I ordered some vision ias study material from flipkart but they sent an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT order, i.e vajiram and ravi material, neither the product description was correct nor the pic as shown on the site. I immediately initiated a return for the order and they told me it would take about 10 days due to corona lockdown. NO response from the company for about 15 days and BOOM! my refund AUTOMATICALLY gets CANCELLED ! 🙌🏼 god knows why!! I called on customer care, a female representative on hearing my problem, instead of helping me, cut my call and further blocked me! A BIG TIME CHEAT COMPANY FLIPKART EATING MONEY OF CUSTOMERS! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Can I get an update on my product ASAP ?
As I have been waiting more than a week for the delivery status.
Please let me know if I have to cancel the item at least if you guys don't have a proper Delivery team to sell the product .
As to be notified, we also have other Ecommerce applications, where we see they have a good support team and good customer service
I cannot wait till 20th of May and you guys exceed it again, without any reasons .In this COVID situation other Ecommerce applications make sure they satisfy their customer with good products without any delay.
Could you please reach out to me ASAP. And also have a good Support team going forward giving them good training well and then place it in the position .(especially the seniors in support teams)
