i purchased ac on 25 mar 21 for my parents(from flipkart)
start from the first ac not working properly/maybe outdoor unit mat not be installed properly(starting from first month, please enquire your engineer)
i raised a complaint, service engineer did not come in time, i did keep on calling, finally done with unsatisfactory
again ac not working properly complaint raised 03 july 2021, till 15 july work not done.
On 15 july 2021, a service engineer came to the house and told that the exhaust fan problem, need to replace on your payment, it take one week to two weeks time(although ac is on warranty)he told service charges may be there.
What is the use of this if it is not working in summertime, keep on giving problems.
Service support is not at all good,
i keep on calling customer care, they ignore us
they told that our senior executive will call back
but i didn't get a call.(worst customer care service)
service engineer(mikky)[protected], tell to my sister, you given complaint on me, u do whatever you want to do you, you can proceed to consumer case also,
the complaint has been closed without our knowledge o[censored]s.
Again on 23 jul 21 i given complaint
my old aged parents stayed there with my sister, ac not all has been used in summer, what is the use.
Your service told that you have to visit to that address, have to pay money for that, after 7-14 days work will done on payment basis.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
