I purchased "Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 3 Door Wardrobe" from Flipkart on 19th may. On emi.
Till date the installation isn't done.
I am paying emi and interest and am not using the product. It's risky waste.
I want this issue to be cleared.
I have contacted the more than 10 times. They are saying 2 days, 5 days is been more than a month and half.
Kindly help

    I have bought E-Solution Oximeter from Flipkart which showed wrong values. Now sensor is not working. Looks it is a fake product. They say there is a 1 year warranty but they neither have contact number nor website to claim warranty. Looks Flipkart is selling Fake products.
    Flipkart agreed for refund, no one has come till now. Customer care executives are giving fake assurance. They are postponing pickup from past 15 days. They are giving nonsense reasons.
    Is this the way Flipkart treats customers.

    I have requested customer care executive Karan to either postpone pickup to Wednesday July 7th or change address as we are not available in the Bangalore address. I have updated Karan that change pickup location only if pick up is on July 5th but Karan first cancelled it saying it will be picked on Monday (July 5th) then he has given new resolution time as July 9th. Frankly speaking nobody will be there in Sakarayapatna address after July 6th. I have explained all these things before confirming change address and then asked to change but Karan changed it and saying July9th is resolution time.

    I asked him to change back if requested pickup is not on July 5th. He is copy pasting some text again and again without listening to me. I have explained this issue is handled from Consumer complaint but still he has copy and pasted same texts again without Listening to me.

    Check the reason what he has updated. Such a irresponsible executives. I am frustrate from this customer care executives.

    If you guys are picking up after July 6th Please pick from my Bangalore address.

    This flipkart customer executives make things complex. Most propably now ignorance started again.

    Again Flipkart missed pickup this time as well. This is the 3rd time which is happening like this. Flipkart guys are playing with customers. I dont know, flipkart complaints is working on it or not.
    Flipkart customer care is the worst I have ever seen. Is this the way Flipkart treats customer.

    I am loosing hope on consumer complaints as Forum well. Sorry to say this.
    Flipkart is still playing with us even after raising complaint.

          I have given the request to the flipkart customer care by e-mail as well as on toll free number that, my number which is registered with the flipkart is no longer with me as it was deactivated by the service provider, so please change my mobile ********3804 to *******6260 with my photo id proof.

          Now on 1st July someone called me from the Flipkart to verify the details and then he has asked me for the orders details which was more then 1000 Rs. and the address of the products where it was delivered. I have given him the correct information and then he asked me to put my call on hold for sometimes. When he unhold the call he informed me that my number has been changed successfully and now I have to verify the number by login in flipkart on desktop or laptop only. To complete verification I have to go to "www.flipkart.com" and then click on login button and then click on request for the OTP button and then you have to provide the OTP and then your number will be verified.

          I have done the same thigs as per his instruction but the number was not changed. So I have contact the customer care straight away informed them that my number has not been changed. So one of their customer support executive have informed me that due to technical issue my number has not been changed. Please wait for sometime they will do again.

          Now on 2nd of July I had call from the flipkart and the lady has informed me that the new number I have given to them *****6260 is already registered on flipkart on 1st July so they are not able to change my number. I mean this is ridiculous, because of their mistake I am suffering. That lady has asked me that I have to give one more number which should not been registered on flipkart. Like it blows my mind like to change my number I have to buy one more number. I have explained that I can not buy one more number so she said they are not able to do anything. I have told her why should I suffer because of their customer support executive.

          And main issue is, like they are not able to change my number or delete an account and now I am not using ******804 number anymore and after sometime the service provider will allot this to some new user. Now if he will try to sign up on flipkart with my old number which is *******804 (wright now this is his new number) he will got the notification that the number is already registered with the flipkart, so what he will do, he will try to login with number and then flipkart will ask him for password which do not know, so what he will do, he will click on the forgot password and then flipkart will sent the OTP on the same number, so when new user will get the OTP then he will defiantly login to the account but ultimately he is logged to my flipkart account and he will gate my all details like my address, my registered bank details and all. Which is risky for me. And this thing can happen to anyone.

            19 jun at 10:00 pm i play quiz time and i reach some extra poins because all question repeat and my account is temporary bann so i didn't play any game and didn't collect any reword
            Flipkart allows this for shopping but not game zone and i believe this is the thing that can happen with many.

            I have tried to contact them but repeatedly i get this response:

            [we'd like to let you know that we've got a confirmation from seller that as per the terms and conditions of the contest your account is not eligible for the game zone.
            The terms and conditions also says we encourage fair play in line our terms and conditions, seller and flipkart has all the rights to disqualify account from the benefits of this contest at any time without any prior written notice.
            Once the option will be enabled you will be notified by the relevant team.]

            I don't see anything in terms and conditions about this. What if someone buy's new phone and log in with their previous id? According to flipkart this is going to be violation of t&c.

            I'am suggesting these thing should be mentioned clearly in t&c or at least a notification on first time when opening game zone. So that we should be aware of this.

            Its about to be a month and ban is still not removed also i have won some supercoins which i didn't recieved yet.

            So kindly please remove the ban from all my id's.

                    I have ordered HP laptop today morning, but my transaction has been failed at the last movement but my order not been placed only amount of 42000 debited from my account.when I was called flipcart executive he told payment will be credit within 8 working days.
                    It's very horrible experience for me know I am not able to order laptop because of bad service of flipcart

                      I had placed this order on 23rd June 2021 and the expected delivery date was 29-30 June 2021 but they kept me waiting till 2nd July showing that order will be deliver today. On 2nd July, they cancelled the order and initiated the refund. This is not the first instance where they cancelled the order after expected delivery date and kept me waiting. If you do not want to deliver the items then why do you take the orders? This is happening 4th time in a row. This is very frustrating as few of them were gifts and we would have purchased them from other shopping sites if Flipkart had shown "Not Deliverable" at the first place. Waste of time and money.

                        Unauthorized transaction and money deduction

                        I (Komal Setiya ) have been charged for an unauthorized transaction for a flight booking which wasn't done by me. The PNR is UH2WSY from Indigo airlines. This ticket is from Pune to Guwhati and has been booked with two different accounts of flipkart.
                        One is from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and other is from bishal Sinha's account ([protected]@gmail.com). We two are totally unrelated people.

                            I'm really frustrating with Flipkart because it is busy to making fool to it's innocent App users and innocent customers each and everyday. Flipkart making fake Videos' quiz and fake games too. I play quizes and games on Flipkart App each and everyday since Last year of each and every day and I am giving Right Answers of each and every game's answers but Flipkart never rewards. I think Flipkart deals with Service Providers to making fool to each and every Flipkart's App Users as same as Amazon do. I think every single one should leave Flipkart as well as Amazon.

                                HI Team,

                                I have purchased a laptop which costs around 36K, after I purchase of 2 days, the system getting hung frequently and I had to reboot my system atleast twice in a day.. very hectic to see like this within 2 days of purchase.

                                I have raised a return request on 2nd day and it's been 20 days I didn't get any further inputs from team.

                                I want the replacement of this product as soon as possible.

                                    We have been delivered another person's TV from ekart logistics And we did not even know about this, now when we know, we talked to the flipkart service, they are not giving us any sure solution... nor are accepting the replacement request while hiding the mistake of the ekart delivery person. & bothering us, increasing our stress. My father's income is very less, I bought two TVs worth Rs 22000 from flipkart i.e. Rs 44000 total, Those two TVs were delivered but we got one TV wrong. Delivery person gave us the TV purchased by another customer. We talked to flipkart about this thing, so they can't help us right now, they are saying this. Why the customer should be punished due to the mistake of delivery BOy. And those two TVs have not even happened for a year and have started to deteriorate, so after the warranty period is over, if they get damaged, then how many times will we spend money and repair it?I want my TV, it is not that good, which has not happened even for a year and gets malfunction. we have been cheated on.

                                    Flipkart punishing us for the mistake of Ekart. they are blaming us, Delivered someone else's TV to us and gave my TV to someone else. We are asking them for a month, they will not help us, they are saying that. And Flipkart concern team are refusing to give me TV of registered serial number on my number... They are playing with our emotion. Give me my money back or TV of the correct serial number should be given, we bought tv from FLIPKART.COM but i got tv of different serial number, Flipkart & ekart did fraud of rupees 22000/- with me. give me my tv or get my money back. Why are you punishing the customer for the mistake of yours(flipkart & ekart), my mental stress has increased because of you flipkart, if some health issues happened with me then it will be your responsibility flipkart. And also i request you guys(consumer help support team) to contact flipkart and ask them to solve my problem soon.

                                      I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger from flipkart in BOSS sale...I was excited to wear it...But when I received that t shirt I was in complete silence...Coz I received totally different product.. Although that was also a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt...But not that which I ordered. ...I had posted the both t shirt pics...Please take strict action against there Scam.
