Still no solution received from flipkart team.Still I'm waiting for a solution.As I mentioned in an issue related to Honor gs pro smart watch, the watch sensors are not working properly.I ordered the product on Oct 23, 2020, 5:32 PM and product delivered on Oct 30, 2020.When the product was delivered, I was out of town, so i'm unable to check it. When i came back and checked the product, i found there is an issue in the watch sensor, sensors are not working properly .I have rested the watch multiple times and installed and uninstalled the watch application multiple times but the issue still persists.I request to return the product on 2nd November 2020. bit still flipkart not accept the return of the product. when i call customer service they said it will take time to approve 24 hours, after 24 hours i called them again, now they said it will take 48 hours, now total 60 hours are completed(3 days completed) but still not solution received from flipkart team, today i called him again for same issue, now the customer care team person saying your product not showing delivered status on our portal.The product return deadline is 8th of November 2020, they guys are just passing the time, not providing me a solution.
kindly look into this and provide me a solution as soon as possible, I hope consumer team members will take my issue seriously and provide me a solution.
