Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes and Accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I made a payment of rs 1584 my google upi account on15th oct 2020.The money was deducted from my account and paid successfully to merchant site. However on the day of delivery that is 17th oct I was charged again by cash on delivery by giving the reason that money didn't reach the seller. So in this way rs15840 was deducted twice from my account for same product. When I complained to flipkart they escalated the issue and asked me to provide the screenshot of all the payments. I provided them all screenshots and a detailed account statement which clearly shows the deduction made from my account twice and payment made successfully once to flipkart merchant and second to the seller. Now the flipkart is refusing to accept the proofs snd asked me to contact my bank account. On contacting the SBI customer care they simply refused to give any information as google pay is a third party. There after I contacted google pay customer care. They verbally conformed the payment made to flipkart merchant on 15th of October and their receiving it. However they also didn't provide any proof, which I can send to flipkart. According to them the screenshots taken on phone are the only proof. And flipkart is denying to accept these proofs. Now even after taking money flipkart is not ready to refund which is very bad. I have been a regular customer of flipkart from many years. Now if they don't refund I will not purchase anything in future from them.

Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

    I have ordered prestige mixer grinder on 17/10/2020 which was going to be delivered on 21/10/2020 but from last 8 days i am raising my issue related to my order which is not deliverd yet and also i have make my payment but that also is not showing nor i have got any receipt of it. I called ur customer executive many times but everyone is helpless kindly reolve my issue asap...

      Hello,

      Still the Issue is not resolved.

      I have received no calls in flipkart.

      But customer care executive told flipkart call this 4.45pm. But i am not received no calls to flipkart.

      They told lie.

      He is not responding...Please take seviour action to flipkart.

      I am very upset this issues.

        I bought product online from flipkart.com.
        Product is boat earphones 255f. They are not giving delivery as oer expected date. Date are changes from 22nd October yo 29th October. Now 3rd November showing for delivery. They are saying only please wait for product or you can canceled the order and you will get refund. So im ordering something from online flipkart.com for canceling the order. I need my order, i don't need refund.

        They are giving delivery but no steps for late delivery. Very bad response from company. Very bad customer service. They are always saying, we are sorry for inconvenience and please wait. That much only radio tap we listen while calling to customer care executive. Nothing on there hand. Because they are only robot.

          Sir, Flipkart is a fraud services it it intentionally delay the products its promised me to delivery date is 22 Oct 2020, but dalayed by 30th Oct 2020, again its changed delivery date from 22th Oct 2020 To Nov 10th 2020 please take strict action against this fraud E commerce flipkart please help me out from this fraud act by flipkart, they don't resolve the problem, but they marked as resolved your problem.Order is not available at seller they intentionally delay the product so that they insist me to cancel my product by my own, please take strict action again by flipkart save me

          Flipkart didn't resolve the issue, but they marked it as resolved, its 4th time my product postponed, such a irresponsible platform is flipkart, please help me out from this issue, please take a legal action against flipkart and sellers. I bought the laptop for urgent basis, but not at received. They are testing my patience.

                I order a product from Flipkart during its Big billion sale October'2020. details are as under:

                2. date of order place:17 october 2020
                3. expected order delivery date was 22 october 2020
                thereafter i been continuously following up with the company for my order but they only give me dates. they are sending my order from one place to other place without any reason. please find the enclosed order tracking record.

                    Case Details : I ordered a smart watch at 9891 with bank offers in sale at Flipkart and they never delivered it and now cancelled it without my consent and asking me to buy it again which is 29990 at its original price. this has caused me immense trouble financial and mentally being harrassed too by calling 100 times already.

                        Dear Flipkart,

                        I am a Flipkart plus member and Flipkart provided pay later facility on

                        The issue is, this pay later is reflecting in my cibil report as a personal loan of Rs 60, 000 from idfc first bank actually Flipkart provides limit rs.5000 only out of rs.60000 so i wanted to close pay later, I contacted Flipkart 2-3 times to deactivate, Flipkart always says it can’t be deactivated, I contacted idfc first bank twice, even the bank said we can’t close this loan account u will have to contact Flipkart for closure.

                        Flipkart is forcing customers to use pay later and it's also reflecting in cibil as a personal loan. Can anyone suggest a way to resolve this issue??

                            Raised for a return on the same day. They have informed that they will call and approve the return.

                              Poor customer service and product not delivered

                              Hello,
                              I had ordered iphone 11 pro on 18 Oct 2020. Which was reached by my nearest hub on 21 oct . First delivery attempt was made and the delivery agent refused to drop my package at my home, I tried to contact flipkart but they haven't resolved my issue . They kept denying and holding my status of complaint . I tried to contact customer service over chat but they aren't replying to any of my questions .

                              I seek action...

                              I have not received the refund of my product. I have already talked to Google pay customer care, bank, and 3 times Flipkart customer care. I have not received any fruitful result.
                              I ordered the product on 11, paid on 15 and payment got stuck. On 17 i cancelled the ordered. On 20th the payment approved through Google pay and credited to the flipkart account.

                                I have order one TV Flipkard in big billion offer, when I was order that time I was included 3 yr warrendy also.. That time amount was showing 6399 only...

                                But that delivery boy asking 7098. i was showed in my mobile COD amount and he was not accepted. he don't know anything And response very bad.

                                He cancel my order.

                                There are told like issue will resolved 24hr like that, but still issue not yet resolved.more that 4 days gone. But they are closed the tickets

                                      Stuff supplied smells of oil and seems spoilt or adulterated . Tried to call contact Center to highlight but they are unable to acknowledge as they are unable to relate the order to my phone Nos . Found it little funny . I have kept the sample which can be sent to fssai agency if required and have snaps of the item packing taken . I demand a compensation from Flipkart for such supplies which questions their qualitative system and asks for a evaluation of the same
