    I have received a jbl headphone from ekart today which is not ordered by me instead of the order bose bluetooth earphones. The actual amount was 1500 but instead they collected 1600 from me.         I have ordered track pants on flipkart. I have completed my payment online mode. My product deliverey date was 08 sep 20. Till now i have not received my order. When i contacted flipkart representative they told me that my delivery will be done after 12 september. Why should i suffer for their fault. Request to guide for next step which should i taken against flipkart.

          I have purchased the onida 1.5 ton 3 star split dual inverter ac - white item on 7th aug 2020 through flipkart. I have paid the amount 25499 to flipkart.

          I have not received the my item yet. I have raised the lot of queries and called multiple times to filpkart, but there are not responding properly and also not cancelling the my item.

          I have requested if not deliver the item, in that case cancel the item, but there are not cancelling the item or delivering the item.

            My order is od[protected]. First off all seller send me wrong product with wrong serial number and when youer team arrange a technician visit and he confirm that i received old product then seller reject my replacement request then again i raise a new replacement request and at this time when seller ship my replacement i download new invoice and check the imei number given in invoice to apple offical site and also do screen recording as a proof and send it to flipkart before replacement and told them that seller again doing same thing and flipkart says please accept replacement and when i get replacement i unbox the product in front of delivery boy and he also said that invoice number is diffrent and now flipkart close my complaint by not even making any type of comunication with me and acc to flipkart the reason of closing this complaint is my conversation with them which is never happend. Flipkart is a cheater company

            i reopened my complaint 1 hour ago but flipkart again mark it resolved without giving any reason, please check this image and imei number with apple and it is not valid this means flipkart selling fake product.

            Complaint is not resolved they misleading me and they said go to apple care centre and create a jobsheet and when i go there apple service center representative said your product is old and first generation so we can not generation jobsheet and if you still want a jobsheet you need to pay 1200 rs. And now I'm going to court because i guess flipkart is also with seller in this fraud because i was aware them before delivery.

                I have purchased fan on 21 aug. Order id - od[protected].
                After delivery fan has some technical issues and i returned the fan return id -[protected].
                By mistake return and replacement selected and new order booked from flip kart. I canceled the order on call and said for refund. I received a msg like-"refund unsuccessful: the refund of rs. 2850.0 could not be completed based on the bank account details shared by you. Please update your bank account details by clicking here http://fkrt.it/sv2eyRuuuN. the refund will be credited to your account within 1 business day once you've updated the details."
                When i clicked on link it shows some thing wend wrong please try again.
                10 times i called to customer care and i did not received refund as account detail all ready updated.

                  I have order my product on 6th august, the promised date for the product to be delivered is on september 8 but the product hasn’t been delivered yet. I will not wait for one more day to get the product delivered as you already took more than a month.

                  When i called customer service for 3-5 times they told me that their team will reach out to me on september 16. Am i a joke to them??
                  Why will i even wait after i have patiently waited for a month???

                  They are setting up false expectations, i believe they do not have any idea to deliver the product.

                  I want this to be cancelled and refund my money back as i do not have the option to cancel or they should deliver my product either today or tomorrow.

                        I booked flight tickets from flipkart travel but it’s cancelled by the airline due to covid restrictions during lock down. As i contacted to indigo airlines they said they have already return the money to flip kart

                        But flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by airline to them. Flipkart customer executives are always saying indigo will refund my money but how?? I did not book through indigo. I contacted to flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of flipkart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives. For big company like flipkart its not suit for this kind of behaviour.

                          Hi sir, ma'am,

                          I have ordered a himalaya neem purifying facewash from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 238 on 1 of september 2020. Because of address change issue cancelled product. On 1 sep of september 2020, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to bank account on 4th september"

                          I waited till 4th of september but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to state bank of india customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com.

                          Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the refund. On that they said i have done the payment through net banking not through credit or debit card. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                          I again called to state bank of india customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but sbi bank guys were unable to see any details using that number. They said me to contact to flipkart.com.

                          I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                          Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

                              On 19/08/20 i booked air ticket through flipkart with booking id ff[protected]. My flight is cancelled by airlines, i informed flipkart customer support about the issue.
                              Flipkart people informed me flight is cancelled so you can cancel booking and we will refund the payment. I purchased ticket for inr 79808, they refunded inr 77039.
                              I informed the issues to customer support and nodal officer, flight is cancelled by airlines so make full refund. Even though many reminders they are not responding properly.
                              For this travel i made lot arrangements and spend lot of money,
                              Please do the needful to refund my payments.
                              Other than ticket i spent lot of money for this travel,

                                  Hi,
                                  I have ordered an item with order no od[protected]. The item was scheduled to be delivered on 6th sep 2020 and have reached the nearest hub on 5th sep 2020 but delivery hasn't been initiated still.
                                  There is no way to contact the delivery partner or the nearest hub to get updates about the product neither are the customer support personals able to do anything.
                                  I need my product to be delivered and also want contact number of delivery hub.

                                      I have made many attempts calling customer service to register my complaint regarding missing item in my order od[protected] which is docare bras total number of item 3 but i got only one combo of black and pink. The docare minimizer bra white color is missing. I got this packet delivered on 6th sept. Packet is intact and sealed but the seller missed to pack the three bras together. The missing item is of 137 rs. I filed the refund request under missing product category but nothing happened till now. It more that two day now i am struggling with the complaint. No response from customer care regarding this missing items.
                                      Kindly resolve the issue asap.
