I have ordered honor band 5 with rs. 2199 and process a refund request via chat.
They confirmed me that i will got my refund amount after successful pick up in my bank account where i have got previous two successful refund in my previous two orders.
But when they processed my refund request i find they provided improper a/c details of *154 instead of proper *115 my proper account.
When i called 3 times and chat 2 times they told me modification of account number before refund can not be done.
I need to wait 24hrs.
If refund failed then my a/c details will be updated.
Without my fault why should i suffer.
I think flipkart is cheating me.
Kindly investigate the matter.
I am providing screen shots of my previous refund and now wrong account refund status by them.
Also chats screen shot is attached.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
After giving 2 successful refund in my bank account this time flipkart representative provide wrong account number for my refund.
Please do this urgently in my proper bank account ending with 115.I am calling call center more than 5 times but they telling me to wait 24hrs for last 3 days.I am frustrated by this matter.
Please refund my amount.
I am proving screen shots of previous refund in proper bank account and now mistake for account number by them.

    I have order one future generation v group wooden wall shelf vide order id od[protected] for rs. 902 on 25th july, 2020. The order was delivered on 4th august 2020. But product delivered was a wooden spoon photo of the product delivered is attached. I requested for return of wrong delivered product on 4th august 2020. But on 7th august 2020, it is informed that my request for replacement was rejected. Please arrange for refund of 902 rupees or replacement of product with the one which i have ordered

      Even though they are in stock and i did not have any product in cart. It is not letting me buy the item. Please fix the problem. I have bought many products from flipkart but this is the first time this is happening. Also i did not buy any products in this sale. I am enclosing a video please do the needful.

        Item missing so i raise replacement product not deliver in days. After 16 days order cancelled by flipkart. I got call from flipkart on 7th aug in morning she told we are cancelling your replacement i asked why you cancelled my order after wait 16 days. But she disconnect my call. I send same issue in twitter and mail also sent to flipkart team but they are not given any solution. I have all screen short from starting to till now how many date they given.
        I have upload call recording also.

        I got refund mail but still no refund.

          I have to buy the laptop asus rog strix g i7 9th gen it was out of stock before 6th august and from 6th august to 9th august its big saving days sale on flipkart i thought i wluld buy it on 6th bcoz its a sale and it will be coming back in stock bcoz it was in stock during 23-27 june (Big saving days) but i was disappointed it didnt come in stock and im now still waiting for stock flipkart bring it back im waiting. At least dont lower the price but bring it back at any cost

            Hello there

            I received a sms and email through flipkart company today that rs. 9999/-my refund amount of tv is cancelled. But my tv is pickup before 7 days means 1aug 2020. Then i call to flipkart customer care but he says that your refund amount of tv is initiated by the seller today. Then i upto date my passbook but no amount will be credited in my bank account by the company is really a criminal act and cheated customer. I want my money back. Don't dare again do this

              This is my order number of flipkart

              I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected
              The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

              This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

              Please take this back all and refund my money back

              And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

              I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

              And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation

              I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

              I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account...               This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

              Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide 

              Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

                    I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator with flipkart with exchange of old one. When the delivery personal came they refused exchange though the refrigerator is in very well working condition with no dent or scratches. Flipkart saying if there is some dust or scratch marks then it's not exchangeable. Now what they are asking is what you get in fairly new fridge, who exchanges new fridge?

                        With due regards i would like to tell that flipkart has been blocked my account because i cancelled 5 products recently from my end and i cancelled them because one seller cheated me (I ordered 12 artificial plants, on box it was mention 7 but in real they were 3 which i got, so, i cancelled rest 5 undelivered products of same seller for no further fraud) i was complaining about this to customer service and flipkart team blocked my account when i was on call.

                        I really don’t understand
                        Seller cheated me in 4 products of inr around 1250 and i was complaining about it to customer service but at the end my account got blocked just because i saved myself from further fraud on 5 products.

                        Ps i have many prepaid products which need to deliver at my home in my order list plus i have around 2000 super coins which value around 4000 inr.

                        It is my humble request if you activate my account again and deliver my rest products at my home because i already paid for them.

                        Seller cheated me for INR 1265.00 and when i asked customer care executive for refund. He was processing it and when he processed my account got blocked. What is my mistake in that?
                        Tell me one thing if a seller cheat or product is faulty are we customers allowed for cancellation or refund or not, if not, kindly remove refund, replacement and cancellation policy. Many problems will solve by this. Customers will be at their own risk if they buy anything from Flipkart.

                        Ps My mistakes
                        1. I ordered bulk quantity from flipkart
                        2. I order 12 units of artificial plants from seller
                        3. I tried to complaint about seller fraud
                        4. I cancelled 5 artificial plants just to save myself from same seller fraud in future
                        5. I asked Flipkart customer executive to file a complaint and process refund.

                        Hence my account got blocked :)
                        It was 8 years old account and I can’t believe it was blocked after receiving fraudulent activity from seller.

                        Ps one more thing if you guys want to block my account your wish as I can’t interrupt or beg you guys. But for sure you will be losing a asset for your Flipkart.

                        Just check my order history and amount of products all 8 years or just this year or any year.

                        If my account not recover i will shift to some other app but i wont download Flipkart again.
                        If my account recover i will be glad and continue shopping.

                        With due regards i would like to tell you that recently i order so many unit of products and one product of artificial plant products of 16 units in total and from a single seller names as “crobat” in total 12 units.
                        Crobat delivered me on 07.08.2020 “7” units as i could see on bills on boxes but inside it was only 3 units and 4 units were missing.
                        Crobat packed it in three boxes of 3, 3, 1 units but all three boxes were big enough for only one unit of artificial plants.
                        So i cancelled rest 5 undelivered artificial plants product of same seller for no more frauds by seller.
                        After this i called customer care of flipkart and he was processing refund and guess what my account log off automatically and it says it’s blocked now. So executive processed refund request and instantly flipkart system blocked my account automatically. Unbelievable.

                        It is my humble request kindly refund this amount and take strict action against this seller “crobat”. And if you can please unblock my account.

                        Losing me will affect flipkart more then me. It will effect me only former fraud by seller 599.00, recent fraud by seller 1245.00 and 2000 supercoins which cost around 4000.00, so, in total around 6k but please look at my order history. Rest your wish.

                        With due regards i would like to say to you that

                        1. I have around 2500 supercoins in my flipkart account which cost me inr 5000.00
                        2. Pending orders of around 10000.00 need to deliver at my home which i ordered on 6th and 7th aug 2020.
                        3. My previously bought product’s invoices which have warranty of over 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 years. Which i can get only if account is active. This is most important.
                        4. Fraud happened with me recently of 1265.00 and last month 599.00. No resolution so far.

                        Note: flipkart blocked my account because it detect high numbers of returns. Last month i ordered 84 products and return was 3 products. Recently i ordered 64 products and cancelled were 5 products because just same seller cheated me over 4 products out of 7 and inr 1265.00 and it was act of self defence against fraud.

                        Let me tell you incident in detail:

                        I would like to tell that flipkart has been blocked my account because i cancelled 5 products recently from my end and i cancelled them because one seller cheated me (I ordered 12 artificial plants, on box it was mention 7 but in real they were 3 which i got, so, i cancelled rest 5 undelivered products of same seller for no further fraud) i was complaining about this to customer service and flipkart team blocked my account when i was on call.

                        I really don’t understand
                        Seller cheated me in 4 products of inr around 1265 and i was complaining about it to customer service but at the end my account got blocked just because i saved myself from further fraud on 5 products.

                        Ps i have many prepaid products which need to deliver at my home in my order list plus i have around 2500 super coins which value around 5000 inr.

                        It is my humble request if you activate my account again and deliver my rest products at my home because i already paid for them. Moreover, i want invoices of my products which i bought like ac and mobile.

                              I have received a wrong product on flipkart for a order voltas 1 ton ac. I have received right product for indoor unit but not for outdoor unit. Flipkart is not responding how many times we are reaching them. That have blocked my account and rejected the return request. I have already raised a complaint in this portal but it was marked as resolved without my confirmation. Please help me here in this case.

                              Flipkart is saying same thing that they will get back to us since last 4 days, but there is no proper response. I have been flipkart customer since last 6 yrs but I've never faced this kind of issue. In next 5 days even return period of the product will gets completed. So please escalate this.

                                My below complaint case regarding n95 masks is closed without any resolution. They just marked it as solved. This is really suicidal for flipkart and only harm flipkart. With such unprofessional attitude and unethical practices how flipkart will survive? Flipkart will always remain a local company without any business ethics that can never ever match the higher standard same as amazon. I also had one issue with amazon but they solved it even before becoming an issue in only one chat. Why should we order on flipkart henceforth? With my ongoing issue and after going through so many cases on this portal i am wondering why did i place even a single order to such a unprofessional company without any business ethics... Sorry amazon bye bye. I am not so stupid that i will ever order anything on flipkart. Mark my words you will not survive with this attitude.

                                  Flipkart blocked my account without any reason i am calling their customer service from last 20 days but they were not able to resolve my problem and now they told me that you can't access your account anymore it is not possible to unblock account once its block... I am flipkart user from many years and purchase all my required stuff from there and have build a good reputation as they also given me limit of rs.5000 for pay later option.. If you cant unblock my account atleast tell me the exact reason otherwise unblock my account asap...

                                      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                                      I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.
