I ordered a Phillips trimmer, first I got a tampered packet without any seal with missing attachments of the trimmer, I then initiated a return but these guys offered me a replacement instead, now even in the replacement package which I got, again not sealed this time also with a completely different trimmer inside. Now these guys are asking for my kyc details, God knows under which law these guys are authorized to do so. They have been harassing for 10 days now and not initiating a return and helping me with a refund.
Please help me get refund of the product.

I lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

11 ko order karne par 13 ko commited delivery kaha phir automatic inki date extend hogayi 15 ko bina bataye phir 15 ko bhi nhi aaya, or kaafi baar inke customer support ko call karne k baad jawab bhi nhi dia proper aaj late delivery hone par inke delivery boy ne mera exchange wala phone bhi damage kardia

Now I'm facing connectivity issues I want to exchange but invoice is not available on flipkart please share invoice for my order

I ordered a ddr3 ram but what arrived was ddr4 ram but the seller took advantage of the no return policy to give me wrong product similar incidents happened to many people who ordered items in flipkart, I feel hopeless and helpless maybe ₹2, 965 is like dust for Flipkart but my father is just a cleaner so ₹2, 965 is his hard worked money which was scammed by the flipkart seller, I contacted flipkart support but they said due to the no return policy they can't stop people from getting scammed, they said if you think you got scammed due to no return policy you shouldn't blame us you should have read that the this product is not returnable under any conditions, so that's it there is nothing they can do? if you have a no return policy you're supposed to provide the product which is shown in the image or title or description of the product
then that's agreeable but they provided me me wrong product which does not match the image, title or descriptions of the product, please provide justice, please just don't let anything like this happen to anyone ever, Thank You

I SATENDRA Kumar pray to that u plz return my mobile phone bought amount imidiatly just now. I don't want to repair this. I m sorry for my mistake for send you this. And sorry for buying your warranty. I don't want repaired by you.. My phone have a minor defect but u saying this is liquid damaged. Not a liquid damaged the mobile. This matter is totally wrong. But not a issue or nothing you relived that. I claimed for refund the extended warranty and phone bought money.

I have kept a return request on 11th July and it was accepted and was told it will be picked up by 15th july but its not yet picked up..when i called on 16th july the customer care are just saying again to wait untill 19th July..how many days should i wait for my hard earned money ..i need my refund quickly ...try to understand customers problem and solve it quickly... im very old customer im so much disappointed by such a service...my complaint no: IN[protected]

I Ordered few products on July 3rd 2021, most of products are coming from Jajjar-Hariyana, on 10th few products reached to nearest hub. From there onwards no update. It was supposed to deliver by June 12th, on June 12th they extended to June 15th. June 15th they extended to June 18th.
Funny thing is another product which reached on nearest hub on 12th (from same source "jajjar") delivered on 13th.
Every time i call customer care regarding this then they tell it will be delivered next day last 3 days happening same story.

i dont know what action need to be taken.

I haf been using the Flipkart from last 8 years but suddenly my account got blocked in October 2020 without stating any reason. When i contacted customer care he told your complain will resolve but soon after That a mail came stating hígher return. I urged them all return which were as per its policy but they were returned because of various issues. Some of them have quality issues, some have issues of damage and some were imtate product so i made return. But all in vain being a loyal customer i got blocked. I request u too kindly look into matter er and unlock the same account

I have received duplicate they are telling seller has denied we can't do anything in pic creamy colour bottle I received which is duplicate

I bought a washing machine on dated 7 July. It was to be installed with in 1 to 2 days but is not installed till now.menatally harrased by the person appointed to install it for 3 days.his name was mood sahdeen . Now whenever I call to flipcart customer care they told me that it will be installed next day but not done till.this is totally negligence by a respected company this was not expected..plz look in to the matter

I had purchased a mobile phone (REAL ME NARZO 30) from flip kart. But I'm not satisfied.I can't hear clearly the voice while attend a phone call. I already complained in flip kart. As per our complaint the technician from flip kart had come and check the phone, but he can't rectify the problem related to this.But we informed him that the problem will occur gradually. the problem is continued now itself.then the camera focused wide area. i can't manage the camera settings.please find a solution to this as far as possible and we want urgent replacement.
