      I have ordered the airpod pro second generation on[protected] after paying 21999 by credit card. I have received the product on[protected]. I have open the box and started using product. I was using the product without any doubt with its genuineness. Gradually I have noticed the performance issue with the product which could not be expected from costly apple product. Even at that time I dont even doubt regarding genuineness of the product. I thought there may be a network issue . Gradually the performance of the product was not acceptable level then I searched the return option on flipkart, which was not there because the product comes under no return item. Then I contacted online apple care to resolve my issue with the product. The enquired about serial number of the product then I noticed that the serial number mentioned on invoice and box are not matching with the serial number mentioned on the product .Then I physically went to authorized apple care where they declared product as fake. I was totally broken then how such e-commerce company/ seller even think about sending fake product. I am in deep mental trauma. I have lodged complain regarding it on Flipkart in mid-night of[protected]. I don't know what the flipkart will do with my complain but I am feeling cheated after paying heavy amount and the e commerce and seller should be punished.

        Wallet balance withdraw prior expiry date without notice.

        I, dr.Ramesh hold an account with flip kart with the above email id and 7xxxxxxx0x. as phone number. .I was having, in my account the wallet balance as Rs. 863/- which it was stated in your site, lasts till 5th September 2023. (Expired by 5th september'2023)
        Surprisingly when the account is opened today(22nd August'2023) ;the wallet balance Rs. 863 disappeared/not found/ withdrawn without notice without furnishing any reason.

        Hello,

        I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact, I ordered many products for me and my family and friends. In the month of October 2021, I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine which I got was different on size from the mentioned details. I have requested the return request but they rejected it without mentioning the reason for rejection. I again raised the request and the result is same. The same repeated for many times. Finally, after some time when I tried to login into my account it is showing it as blocked. I contacted the customer care but I received the mail as follows

        “We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”

        Since then, I have been trying to reach flipkart to get my account unblocked. But, no response from the flipkart. So now I request to please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again, request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

          I have purchased a tv from flipkart and delivery person didn’t showed us with power on and said that tv installation person will do that.. when tv installation came and power on it . it shows internal crack on tv which is not visible by naked eyes and not visible physically . only when tv is powered on it shows crack at the corner. we immediately requested replacement for the same. now it has been more than 22 days and product is not getting replaced. Technician visit was done and they said product need replacement . we are waiting from 22 days no resolution or replacement has been happend.
          I request Flipkart to look into this matter and get the replacement done as soon as possible. we need replacement of defective tv and we have already waited for 22 days and no replacement is given to us.

            I have been contacting the customer care literally everyday but i don't see any progress. I have even sent the necessary DOA certificate of the laptop but i don't see any progress at all. I need my refund .

              I purchased the NOKIA 43-inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android TV with Sound by Onkyo and Dolby Atmos on[protected] from Flipkart but within 1 year 6 Months showing panel issue. Sound is ok but the display not working, not showing any pictures. Already I did a complaint but i don't know why they are asking Rs.17, 000. I have purchased this TV Rs.33, 000. Still, my TV is not working please help me. Kindly replace my TV or repair my TV.

                Flipkart online order delivered Two packs of Nutraj Brand saffron packs of 0.5G whereas the order was for Two packs of 1g each.

                Complaint raised on many occasions by speaking to their customer support, by email on 6th, 7th, 9th August 23.

                They are neither exchanging nor providing refund, rather asking for same details repeatedly, when their representative already acknowledged receiving the pictures as proof.

                Also their system is always found not accepting the proofs on website log in due to some technical reason.

                    I ordered the product (OD[protected] on 10th aug i received product next day and this was a defective one i request for return or replacement but the fool CUSTOMER SUPPORT without solving this issue marked as problem solve . I again created a new ticket and till date struggling with those ###. On 15th August i created a return request but no one responding me and not solving my issues. Flipkart is a cheap company and worst service providing to CUSTOMER and those CUSTOMERs SUPPORT are 3rd class

                      I purchased boat charger with order in oct-2022 and
                      Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                      The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                          I returned three products on flipkart.the return is initiated but pick up is not done on mentioned date..it's mentioned pickup will be done on Aug 17..today it's Aug 21, still agent didn't came pick up the product..I raised complaint in chat of help section, but it didn't helped me..how to resolve this

                            My gift cards worth Rs 20, 000 (2 gift cards worth 10, 000 each) were deactivated all of a sudden without any reason after one day since I added them to my wallet and 2 days of buying them from the Flipkart app itself. @Flipkart, kindly give me a refund or activate my gift cards once again.

                              No response on several complaint for the delayed replacement of a defective Geyser that I purchased from Flipkart. I have been facing water leakage issue from geyser and pressure valve since installation by flipkart's technician which I have appraised to their team on day one itself and despite multiple complaints raised, I have not received any response or resolution so far.

                              The main reason behind the delay in replacing the defective Geyser is the inability to uninstall the defective unit. I have been actively trying to coordinate with their customer support team to schedule the uninstallation and subsequent installation of the replacement geyser. However, this process has been incredibly slow and unresponsive, it has been disappointing to experience a lack of response and assistance from Flipkart.

                              This has caused moral harassment from flipkart and trust issue its service.

                              I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

                              Please acknowledge the receipt of this and provide an update on the progress of my complaint as soon as possible.

                                Delivery delayed, even though the item is at my nearest hub for a week.

                                15th Aug 23 I had ordered a Lenovo Loq Laptop and the scheduled delivery date was 17th Aug 23. Its been more than 4 days till now no customer support assistance or no help from the delivery partner....

I bought a new phone Infinix zero 5g 2023 at no cost emi from flipkart.It was an open box delivery and when delivery boy was come he open the phone box himself and take otp fast and he went immediately. When i come at my place and check my phone properly there was some scraches on phone without my touch. How it possible? I complain at flipkart but they denied because of open box delivery. But i dont have much time to check phone at the time of delivery. Now what i do? I think the phone is open for service... I felt cheated.. I just want new phone nothing else.. plz help me. They call after some days and say that they change my phone. The phone was delivered already but not come suddenly the replacement was cancelled by seller. I again raise complaint But till now no any movement from flipkart. Already 1 months emi was done. Now i want compensation for harassment. Plz give my money back. I don't want damage phone take your phone.
