    HI Bought apple AirPods on Flipkart via order no
    OD[protected].

    One month later AirPods refused to charge and so i sent it to Apple, Apple issued me a letter saying product is non genuine whereas i have purchased a genuine product.

    For the last 3 weeks Flipkart is not resolving this by picking up fake goods and arranging refund.

      Dear Flipkart Team,
      This is harsh mamodia from monex mart
      We are a handicrafts seller and have been selling on flipkart for almost a year now.
      Recently we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.

      REASON - SELLER FRAUD
      Steps to reactive your account-
      Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.

      Team I raised a ticket and I get revert and my account is not activated because it is linked with other suspended seller account, Team I have registered gst prove and bank details. Team without reason why you suspended. Kindly help me

        My order id is OD[protected]. I ordered jeans and received it. The product was tight for me and fit was not comfortable hence decided to return it.

        After placing return request I got a message to share photo ID for verification. This is first time I saw process like this on any e-commerce (including flipkart) still I shared my Aadhar card. They rejected the request saying proofs not enough to validate. I submitted again.. this time with my Driving License DL.. they rejected again.
        Then I called customer care and they said they are creating request again and this time it will not decline and requested me to submit ID proof again..but again it declined.. and then again I called customer care and they said this time it will not decline 100% and I should click pic of my ID on a black background.. did the same but again declined.

        It has happened 4 times now.

        I cant waste my time on this. Schedule a return pickup and give my money.

            I have received defective product from Flipkart order I'd OD[protected]. I have requested for product return within return date expiry. However due to some technical issue product return has been cancelled by Flipkart executive and assured me that issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I am continuously following up with Flipkart executive and there is no further progress on the product pickup.

              Today I recieved my new samsung phone, after my Mi Phone stopped working when it slipped out of my hands, dropped on the floor and display broken. My spirits were high until the delivery boy asked for an OTP. If it was delivered to my number, no way to access the messages on my Mi Phone.

              When I conveyed the same to the delivery boy, he refused to deliver the product after consulting his superior. When I asked them if Flipkart also sends OTP on my registered gmail account, they said yes. When I checked my gmail account, no OTP was received. I felt helpless, mainly due to lack of basic flexiblity in their processes.

              When I compare to Amazon, Swiggy, BigBasket etc, I hardly recollect any of the delivery persons asking me to authenticate with OTP. They delivered at the security at left, without bothering me to be personally present and authenticate when they deliver.

              I think Flipkart needs to relook and improve their delivery processes. Its caused dissatisfaction to me, next time I will think twice before buying anything on Flipkart.

                  When I buy tempered glass Flipkart keeps on showing "You've reached the maximum units allowed for purchase of this item".

                      I bought a phone on 8th August 2021, which model was Samsung Galaxy F41 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM which is priced at Rs 13749, and when I got the same and when I opened it, it was in sealed pack phone of Redmi 9I 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM Whose price is 8499, and the bill was Samsung F41 in it. Amount difference between both the same is Rs 5250. For which I complained in Flipkart, it will be said back but after 2 days from flipkart that return request complain cancle If it was done, then I again complained about it, still there was no hearing, and then I complained then an e-mail came from flipkart, In which I was asked for a photo of my Aadhar card, which I also e-mailed but again the return request complaint was cancelled, and then after 2 days my Flipkart ID was blocked and when I talked to the flipkart customer care number So it was said from there, now when your ID will be activated then only something will happen.

                        I purchased the Midea washing machine 2 years ago, at the same time taken additional 2 more years warranty from Flipkart. I raised a complaint for minor repair on 07/06/21, they replaced new washing machine on 17/06/2021 with lots of follow up, but till date no response from the Flipkart and it's associated Jeeves team for the Installation or taking the product return. I fed up with these two (Flipkart and Jeeves )customercare centers for months together. With these poor un resolution I don't want continue with this product. Request you to please resolving the Issue at the earliest.

                            Dear Team, we have online ordered and received the Hindware RO purifier on dated 16.07.2021.
                            Till now (22.08.2021), the product installation is pending from flipkart and the make Hindware.
                            I was repeatedly complaining on flipkart and received call from Hindware for installation but every time no action taken.
                            I am getting harrassed by following Flipkart for the installation.

                                Dear sir my account in uco bank branch IFSC code is UCBA0002571 account no [protected]. name Balaji Manik Rathod I take a amount of 539 in my account bank reference id is[protected] and payment reference no FT[protected] Mode of transation IMPS also refund Id CR[protected] dated as 14 Jul 2021 but amount is not add in my account so please check the refrence id in your cosutomer care and please solve my problem I am trying your costomer care no since last 36 days but no one attend my call this ammount ids given by fiipkart.in my account the company says transaction was done by us but amount can not be transfer in my account please take action immediately and plesase dispute my money in my account. It has been 36 days already. Kindly transfer my amount in respected account immediately

                                  Micromax in 2b on 19 August and got it delivered on 22 August. I did a exchange Samsung A5 with this device. Price of the product was Rs 8499 and was reduced to 6799. I gave my phone in exchange and I got invoice of rs 6799 but I paid 7499 rs. What is this fraud?

                                  Secondly I have issues with the product voice quality on Video calls are soo bad and it feels like manufacturing defect. So I raised a request for replacement which was cancelled by flipkart without informing me, I will attach a screen shot.
                                  They wasted my valuable time.

                                  I want a refund back and my Samsung A5.
                                  I don't want to use flipkart again. Worst experience.
