So its been 3months now almost i had ordered mobile from flipkart on oct19, 2020 and canceled it on the same day within 2 to 3 hours.I have not been refunded the amount

I had also ordered one more phone on oct 22 and the flipkart team canceled it on oct 23, 2020. And again I have not been refunded back.

They told us that since Syndicate Bank is shifting over to Canara Bank the bank has issues.But still we have provided the bank statement for over 5times atleast, But still they have not agreed.Even the Bank Manager has signed and given his statement that we have given the money but not revived the refund yet.

They have been giving out reasons since 3months which is highly unprofessional.I highly request the team to please return the money as soon as possible.

    Flipkart send me fake Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Protein

    I ordered 2 packets of optimum Nutrition gold standard 100% whey protein 10lbs from flipkart on 17 dec 2020 and it delivered to me on 22 dec 2020. I found that the delivered product is fake. I also cross-checked through by providing my product info & pics to optimum Nutrition company via e-mail. After 4-5 times return request approved my return is still not complete. Flipkart by making every time new cause canceling my return request....

    I bought Poco X3 on 17-dec-2020, after two days I got a mail that you will no longer be able to login into your account it is blocked by Flipkart.

    I had more than 2600 supercoin in my 5 years+ old Flipkart plus account. When I called customer care and enquired about the same they said “Blocking is system generated and we identify your account is not use for personal use". Flipkart says do not order any product for your family. if you order for your family then they will block your account. they do not give any warning to you. i will suggest to everybody to not use Flipkart.

    i raised the first complaint on 21-dec-2020 and today is 16-jan-2021 Still there no response from flipkart. I was surprised to know that there are huge number of people who faced this issue and still money is not refunded.

    Flipkart block all accounts who keep GV or supercoin in there wallet and never respond on it.

      Beginning of December I ordered foodfrillz Instant Dry Yeast Powder Single pack 200g by Nuage India. On December 22 I got a parcel but there was only 100g yeast inside. I complained immediately and got a replacement arranged. On December 30 I got the replacement. It was again only a 100g yeast box instead of the 200g I payd for. I complained again and they promised to give a refund. Nothing happened. Later when I asked about my complaint they sayd I am too late and they will not give a refund. This is clearly fraud.

        I ordered a poco x3 smartphone on January 7th, and the expected delivery date was January 12th but, it got delayed. And its been 10days. I contacted with the customer helpline number . But they can't even locate the order, just simply said "it haven't shipped yet". So why the EKART service is taking so much time to deliver the product.. can it atleast get my ans?

            I made a flight booking on 11th March, 2020 via Flipkart travels using my Amex credit card. The flight was cancelled due to Covid-19 and i was informed that the amount is safe in credit shell. However, on 1st October, when i requested to use my credit shell, i was informed that airlines has cancelled the ticket and i will be getting a refund of Rs2980. I have been following up with Flipkart since then but still i have not received my refund. I made the transaction using my American Express credit card which i cancelled in July. So i requested the team to transfer the amount in my ICICI account. On 6th December i was informed that the refund has been initiated by them but it has been more than a month now and i have not received it. They are saying that they transferred it and provided a ARN number (Refund Reference Number: P60KG7A4226AJS00DQ) and to check with my bank. My ICICI bank confirmed that there is no such transaction and also that they cannot track using this ARN number. Flipkart is not providing the transaction id and also the mode of payment. I have written several mails and called them but they always share the same ARN number. Please look into this matter. I need my refund from Flipkart.

              Dear sir, I am Sk Roquibul Alam.
              I lodged complain on this order id : OD[protected] on 7th January here regarding the replacement of no return policy product, 40 pcs whisper ultra sanitary napkins ordered and received only 5 pcs of the same as replacement today. The package is same, small size and Flipkart sent that 5 pcs again to me. I forwarded my complaint to Flipkart for complete refund of INR 199. plse sir, save me from Flipkart's redirection and hazardous return service.

                I have been speaking to your team also ur head team on 26 Dec . Same standard reply... 29 th they promised me solution. Today again I am following up with your team. No progress.Also the amount was already deducted from my credit card AC and the instalment amount is also due soon.

                  On 2nd January 2021 i ordered Zebronics indie 105 w Home theater and i received it by 7 th January.
                  Then i found that the main woofer is not working then i request for replacement.
                  Then the replacement is done by 11th January.
                  And here i got an old, used and damage item from the seller, and the internal packaging is also not sealed, and external package was also re tape.
                  Also i have attached images of the Home theater.

                  As i already mentioned that i got an old, used and damage product, And after complaint my refund request was accepted and the pick up date for the product is 18th jan 2021 today.
                  But i got a call from courier Service Wish master he told me that the product is damage condition so he denied for the pickup. Then i told the wishmaster that i request flipkart to return my product as i got damage product from flipkart but the wishmaster denied to pickup my order.

                      I'm frequent customer who always chosen Flipkart for my online shopping. I Ordered a Paragon Casuals For Women 8, Navy on 24 Dec 2020
                      Order ID OD[protected].
                      Due to the size uses I requested a return refund process on 29 Dec 2020

                      Your Delivery person taken my return order on 5 jan 2021. Till now I haven't received any response from the Flipkart.

                      I have been trying to contact customer service but they are not solving my issue by simply saying that the delivery person didn't updated return status. so I had returned the product, and your delivery person didn't uploaded the status, who is responsible for that.

                      As a genuine customer, I'm very much disappointed by your services.
                      I have lost hope in Flipkart. Just you are simply scamming people by saying silly reasons.

                      Solve my issue ASAP Flipkart.

                            I ordered on Flip Cart on 4th Jan, 2021 for some grocery items.

                            Order ID was: OD[protected]
                            Order was supplied on 06.01.2021.

                            There was one item short (APIS Royal Zahidi Premium Dates).
                            It should have been 2 packets of 500gm each under 1+1 scheme.
                            But, in actual, only 1 packet was supplied.

                            Even after following through phone contact number, no resolution is done till date.

                              Hi, It's been going to one year my account got blocked for an unethical reason made by them. I had to order a phone in flash sale, which was very demanding, so I had only one option for fast checkout, that is Gift Card. So I made a GC of 16999 rs and booked the phone it got ordered successfully and next second it got cancelled saying seller cancelled. Since its a flash sale, I had to wait a week for ordering. Ordered same way same result. I thought its because of limited stocks first but it turns out it's not. The very next day complained about it to the Customer Service team and they told to order some other products(footwear) to check the issue. It got ordered and didn't got cancelled and they told its only for electronics and blah blah. So I cancelled it. But still they didn't provide a solution for my problem. So I waited for next week sale and wola my account got blocked saying that I'm a reseller. Which is a very kind token from flipkart I received yet. I'm a student and i just claimed the free Flipkart Plus day before I tried booking the phone.

                              Now My EGV is blocked in that account. Contacted the CS several times no reply no solution. Either give the money as fresh EGV or unblock my account or else give it as real money. You guys keep doing this to customers without even a information from them. Its the biggest scam I've experienced so far. Scamming people to shut their mouth. That's what you guys doing and keep doing.

                              I still didn’t get any help from you guys. Here I’m in Bangalore now. Will there be any benefit if we reach out to your office. Call me or do something it’s going to be a year from now. Due to lockdown we couldn’t reach Bangalore but we tried what we could with consumer complaints and writing everywhere. No result. Do the needful of a customer. Always keep on escaping with unethical reasons

                                I purchased Motorola tv on flipkart.they delivered my tv on 11th January.and and they set up installation date with Jeeves for my tv on 12th January on 12th January they reschedule 19th January my installation date without my concern or without any contact with me.then i call there customer care helpline they said you reschedule it..After heavy argument they accept it. And said withing 2 business days installation will be done...But still nothing can happen .Ao i again call them they say your installation date reschedule by you and it is 19 th January...I wonder ...And tell before two days .You said within 2 business installation will be done...And now give me new date 19th January...Again after lots of argument they said within 2 business days it will be done let's watch will it happen or done..But I never expect this type of behaviour reputed company like Jeeves...Very very disappointed never by items which require installation from flipkart or Jeeves ...We can nothing do because if we done installation self... Warranty and return items benefit leaps...flipkart disappoint me first time

                                  I fear something is not right as all my claims after 14th Sep 2020 are getting rejected wrongly with standard replies from the SPF team. I fear there could be some technical glitch as I see SPF team is hardly bothered to read my remark made while filing SPF claims. There are several cases where I have received claim approval mail but while following up for payment for the same again I received claim rejection mail. In Spite of providing all possible info related to SPF like video link etc, still I was surprised to see wrong rejection of claims. I have made several requests through my Account Manager also to at least arrange a call back from the SPF team so that I can understand why claims are getting rejected but in vain. When I did not get any resolution to my complain, I have also written thrice to Respected CEO, Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy but haven't received any reply yet There are various cases where buyers have made false statements of missing items or receiving different items . Buyer statements are taken on face value & refund are issued. I am in great pain as I have suffered huge losses due to wrongly rejection of all my claims due to negligence of the SPF team. This has never happened.

                                    Booking Date: 9th Sept, 2020, Flipkart Booking Id:FF[protected]. PNR : H4I8XT, Travel Date: 6th Dec, 2020.
                                    Passenger: Vikas Awasthy, On 2nd Dec 2020 Flight cancelled by AirAsia because of Covid issues. Refund provided from airline to Flipkart travel at cancellation time itself but from Flipkart after finishing one moth also did not get any refund or mail regarding this. I raised refund request also for same from Flipkart on 2nd Dec/16th Dec, 2020 and provided all related documents but still request showing pending. From 5th Jan 2021 I am daily following up dropping mail for same request but always I will get It will resolve in 24 Hrs but till Today 13th Jan same answer. I am mentally and financial harassed by Flipkart Travel. I want to get refund with amount 50000 Rs/- for compensation how much I have suffered already and still suffering mentally so I want to get compensation for same.

                                      Sir I purchase a headphone from flipkart. That product has sone issues so request to return or replace that item but they arrange an technician visit for me . Technician should be here to check on 4 jan 21 but then he rejected to come and again visit again on 5th jan then 7th and then 10th and then 11&12 jan 21 but all the time he rejected and visit status shows cancel. Then I complaint to flipkart for this but again they said that technician will come. But till the date nobody is coming here. This is so much harassing and insulting for me . So please take an action against it .
