I ordered Halo 4 for xbox 360 on 31 December 2020. It was delivered on 3 January 2021. The product is in poor condition, has a lot of scratches and appears to be used. I also did not receive a 14 day xbox live gold trial even though it is claimed on the backside of the box.The product has a no return policy and flipkart customer care has been no help.

        I have placed an order from Flipkart.com for two items and cancelled the order on 18th December 2020 by card payment mode. The amount of 789 was deducted from my account but I have not received the refund yet. They have given me the reference number and said to contact the bank as they have sent the money.

          I have my Flipkart account running for more than 5 years now. But the number I used to register have been lost and now I want to change the registered number to the new number but unfortunately while updating the number it needs the OTP of both number which is not possible as I don't have the older number. Help me solve this.

            I have joined flipkart affiliate programme and Promoted their product. Soon I crossed the minimum threshold limit 5000 approved payments in March / april nomoskar 2020... But they not transferred the amount!
            When I contacted they replied it will disburse next payment cycle...

            In next month my approved amount goes higher to 8000/- but they still replied the same...

            In this way consecutively seven months ( Till now) they are not transferred the approved amount ( 70996/-)!!

            I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

            In December first week 2020, they replied that I have to upload my payment related documents. So, as per their instruction I upload all the documents on the same day. But unfortunately it's passed one months no reply.. No update.. No any solution.

            They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

            This is my last hope.

            It's cordial request please disburse the approved Payment as soon as possible as it's already 10 months gone.. But not getting approved Payment.

            Now day by day I became very frustrated.. Can't tolerate much burden..!!

            May the amount 80, 000/- is tiny for you but for me it's very very crucial.

            So, again cordially requesting please disburse the amount as soon as possible.

            Still now I am not getting any solution. Most pathetic part is that your team can't verify my payment related documents within 8 months!!

            Still it's showing it will take 10-12 days to verify!!

            Please sort out the issues as soon as possible. Its my cordial request.

            May be the amount is very tiny for you but its very crucial amount for me sir.. 🙏

              I was ordered bata heart belly shoe on 27 October I received my shoe on November 3rd it was not good and right leg size is 4 and left leg size is 5, I was requested flipkart return and replacement, I paid money also then the delivery boy came and picked my shoe he gave me aknowlegenent not product still I'm waiting for my replacement product I was rasied complaint several times but no use so finally I get with this complient to online site kindly help me and do the needful

                Flipkart team such a worst service from them to postpone the complaint but totally disappointed by them

                I bought poco m2pro but this mobile is too weight, unable to handle the mobile to use it really my hands both hands are paining to handle for daily use.

                It's not all fair with flipkart..
                Am regular customer of this flipkart but service is worsen than small petty shop..

                Issue is not able to handle the weight

                  I Booked A Ticket from Flipkart, But ticket was Cancelled through Airline they Initiated The Refund and Even Mailed Ne Tax Invoice for The Refunded Amount. But After Several mails and Calls to Flipkart there is no reply or action.

                    The request for cancellation of my flight booking with Booking ID FF[protected], placed on Nov 12, 2019, was canceled on Dec 17, 2020, after a period of more than one year. Even after taking a noticeable period for cancellation, a refund of ₹14425.0 is still held up by Flipkart.

                    In this regard, Customer care was contacted several times, and they were found to be clueless about non-refund which creates doubt on Flipkart's sincerity for refund.

                    It is requested to escalate the issue to the higher-ups for early resolution of the issue.

                      Hi Friends,

                      I have purchased a chair from FlipKart.If we sit on the chair and lean back we are falling down.I donot know what quality check measurements are taken by flipkart.This is one part.The majot thing is when we raise complaints regarding this there is no response from the
                      team.

                      I have raised complaint on Order ID:OD[protected].When we raise any complaint for the refund, they are raising tech visit.But no one is coming to visit and check the product and after 1/2 days they are cancelling the visit.We have raised complaint multiple times and the same thing was repeated.They are not at all bother about customer and very worst services.

                      Please donot buy products from flipkart.
                      Amazon is far way better than flipkart compared to quality and the return policies are hazzel free.

                        As per Flipkart policy I can cancel the product of not shipped. But the cancel button is not visible below the item in My Orders page.

                        After raising the issue they said that I can not cancel the item after 24 hours of order placed.

                        It is not written anywhere on the product description or delivery information.

                        I have also reached them via Twitter and got the same response.

                          Flipkart is fraud and cheater. I made purchased adda52rummy voucher using 50 supercoin and they given me invalid coupon code. I wanted to made complaint but they denied the request to call.
                          I contacted to adda52rummy also but they told me that Flipkart is responsible for this.

                          I would like to give My contact informationwant but the comment is public. So, i kindly request to Flipkart that if you are not cheater/fraud then either refund my coins or give real code.

                          I know fraud Flipkart will do nothing.

                          My work is just aware to be alert from Flipkart india mcbc.

                            I had placed an order for 3 units of Milo weighing 400gms each. The order ID is OD[protected]. Today I received the order. After cleaning the packaging, I opened it only to find one unit of Milo weighing 400 gms. But all the three units have been marked delivered. I immediately contacted the customer support and spoke to them. They have marked it under "refund requested". I don't know what will happen going forward because in all these years I've never face this issue from Flipkart. I've ordered two phones, a laptop and many other things and never have I faced this issue before. I had ordered this for my mom and this is the first time she is using Flipkart as Flipkart grocery is not serviceable here. So I had ordered it from Food&more section.

                                  I raised cancellation request on 29 Dec 2020 for my flight ticket ( Booking Id - FF[protected]) travel date of 3rd Jan 2021. I received confirmation email from Flipkart on 29 Dec 2020 informing me that the cancellation request has been processed on 29 Dec 2020, to the airline. On 31st Dec 2020, i received an email from Flipkart informing me that cancellation request has failed. As a result of this action from Flipkart, i am unable to get the refund for my cancelled ticket which i should have got as per the cancellation policy for cancelling the flight ticket on 29th Dec 2020.

                                  Flipkart is running away from its responsibilities. They are yet to refund the money based on the cancellation request made on 29th Dec 2020. Flipkart have a poor and inefficient system due to which the cancellation request made can get rejected.
                                  When I raised the cancellation request to Flipkart, I got confirmation email from Flipkart. In this confirmation email, I was informed that the cancellation request was processed to the airline. 2 days later after getting the confirmation email, Flipkart sends an email informing me that the cancellation request has failed. Post this, Flipkart customer executive will ask customer to raise a new request for cancellation. This delay in processing the ticket cancellation results in additional cancellation charge. Flipkart is not accepting to bear the additional charge due to delay in cancellation from their side. Thus customer ends up losing extra money for the ticket cancellation.

                                  I pray and hope no other customer goes through the trouble which i am going through.
