    Recently i have ordered a power bank from flipkart, but i hVe received damaged parcel packing from inside and than i apply for a refund as missing product, the customer service representative told me to resolve the issue, but now my flipkart account is blocked without any valid reason.
    I need my account back as it have some orders to be delivered soon .

            I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected] . However, when the package arrived on 02 Sept 2023, I was shocked to find that the contents did not match my order. Instead of receiving the item as per the specification in the attached image.Since it was an open box delivery I have returned the item to the delivery partner and I immediately contacted Flipkart customer support via phone also and I was assured that this issue would be resolved promptly. I was informed that a replacement for the correct item would be sent.However, since that initial conversation, I have not received any updates or communication regarding the status of my replacement order. I have generated a ticket regarding the same through Flipkart app and then I have initiated a call. The customer care executive told me that the return was not updated in the system and so they will now forward this complaint. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss, as I have paid for a product I did not receive and still do not have the item I ordered. Also today installation team had contacted me for installing the fridge and I have conveyed them that the item is not yet received.

            Today I have again contacted Flipkart customer care and they have put me on hold in several calls which last around 4 hrs and still the issue was unresolved .If my issue is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through consumer protection agencies and social media platforms.I trust that Flipkart values its customers and will take this complaint seriously.

              I activated my flipkart paylater option on may 2023 and purchased a smartphone and the bill was paid prior to the due date mentioned. My paylater option was still active a few days back till 25th august. But now it's showing my flipkart paylater account is blocked. Without any reason my account has been blocked. I tried reaching out to flipkart customer care helpline but they didn't help me in any way. It's been 3 days I'm seeing the same thing without any update regarding the same. My cibil is getting affected because of this. Please activate my account.

                    I cancelled a prepaid order id OD[protected]
                    worth rs 2.54 lac on 21st july but flipkart has not issued the refund for this order. i registered so many complaints regarding the refund but till dat nobody has a clue about what is going on and when will i get the refund. i am contacting their customer support on almost daiy basis but everyitme they promise a new date for the refund. they say that their team is working on this complaint and the team will contact me regarding update on the issue but till date nobody has contacted me regarding any update on the situation. no phone calls or any mails. it has been almost 45 days since the cancellation of the order.

                      Hi,

                      I am Jefrin Zaman. I paid the pay later payment for the September bill and money got deducted. I used gpay to pay the same and in gpay it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

                      Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the september bill.

                        I ordered samsung refrigerator on 7 of August 2023 and it delivered on 11 of August. When delivery boy delivered the refrigerator I asked him to check product in front of you but he denied and said you check I will come after some time if any problem I take it back but when I opened the box fridge is damaged from its lower legs, body side walls and scratch on front door. I called him but he can't pick call . I m trying to return and replacement but in Flipkart their is not any option after tying many time I reach help centre after 9th day I complaint about the product they denied the policy of return or replacement is over this is 7 day return policy. If it is 7 days return policy infact you show. This is a big cheat about the product and their coustomer also those who trust. It is not a small amount product it's a matter of 16000rs. And Flipkart and akasnav online cheat their coustomer.it is a big fraud.i always trust Flipkart but no more.even I suggest to other people don't buy any items from Flipkart or through akshnav online they both cheat their coustomer on big amount items. So be careful from them. If you not solve my problem of refrigerator don't do this work of fraud. If you have little but of shame what you do. Do something related to replacement of product.

                          I order a watch from flipkart of timex brand worth 2347...they deliver me different product...I apply for return..I share all the images with them regarding received product...after that they reject the return..again I apply for return...again I share and mail them all the documents...they promise to resolve the problem till 4th Sept now they extend the date to 5th sept

                            Dear Team,

                            My Order ID: OD[protected]

                            Please find attached payment deducted messages from Axis Bank.

                            More than 11 months gone but still payment was not completed in my order. When I checked my order, I saw "We are processing your payment request, please check back in sometime.". Still my order seen as COD order. If i was placed order as COD then i do not waste my time for this order.

                            You can check payment successfully done from My Axis Bank Credit card account in attached images.

                            When i book complaint with Flipkart, customer care support ask me "Your issue will fix within 3 days please wait", but still order is in process.

                            Not any customer care executive can cancel my order nor refund my money.

                            Please do the needful and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    Flipkart is asking me to submit government ID proof to access my Flipkart account. The complaint number for reference is - IN[protected].
                                    To quote the Aadhar Act "Asking for linking the Aadhaar number, for it to be quoted on forms, displaying it on certificates and documents, storing it in registers or databases is completely illegal and punishable with a fine and imprisonment under the Aadhaar Act 2016. "
