I had purchased a backpack from Agile seller on flipkart on 13th july 2021, the seller himself answered a customer query in FAQ that it has 1 year warranty from day of purchase. On 23 august i tried to claim warranty on this as my bag stitching torn-off, flipkart executives telling me that it has no warranty. When I showed that the seller himself telling in FAQ section that the bag came with a 1 year warranty, flipkart executives giving me vague answers like "you are our valuable customer", the seller almost sold 38, 000 bags on this false info, many o[censored]s brought this bag on this info that seller mentioned in FAQ for warranty. Please help me. Pics in attachment.

Updated by dhirendra2021 Got two calls from Flipkart executives, they still not accepting that the information provided by seller AGILE is legit. They are saying that warranty details are not on product page, yes its not on product but seller himself answered that the product has 1 year warranty from the day of purchase when asked for it in FAQ section. Flipkart executives are saying that 14 days return policy was given on product page nothing else, then tell me one thing why the seller answered that the product had 1 year warranty, it mean seller duped almost 38.000 customers and provided false information.
