    I had bought redmi 9 prime on 7th august by cash on delivery.my redmi 9 prime phone has several issue like battery drained very fast (1 min 1 charge is reduce), mic or microphone is not working properly . camera quality is not good as expected, full charging the phone it will take 3.30 hour.
    So i requested to replace my phone they denied and they sent flipkart paid technician ..
    As per the flipkart policy replacement so i need replaced my phone otherwise refund my money

          I bought a washing machine which got delivered on 28th july, 2021. Washing machine installation is supposed to be done within 2 business days. Today is 11th August 2021 and installation is still nit done.

          Kindly looi into this matter and get it resolved as soon as possible.

            On 4th Aug 2021 I order a mobile phone POCO M3( Black, 128GB) on Flipkart.com which was delivered to me on 8th Aug 21, After receiving the phone i start using it and found that phone is getting hang/freeze & front camera quality is very poor.
            On the same day i complained it to flipkart.com customer care.
            Several time i call them because in half conversation the call gets disconnected from their end.
            The agenda of contacting them to return the phone and get refund back. My mobile requirement was urgent because my old was not working as i am a working women my mobile phone is very important to me. After several time contacting to customer service executive they did not agree to give refund nor exchange the phone inspite of Exchange & refund back. Today their executive call me and asking me to follow his step to check & repair/solve the problem, i was in my office and doing my job. It was not possible for me to follow becasue i kept the phone in my house as it way it deliver to me ( i am not using it) & don't have time to do that.

            Today i have purchase phone show room because i required it urgently.
            Kindly solve my problem and refund back my money from them.

              Hi,
              I had ordered grocery items from Flipkart and had requested delivery person to fill the bag. When I collected the bag, the below items were missing
              - Sanitary pads
              - Pears shower gel
              - Flipkart toilet paper
              - Flipkart toilet cleaner
              - Baby wipes

              I had contacted chat support about this and they told me that I would get the refund of all the products and the issue will be resolved by 5 Aug. But I got refund only for baby wipes.
              I don't know how the issue is marked resolved when it's clearly not. The chat is being redirected to multiple agents and I had to explain the issue to each agent.
              Few days ago, I had requested for phone number update, but that didn't happen so requesting for a callback is not the option for me.
              I had provided the feedback for the delivery person on the same day and I don't see any action being taken. And I am not able to write to Flipkart. It's says technical issue

              Had requested to contact delivery person and enquire if he missed those items.
              I would need those products delievered or get the refund.

              Such a worst customer service !

                Dear sir/ ma'am

                I had requested for cancellation on 4th of august exactly the same day i ordered it.. Because the person for whom I ordered this said that he don't need it now.

                And it was showing that i will be cancelled within 48 hours so i was relaxed because I trust flipkart platform.

                But it had been 5 days my refund was stuck there because of this. so day before yesterday I called customer care and i was assured that it will be cancelled (resolved) within 24 hours.

                But instead of cancelling it & processing my refund it got delivered to my home and as I was assured that it will be cancelled I didn't informed my family members that if delivery person comes make sure that it's not what we cancelled so they took delivery of it.

                This is not what I expect form India's best Ecommerce platform.

                Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                It's in packed condition as it have came.

                  Hi Iam Sindhu Mahesh i ordered MI Band 03 on June 29th 2021 and i received it on 4th July 2021, as soon as i opened i came to know it was local band sent from flipkart, i called the executive and done replacement online on the same day of delivery, they said your order will be picked up 9th of july, on 9th i got notification saying your replacement is postponed on 16th july due to logistical issue, on 16th Again i got notification saying your order is cancelled due to out of stock. I called executive from flipkart they convinced to wait till 24th july, on 24th again i got notification saying your order is cancelled due to out of stock i asked executives i dont want replacement due to out of stock, kindly proceed me for refund but still they are convinced me to wait till august 2nd, the same thing happened on 2nd of august, i called executives i yelled at them but they are not at all proceeding me for refund, again they told me to wait till 11of august but again cancelled due to out of stock.

                  Kindly help me, to earn 1750 i have work hard, 1750 may be small amount for flipkart but not for me.

                  Kindly resolve this issue.

                        My name is Vivek S N I ordered a study table of Hometown company from flipkart on the 8th of july and it was suppose to be delivered on 16th july but it was delivered on 20th July and flipkart assures the installation will be done next day since then I am calling flipkart and flipkart tells me to call jeevs and when I call jeevs the call will disconnected when i choose installation and it’s been 1 month I bought the table for 5000 rs and still no one came for installation and flipkart is extending the installation date day by day it’s actually installation to be done by jeevs and thus I need to raise complaint for denial of service against flipkart and Jeevs. I request to take strict action against flipkart and jeevs and I need to get done my table installation

                            I had ordered a product from Flipkart that is BANI WOMEN Printed Kurta, Trouser/Pant & Dupatta Set instead of this item I have received an old white T-shirt.                                 System data was showing 8th August delivery date after talking to customer care. Now again the date got changed to 11th August. I have already spent 9999/- for this product (LG monitor). I missed the deal in Amazon as well. Flipkart is fraud. Doing money laundering. I ordered the product only because the order was being delivered on next day. Shame on Flipkart!!! bad customer service. Customer care persons disconnects the call without providing solution.
                                Now they are telling to wait upto 14th August

                                  I bought a mobile phone from Flipkart. The product is not upto the point as per my requirements or needs. Flipkart company gave me only 7 day replacement policy but I can’t recognise a product in just a few days. According to consumer rights, I am eligible to return the product within 30 days if it is not fit for the customer. Kindly accept my request to return this mobile phone.
