Bought three products from flipkart which was the third product,
which I
have now found defective. Due to which we had put a request to return it,
but the account was blocked and did not open the account again.Third order
ID Number- OD[protected].A return request was made for the same
order number and my account was blocked. please unblock my account.so that
I can return it in time.please unblock my account.

My issue alone has not been solved. My account is not unblocked. please
unblock the account.I ordered only three on Flipkart, the first one being
the poco mobile. My confidence is high, that's why I ordered another
product handgloves for a or if my trust is high, I ordered the suit, but
because of being defective in the suit, I requested him to return and if
you told you, then you speak. Return are high. My first product which is
getting this return which you have blocked.My confidence increased, that's
why I ordered flipkart suits, otherwise I would never have asked for
happiness from flipkart.If you want to keep my trust in you. I keep
shopping on you all day so please unblock my account.

You can no longer harass a valuable customer like this. I wrote him such a work fast, but he is not able to understand my point. Please understand this feedback and all the things of the customer. I went to shop on flipkart I was cheated by flipkart cheated me. I'll tell you in detail. flipkart what happened to me-
1.I searched on Flipkart and after searching I found PK Garment Suit. The suit looked great. That's why I ordered it. when i ordered it. The suit came to me after ordering. When the suit came to me. So I saw him and I was cut in my arm close suit, after that I talked to flikart coustmer support, he said that your salmon will be returned but now you are not getting the option of return, after waiting a bit, I said it is okay for a while. When the return option came, for this reason I put the return request and chose the option of damage, which wrote in the comment that it blocked my account after writing the details about the product.
2.When my account got blocked, I was not able to contact flipkart help center or any customer care support I was very upset I was cheated by flipkart
3.I called the customer support of Flipkart and asked them when they said that this has not been done from our side. This was done by our system. We don't have a solution for this. The mail that will come to you is with that team, please contact them by email.
4.When I got the mail from flipkart, I repeatedly told this to that team, I did many mails to that team but that team did not give us any reply on the mail. I was telling them that my high returns have not been made. Please unblock my account, that team repeatedly messaged me one by one and told the same thing
5.When I called Flipkart customer support, they said that you wait till 8th evening. I waited till evening but flipkart did not unblock my account. I then called customer support. Asked him, he said that you stop again, your ticket is being raised again. Wait till the 9th, when I waited till the 9th, still the account was not unlocked, I am very sad about this incident. Then I got a call on the 9th, he said that you waited till the 11th, I waited, still did not unblock my account
6.On the 11th at 9:48 am, I get a message that your issue has been done till 9:48 minutes on the 12th, then called the customer support to get the main information. I was asked to wait till 6:14 am on the 14th
7.I get a call from customer support on 10th. In the evening which I could not receive the call as he called once. I got a call on 11th from the customer support side, I receive that call. When I receive the call. Toh he says that I can't do anything because a concern has been done by the team, will do fine there.
8.Then I got another call on 10th which was a flipkart call in their name to do fraud with me. He told me to download AnyDesk, I was not downloading AnyDesk as he could remote access my mobile. For this reason I did not give him this permission. He started abusing me. His number is [protected]. please check this number.

I just want to increase my earning.I want to tell them that in this way you will lose all your customers one by one. flipkart will never work again.If Flipkart does not unblock my account, then I or any member of my household will not go shopping on Flipkart.If my problem is not solved. If my account is not unblocked then I will go to consumer commission and register a case against you.After that I or any member of my household will not go shopping on Flipkart. You should know this for information
11.My return period is 14 days. Please pay attention to this. If 14 days are over, what will happen to my belongings?What will I do to keep my defective piece?

    in this i have mistakenly add wrong pincode which was 474001 but correct pincode was 473551

    I have informed the same to your Customer care team before shipment but they have denied for change in pincode & suggested me to cancel the order & create a fresh order which is not possible for me as i have to send it to my spiritual guru before guru purnima .

    team please help me urgently as it is very important to send this order before 15th july 2021

      I placed an order on Flipkart on 18th May, a samsung 28L convention oven. The transaction was successful but the order wasn't placed. I waited for 48 hrs hoping the amount would get refunded automatically. I am still waiting. I talked to the customer service and they told me to contact the bank, regarding the issue. The bank already had credited the amount back to the beneficiary, so i had atalk with phone pe, after enquiring they confirmed the payment and stated that '' Flipkart has not initated the refund''. I requested a call back from Flipkart and told them the entire problem but they still keep on nagging that the transaction still shows pending on their system and i need to contact the bank. In these days suddenly the order stopped showing in my order book and the order which i used, to complain about the issue suddenly stopped showing.Luckily i had saved the screen shots else they would also have denied that i placed any order. Now to conclude, when i call the customer service executive they say the order id is not valid or shows nothing, so they cant help me.. And they keep telling me to contact the bank.

        I have bought a laptop on 1st June, 2021. Mistakenly it got placed at my father's place and in invoice, generally my father's name came. Now, I wanted to change it to my name only. But flipkart is saying if it is delivered, it's not possible due to some legal restriction.

        I have paid the bill, I need to get it reimbursed. What shall I do now?

          I ordered cycle on in jun 1st week product is caya fueled cycle 26 for adults matte floro orange 27.5 T BMX cycle i received product on 15 jun but the product is wrong and 1 item is also missing in that. i request a call from app and i get the call i mentioned this scenario to the exe. she generated req. id and and told me to wait for few days i waited till 23 jun ...i called on 23 jun and he said replacement got cancelled by the seller due to technical issue you will get a call on 25 jun but i did not received a call but as per application status my replacement will qued on 30 jun so i waited ...i saw status of the order in app it shows me replacement cancelled i called up to the flipkart and asked for the same they said it cancelled by your side i told them i have not requested any cancellation ...and i called up on 30 jun and aked the exe. that i will use the wrong product delivered by you give me the differance amount and the 1 missing part they told me wait till 2 july you will get a call regarding this but still not received any call...it is not expected please do the needful

            I am a Flipkart seller since 1 year. Multiple times I have lost products in courier return. Even I went to flipkart warehouse to tell them about products being stolen in courier return. Flikart does not approve claims for courier return products. Recently, it happen again and I lost Realme smartwatch S which is a very costly product. Flipkart rejected the claim giving the reason that it is courier return and nothing has happened at their warehouse. How can Flipkart so sure that employees do not steal/replace the valuable products in logistic warehouses?
            This has happened enormous time and I lost a lot of money because of this unethical and fraud practice by flipkart.

              The flipkart delivery man has now came on gundagardi, he is calling from a mile away to take out the parcel, he is not going to deliver on home, he gives "threatening" that if you cant take away your parcel from my place, he will cancel the order. and the best part is he cancels everytime, who the hell will take the leave from office to take the parcel. Nowadays he has stopped even calling to me. he cancels my order without even asking me and write " customer refused the order". I am completely fade up with the gundagardi of flipkart wishmaster, not all are same there are couple agent who is doing this.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Your Transaction by NEFT was bounced due to your account savings. So for transaction your account we need to connect your account with PTF (Payment Transfer form) which is we have to buy from RBI as a draft.(for immediate transaction we need to put this form) and we have already purchase the PTF form from RBI online and we have already connect it with your account.

                The benefits of PTF draft are : (a) Account will be accessed up to 10 Lakhs in a time by IMPS. (b) Account will be a savings account but we will have access to transfer your salary anytime without any problem. (c) Validity for this draft 12 months.

                As our company has already transferred your salary but it was put on hold because we have purchased the PTF form from RBI with the RS 21, 230.00/-.

                So, you have to pay this amount for taking back from the company for a few seconds. We need to create a receipt on PTF and for creating a receipt on PTF we need to show that the PTF charges are paid by you. So, please pay the PTF charges Rs 21, 230.00/- which is already refunded to you in transaction.

                Total amount which is transferred already is : Rs 60, 832.44/-(Salary+Application Fee+Incentive+GST)+Rs. 21, 230.00/-(Refundable PTF charges) = Rs 82, 062.44/-(Total Transferred)

                As we already transferred your salary to the given below details

                **Please find the below attachment of payment proof of your Salary including all paid charges refunded to you. We have put it on hold, after receiving the payment from you we will immediately remove the hold and then it will credit immediately.

                Dear Ashok,

                We have transferred the whole amount but due to Savings bank account type it's on hold so we have attached the PTF form but the amount is pending so do complete it and the hold will be removed from the transaction automatically within a few seconds.

                The PTF charge is already included, check out the payment proof.

                    I ordered realme 8 5g phone with exchange offer.My phone for exchange reminds note 4 with no problem but they rejected exchange to ask me some problems with phone whatever actually nothing problem with my phone.After that I pay exchange money and got my order than I complaint to customer care they registered my complaint.After some time I got message that exchange phone data mis matched this is a fraud because data is same that one I entered...

                    Hi,
                    I had ordered a 4 seater dining table on 12th June. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th June, 2021. But since then delivery is getting delayed everyday.
                    First it got rescheduled from 29th June to 4th July, then from 4th July to 7th July and now it has been rescheduled from 7th July to 12th July. I have been calling Flipkart customer - care since 29th June, they are not helping at all. The product is not getting delivered and also Flipkart is not providing any option to cancel and refund my money.

                    This is absolute fraud.

                              suddenly almost all items are not deliverable at my pincode

                              I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 834001 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 834001 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 834002 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode....

                                I have ordered LG washing machine from flipkart, it was delivered on 25 june 2020.after installation we have found that washing machine is not according to us(features are not suitable). We are trying to explain flipkart executive that product is not suitable for us we want different model but they are ending the call. I have ordered from mobile number [protected].we wants to return the product or replace it with different model.

                                  Refund ka process hai gift card me aaur aage se customer ko pareshaani na ho mai aapka pura customer hu aapmeri details bhi check kar sakte hai agar aage se solve nahi kar sakte problem to mai doosri e commerce company customer banuga refund ka process chalu kare aap same product ka options khatam kare aap Flipkart
