First the order got delayed by 15 days without any prior notice, the customer care agents kept on committing that the order will be delivered but it didn't happen.
After this i raised a cancellation request but the refund amount is not credited to my account till now, when asked about the same, they are just stretching the matter and not taking any action . The agents are not replying on chat and when asked about the same on the call they are cutting my call . I am fed up of this and this matter is now very frustrating.
The amount of 35, 500 is not less for a student like me. I have lost all my trust on flipkart now. There is no point being a Plus member now .
Flipkart officials if you people have some integrity left please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
I am attesting a copy of the order and my account statement which clearly shows i have not recieved my refund till date.

Updated by aayush_123 Sir I have checked with bank and they are saying that only flipkart can help on this. Please check with your seller and initiate the refund as soon as possible . You people are not concerned with customers, during the payment the money is taken instantly and when the time for refund comes which is also due to your fault, you people are not helping the customer.
Please give my refund I really beg of you, 35000 is a very huge amount for me

Updated by aayush_123 Also I am not provided a rrn, they are everytime giving me some random 5-6 digit number which is not a RRN, thinking customers as fools, I need a UTR number as well, very bad service.

However, if the refund is not reflecting in your account, request you to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the said transaction.

Updated by aayush_123 I have contacted the bank and they denied of any help and they have a point that if i have transferred money to your account and money reached you instantly then why not the reverse . only your company is questionable on this . Please refund my money its very frustrating for me.
