivered to me,
                    but now Its about 15 Days I make complaint to them for not working not cooling, but until now they haven't resolve it

                    I have also received the Warranty Claim with BWFK[protected] Of my Air Conditioner, and they give us Claim ID # CLBWL[protected] FROM JEEVES,
                    Later on one Person come to check after complaining of 3-4 days, but that time Electricity was not coming in my house, so he ask me INVOICE Copy and take with him, and said next day he come again to visit, and then later next day I received email that my COMPLAINT Has been resolved successfully.

                    Again I make new complaint from MARQ By Flipkart customer service, they give us new Claim ID # CLBWM[protected] last week, but till yet no person come to resolving

                    My Air conditioner not working and seems its useless to buy Air conditioner from Flipkart,
                    today is 27 Sept, 2021, and No one came to resolve my AC,

                    If they don't want to come Its better they take their Air Conditioner Back and refund my Amount

                      I had ordered mats for my car TUV 300 from FC on 8th Sept but I did not receive the proper product. So I made a replacement request to get the right product but my request was canceled without assigning any reason. I am a permanent customer of Flipkart, so request you to help me as soon as possible otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.

                        We have purchased HP Pavillion Ryzen 5600H gaming Laptop on 16th Aug 2021. Order ID is OD[protected]. We received a technical fault laptop and reported for replacement within their replacement date. But the Flipkart team said that the technician will come and approve then and only replacement can be made. But no one came and Flipkart approved for replacement on 14th Sept. Till now many of customer care team call us several times and each time they said it will happen and wait for 48hrs. Neither they are replacing nor refunding amounts. Even they have stopped updating the Flipkart ID also.

                            On 22 Sep-21, I had ordered SSD of 1TB for my crashed desktop, but I received 500GB. Raised the concern 8 times on 25-Sep-21 with the customer care. On their advisor's advice, I then created the replacement as no return option was available. Date to resolve the issue was given as 07-OCT which was unacceptable to me. So, I was told to cancel the replacement by customer care supervisors stating that the return option would 'automatically' appear after 2 days!!!
                            Now Flipkart is asking for photo ID for replacement.
                            This is harassment and in violation of the customer rights and privacy. Who has authorized them to collect personal data. Pls return your wrongly sent item and stop these tactics to discourage customers from raising genuine concerns.

                              Between this time I have Receive Email for Share the Bank Details Again.

                              Because due to their technical Reason Refund Couldn't processed .

                              Also I shared Bank Details with Refund Otp Again after few Time.

                              But after their timeline has passed
                              Flipkart has Blocked My Account

                              When I contact they can't help me Anything About This Issue .

                              I telling them please arrange the call to thei Seniors team
                              But No Respond has receive to their Side

                              Lastly I approach you.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased a 27" MSI Monitor via the Order ID OD[protected]. The product listing clearly shows images on their website that the monitor has a height adjustment stand and has the swivel (90 degree) functionality as well. The monitor delivered to me did not have any of those functionalities and had only a plain stand.

                                      I had raised a refund request on the same day of delivery and well within the "7 days" Flipkart's policy and they recently denied the request saying I need to file a Crime/FIR complaint against the Seller since he has denied my refund/replacement request stating that he has sent the correct model (which is clearly not the case). Replacement ID (that was denied):[protected]

                                      Flipkart is simply washing their hands away by saying that I need to file a FIR/Police complaint when clearly it's an issue on their website and product listing where it nowhere mentioned that the product did not have Height adjustment and Swivel functionality in the specification and the Product Images are also MISLEADING AND INCORRECT (not of the product that has been delivered). Flipkart is not helping by picking up the wrong product sent to me and not issuing a refund. I have duly shared all the details they have requested (Aadhar Card, Monitor Stand images, Monitor images, Product listing screenshots indicating the wrong images they have shown on their page) but still no help. They have closed the old Replacement request saying unless I file a police complaint, they can't help (which is completely unfair!)

                                      Please help me in getting this wrong product picked up and issue my full refund. I should not be liable for discrepancies in Flipkart's incorrect listing or filing any charges against the seller when it's between Flipkart and the Seller to list the product appropriately on Flipkart's portal. They should pick the product and check offline/later as to why the product listing images are so different than the product that the seller is shipping, and meanwhile help me with a full refund.

                                      I have again raised a new replacement request ID:[protected] and hoping that Flipkart will not ignore this like they have done. I am very disappointed with the assistance I have received by Flipkart for this order. I simply need my money back for this incorrect product delivered to me as I only wanted the monitor with Height adjustment and Swivel functionality.

They have closed it saying since I haven't shared the consent to file a police/FIR complaint, hence they have rejected my request for refund. They did not share any document on it or provided any communication on this case to share the FIR details. How can they reject it without asking for the consent on this new case?

                                      This is outrageous. I seriously don't understand why are they doing this? They clearly know that their product listing is incorrect but they aren't ready to help customers with it. Even the customer ratings now show 2.6 out of 5. Even one of the reviews show the image that does not have the height adjustment stand as shown in their product images. I had even shared those images in my concern but they blatantly ignored my claim despite genuine evidence.

                                      I am now forced to take legal action against Flipkart through a formal Police investigation and will take a lawyer's help. Additionally, I request every moderator of this Consumer Complaints forum to help escalate this such that Flipkart understands the gravity of this issue. They simply can't escape by sending incorrect product with incorrect product listings.

                                      I will also be sharing this on social media such that the public is made aware, given how Flipkart is now solely focused just on Big Billion Days (which historically have also been proved to send stones, shampoo, soaps in Mobile phone boxes).
