Hello Team,

I purchased one samsung f41 mobile from flipkart on 20th oct. So I am facing lot of issues with this mobile like,

1. Mobile Hanging problem.
2. Network issue.
3. Some crashes on backside of mobile.
4. Heating problem
(Totally faulty piece)

I had call with flipkart team they only mentioned one issue that is Network issue after telling all the issues.

Technician from jeeves came to my home he told me its sim card issue. The same sim card is working fine in other mobile.

Service provided by jeeves is totally pathetic☹.
Because of jeeves flipkart damage his name and service.

So please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise return this product and refund me.

Otherwise I will complain in consumer care.

The information provided by technician is totally fake and wrong. Even though they don't know how to talk with customer. They only reset my mobile and telling that your problem will resolve.

After technician gone away I am facing same problem with this product.

I am totally unsatisfied with such service and I am plus member of flipkart as well and getting such service.☹☹

I want to return this product.

    I order a laptop and it supposed to receive by 22 October 2020 but next date I got as 28 October, still not received. I spoke to customer care and when I said you don't give proper service, he immediately agree and said yes we are like that only

      I have ordered (Order ID - OD[protected] Asus laptop in Big billion day sale on 21st Oct, they updated that it would be delivered by 27th Oct, but suddenly they changed delivery date to 2nd Nov. But till today the item is not yet shipped. Not sure whether they will deliver by 2nd Nov or they will change date again. I can see same laptop again came for diwali sale means they having stock. I need to know if they having stock then why they are not clearing old orders.

      Filpkart - my laptop is still not delivered after missing two delivery dates first is on 31 oct 2020 and 2nd is 1 nov 2020 now they are showing me a new date of nov 7.
      Filpkart service sucks they are worse.

        I booked two laptops on 17.10.2020 but delivery dates were given as 28.10.2020 and 29.10.2020. Your ekart delivery person informed me on 27.10.2020 that consignment is to be delivered but vehicle got problem so it will be delivered on 28.10.2020 at 13:00 Hrs. On 28.10.2020 your delivery boy telephones that consignment has reached and within 05 minutes he will deliver consignments. After day over and he did not deliver, i tried to contact but it was always busy and getting disconnected. In night I got message that it will be delivered early on 29.10.2020. On 29.10.2020, till 16:00 Hrs consignment is not delivered. I contacted on another phone where Mr. Ajit tells that he will delivered in half an hour at 13:00 hrs but failed.
        I have doubt that Kanpur is infamous for exchanging consignments or packing spurious materials which they are doing since last three days. Kindly look into it and let me know the status.

          I ordered a camera on 16th oct 2020. The promised delivery date was 24 th oct 2020. I did not received the product. The date was first changed to 29th oct 2020 than again changed to 31st oct 2020. I checked the status on ekat website which shows item is still stuck in a place malur from last 4 days..i am loosing my hope to receive the product..and also loosing every hope given by flipkart

            My name is B K Tiwari, I recently purchased Poco M2 slate blue 6GB RAM 64 GB Internal storage from flipkart, the product was delivered on 21.10.20 after 2 days used the mobile not performing as specified in mobile features, 5000 mah battery and 13 mp camera not performed as another phone same features, very bad and poor quality battery and camera.
            I have placed a return request on 28.10.20
            but flipkart executive told me return not provided only phone replacement provided
            I am not want to use this bad phone again by replacement. How poor customer service provided by flipkart. Com

            I am only want to return this bad quality mobile, kindly help me as your very old and valuable customer

              I ordered for an Apple Watch 3 on the 21st October, 2020 via Flipkart. They promised the delivery date to be 26th October, 2020. However, on the designated day of delivery, they changed the date of delivery to 30th October, 2020. However, since the 25th October, 2020 the product shipping status simply shows 'Received at Motherhub'. There is no update post the 25th October, 2020. Why have you'll restrained the product at your end for so many days? Why did you'll promise such a date of delivery if that was not feasible to you!!!

                My order of Order ID - OD[protected] which is Asus VivoBook 14 Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) X412FA-EK513T Thin and Light Laptop has not been packed yet. Expected delivery date was 27th of this month but it was delayed and postponed the delivery date. Expected packed date is today, but the status is still the same and the product is not been packed yet.

                    I had ordered an I phone se 2nd generation product red 64 gb on flipkart . i have already paid them amount . First expected delivery date was 20 th October then it became 27 October now flipkart team is saying that they will tell me new delivery date on 31 st . So they have taken my money and will tell me delivery date on 31st ie 15 days after order how disgusting is that. I want my order to be delivered ASAP but all flipkart team is doing is just giving me excuses
                    I cleary state that i WANT my order IT SHOULD NOT BE CANCELLED
                    plz solve my issue i will be highly obiliged .

                      My Flipkart order I'd OD[protected], I brought hindware Sabina blk 60 chimney on 15 th Oct but on 17/10/20 I got a different model, name, hindware Clarissa blk-60 (low quality and low price, completely different box send to me), I contact many times with customer service of Flipkart and email so many times, but every time they provide me just date again and again but till today no return or replacement process by them, I m so much helpless, pls help me( I attached pic of original invoice where mentioned what I purchased, attached pic of the level of received wrong model where clearly mentioned different model name/Clarissa blk-60, attached pic of different model)

                      They just give me 48 hours every time from 18th Oct and told me that for some technical issues they cannot process for return or replacement since 18th Oct, and everytime without return or replacement they post on there site that issue resolved but till the product cannot be returned or replaced

                          Grievance Details On 16 October i ordered asus rog 3 from Flipkart after seeing online reviews.On the same day in night i got the phone, i recorded the video before opening the phone, in case something goes wrong.It was late night so i didn't look the product very well but in the morning i came to know the product has two difference as shown online . 1st the wire was not braided wire as shown online on there site. 2nd the mobile case provided blocks the exhaust hole features of the phone which is completely different and defective as it makes the phone hot while using. So i put a return request within 12 hours, 2 days i waited for them to call but no response, than i call them and they say they have put the matter to higher authority and will call me within 1 day.I waited but no call came after 2 days i got sms saying the return request is rejected. They are doing a big fraud with the seller as you can search seller details because im not the only one, there are so many people complaint . The seller say if the product is defective i can return it within 10 days. 1. I have put return request within 12 hours . 2. The product i received is not as described on the website and the product is overheating which is a defect. From the last 5 days im having a mental attack. This people took my 50k and delivered me defective product.This people first assured me they will return and than all of a sudden without even calling sms me. Please help me this people have cheated me 50k rs by delivery me a defective product.Even if i sell it to someone noone will want a defective product my money is gone .please help me.

                            Order Id:OD[protected] I ordered the product during big billion day sale bcz I was getting good discount now I got the msg from filpkart team sorry fraud flipkart team that my order is cancelled without my knowledge and without consulting me and all bcz of delay thing now when I call customer care they say we are very sorry as it was taking long duration the product is cancelled . So basically these ppl are fooling us by these useless strategy names called big billion day sale and all infact the thing is Amazon is far better then this they atleast Don't cheat like this I recommend all peoples not buy any products from this app atleast I won't do bcz this is my like 4th complaint to this fraud company each time they say sorry and proceed the same way see to it wat I can do further seriously so disappointed . Atleast don't spoil the reputation of wallmart company

                              I have ordered a realme 6 8/128gb in Flipkart on 17th October 2020. I paid Rs.15999 for product using my debit card. Later I cancelled my order on the same day due to some reason. The flipkart assured of paying the refund amount on or before 27th October 2020. In the order detail of that product they mentioned 'Refund Completed' but I didn't get Money even after 27th October 2020. I contacted the customer care they asked to contact the bank. I contacted the bank. They said no such money was deposited yet.

                                  I had ordered lg g8x mobile on 16 October 2020 and the delivery date given by flipkart was 20 October 2020. But the product was not delivered on 20 October and On 21 October i called customer care support and they said that my product will be delivered by 26 October. But the product was not delivered on that day also. For the last 5 days the customer care support saying that your issue has been registered and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But the issue is not resolved till now on 29 October and not any update is given that when my order delivery will take place. I have tracked my order on ekart logistics website and the order is shipped on 17 October but it is on the same location from last 12 days. Flipkart is not giving any solution and update regarding my order and making me fool.

                                    I have placed order in flipkart and unfortunately I forgot to mention my name in the address and they are not ready to update the invoice. This is quite frustrating experience as I need the invoice in my name.

                                      I ordered a TV from flipkart which got delivered on 23rd October but due to the installation and all i was not able to open my package. The installation was scheduled for 27th October which was Tuesday but they rescheduled it for 28th without any consent. Then on 28th when I called them they said the technician will reach by 10am but no one showed up. When i called back at 3pm then the reply was, i quote "he'll take another 1-2hours to reach you and we are not here as your servant, we'll come whenever we wish to". I mean is that even a wah to speak to your customer? Pathetic
