I was very excited to purchase your product Motorola G40 fusion (Dynamic Grey), but my experience has turned out very too poorly. I am writing to express my disappointment with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.
I ordered Motorola G40 fusion which order number OD[protected], I received this product on 27th July 21.My brother received the product from courier person, when I visited home from office and opened box, I got unbox mobile pack, whenever I opened that box, I got granite piece, a cover, USB cable, adapter but not mobile handset. I complained about to customer care on that day
I received product which had stone granite, I have paid 13499/- to stone granite.
So hope in my country unethical trade practice will stop and person who include in this activity will soon identity.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
