On 22nd June 2021, I was delivered two identical copies of the same book (LSAT LOGICAL REASONING) instead of 1 copy each of LSAT LOGIC GAMES and LSAT LOGICAL REASONING - which is what I originally ordered. I immediately alerted Flipkart of the mistake. Ever since then, they have everyday pestered me with numerous calls assuring me of resolving the matter and simply closing the return request as resolved. On 30th June 2021, Flipkart asked me to send them a copy of my Aadhaar card. I downloaded a masked copy of my Aadhaar from the UIDAI website and sent it to them promptly. They have rejected it. Today (6th July 2021) a Customer representative from Flipkart Shubrodeep, called me and threatened me saying that they cannot entertain my return request as I am being aggressive. I have been very calm and composed but Shubrodeep was aggressive and rude and intimidating. They say the masked aadhaar is not as per their guidelines even though the Govt of India accepts it. They also refuse to believe that I don't have a voter ID and driving license.
I have given them all the proof, photos of wrong delivery and been patient while they have been postponing.
Can you please help me?
