Flipkart Perfect Home King size bed was delivered to me on 10th July'21 with installation scheduled for 13th July'21. Today it is 26th July and nobody has come here to install the bed. Every time I call their customer care, they keep delaying our request and say that we cannot return the bed as it has not been installed yet, but they cannot find someone who will be willing to travel to Nagda and install the bed too. Every time they assign someone new from Indore, the installation person cancels the request as they are not willing to come so far away. But if the company is willing to deliver such an expensive and large product in Nagda, MP, they should have someone close by for installation too. I called them and also have a voice recording of the conversation.
I have requested them for a return and refund, but they are refusing to cooperate and keep extending the deadline for help. I cannot wait any longer and be rejected by another installation person, I just want to return the bed and get my hard earned money back.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
