Product Installation Delay

I have purchased the product of order ID 'OD[protected]'. I have asking for fast installation but flipkart has only one answer sorry we cannot help u as engineers are not available. So for installation we have to wait for a month. Waste service on earth by flipkart....

Your logistic team delivery boy has not delivered percel at my doorstep they asked to take percel to go 3km otherwise have pay him extra money to deliver at doorstep
At 14th jun 2021when out of delivered. When I complain against that on flipkart over twitter, chat and call supporting team gave me believe they would try to delivered percel as soon as possible but without informing me they was cancelled the percel in 20th jun. When I complained again on that day supporting team told me to reorder the product and I did the same and given me 29th jun expected delivery date but its so sad product has reached to my nearest hub on 26th jun but not delivered uptill 29th June . at night of 29th June when I call flipkart supporting team told me don't worry sir will delivered the percel within fist July but today morning 30th June has canceled by flipkart team except informing me any reason. I am asking flipkart don't u have any value of your customers time? If you can't able to deliver the percel at doorstep why u has taken order? Is my address not within my mention pin code in address? Others logistics delivery boy can deliver the percel in my address why your ekart team not able to do that ?

      (OD[protected], I have returned my item but they claimed that seller had refunded the money, but I didn't received the money.There useless Customers service agents told to wait to couple of days, but still i didn’t t received my money. Every time they asked to wait for next 48 hours . That was really frustrating. They said to contact bank, and bank said to contact flip kart. I will share my bank statements 5 to 6 times.
      By mistake i have mention my card number instead of account number, i have also contacted to my bank manager, he said that the system must show invalid because there is no option for card detail, there is only option for account number. It's been 6 months since this problem.

      Please ask the flipkart to refund my money.
      And please told them to refund my money to this account no.

        I am trying to change my phone number to new one and i am unable to do so as the OTP is sent both to new number and old number.
        I dont have the old mobile number with me any longer since 5 years.
        Also i am unable to update other options in my profiles as well.

        Please help me get this resolved.

          Dear sir/ madam
          I have placed this order ( OD[protected] on 11th June on flipkart. Flipkart said, my product will get delivered on or before 19th june.
          On 18th june I was on flipkart app to check the product's delivery day, app notified that my product will get delivered on 19th june means tomorrow.
          Even on 19th june app notified me that your product is arriving today. But when I checked the tracking details I got shocked as the product wasn't shipped. So I raised the issue to flipkart then flipkart contacted me and said, your product will get delivered on 26th june.
          My question is if flipkart hasn't shipped the product, flipkart would have informed me earlier but flipkart didn't untill I I raised the issue.
          I could have accepted flipkart' delay if the product was in transportation mode as we know pandemic is going on but in this case I will not accept this as flipkart done this intentionally.
          Regarding this matter I have talked with flipkart agents on 20th June. They said please bear for this time and don't
          worry your product will get delivered on or before 26 th june.

          Again I called on 24th June to know about the status of the product and Flipkart's agent told me that it will be delivered.

          However after few hours I got an email that your order has been cancelled by seller and you can place this same order again. If you order this product again, we will make sure to give 100rs gift card after successful delivered.

          But I didn't understand when the seller has cancelled the product then why flipkart said, I can place this order again. There were many doubts. So I thought to give the call to customer agent to know the details about cancellation and repurchase terms.

          Flipkart agent said, due to unavailability of the product and seller unwillingness to send the product to your pincode, seller has cancelled the product. Then I asked if seller isn't willing to send the product to my pincode then why you stated in email that I can purchase this product again to get 100rs gift card. He didn't say anything.

          Irony is that this product is assured by flipkart. So if anyone places order successfully means the stock is available and the pincode is serviceable area but intentionally they have cancelled the product that too after being told product will get delivered on 26th june.

          So at every point Flipkart has harrassed me and deceived me. There were no clarity. I think lack of responsibilities flipkart owes. It's so simple that you can cancel the product after making customer wait for 15 days?

          However I demand to get penalty for harassing me inspite of knowing the true fact.

          So I would like to request you to do the needful. If I don't get any solution, I'll have only option left to go to consumer forum.

          NB: Screenshots are attached here. Even I have all call recordings and if you want I can send. But for this time I'm attaching only screenshots.

            Dear consumer forum, Flipkart is a fraud company. If the product is canceled due to not availability of the product to my pincode then how can I reorder again?
            So please take necessary action against Flipkart for deceiving us.
            I had a similar experience with a phone order on Flipkart, which was to be delivered by 29 June. Lot of false promises and a giant waste of time, only to finally end up cancelling the order. Very poor service and totally unacceptable customer service.

              I have ordered POCO M2 PRO from flipkart on 1st june and i got the product on jube 4th. After 3 days i have noticed that the mobile is having battery issues, so i requested for replacement on 6th june. I dint get any response from flipkart till 10th so i contacted them and they said replacement is not possible from seller side so i will be getting the refund and technician visit will be happening on 15th june.

              Nothing had happened on 15th also i waited 2 more day and contacted them again and they said technician visit is resheduled on 23rd.

              on 23rd i called them again and they said because of the situations the technician visit is getting delayed so you will be getting refund on or before july 5th.

              So i was waiting for their response and on 28th june i got message from flipkart that technician visit will be there HIs name is "Sarshith S" ([protected], Pin : 274) so tried calling him but he did not pick the call.

              and today on 30th from flipkart i got notification that return request is cancelled because that i dont want to return it which means that was the feed back from that technician Sarshith, he told them am not picking the without calling i dint get a call from him i can prove that. And now return period is over i lost money because of that Sarshith S and flipkart.

              I know flipkart wont take any action against their employee but you must aware if it is happening one day ur business will be ruined and i will not order a single product from flipkart again.

                I requested for the return of the product within return date and flipkart accepted my return request but now denying to return and refund...
                They earlier accepted my request but now saying that return policy ended...

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          I have a issue regarding while after earning of super coins by playing Flipkart win super coins games, I see an error Suspicious Activity Detected when I try to unlock the surprise gift It says I cannot claim any rewards from flipkart video.
                          I have played total of 9 videos till date and hardly 40 coins, I complained Flipkart about this but there is no response yet.

                          I assure you that this account was never used for any unofficial and will never be used for the same.
                          Please rectify my issue because for donating coins for the social welfare,
                          I don’t want to miss those lovely games & puzzles of flipkart

                            Hello Flipkart Management Team,

                            I wish to bring to your kind notice that the services provided by Flipkart are very pathetic and regret to inform you that I am highly dissatisfied by the unaccountable behaviour and rubbish responses being received from your customer care personnel. I'm writing to you because of some rather unreasonable set of events perpetrated by the Flipkart staff. It is really very saddening to know that an organization of your reputation promises customer satisfaction and fails to meet the basic standards to deal with a customer.

                            Although I was very excited while buying the product & assuming that the Flipkart group always put their Customer First, but my experience has turned out very poorly like asusual. So now I have "NO" option left other than writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with your services in the hopes you can help remedy the situation on priority.

                            In order to bring this to your kind attention, let me brief you that I placed an order (OD[protected] for a Bosch Juicer Mixer Grinder on 16th June which was found defective & FAULTY PRODUCT & hence requested for replacement immediately. Since this, being a critical one, bought for a gifting purpose on some occasion that I in fact told CC personnel, I had again asked CC people to expedite the delivery & replacement which was assured to be delivered by 26th Jun '21, was received on 28th Jun’21. You would be surprised to note that the replacement product delivered to me was again a USED PRODUCT. Quite disappointed with the kind of promises & experience given to me.

                            After a couple of days dealing with a number of people in your staff with NO resolutions, I am raising the requests to bring it to your attention & at the same time, hoping for the resolution. Here is the incident ID as well &

                            Compensation: Since this has caused a great deal of stress and mental harassment to me, I would need a full amount of compensation immediately against this inconvenience & big fraud that you did to me as a customer. This must be ideally penalized to the seller as well as you. Irrespective of your recovery mechanism, I really want this to be settled with a monetary compensation with a written apology from the management.
                            Rental space: Because you know that I have been keeping this product for the last 7-8 days that requires space & extra care to the product, I would humbly request you to provide the appropriate amount of rental charges applicable to this.
                            Irresponsible Behaviour by you CC staff : In addition to this, another let down experience was when I had been following up with your CC people for last 2-3 days and this day, the man on the other side named himself “Rohit” understood my issue and asked me to put on hold. While I was on hold for more than 40 minutes listening to the Apollo jingle and even after calling his name out several time, Nobody replied, as he was busy enjoying with his personal stuff. Don’t you think he must have some courtesy to respond back saying it is taking time. What a pathetic customer care professional.The kind of behaviour he showed to me has truly let me down. I doubt that he is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to him soon before your business suffers. All o[censored]s need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is his turn. Rest is up to you !!

                            So now when your people continue to turn the deaf ear to my requests despite my several complaints & follow-ups, we’re now clueless how my issue has to be addressed by them. It has now become very frustrating to follow up every day & see that no concrete action is being taken by your staff, You guys are turning it round and round and believe me now it’s been enough of it. Also, At the same time, It is hugely disappointing to see the kind of responses with NO accountability in place & so is the customer support of a world-renowned brand in such shoddy hands. Look, I don't want anyone to lose anyone’s job. I wouldn't wish joblessness on anyone else. Not with the state of our economy, for sure. But I also don't normally have to email CEOs asking for help because their staff aren't "with it".

                            I understand that all of the industries are being hit hard due to the pandemic that is sweeping the entire globe and that these requests must be addressed immediately, at least in an attempt to build the confidence & trust across the consumers. With this sort of experience, Not sure if I made the right decision dealing with you, in fact i should have booked this from somewhere (irrespective of the COVID scenario) and would not have faced such an inconvenience.

                            While we are at standstill waiting for someone to look into it diligently for quite some time, Appreciate if you could rope in a relevant senior most team to help expedite and take appropriate action on these issues & compensation part, in order to restore my faith in your services.

                            P.S. In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part that need to be compensated appropriately.

                            Just to note, Mr. Sanjeev Tripathi, My uncle had placed an order on behalf of me.

                              In order to bring this to your kind attention, let me brief you that I placed an order (OD[protected] for a Bosch Juicer Mixer Grinder on 16th June which was found defective & FAULTY PRODUCT & hence requested for replacement immediately. Since this, being a critical one, bought for a gifting purpose on some occasion that I in fact told CC personnel, I had again asked CC people to expedite the delivery & replacement which was assured to be delivered by 26th Jun '21, was received on 28th Jun’21. You would be surprised to note that the replacement product delivered to me was again a USED PRODUCT. Quite disappointed with the kind of promises & experience given to me.

                              After a couple of days dealing with a number of people in your staff with NO resolutions, I am raising the requests to bring it to your attention & at the same time, hoping for the resolution. Here is the incident ID as well &

                              Compensation: Since this has caused a great deal of stress and mental harassment to me, I would need a full amount of compensation immediately against this inconvenience & big fraud that you did to me as a customer. This must be ideally penalized to the seller as well as you. Irrespective of your recovery mechanism, I really want this to be settled with a monetary compensation with a written apology from the management.
                              Rental space: Because you know that I have been keeping this product for the last 7-8 days that requires space & extra care to the product, I would humbly request you to provide the appropriate amount of rental charges applicable to this.
                              Irresponsible Behaviour by you CC staff : In addition to this, another let down experience was when I had been following up with your CC people for last 2-3 days and this day, the man on the other side named himself “Rohit” understood my issue and asked me to put on hold. While I was on hold for more than 40 minutes listening to the Apollo jingle and even after calling his name out several time, Nobody replied, as he was busy enjoying with his personal stuff. Don’t you think he must have some courtesy to respond back saying it is taking time. What a pathetic customer care professional.The kind of behaviour he showed to me has truly let me down. I doubt that he is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to him soon before your business suffers. All o[censored]s need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is his turn. Rest is up to you !!

                              So now when your people continue to turn the deaf ear to my requests despite my several complaints & follow-ups, we’re now clueless how my issue has to be addressed by them. It has now become very frustrating to follow up every day & see that no concrete action is being taken by your staff, You guys are turning it round and round and believe me now it’s been enough of it. Also, At the same time, It is hugely disappointing to see the kind of responses with NO accountability in place & so is the customer support of a world-renowned brand in such shoddy hands. Look, I don't want anyone to lose anyone’s job. I wouldn't wish joblessness on anyone else. Not with the state of our economy, for sure. But I also don't normally have to email CEOs asking for help because their staff aren't "with it".

                              I understand that all of the industries are being hit hard due to the pandemic that is sweeping the entire globe and that these requests must be addressed immediately, at least in an attempt to build the confidence & trust across the consumers. With this sort of experience, Not sure if I made the right decision dealing with you, in fact i should have booked this from somewhere (irrespective of the COVID scenario) and would not have faced such an inconvenience.

                              While we are at standstill waiting for someone to look into it diligently for quite some time, Appreciate if you could rope in a relevant senior most team to help expedite and take appropriate action on these issues & compensation part, in order to restore my faith in your services.

                              P.S. In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part that need to be compensated appropriately.

                              Just to note, Mr. Sanjeev Tripathi, My uncle had placed an order on behalf of me.

                                Dear sir,

                                With humble submission I would like to inform you that the above subjected order I'd Order ID - OD[protected]
                                Is being deliver on 28.06.2021 12.08 pm and the product was differ from by packing image as shown before purchase. Due to misleading in images I have purchased the upgrade version as I am never purchase quick heal product before. Hence this product is of no use to me.

                                Because this is a non refundable I would like to urge about the replacment of this product so that I will come to my use.

                                Here I am sharing the image which is also kept yet in misleading format as traped .
                                You will see how seller is used photoshoped image to sell their product


                                1. You will see blueing the identity of and few information in right side of 36 writen in the picture.

                                2. The name they provided as similar to the product "quick heal total security 1.0 " rather than to " quick heal total security upgrade " .

                                By ending my conversation to you that I am not mentioned here for refund I only ask you to find the way of replacement of similar kind of product. Because seller knows that this product is of non refundable hence he misleads people for selling product. I hope a prompt action form the end of flipkart team and senior official in this regards.

                                    I ordered my current phone in 2017 through Flipkart and in the tracking option it was written "out of delivery area(pincode and address mismatch) and they called me from the nearest hub which is 60 kms far away, and told me that your area is out of service and if you want your order come and take it, we won't come there. However I don't live in any village or rural area, and all other companies are able to deliver items to door eventually I had to go there. But again, running out of luck I ordered another phone to upgrade through Flipkart after 4 YEARS, still the same thing, they haven't improved a bit, can't you just deliver simply?? Why to give excuses and fake promises that you'll improve?? Just do you goddamn job properly...
