I purchased this product from Flipkart on December 3rd from the seller LOOPA and there was a condition that we must buy minimum 2 quantities (Picture 1) each costs Rs.117 so total for 2 belts is Rs.234. So after making order, Flipkart sent me 2 belts (Picture 2)which are completely different by buckle design. So I raised replacement and I returned both belts back as I got 2 belts in one pack so thought that I should return 2 belts but Flipkart considered only 1 belt in return and replaced only 1 belt which is also different again (Picture 3). Now I raised return and refund complaint again...but now Flipkart is saying that I should return only 1 belt instead of 2 and they can refund for only 1 belt. This is a big scam from Flipkart which I didn't expect. They are not even ready to give me seller's contact number.
I want my full amount back or the actual products which I ordered earlier. Please go through the pictures where you can get all the details clearly. Please help me out.

    I have order two bags in which one is safari brand another is provogue brand, but provogue bag color mismatched with my order, that's why i placed exchange request. but i order another one order with two safari bags, so i again canceled provogue exchange and place returned.
    everything is ok but when i login flipcart my id showing blocked so i request you kindly unblocked my account and process my order as soon as possible.

        I ordered a samsung evo plus 512 gb memory card from flipkart, I got the product it didn't work on my phone I tried it with the 2 other phones I have didn't work.I tried to return the item but couldn't because of oorn bix delivery, I didn't get refund either.Flipkart basically gave me a defective product then trapped me with that product using open box delivery.High level scam by flipkart.I was emailed by the flipkart team asking me to remove the negative review I posted they didn't made my review public either.

          I have ordered an Idly stand from flipkart on 3rd dec 2023 and it should be delivered on 8th Dec 2023, but they have not contacted us and suddenly marked as delivered on 08th Dec 2023 night at 08:41 PM. When I have register a complaint on same night via flipkart customer care they just created one incident and closed that saying it is already delivered. When we agin compliant that we have get the product they again open the incident and close within a day with giving any proper answer.
          Everytime we ask anything they simply tell it is already delivered.
          It seems like Flipkart is not interested solving our issues.

              I Ordered This Monitor 8th December 2023 and they delivered this product on 9th December 2023 but problem is they don't give bill and In Flipkart app don't show this product marked as delivered... This order is cash on delivery...I already paid money to the delivery person... Also I don't have return option in Flipkart app because product is also damaged and seems like seller scam me... What I Do Now... And Today 12th December 2023 they cancelled my order without telling me... Now I'm concerned about invoice bill and return period...

                I order a new laptop from Flipkart on 7th November and waiting for 28th November but still can't receive my order and when I complain on Flipkart
                they tell me that sir please cancel it and reorder. but when I refuse, they cancel my order and refund me. I am waiting three weeks to receive my
                order but can't get.

                    I have contacted Flipkart Affiliate Team through emails so many times. But no response.

                    And I uploaded all the required documents.

                    A message like this is shown from 2021...
                    "The documents submitted are under process. It will take 10-12 days for verification to be completed."

                          I ordered Kaspersky premium antivirus digital version ordered on December 9th but it's not delivered yet. I raised query but they are asking Bank account details. I don't want to share those details. I want the product with 1year validity or else refund my amount through the way I paid. Several other companies doesn't ask for bank details but the refunds. I don't know why they're asking. It's said that, the details to be shared to seller. Problem is not with me, it's with seller as well as the Flipkart, then why I have to share my details. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. And grievances are also not responsive.

                                I Placed An Order For Groceries At Flipkart, Order No - OD[protected] Date of Purchase[protected] Amount paid- 2487 /- And Although It Was Marked As Delivered, It Never Arrived At My House. I Filed A Complaint With Flipkart Because It Was A Prepaid Order For Which I Had Paid The Full Amount. After Ten Days Of Inquiry, They Closed My Complaint Without Posing For My Consent, And I Never Heard Back. They Also Declined To Take Up My Grievance again Regarding The Order. I Politely Requested That The Flipkart Representative Provide Accurate Investigation Details, Such As The Recipient, Name, Or OTP For A Delivery That Did Not Occur, But They Did Not Answer And Just Apologized For Cutting The Call.
                                I Still Haven't Received My Order Or Refund After 22 Days, And Flipkart Hasn't Responded Either.

                                      I have purchased 2 books in flipkart for Rs.590 on 1/12/23 with Indian bank through net banking and cancelled the order on the same day.
                                      Flipkart initiated the refund on 1st December 2023 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 7th December 2023.
                                      I checked my account on 7th December but the amount was still not credited in my bank account, I followed up with Flipkart and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
                                      shared the Refund reference id and Payment reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. I have shared the
                                      bank statement as an evidence to them but every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side
                                      and asked me to contact my bank. Please find the details provided by Flipkart.

                                        We raised complain - claim ID CLCPV [protected].
                                        and get SMS from you many times on dates - 5, 11 and 19 Nov 23 showing that technician assigned. but he visit one time and said to sent washing machine at service center because he have not equipment to open screws.

                                        we call on support they informed that service canter will collect and deliver the machine after repair.

                                        But till now not any visit and not collect the machine.
                                        We are facing the problem but no support from your end.
                                        We call many time on support every time reply that problem will solved in 2 days.

                                        We revived an SMS on 19 November that Washing Machine Claim CLCPV[protected] has been successfully completed.

                                        But nobody visit and repair It. (100% fake report by your local Technician)
                                        We again report this on support then again assure to solve problem in 2 days. same reply many time bu no solution till now.
                                        Please take immediate steps for solution Otherwise we have to go consumer court.
