I had purchased a mobile phone (REAL ME NARZO 30) from flip kart. But I'm not satisfied.I can't hear clearly the voice while attend a phone call. I already complained in flip kart. As per our complaint the technician from flip kart had come and check the phone, but he can't rectify the problem related to this.But we informed him that the problem will occur gradually. the problem is continued now itself.then the camera focused wide area. i can't manage the camera settings.please find a solution to this as far as possible and we want urgent replacement.

      HI Team, This issue is not resolved by anyone, simply this got closed, everyday connecting with support and getting words as it will resolved by tomorrow.
      First i received the ETA date as 15, and they said it will not take that much time in start and didn't got any resolution and somehow they closed without giving resolution on 15th as that was the last day, and i reopen the issue.
      Now they are saying it will resolved by 20th.

      No body is really working on the issue or supporting me for this fault done by flipkart currier partner.

      I'm tired being calling support team daily and not getting any resolution.

      Everyone knows that this is done mistakenly by currier partner as he marked as delivered, then why i have to wait this long and suffer the problem.

      This is my last gentle request to whole flipkart management, please look into this and solve asap. OD[protected]

        I recently brought ncert exempler solutions from flipkart worth rs 114 . I gave rs 514 to delivery agent. He was supposed to give me a change of rs 400 but he started telling me not to buy from flipkart as you may get corona and then he just fled from the scene and while fleeing he threw a rs 100 note at me saying don’t touch it as it has corona.               I have ordered this laptop on 3rd July that delivered on 4th of July, there is an issue with the laptop it was not turning on, so i decided to replacement but there was the only option for a refund so they accepted the refund but that date is 24 of July after 18 days and their policy is for only 10 days, There customer care support team was not helping me for that now they are giving pandemic reason while delivering they delivered next day and for return 18 days till now what can I do I'm working from home please help me out with this.                   Since I've been following from 1st day to till now regarding my issue that the product is defective received boult combuds. Nobody is strictly following the process this is the first time I wrote on GRO portal. Since I've have been using filipcart service for 7-5 years and this is what happens. This time I'm really fed up with the service Is this type of behave with the customer. Do prioritize my request on higher authority and resolved. I want my refund back ASAP.

                      I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A31 mobile with Protection plan. I made the payment via SBI net banking, the amount also deducted from the bank. But unfortunately on the flipkart site it shows "payment not yet confirmed from the bank". Not found any working email or customer care number.

                        I ordered an TWS earphone valued rupees 1799 from Flipkart on 7th of July which got delivered on 8th of July. When i unboxed the package the earphone was missing from the parcel only the charger was present, then i requested return for the same but the Flipkart officials denied for the return saying i have returned too many orders in the past which is totally false and told that the issue will be resolved till 12th July which was later changed to 14th July and now it's changed to 16th July. And i didn't got any proper reply from their side. So, i would like you too please look into this matter and help me out because being a student it's very Stressful to Handel all this which is causing a lot of mental agony to me.

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 9956xxxxxx Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP is being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                                  i was blocked on flipkart gamezone with error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". There is an issue with the algorithm used to identify unfair play and anybody's account can get locked if the below procedure is followed:
                                  1) select win a chance to play by referring the game to your contacts in "guess what" game.
                                  2) the above option will take you to whatsapp contacts to select the contact for game referral
                                  3) if you press go back button without referring the game to your contacts, your account will be blocked.
                                  I raised a ticket with flipkart help desk to get the issue resolved but to no response to my disappointments:
                                  1) all flipkart executives will provide the same reason for your account getting blocked (Access of game zone via multiple devices) without investigation of the actual reason.
                                  2) flipkart executives claim not to have authority to unblock the account
                                  3) flipkart executives claim that game zone is completely independent of flipkart

                                  With above responses there is no chance/ hope of any tickets related to gamezone getting resolved but flipkart is taking the complaints and also closing the same without any resolution at their own discretion

                                      Flipkart isn't verifying the IMEI of my Techno Spark 5 phone while exchanging during the exchange offer. Same is being verified by Amazon & other portals, whereas Flipkart says "IMEI doesn't belong to Techno Phone"
