I placed order #OD[protected] on 14 Nov'20 & was told delivery was on 14 Dec. On 16Dec I got a call saying order is cancelled by seller. When I checked online the product is available at a higher price. Flipkart is not ready to deliver the product even now. They have been using my funds for over 35 days now... I'm sure they have started this new SCAM to make money on interest from the advance collected.
What a shame... I need the order urgently I have waited for over a month.
Kindly help!!!

      Dear sir,
      i have purchased vivo v20 (midnight jazz 128gb) on 26th nov 2020 for rs.24990/- as there was one offer on sbi credit card
      option 1 ( for emi coversion & get some discount or cashback)
      option 2 ( one time payment on sbi credit cardand get 7% cash back)
      basis this offer i had purchsed this mobile, when i recieved my sbi credit card statement i dint find any cashback and accordingly raised complaint.
      Today i recieved call from one member of flipkart named ms.Gouraji hanumant naik, stating that there was no offer as such, and want proof of that,
      basis this offer only i had brought this mobile and now these people wants the proof, this is completely fraud and cheating customer, after buying now they are coming with the explanation that there was no offer, do they think we are fool.
      I need the cashback or take back the mobile.

          I placed an order for a smart watch on 14th September 2020 worth Rs.3999 and got a simple watch worth Rs.500 .it's been more than 2 months and Flipkart has neither provided the refund nor replacement.
          My request is always getting rejected stating seller has refused the request.

          As an end customer Flipkart is responsible for fulfilling my request.

            I ordered Ultimate Nutrition Prostar but the product I received is not original. It is a fake product. While I made a refund request, the pick up guy refused to pick the product saying we don't pick supplements. While talking to the customer care they are just saying we will resolve your issue please cancel your return request and again register a complaint after 24 hours. And finally they cancelled my return request.

            So this time after reopening the refund process and every other issues being cleared, the ekart delivery man has cancelled the pickup all by himself without even calling or visiting the adress. I don't understand why they intentionally want me to accept this fake product.

                I would like to apologize on my trend in Flipkart I was not deliberately done this from my end.

                The products ordered are solely not for reselling purpose I live in a big family and I was the only job holder.

                I noticed my orders for mobile category are only getting cancelled and I am okay with it now after knowing your terms lately, So I before loged a concern with Flipkart team and they blocked my account with reason of trend in orders. Instead you would have let me know your terms i would happy to accept and bound within.

                Now the requirement for mobiles in my home are fulfilled.

                  I made 6 order placements on the Flipkart site on 29th November onwards one order already reached me. Remaining 5 orders I was cancelled them due to courier problems. 4 refund amounts are credited to my bank account. One order refund amount didn't credit in my bank account. But Flipkart said that your refund was already processed. 1 order refund not credit in my account. Please help me. Sir

                    Defective product sent but still not replaced

                    My order id is OD[protected]. A defective microwave was delivered to me and my old microwave was taken. Till date, the defective microwave has not been replaced even when I have forwarded images of the delivery report and installation service report which clearly says that the microwave is faulty. Their service is pathetic. Amazon would never do such thing. I have a one year old baby and it's winters in Delhi but Flipkart has left...

                      I'm ashamed and feeling gulity for shopping with flipkart.

                      With reference to Order no. OD[protected] it has been 16 days since the product had been picked up but still I haven't Received the refund yet.

                      As this was purchased using Credit Card EMI and as the order has been returned I requested bank for Foreclosure of EMI for which request has already been processed. Now I have to pay whole amount, which I'm unable do as Flipkart hasn't refunded the amount.

                      This situation is depressing as penalty had been imposed for late repayment also my CIBIL score has been disturbed only because of Flipkart Delay in Refund also due to technical error refund is not initiated to Original Payment mode, I have to face some charges for Foreclosure of EMI.

                      Flipkart Team is Torturing me not Refunding the amount.

                      Flipkart team is continually extending its Timelime for extension of Resolution which is disturbing my Mental Health.

                      Refund my Amount at the earliest.

                          The reason you are mentioning to block my account is not justified and what you mean by irregularities in payment, could you be little descriptive? I don't find any irregularity in here. Guess it's the fault of the system. If there is some problem with the bank, you should contact them directly, not creating troubles for your customer Being a Flipkart plus member and doing so many transactions I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour from your side. Please unblock my account.

                                Hi flipkart,
                                I ordered Led TV on December 2, which was paid with a HSBC credit card,
                                but Flipkart delivered twice the damage product.
                                As you give open box delivery. That is why I did not receive the damage product.
                                After that I requested a refund on Flipkart Customer Care on December 6.
                                Flipkart said, will be refunded in 6 or 7 working days.
                                But till date (19-dec-2020) I have not received a refund nor satisfactory reply from flipkart.
                                people are being extended time since 6 december 2020.but are not giving any solution.
                                I have not received my refund even after a lot of communication with flipkart
                                Do I understand that Flipkart does not want to refund.
                                The bank has given an EMI start for a product that I have not received. Even banks are charging interest charges and taxes on EMI.

                                    Hi,

                                    I placed an order (OD[protected] for an office chair on Flipkart on Dec 16th.

                                    However, I decided to cancel it on Dec 18th due to changes in my work situation.

                                    To my surprise Flipkart had taken off the order cancellation option from the order. I further reached out to their customer service to get the order cancelled but all they offered was an illogical excuse saying the seller for the product does not want orders to be cancelled after 24 hours.

                                    However, the Flipkart executive mentioned on the call that I can refuse the product when the logistics team calls me for delivery of the product and that I will receive the whole Rs. 8055 refunded in my account at that point, after wasting time and energy meanwhile.

                                    However, another Flipkart executive called me later and informed that they will not allow cancellation now and apparently as a bonus, will not even allow return for this product. So customer should not expect to get their money back and feel free to live with an undesired product. He also asked me to go and find a tiny line of statement they have written on their website, to justify the same.

                                    It is quite surprising as the order was not even packaged or shipped. Any major ethical e-commerce player allows order cancellations before shipping.

                                    However it seems Flipkart is lacking heavily there and forcing products on the customers.

                                    Please help me with the issue and direct Flipkart to operate in an ethical manner with customer centric policies, where customer can expect to get his/her money back from Flipkart's pocket.

                                    Seller is selling the same chair at a price of Rs. 6, 250 to general retail public whereas Flipkart which gets the same product at possibly lesser wholesale price shows the original price as Rs. 9, 750 and after showing fake discount sells it at Rs. 8055.

                                    Adjustable seat height adjustable back rest adjustable seat pan soft seat padding seat pan front edge “waterfall” push back design structure full back support upto the head arm rest – metal 5-prong / leg chair base 50mm casters that roll easily bears weight upto 50 kg.

                                    Seller website says chair can easily bear weight upto "50 kg". Seriously Flipkart? Are executives supposed to lose their weight and weigh less than 50 kgs to qualify for enjoying your forced product?

                                    Is that the secret sauce behind not canceling or returning the product once money has been made?
