I have ordered grocery multiple times from Flipkart. Whenever I get damaged products or few times the product is missed by delivery person. I call and raise the issue.

The delivery agents tell to call to customer care, but now they have blocked my account saying I have" unusually high return".

Mostly the delivery agents don't count the grocery or they deliver broken things. Just for raising this issue they blocked the account and no help from them

    Flipkart Order not being delivered from nearest hub

    This is regarding my flipkart Order ID-OD[protected]Apple Iphone 14) with tracking ID FMPP[protected].

    My order reached the nearest hub - sahibabad on 7th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (7th and 8th Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end.     Also confirmed with the service center staff and he gave me the Job Sheet to replace the product.

      My flipkart order is out of delivery since yesterday (i.e. 10-oct-2023) and I don't have any update from delivery agent and also I don't have any contact details of the delivery person.

        I purchased a motorola washing machine and after 6 weeks the gasket was damaged. I have been trying to avail of a repair service for 5 weeks. I have emailed and messaged and called Flipkart, moto support @Flipkart and Motorola. No one is taking responsibility and just issuing empty promises. A complaint is registered, messages sent to say i will be contacted by a technician then I receive a message within hours stating the complaint is resolved and completed. Nothing is resolved and no repair has been done, when I call to ask why this message has been sent, I am told lies that i refused to pay when no one has asked for a payment to be made or that someone has tried to contact me and I did not answer, again not true. Besides which where does it state to obtain service you have to answer a call immediately or at all. Motorola sold a product, and the understanding is there is a 2-year warranty, and repairs ought to be made by a company technician or the warranty becomes void. I have waited and I am now out of patience. There is no clear redressal procedure. No one answers questions or responds to emails. No supervisor returns a call. All empty words and promises. I have a call history and emails illustrating my attempts for service, communication and I am utterly frustrated with both Flipkart and Motorola who simply show no concern customer care and lack of resulting in high levels of stress. This is especially shameful when I have explained that I have recently been in hospital for surgery and instead of recuperating peacefully I am having to argue daily for a service which should be simple. Motorola are causing harm to y well-being with the failure to provide after-sales service.

          There is an offer of Rs 1500 off on an Infinix Mobile using ICICI Credit card EMI transaction, but when I wrote my card details, it only gives Rs 500 discount. I checked the terms & conditions as well and I'm complying with all those, still not able to get the discount. Please help with this issue as soon as possible!

            Why my orders are putting on hold when i am making payment prior to delivery and when calling customer support they are saying the 24 hours stuff that this will be resolved. previously it was cancelled. so not sure that this time it will get confirm. Please help. Flipkart service is now sucking. I am the customer from a very long time, near about 10 years.

                I have Ordered Iphone 14plus from flipkart on 7oct 2023 on 9th oct i recieved a notification from Flipkart that my order is out for delivery. But on same date at 10:22 pm I recieved a messege that the order has been rejected at the time of delivery. No wishmaster has contacted me on that date.
                Now the price of that Iphone has increased. I need my order on my previous ordered price.

                    Dear Sir,
                    This is to keep you informed that I have purchased a new Acer Laptop, Serial No. UNK3JSI[protected]F70700 in your festive offer "Big Billion Days" with the clear understanding of exchange of my old Asus laptop Serial No. G1N0CV06921801F which was quoted at Rs.5600/- subject to verification from your technician vide tracking id FMPP[protected] of Ekart Logistics which was delivered today, ie 10/10/2023. While inspecting the old laptop, the technician confirmed the functioning of the laptop as per the file attached and which is self explanatory. On going through the message received on the flipkart app, following points are not correct which is as under:
                    1. Charger is missing.
                    2. Laptop body issues like damaged keys, trackpad, camera, hinges etc. or missing body parts.
                    And due to this the anomaly shown in the exchange price in my app and in the technician app is as under:
                    Exchange Price - 3350 instead of earlier shown Rs 5600, whereas in technician's app it was shown as Rs. 3900 payable.
                    I had no option but to pay Rs 3900 and to accept the consent of the technician enabling me to take the delivery. When we checked with the Customer Care via phone, we found no support in sorting the issue but the customer support representative has advised us to cancel the earlier order and to place a new order. This has disturbed us but had no option and have made the payment of Rs 3900 instead of getting the exchange value of the old laptop of Rs 3350. I lodge my strong complaint against such marketing gimmicks for which I am of the opinion of getting cheated by paying more of Rs 1650 which is the anomaly in my account and the amount shown Rs 3900 payable in technician's app.
                    I request you to look into the matter as per the evidence given herein below and to refund me the extra amount paid amounting to Rs. 1650 towards exchange value. I further reiterate this is not good for the company like Flipkart which may damage their marketing image.

                    This is a trail mail to my earlier correspondence in the subject matter, I reiterate that the phone call from you gets automatically disconnected in 4 seconds (attachment no. 21). On the basis of this when I call back there is no support by giving vague replies which is not in support of the solution to be provided in the captioned subject and it is not to my satisfaction. I urge that whatever solution you provide has to be on my email and not by telephonic conversation. Till then the subject matter cannot be treated as closed and it shall be on the sole responsibility on the goodwill of the company.

                    This is in reference to the subject matter with grief profound state that in spite of several reminders the solution to my query is not yet resolved. I request you to give me in writing whether the solution will be given or not or I shall escalate the matter to the consumer forum as well as all the platforms of social media that how a consumer stands cheated by giving false assurances in the case of exchange offers.

                    Please find attached the call recording of the call which was received today ie, on[protected] from your customer support team and the call history which states the date and the duration of the calls received from your customer support.

                    Kindly treat the matter as most sensitive and on top priority enabling to refund the money of Rs. 1650 and thus giving justice to me.

                      As per above 2 order I'd, had ordered 2 clovia women bra which trying to return but still no help from Flipkart to get this return since 17 September 2023. No one turned up to take back. My order mob number [protected].
                      Please help as it is almost a month now.

                        I have placed a order with flipkart, when it reached my location i was not available so i told delivery person that keep the parcel on reception. He asked me OTP for the product i have given him. But when i reached the hostel parcel was not there, so i have checked the recording then i realised deliver person has not kept the parcel on reception. when i reached the flipkart customer care for account exceutive number they have not provided me with the same neither helped me with the same. If some how i would have got the number i could have talked.

                          Hello sir ! I placed an order of an Apple Watch series 8 cellar with Flipkart ORDER ID is
                          OD[protected] . My friend received the product unknowingly giving the OTP first and then the Curier opened the box .But without the box opened, the Watch was missing . My friend made the video of inboxing . On the spot my friend refused the product and the Curier person took back it with him . I logged a complaint immediately to the Flipkart Customer care . PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !

                            My product is faluty for that i reached to service centre they asked for invoice but I'm unable get my invoice because account is blocked. If flipkart don't unblock my account with in 1 day then replacement policy may expire and i not be able to replace my faulty product.

                              Have ordered an electronic item on Flipkart, did track it when it shipped but the funny thing was, the item was shipped to a different location far away from where I stay and then back to my locality, but it did show up out for delivery the next day in time, but the delivery guy never called or was i able to contact them, the call would cut off after a single ring and come up as busy every time I called throughout the day.

                              It's showing out for delivery for the second day as well, but the same problem where delivery agent is not reachable and the call cuts after a single ring saying the number is busy.

                              I live alone and it's an open box delivery, i cannot abandon work and stay for the delivery, I just was to call and confirm the time when or if the delivery agent will ever come to deliver the product so I can be home during the time period.

                                Hello Everyone, 2023 Big billion days i was ordered Samsung 336 liters Refrigerator booked while delivery time open the item its damaged piece i said delivery agent please replaced item they said OK next day order automatically cancelled my item without any information i called customer care they said if you not accepting item its automatically cancelled sir

                                if I accepted the damaged item after I raise query Samsung service doing repair in only inside machine only not outside repairs like dints & scratches, they are not covering.

                                Open box strategy: filpkart says if item perfect after only otp sharing to delivery agent.

                                if item damages, they not replacing item they easily cancel the item.

                                Now i am trying Buying my best price item price changed now they are saying keep trying sir nothing to do help.

                                Don't hurry in Diwali & Big Billion days sale Due if you buy best discount price if any item damaging they automatically cancel then price Increased.

                                      I have placed an order on Big Billion Day Sale i.e. 7th Oct 23 for an iPhone 14. I have already paid. The order was to be delivered the same day but I still haven't received it. It keeps on rotating within one flipkart facility to another. After speaking almost about 10 times now with their customer support on call, I haven't received my order. They seem to have zero knowledge on what's happening. I don't want any cancellation or refund. I want my order to be delivered.
