    Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account, [protected]

      Hi,

      I have ordered Midea 7 Kg washing machine (model name:MWMFL070GBFS) on Oct 29, 2020. Order ID is 'OD[protected]'. After application of offer the price was 10, 691 + 699 Complete protection plan. The order was shipped already but not delivered. On the delivery date I received a call saying the order will be cancelled as offer applied by mistake. I didn't agree for the cancellation and told them to deliver the product as promised. But the executive didn't accept. This is a breach of contract. I want to complaint this to consumer forum along with the proofs (Cal recordings, Screen shots and mails). I want the product back at the same price as promised. Moreover when I called back the customer care, they made me to wait 33 minutes without responding at all. I have call recording. But I am unable to attach it here.

      I hope you provide proper resolution.

        Flipkart is not paying out confirmed affiliate commission to its affiliate members. my Tracking ID: somnathsa3. I have Rs 2533 confirmed in affiliate account since 2 months. All documents submitted & account is in verified status. Still they are not paying out via EGV where min payout is 2500. But i have more that than. Do not promote flipkart anyone because they do not give value to its customers & as well as affiliate marketers.

            Hi,

            I had ordered Vivo V20 (Midnight Jazz, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM) from flipkart on Thu, 15th Oct 2020 BIG BILION DAYS sale at the time of order they mentioned estimate delivery is[protected], I didn't receive the product as they promised, after that they rescheduled the delivery date to[protected]with out any confirmation from the customer or with mentioning any reason for reschedule) but I didn't receive the product on this date too I contacted to the flipkart customer care regarding the delivery they told that you will get the product on[protected] before 7PM, on this date also i didn't receive the product then the next day they had cancelled my order mentioning that after multiple delivery attempts we are unable to delivery your product, but as they stating i didn't receive any kind of messages like your order is out for deliver messages .How can they cancel my order witch customer confirmation . with out confirmation from the customer how can they cancel my order. I had contacted Flipkart customer care regarding cancelling my order they simple saying that seller has canceled your order due to not delivering the order and they are saying that place a new order, Here my question is iam ready to place my order but when I was placed my order in BBD with exchange and bank offer it costs me around Rs 14949/. If i place the same product it cost like with exchange around Rs18000/. Who will pay the difference amount to me is seller will pay the amount because of failed to deliver the product with the delivery time or Flipkart will pay the amount because we are flipkart customer and we placed our product in Flipkart . who is responsible for this .

                Incident: Received wrong product
                Description:
                I have requested for Nerf AlphaHawk Accustrike Elite Blaster Guns & Darts and seller has delivered Nerf N-Strike Elite SurgeFire Guns & Darts. So I requested to refund/replace the item on 27th Oct 2020 but Flipkart has asked for ID proof and other details which is not mentioned on the site anywhere. So my request was rejected on 30th Oct 2020.

                I have checked return-policy of the seller and flipkart both, I have never seen ID proof requirement for return request.

                There are a lot of other e-commerce sites as well and none of the sites are asking for ID proof for return requests and doing a great job for keeping customers happy.

                In Addition, I came to know from a customer care executive that "seller wants to confirm that other user is not using the account means authenticity of the account and that's why asking for ID proof" so I said that authenticity can be checked by sending an email to registered email ID or calling on a registered mobile with the account. I do not see any reason to provide ID proof.

                Note: I have called many times in Flipkart customer care, but no one is receiving the call

                Now I have submitted the request to replace the item and waiting for the Flipkart's action.

                I am attaching the mail which I received from Flipkart. I am adding photo the product I received.

                Resolution expected:
                I do not wan to provide my ID proof without any proper justification to the Flipkart or seller.
                1. I would like to have the product I have ordered without submitting ID proof
                2. Else refund the amount without submitting ID proof

                  Dear sir/madam, This is Mahesh Kumar Gunda from karimnagar, Telangana have ordered Samsung 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Triple Inverter Dura Series AC - White on 29/10/2020 at 8:16 am with the amount of 25499 with free installation using axis Bank debit card. I got the message saying that my order has been shipped at 6:51pm on the same day. But without my intervention, the order has been cancelled by the seller on 30/10/2020 at 12:27am. When I spoke with the customer care of Flipkart they are telling the reason that the order has been cancelled by the seller due to double discount offer. My request is I want the same product but I don't want the refund. Please help me in this and reply me. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum. This is my humble request and do the favour. I am attaching all the relevant documents. I want the product.

                    I ordered an ASUS laptop on 17th October. Seller shipped the laptop next day and then it is stucked in Flipkart Facility. Initially expected delivery date was 22nd October and didn't deliver. Then they changed expected delivery date to 28th October. Still they didn't deliver. I'm talking with CUSTOMER care from last 1 week and they just keep repeating same nonsense that my laptop will be delivered as soon as possible. I complained on twitter and they said one of our SPECIALIST will call you and I got a call. I got call from SPECIALIST on 29 oct and he said give me 48 hours. I will RESOLVE YOUR issue. They didn't resolved my issue but marked my issue as resolved on Flipkart site. They keep closing my issue without resolving. Flipkart's CUSTOMER care is nothing but just full of ROBOTS repeating same nonsense. I'm badly tired of chasing Flipkart for laptop delivery. There is no contact details of ekart logistics. There is no contact details of seller. Beware of purchasing anything from Flipkart. It's deliVERY SERVICE is totally ### up after taking over by WalMart. NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART

                      It is an utter disappointment to see poor logistics service from Ekart. Ordered my phone on 15/10/2020. My order ID is OD[protected].
                      The delivery date given by flipkart and ekart was 22 oct and than again 31 oct 2020. But yet my order is not delivered. Customer service personnel are not helping at all. They can't get any information regarding my order. There are no updates on tracking. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ASAP.

                          I ordered an Item from flipkart on 15/10/2020 on flipkart:

                          - FK promised to deliver it on 22/10 but couldn't,
                          - Later they re-pomised it to deliver it on 28/10
                          - meantime i tried reaching there support center but there human robot were not understanding and just throwing common system lines
                          - 30/10 seller itself cancelled the order, when it was stuck in Gurgoan till 30/10, was to reach bangalore.
                          - Now flipkart is saying refund will be initiated once seller recieve the order!

                          i need my refund initiated immediately with interest, i already waited more that 15 days and it was your system failure, i never cancelled/ return it, why i wait for the parcel to reach seller, it's not my responsibility to make sure your courier partner work competently!

                            It's been almost 2 weeks, still I didn't receive my refund amount for the product I have bought. Trusting FK executives i have paid the amount twice since they told that UPI transfer was not visible in their application. So I have paid 1700 through cash. Executives confirmed that my amount will be refunded within 2 days. Nothing happened, and no solid update from your end apart from extending the ETAs and closing tickets without customer confirmation. I have lost my patience and trust. You have made me feel that I have done a blunder.

                            Already I have provided all the bank transaction details and other related details which I received from UPI and the bank. They clearly mentioned that the amount has been dispatched to merchant's account. I have provided the ticket numbers and emails as well. What else is required ? Not a single mail with a solid update. Just they keep on saying that we are working with the service.

                            I am tired, keep on following up with executive. Please initiate the refund and resolve this today.

                              I have ordered a Realme7 mobile on flipkart on 16 Oct 2020 with a delivery date of 20 Oct 2020. But Flipkart is postponing my delivery time to time it has postponed it 6 times till now. They are forcing me to cancel my order as I purchased it on offer at low price saying that they will not deliver it.
                              I want my product and compensation for my time and mental harassment.

                              My son had been placed the order on 16th October 2020, Flipkart mentioned that"yet to be delivered" Blue dart FDSP[protected]" expected delivery on 30th October 2020, which is neither delivered till now, nor could be tracked in in the website of Flipkart or Blue dart by customer and experienced customer support representative of the Bogus Flipkart.

                                  I bought REEBOK
                                  HARMONY PRO LP Running Shoes For Men, but I got different Product altogether, so I opted for return but my return request is getting cancelled and I have called customer care more than 50 times over 2weeks but with no resolution.                                     Hope you doing well!

                                    I would like to inform you that I have ordered rebook shoes and my expected delivery was 28 Oct 2020. Again it was changed to 30th October by Flipkart giving me the excuse that due to problems in the logistics department flip kart was unable to deliver your product. But till today I have not received my product and expected delivery for my product is still not clear to me. I don't know what the hell wrong is going on with your logistics department. I am in Mohali for the last three days due to this product and I have paid rent more than the cost of my product. I do not know why the company is making a false commitment to deliver the product if the company is unable to deliver so.

                                        I was raised poco M2 Pro order dated 21/10/2020 & it was received dated 24/10/2020. After received i was checked mobile function & i observed there was i saw no proper internet operate in poco M2 Pro, I think may be it was network issue so i ignore next two days but same Sim I insert in other mobile then internet function run smooth .For Testing purpose again I insert other Sim in Poco M2 pro mobile but same observe not internet operate as well as after calling no proper voice reached at other mobile . Mean time without used 30 to 40% battery discharge with in 2 hours .Then I was raised replacement option dated 28/10/2020 due to phone performance but last 3 days flipkart team not given proper response & today morning i got message from flipkart your replacement option not acceptable from Seller.

                                        Team there ins number of time i had purchase mobile from Flipkart but never i got such type issued & as per policy with 7 days i given request for replacement not for refund .
                                        I buy phone from Flipkart not from any seller so seller remarks is not acceptable .
