I ordered iphone SE 2nd generation during big billion sale offer & as on delivery it has to be done on 21st oct 2020 but yet not received while contact not received proper answer that what is actual happening. upon trace found that product was just moved from Mumbai to raipur then come back to mumbai hub. but telle call operator denied & answering not well.

please do needful.

    Sir, i had ordered an iphone xr on 15 october on website flipkart with order id od[protected] amounting to 34999/- with my credit card. on same day within one hour flipkart cancelled my order saying due to limited stock they cancelled my order. due to this cancellation my 34999rs were stuck with flipkart for 7 days and i could not buy iphone for 7 days. now this iphone xr price is 44999rs.
    this will make me buy iphone xr for 10000rs extra. i want compensation for the price difference as i could not buy iphone xr at lower price due to fault of flipkart ecommerce website

      Hi,

      There is a Mismatch in product IMEI number and invoice received. Have complained many times but only reply that will be resolved it's escalated. Purchased on 16th Oct but awaiting either replacement or invoice change as promised by flipkart.

        I've placed this Order ID: OD[protected] on 19th oct 20 but I didn't get this product yet and the promising delivery date was on 22nd October 20.

        On 21st October 20, a few Items have been reached at my nearest hub and on the same day it returned from here.

        I've words with you guys on the 21st and you told me that the wish master didn't collect your order today and it'll be ordered tomorrow and the day after tomorrow but today is 27th oct and I haven't received yet.

        What happened with my order now? Because this time if anything happens I will never use Flipkart in future.

        Please check and let me know if you can deliver this order or not.

          15th October 2020 me maine ek Bluetooth headset order kiya tha aur galti ne wrong address ho gaya. Ishliye maine order cancel kiye aur mujhe bola geya ki 16th October 2020 tak ap ka refund ap ko bank me mil jayega. Lekin bad bed me jitna bar mai contact karne ki qsis kiya o phone cut kar raha hai.

              I have placed an order on 16th Oct on billion big days for Samsung S20+ mobile cost me 30798rs in sale and didn’t received the product in last 11 days . Called them so many times to get the exact issue description they don’t have much information and from last 6 days am getting product is in Gurgaon will get delivered you in 26th Oct at 09:00Pm.

              Today again I called the. They said product is in transits state and not yet reached to Noida nearest hub from Gurgaon Hub .. can someone tell me how many days take from Gurgaon to noida to get the product reached with Delhi ncr.

              I think they have misplaced my product and this really cause me mental stress a lot by continuing follow up for my product which I have already paid emi also gone from my account so am in total devastated state which really Flipkart give me mental harassment in one single word.

              Please take a strict action and I want then to suffer as they put me in the situation where I have to leave for me home but am stuck only due to product to get delivered. I really need strict action to be taking against them with all compensation they needs to provide me for time and wrong commitments and. Fake words and pathetic service which causes mental harassment to me.

              Request you to take action against them in case you needs may proof I am ready to submit all the details.

                  Bought vu smart tv in july 2018, (OD[protected]with 2 year extended warranty from flipkart valid till july 2021. TV stopped working on 28.9.2020 and i filed complaint for repair with jeeves (Flipkart service arm). The TV was repaired on 8th October but stopped working again on 10th October.
                  After complaining again, I received a call from Flipkart for giving 70% refund for the TV. After giving them the bank details on mail, I got a call and mail from Flipkart on 18th that the amount of 18295/ - will be credited to my account as refund of defective TV and the TV will not be picked up (we can dispose off the defective TV) the mail is pasted here:

                  Hi Pulkit,

                  Order ID: OD[protected]

                  This is further to the telephonic conversation that we had.

                  We'd like to let you know that the seller will process the refund amount of Rs.18295/- within the next 24-48 hours & it will be credited to the Neft bank account within 3-5 business days as per standard banking procedures.

                  Also, Vu Pixelight 127cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV product wont be picked up by the seller.

                  A short survey will be sent to your registered email id to know how satisfied you were with the resolution we've provided. Please do take a moment to let us know, so we can always try and do our best to delight you.

                  But sad to say that refund not received till date. Now after I have disposed the TV to scrap dealer, they are sending mails again and calling for resolving the matter, even though the matter is already settled by way of refund for TV.
                  These guys cannot honour their own word, and are therefore not reliable. I have vowed to never buy anything from Flipkart again in my life.

                      Have purchased a purchased a Acer laptop on 16-10-20. and 21990 payment made by SBI debit card. I cancel this order on same day . Flipkart informed that refund will be added on my bank account till 19-10-20. But till, date refund amount not credited in my bank account.
                      1 Several time, i contacted Flipkart customer care via phone, Email and Twitter post. But my issue not resolved.
                      2. I also contacted, SBI customer care as per advice given by Flipkart customer care with provided Bank reference no by Flipkart but bank officials told that these reference no are irrelevant . Bank did not receive refund advice from Flipkart .when Refund will be issue then posted in your account.
                      3. I also provided latest bank statement to Flipkart by e mail and their twitter handle from time to time. But Flipkart only extending resolution time .
                      4. Almost 11 days passed, Every day, i am following Flipkart regarding this issue but still, refund not credited in my account.
                      I need immediate response from Flipkart in this regard .
                      I want to know, exact time frame when refund will be credited in my account.

                        I was supposed to receive my LG G8X on 21st of October, then after a lot of harrasment flipkart guys promised it will be delivered on 26th of October, today is 26th and still there is no update from flipkart regarding the delivery! Stop fooling your customers!

                            Recently, on 21st Oct 2020 during big billion days I purchased an Apple Pencil from Flipkart (Seller: TrueComRetail) and on 26th it got delivered. The packaging was poor from outside. When I opened the Apple pencil box I get shocked to see the content inside the box. Instead of Apple stylus pencil there was Rs. 2 wooden pencil that we use on papers.
                            Now I want the refund for my product.

                              Flipkart is intentionally delaying the delivery of my laptop as it's been 10 days since I placed the order. First they gave me 25th October 2020 as the delivery date but now they have extended it to 30th October 2020. it's been 4 days since the product got shipped but it's not delivered. And I have already paid the amount. Please help me getting the laptop delivered or the amount refunded back.

                                Hi, My name is Karnna and i recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cosmic Black on 18th October and i have received it on 20th October...On 20th October i have placed a return request as i am facing follow issues with it:

                                1. Poor Camera Quality not worth paying offer price of 49999 which mrp is 83000.

                                2. proximity sensor not working at all...when calling someone and keeping mobile on ears backlight not getting off.

                                3. over heating issue...after continuously using mobile with 4g internet for more than 30mins it overheats a lot and shows a message in notification .

                                4. Battery Backup is very poor...I have noticed it after 3days o[censored]sing and charging.

                                5. Lastly received 35000 of bill without gst which service centre not accepting at all.

                                Kindly request to solve this asap and pickup this asap and refund my money. Very unhappy with it. Solve it on higher priority please as already today is 6th day and waiting for support ...daily am calling flipkart customer care.

                                  I've Ordered for Redmi 8 on 3rd October 2020 and did my online payment on the same day of amount rs. 5899 with order ID: OD[protected]. Then I cancelled the ordered on the same day still the flipkart is responding the issue has been resolved but I didn't got any refund amount on my bank account. I've mailed the flipkart twice my bank statement. still they are saying my complaint as been resolved but the amount is not reflecting in my account. Please look into this matter and do the needfull

                                    I bought a laptop from Flipkart in 2019 along with an EW from Jeeves. Now, my laptop suddenly went wrong in 2020. Since I had an EW from Jeeves (Flipkart's Technical Partner). First of all, they were delaying the technician visit and everytime I called them, they said we are trying to fix it. After too much emailing and calling, Flipkart's grievance officer connected with me and told me that he will resolve my query.

                                    After 2 days, one agent, Mr. Aqhib Javeed connected with me and said that since Jeeves wasn't able to service me, they will refind 80% of my product price, the total amount being INR 50531 and I can keep my laptop as well.

                                    The refund was initiated on 15th October 2020 and should have been in my account by 22nd October 2020. When I did not receive the refund from them on the mentioned date, I started calling their customer care executives who told me that they can't see any refund. I tried and tried every day to connect with someone from the escalation team, but there was no reply. Moreover, even after constant emails, nobody from the escalation department contacted me until 24th October.

                                    The agent, Ms Raksha told me that she will connect with me on Monday, 26th October 2020 at 10:00AM and on my saying that agents do not call me on their said date, assured that she will definitely call me. She did not connect with me neither did anyone from the escalation team.

                                    On calling customer care, the agent said somebody from the backend will call me by 7, nobody did.

                                    I have been waiting for repair and refund related queries since 20 days and Flipkart is not responding to them. I do not know whether there is a refund initiated or not since when asked to provide me with the transaction number, all the agents refused.

                                    Please help me with my refund. It is for INR 50531 rupees, and without it, I cannot repair my laptop at all.

                                        For many days I am trying to purchase a particular sewing machine from flipkart which is provided by OmniTech( Singer m1005 electric sewing machine). Most of the time it shows "out of stock". However, when it is available and I enter my pincode in hyderabad, it shows "no seller ships to this address". I enter many possible pincodes of hyderabad. But it still shows "does not ship". To verify the problem I tried entering pincodes of other big cities like mumbai and delhi. It still shows not available. I fail to understand that if it is unavailable in india's biggest cities, then where is it available?
