My Flipkart order I'd OD[protected], I brought hindware Sabina blk 60 chimney on 15 th Oct but on 17/10/20 I got a different model, name, hindware Clarissa blk-60 (low quality and low price, completely different box send to me), I contact many times with customer service of Flipkart and email so many times, but every time they provide me just date again and again but till today no return or replacement process by them, I m so much helpless, pls help me( I attached pic of original invoice where mentioned what I purchased, attached pic of the level of received wrong model where clearly mentioned different model name/Clarissa blk-60, attached pic of different model)
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sumantaroy They just give me 48 hours every time from 18th Oct and told me that for some technical issues they cannot process for return or replacement since 18th Oct, and everytime without return or replacement they post on there site that issue resolved but till the product cannot be returned or replaced
Filpkart service sucks they are worse.
