I have made two payments from my axis bank master credit card. The amount deducted from the credit card but no order placed. Till now amount is not refunded, The transaction done on 27/09/2023. After repeated call to customer care amount is not refunded.

    I have been cheated by filpkart company. Delivery guy told to me that he delivered the product to security guard and had taken the OTP but he taken the parcel with himself and i haven't received the product. I lost my payment done, delivery guy is thief . its so hurting and painful.

      I ordered a smartphone (Realme GT 2 pro) from Flipkart which became Dead on Arrival. I went to the service centre then they issued DOA certificate.
      Then I conveyed with flipkart, but they are pushing the date of resolution from last one weeks. I had a very bad experience with flipkart service. Please replace my phone as soon as possible.

          I just ordered this few minutes ago and the price was showing 499. I made an order bt after that I got to know that the amount has been deducted and order is not placed. UPI I'd of merchant is [protected]@Yesbank. It is fraud kindly pay attention because no.o[censored]sers are getting part of it.

              I had ordered 4 pairs of curtains from flipkart, which were listed as four separate orders with order ID: OD[protected]
              but i just received one package containing a single curtain on 5th October 2023, that too of different colour and size. All four orders were being shown delivered. I immediately contacted flipkart customer care the same day and was advised to return that single package. After that that package was returned but refund was issued for only one order, not for the other three orders.
              I again contacted flipkart customer care and the customer care agent herself cancelled my earlier return order and advised me to wait for update and again return the items as “missing package”. I did as advised, but then I received a message that my refund request has been rejected.
              I again contacted flipkart customer care and was again advised by the agent Mr Asif to return the items as missing and assured that this time it may be done.
              So i did accordingly but again the refund request was rejected and this time my account was also blacklisted.

When I try to use my Flipkart Pay later emi option it tell me that this transaction is ineligible for flipkart pay later. My KYC is updated and is valid till 2032.                         Good morning Sir,

                        I purchased a V-Guard Zenora RO+MF+MB 7 L RO + MF + MB Water Purifier from Flipkart on 02 September 2023. The products return period is 7days from the delivery date. It was delivered on 05 September 2023, and their technician team not installed for a week.

                        By following them continuously, finally a technician came home, installation work started and damaged existing water pipeline. It caused water leakage and major damage to the property. so, installation stopped. I mailed to Flipkart customer support regularly for product installation or refund and spoken to phone call also (explained the issues faced). Flipkart team/V-guard committed to finish installation by phone calls only, till date no response from them for installation or refund.

                        I am disappointed in the way everything was handled. First, the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified date, and when I call V-guard/Flipkart customer service, nobody seems to understand the problem. It’s been almost a month, and I am not able to use the water purifier.

                        I'm kindly request you to assist me to get a refund against my product.

                        I am enclosing a copy of the purchase-receipt, follow-up E-mail sent and my property damage photos for your references.

                        I am hoping for immediate action regarding this issue.

                        First, I like to say thanks to your team for supporting me on this issue. After my complaint, next day V-guard technician called me and visited my home on the time i mentioned. I explained the situation whichever happened earlier, and he confirmed me to finish the installation work by taking full responsibility without causing any damages. Also explain its working condition and technical details about it. As he committed finishes the work, it shows his experience. His customer service is appreciated. Great job. Now my water purifier installed perfectly and working well. Thanking you for your valuable time.

                          Description :
                          I ordered a product under 100% Supercoins Back Offer. In My Orders section, it showed that I will receive around 3352 supercoins.

                          Flipkart has conveniently changed their promise of providing 3352 supercoins to just 100 supercoins. Same offer is currently going on for many other products.

                          A clear loss of around 3252 supercoins, which Flipkart is blatantly denying to provide to me for no apparent mistake from my side.

                          Expecting Flipkart to solve the issue and fulfill the promises made while ordering the product.

                            My name is Naresh Reddy, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with Order ID OD[protected]. On October 1st, I placed an order for a pair of aadi block slippers, and I received the product on October 8th.

                            However, upon inspection, I was disheartened to find that the quality of the product is subpar and it appears to be damaged.                               I ordered an iPhone 12 (128 gb) purple color, in the flipkart bbd sale on 7th of October 2023 at 1:05 am. The seller name is Akshnav Online. The product costed 43098 rupees to me. I made the payment through debit card of my pnb account, and the amount got deducted from my bank but flipkart is saying that "payment not yet confirmed from the bank". I also talked to customer care of flipkart but they are just saying to wait. It's been 47 hours still no response either from flipkart or bank. Also, the cost of the product has went up and even other smartphones have also increased their prices due to which I would not be able to purchase them as I don't have money in my account to reorder or purchase them at increased prices. Please look into this matter and provide me my product at the same deal at which I ordered it because it's not my fault in any kind due to which I'm suffering from.

                                I ordered a samsung f14 5g OMG black, on flipkart, it was delivered to me at oct 2 2023, but when I switched on the mobile, the battery drain from 99 to 0 in 10 min, with in the drain the touch not working, after that I pluged the charger, even after a hour its still remains in zero, so I initiated a return, flipkart said take it to the service center and i did, they declare the mobile is defective, and the also gave the DOA certficate, the asked me to return the mobile in flipkart, so that I raised a complain, its been two days they are responding, and they not ready to hear my complaint, please help me with this issue

                                    Few days ago i ordered from flipkart but i recieved less quantity so i raised return reqest they asked me my id photo and product images i provided them and they accepted return request but after few hours they blocked my account and now i am not able to check my refund process they are doing fraud

                                        I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your Flipkart in regard to my recent purchase. On October 4th, 2023, I placed an order for a laptop, which, as of today, has not been delivered despite numerous delivery date updates.

                                        I understand that delays can sometimes occur in the delivery process, but the lack of transparency and support from your customer care team has been both frustrating and disappointing.

                                        The situation has become increasingly frustrating as I have been monitoring the order's status daily, only to witness the promised delivery dates repeatedly change without any concrete resolution. This has not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in my funds being tied up in a product that I have yet to receive.

                                        I have attempted to reach out to your customer care team on multiple occasions to seek clarification and request information on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the customer care representatives have not been helpful or responsive in addressing my concerns. It is disheartening to feel ignored and left in the dark about the status of a significant purchase.

                                        I value your company's products and services, and I initially chose your store because of its reputation for quality and reliability. However, this experience has tarnished my perception of your brand, and I am left with no choice but to demand immediate action to rectify this situation.
