I ordered Nike Air Zoom Vomero14 Shoes(order ID OD[protected] on Flipkart.They sent me wrong shoes From Different show online. Then I put a return request.then they asked Id From me, I sent his Id on [protected]@flipkart.com.But Flipkart team saying this your Id not received so we are rejecting your return request. Return request rejected are going again and again Having said that you are not sending Id and I have sent his Id and Wrong item images about 10 times on [protected]@flipkart.com.
So I request sir Help me Concern about subject. I am maidly upset too much. I want refund of this order. help me...thanks

    I had booked flight ticket from flipkart from bhopal to kolkata for 26th july2020 but due lockdown imposed by west bengal government .flightt cancelled by airline, they reschuedled my flight to 4th august 2020, but that flight was also cancelled by airline so they told you will get full refund to your account in 20 days to your agency account.after 20 days i called to air india excutive they said that refunded has been proceesed to your agency account

    i have called many times to flipkart customer care but they dont response after sending many mails also they dont response . its been more than 65 days but i didnt get any refund from flipkart .

      My friend Simran Preet Kaur had made a purchase on October 2nd 2020 of a Parker ball point pen, it was delivered on 3rd Oct but I didn't receive any product inside the package, it was a tampered packet with no product inside it .All I received was a invoice bill inside the box and nothing else. I tried raising complaint and it got rejected twice after which I was asked to send a id proof, I've sent my original id proof of govt adhar card both front and back pics, hoping that it will be resolved soon within 24hours .But I'm highly disappointed with your resolution today even after all this time, again you rejected my refund request . To mention it was a prepaid order of amount Rs .341 with order id - OD[protected].
      Even now I think flipkart is customer centric who would try to resolve the customers issues without any further problems regarding this .All I need is a refund of my order which I paid for and received nothing in return.

          I have ordered a Keyboard of "Quantum QHM 7406 Wired USB Multi-device Keyboard" on 20th September 2020. But Received a gaming Joystick Keyboard. But when i want to return the product, the Flipkart team reject the
          return request 2 times and blocked my account. But now I have to Pay the "Pay Later" amount of Rs.605/-. But i am unable to pay the said amount due to account blocked. I already contacted several times to the Flip kart customer care and also mail them regarding the issue. But not solved. I am sharing the mail and product picture for your reference.

          No update till now. No person from Flipkart contact me. But they send message for "Pay Later Payment" is due. But how can I payment?? My account is blocked. First they blocked account and then tell to give payment after due date is over. Very nice policy!!!

          No updates regarding Flipkart pay later amount. They increase the due payment charges day by day. But not giving the external link for payment. My account is blocked till now. Except login, no payment option is available.

                I have ordered Comfort Ossum Perfumed Body Mist of 115ML pack which consists of 3 quantity of ossum for this i have paid Rs.727/- (Rupees Seven Hundered and Twenty Seven Only) via Debit Card payment online.

                Ordered on : 26th September, 2020

                But, on 3rd October i have got delivered the Only one product of Ossum Comfort Perfumed Body Mist of 115 ML.
                Two products of Ossum are missing in that pack for which i paid full including delivery charges.

                when i raised a complaint its getting rejected. Its really a worst experience i had ever been with flipkart.

                Anyways, i want to get the issue resolved.

                1) Either you send me the 2 products of ossum comfort body mist which are missing.
                OR
                2) You refund the amount of the 2 products of Ossum Comfort body mist for which i have paid already.

                I need the issue to get resolved. Its really horrible that inspite of paying the money in full how come you will not deliver the product as shown online.

                If it is not available pls refund me the amount of 2 qty of ossum comfort body mist.

                I hope you will resolve my issue related to the above product.

                  I ordered a adapter from flipkart. I ordered a 75w adapter but received a 65w adapter so i requested a return and flipkart accepted it.but on the pickup date no one came to pickup the product and when i contacted flipkart they again provided me a new date for pickup but again no one came to pickup the product. In this way my return request is cancelled 3 times and 1 month is passed but yet no pickup of the product.

                    I ordered a adapter for my laptop from flipkart and it was dead on arrival so i raised a return request and flipkart accepted the request and gave me a date for pickup but no one come to pickup the product then the return request is cancelled automatically. so i again contacted flipkart and they said that they are again processing the request and gave me a new date. This process is still going on and until they have given me pick up dates 4 times and yet no pickup.
                    Same is happening to my another 2 return requests.

When i open that parcel i am shocked to see that mobile which i order that is missing from the box and no seal is on the box like seller has send used mobile phone so i complain this to flipkart customer executive so he launch a complain regarding this matter on 20th sept but i get rejected on 22nd sept reason given that you have not submitted your id before 48hrs to flipkart, so i again and again try to get refund but again and my refund request is get reject without any proper reason or explaination so i want to now in this matter how i get to now that who has done fraud with me. Please tell me what should i do regarding this matter should i file a case in consumer court of fraud and harissment. My order id is :- OD[protected].

                                Dear Sir,

                                Regarding Order OD[protected], I ordered "xisom Pre filter housing complete set for r.o Solid Filter Cartridge (0.5, Pack of 10)" - Invoice amount Rs 340.

                                Since it was delivered late, I have no use of the product as my parents already left Bangalore, by the time product was delivered.

                                Since in this exception case, fault is from Flipkart's end that due to delayed delivery, product needs to be returned, I request to kindly arrange for return and refund me full amount Rs 340 as either Flipkart gift voucher OR in original mode of payment.

                                  Since 28th september, I have been following-up with Flipkart for replacement, till now no resolution is provided.
                                  Defective Hindware Calisto product from Order: OD[protected] was delivered to me as it is leaking water.

                                  [Incident: IN[protected]], [Incident: IN[protected]] & [Incident: IN[protected]] raised since 28th September, 2020 onwards. Till now no response and resolution has been provided.

                                  Requesting to urgently help to replace the product with good quality as per 10 days replacement policy, as my wife is pregnant and doctor advised to have safe drinking water

                                    We bought Aquaguard water filter from flipkart, it's delivered on 27th Sep. Upon receiving got dought about the product which we received and started to unbox the product. The outer pack was packed with flipkart packing tape and the inner box was already tampered and repacked, here it's something wrong i found as it should have original packing from eureka forbes which was missing. So I took some photos here and again opened the box in which user manual and all accessories was missing. As the items was missing, I thought to return the product without wasting time, I cancelled the installation request. After that struggling a lot return the product as it's displaying an error. Called to customer care support and there is no any further action till now.
