I have using the account since 2016, now I wanted to change to my other number... While am inputting all the OTP sent to both numbers, but while saving the numbers but shows that ' identifier is already in use" what should I do now...

    I have placed an order for GREENBERRI Refill Ink 001/003 for my Epson Printer L6170 on 06.08.21.
    The product delivered to me was Refill ink 004, which was not compatible to my Epson printer L6170.
    I made a complaint and accordingly you send me a replacement which I received on 24/8/21.
    To my regret, upon opening I found the same wrong refill ink 004 instead of 001/003.
    I now request you to take back the wrong product and refund the value.

      I ordered a TV from them, took complete protection plan, from a month I am facing problem with my LED. Nobody is making any visit and they have closed the case without even resolving it. Order id- OD[protected]

      I need immediate help on this. Can't tolerate this pathetic behaviour of service provider.

        मेने Filipkart से एक TV आर्डर किया था। जो कि ठीक तरह से काम नही कर रही
        है। जिस कारण मेने अपने TV की Refund Request डाली थी। मगर अभी तक मेरा
        Order का Pickup नही हुआ है। और खराब TV अभी भी मेरे ही पास है।
        इस तारीखे से मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी की जा रही है।
        और मेरे को गुमराह किया जा रहा है। ओर मेरी Refund Request को काफी दिन
        हो गए, मगर मेरा अभी तक मेरे Order का Pickup Or Fefund अभी तक नही हो पाया है। ओर आगे
        भी मेरे को Wait करने को बोला जा रहा है।
        अतः आपसे निबेदन यह कि मेरे Order का Pickup शीघ्र
        करवाये।

            I ordered the product with product id:OD[protected] on 8th august and the product was supposed to be delivered on 13th august. Product reached my nearest hub on 14 th and has been lying their for last 11 days. No delivery attempt has been made. I have raised this issue with flipkart multiple times but have recieved no resolution, everytime i am given a new deadline. Pathetic service!!!

              Mu issue is, Product box is same but it was not sealed and inside the box, product is from different brand ( Got DJI 360 camera instead of INSTA 360 Twin addition camera ) .All pics, detail, everything which asked by flipkart, i had already provided but still its not replaced/ return till yet . Please slove my issue and replace my order.

                This is not about the product. It’s about the costumer care service about flipkart .. I got the TV deliverd on Sunday morning 9pm. Which is good .. but the installation should be done by monday. I had some other work.. even though flipkart havnt provided exact timing of the guy. Who is coming to install the tv .. I waited whole day. I have been trying since morning with customer services to give me details or escalate my problem to concern department. Even though I never got a call to check with me why it was installed .. it’s been 64 hours .. I called customer care for almost 25 times. No even ever give me proper resolution. I am scared now, if something happened to tv .. these people won’t even help me resolving the issue. This is the last time an gonna buy this product from the flipkart …

                  Hi Team,

                  I have purchased Thomson TV from Filpkart on Fri, 8th Mar 2019 along with 2 years extended warranty Jeeves. Recently I got dot on the screen and raised complaint on July'22 and technician visited my home and collected TV from me on July'29-2021.
                  As per their communication SLA for repair 14-15days but still not getting proper update.
                  And I followed-up since last 2 days but i got 3 kinds of responses.
                  1)Panel has damaged and Panel replacement approval status
                  2)Panel not available it is in refund estimate state
                  3) Senior technician assigned to Issue
                  4)Technician will visit your home to pick the product but it already taken from me on jul-29.
                  5) sometimes they are updating its not cover under warranty.

                  And I sent all details to their support email but still their is standard reply from team. They are not given any update.

                      Ordered electronics item (one plus buds Z) from Flipkart. As there was issue with item, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What sort of verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

                                  I ordered a WFH chair from Flipkart and got it delivered on 19 Aug Thursday but one of the wheel holder was damaged and I requested for a return, The technician came the very next day i.e: 20th Aug Friday, and accepted my return request and said a person will come for pick up next day, So on Saturday 21st Aug the person came and said he won't be able to take the product until it would be dismantled...I don't know how to do it nor is there a manual on how to dismantle it.

                                  I've been trying to contact Flipkart since Sunday i.e: 21st Aug all they say is I have to dismantle it or take outside help and said they won't be sending their technician or any help from their side.

                                    Dear sir/ma'am,

                                    I purchased hp pavilion gaming ryzen 5 quad core - (8 gb/512 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics/nvidia geforce gtx 1650) 15-ec0104ax gaming laptop from flipkart on 25th july 2021 with order id OD[protected].

                                    After 10 days o[censored]sage the laptop suddenly was having issues with charging. So, i contacted hp customer care as their numbers were mentioned on the laptop to contact for help.

                                    Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a doa (Deficient on arrival) certificate to hp and said that the same would be replaced after receiving a certificate by hp.

                                    I received doa certificate from hp support team and they asked me to contact the seller and provide the certificate and get the product replaced by them.

                                    So, i contacted flipkart as i purchased my product from flipkart for the replacement. But,  flipkart executives are denying to replace my product even after all legal procedures and certification of replacement had been provided by hp to them.

                                    I raised this complaint two times but both the times they took 1 week to contact me and refused to replace the product by telling me about their lame policies and marked the complaint as resolved from their side.

                                    I had even contacted hp after the response from flipkart. Hp executives said that i have all the rights to get my product replaced as they had done all the legal procedures and found my product to be defective an issued me a doa certificate for the same.

                                    Hp executives had also even mailed flipkart about the incident as well but there is no response from flipkart side.

                                    This type of response from flipkart is not expected. This is a mental torture for me as a consumer as i find flipkart cheating with me or using their services.

                                    I request flipkart to take this matter seriously and provide a replacement for the same as all the legal procedures had been done by the hp and all proofs are attached below.

                                        I had purchased a backpack from Agile seller on flipkart on 13th july 2021, the seller himself answered a customer query in FAQ that it has 1 year warranty from day of purchase. On 23 august i tried to claim warranty on this as my bag stitching torn-off, flipkart executives telling me that it has no warranty. When I showed that the seller himself telling in FAQ section that the bag came with a 1 year warranty, flipkart executives giving me vague answers like "you are our valuable customer", the seller almost sold 38, 000 bags on this false info, many o[censored]s brought this bag on this info that seller mentioned in FAQ for warranty. Please help me. Pics in attachment.

                                        Got two calls from Flipkart executives, they still not accepting that the information provided by seller AGILE is legit. They are saying that warranty details are not on product page, yes its not on product but seller himself answered that the product has 1 year warranty from the day of purchase when asked for it in FAQ section. Flipkart executives are saying that 14 days return policy was given on product page nothing else, then tell me one thing why the seller answered that the product had 1 year warranty, it mean seller duped almost 38.000 customers and provided false information.
