When I opened the box, I find the product is opened .then I Called Flipkart Customer Care.Then the customer care asked me for 1 day and promised to refund.He also asked me for documents and I gave.Repeat this process twice.And then after the third time he blocked the account

    Dear sir

    I was very excited to purchase your product Motorola G40 fusion (Dynamic Grey), but my experience has turned out very too poorly. I am writing to express my disappointment with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.
    I ordered Motorola G40 fusion which order number OD[protected], I received this product on 27th July 21.My brother received the product from courier person, when I visited home from office and opened box, I got unbox mobile pack, whenever I opened that box, I got granite piece, a cover, USB cable, adapter but not mobile handset. I complained about to customer care on that day

    I received product which had stone granite, I have paid 13499/- to stone granite.

    So hope in my country unethical trade practice will stop and person who include in this activity will soon identity.

Return request was approved and customer executive called and said techinician will visit and uninstall the washing machine. But has been week technician haven't visited to uninstall machine and haven't picked up. What will we do with defective machine. Please pick up the washing machine and refund our money.           I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart with a 1-day delivery. Truenet commerce didn't allow COD, so I made the full payment with my credit card. Its's been already 4 days, the order has not yet been processed by the seller and there is no response from the seller side.

              My GST form is pending for approval since last month and in last mail you've said that it was approved and my payment is pending since last year. please process the payment ASAP. Also I had already provided these below documents several times in past months 1. PAN copy as per your Affiliate account. 2. Cancelled cheque copy as per Affiliate account 3. Please sign and submit the attached form along with the above documents And non gst form as well why you are doing like this. I haven't received my payment since last year. I need this ASAP. Can someone from your team pick up this matter and solve this. Thanks & Regards

                I have placed an order on 3rd July 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th July but received a message that it was delayed by 2 days. After 2 days, again the same message that states it will be delayed by 2 days. I spoke to the customer care executive asking for a delay and there is no proper response. Flipkart kept on delaying the delivery for 20days and finally canceled the product without giving proper justification and money is refunded to Flipkart's wallet.

                One customer care executive spoke to me and asked to re-order by using wallet amount and it will be delivered within the time. The product cost has gone high by nearly 10% and still, I re-ordered as I don't want to spend again from my pocket when money is available in Flipkart wallet.

                After re-order also, I'm facing the same issue. Product is not delivered and it is already delayed by 2 days and there is no proper information from Customer care why there is delay and when it is will be delivered for sure.

                Very worst services by Flikart and ekart. If I would have ordered the same product in other eCommerce sites, I would have got the product before 20days itself.

                Today again I received a message stating product delivery is delayed by three days again. Does Flipkart have any sense? Making customer to wait for a product for almost a month. I have paid money already and it is stuck with Flipkart for a month now and still, the product is not delivered within the promised time.

                  I have created flipkart account 3-4 years back with a mobile number few months ago. i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                    When I enter the IMEI no in Flipkart it is not recognise and displaying error that IMEI no doesn't match with selected model.

                      I ordered an ASUS Pentium Quad Core - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) X543MA-GQ1020T Laptop (15.6 inch, Transparent Silver, 1.9 kg) from your company, which was delivered on 21st June, 2021. Now, its not working properly, when I turn it on sometimes a black screen appears, it happened rarely but now its happening frequently, sometimes that black screen appears even while I am working. Also, the laptop is working slow. I would be obliged if these issues are resolved.

                            As flipkart big saving days are going on, they are providing exchange offers on their platform(attached scrrenshot). I have ordered a smartphone under this offering and ordered an exchange for an older smartphone for which exchange is applicable in the app for order OD[protected]. When the representative from flipkart asked me for phone initially he did all the checks of screen damage or discoloration or imei check and found it correct. He mentioned a crack at side of body and a few scratched in the phone body for which he told me that some deduction will be there on the actual value and I have to pay the difference fro which I agreed. This process is also mentioned in flipkart and I was aware. Later he called someone(which he calls his boss) and then he suddenly started denying the product and started giving me excuses for not accepting the device. When asked for reason, he just told that his boss told to reject. On asking the exact reason, he started giving random excuses like dust on phone grills and scratches. As per flipkart(mentioned on app--screenshot also attached), below are the reason because of which device can be rejected(attached screenshot): 1. Phone does not switch on. In my case phone is fully functional. 2. model is different. In my case model was allowed on flipkart app and confirmed for exchanged. 3. screen lock are not disabled. In my case I factory reset the phone and fully unlocked. 4. IMEI not matching. In my case he did not even check the IMEI. When I contacted the Customer representative, they mentioned they can't do anything and I have to pay the full amount. When asked the reason, they told that device is not eligible. Flipkart has promoted the exchange offer mentioning all smartphones with crack/scratch screen/body is accepted but at the end they denied the exchange.

                              Flipkart/Seller delivered Faulty iPhone 11. Apple repair center clearly denying service stating some Unauthorized modification done on the phone and it is not eligible for warranty service. Flipkart says contact brand only.
                              Unauthorized modification done by Flipkart/Seller and sold the product to me which was not genuine and Now I am helpless not getting support from Brand as well as from Flipkart

                                  Flipkart Perfect Home King size bed was delivered to me on 10th July'21 with installation scheduled for 13th July'21. Today it is 26th July and nobody has come here to install the bed. Every time I call their customer care, they keep delaying our request and say that we cannot return the bed as it has not been installed yet, but they cannot find someone who will be willing to travel to Nagda and install the bed too. Every time they assign someone new from Indore, the installation person cancels the request as they are not willing to come so far away. But if the company is willing to deliver such an expensive and large product in Nagda, MP, they should have someone close by for installation too. I called them and also have a voice recording of the conversation.

                                  I have requested them for a return and refund, but they are refusing to cooperate and keep extending the deadline for help. I cannot wait any longer and be rejected by another installation person, I just want to return the bed and get my hard earned money back.

                                    I am a plus member of Flipkart. Still Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’. I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean.
