I ordered infinix hot 10 mobile in flipkart.when the delivery boy reached to deliver my order, then only I comes to know that I was mistakenly ordered two mobiles, but I told him(delivery boy) to cancel my order. Because I mistakenly ordered two mobile and at the same time I don't have that much amount to pay for two mobiles, and I don't wish to do so. But the delivery boy forced me to receive my order. I paid for that and I don't aware of the return policy. He said now you pay, then u can return one of your mobile tomorrow. But the return executive refused to accept my return request and he said mobile phones have only replacement policy and we won't give return.
Now the monetary loss of 11000 is a total burden on me. Purely because of the forceful act of delivery boy.

I am an Ex Servicemen. I have purchased a realme 43 inch TV online from flipkart on 10.06.2020er # FAC3R[protected] with this an additional warranty also purchased for three-year complete protection from Jeeves consumer services Private Limited invoice No. # EAAAAB[protected]. The display of the TV getting lines(Image attached). Register a service request on 29.12.2020 then an appointment booked on 30.12.2020 (appointment No. IN-SA[protected]) same day another massage received Jeeves Complete protection stating that the request of your LED TV has been registered with Jeeves, ticketid 0l31.372240KSGSCS-4860356. On 31.12.2020 technician attend the service request. As per his report TV panel issue.
Then the Jeeves proceed with a refund 50% of the invoice amount stating that it is damaged, actual it is not damage panel issue. As per terms and conditions of Complete protection 100% refund required as it is a manufacturing defect. The technician stating that he has never given any damage report to any one. However, i try to contact the customer service, up to this time there is no reply from the M/s. Jeeves who give complete protection for three years.

MarQ Washing machine Fully automatic - Delay in Servicing

I have a Washing Machine (MarQ by Flipkart 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine), which is not working. I raised the issue with MarQ somewhere in Aug-Sep'20 (The product has an extended warranty upto Nov'21). The company technician visited on 3/10/2020 and following his checking of the machine, he said that a part inside the machine needs to be replaced, which he will be receiving from the company in two weeks time (since the washing machine is covered with extended warranty, the part will be replaced and machine repaired free of cost). I have been repeatedly and regularly making follow ups with MarQ from 17th october 2020 onwards. I wrote several mails to them, for which they had a standard vague reply that we need some time, we have escalated your issue etc etc. My last E mail to their official mail ID [protected]@jeevees.co.in on 18/01/2021 at 1:54 pm has failed to elicit any response from them . Request your support and intervention . What I need is that my washing machine is repaired at the earliest (Already I have waited patiently for almost 120 days for resolution). Thank You

Hi Team, . I had booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore with booking id FF[protected] for DEC 26 2020, but the flight has been rescheduled by airlines which was not a preferable time for us to travel and they have mentioned we have choice to cancel the flight with assured full refund.
So I went for a full refund and it has processed by Flipkart, after few days I got a minimal amount of RS 253 only from my refund amount 3350/-.
I checked with Flipkart travel they told airline has refunded that much so please connect with airlines. I connected with airlines and got it rectified and they reinitiated the rest of the amount towards Flipkart on 4DEC 2020.
After that I had send the refund acknowledgement to Flipkart teams which I had got from airlines, but after continuous mail, calls bla bla not a single callback from Flipkart and I am still waiting for my refund its being 4 months from now. I need my money back please help.

I sent the request but without any proper reason they rejected it thrice.

Replacement problem against a defective mobile phone.
I purchased a Relame Narzo 20 (order ID- OD[protected] on 16th January and delivered by the flipkart on 17th January . Since then the fingerprint sensor is not working properly. As a result I'm facing a lot of problems as I'm a headmistress of renowned institution.
I requested to the authority to replace the phone or to fix the problem. In reply, technician (Mr. Snehamay Samanta, ph no - [protected]) visited my house on date to solve my problem but he could not and not only that he behaved rudely and the authority rejected my return request.
Therefore, I solicit your kind intervention to solve the problem as early as possible and save me from harrasment.

Flipkart generated invoice and mentioned billing address same as delivery address which is totally wrong. It did not give me option to select billing address so i assumed that it will be by default in my name.
When contacted customer care, Flipkart says different billing and shipping address is not possible. if that is the case why do they even print shipping address on invoice.

Customer care wrong information on billing and shipping address
I was having a requirement of billing and shipping address to be different. i had spoken to flipkart customer care regarding this and they informed you first place the order and call us back we will change the billing address and it is possible.
after placing the order when i am calling they are saying completely different version. it cannot be done policy decision. they are fooling customers by giving wrong information. customer care should be penalized for this.
