I dont know how many times flipkart saw this kind of complaints, as i came to know alot of these happened to many customers in 2020. I am a loyal flipkart customer for more than 6 years and i am using a single account till this year. The problem came when i recently ordered a smartphone for my friend. It was a different address than my usual address.. After the product shipped suddenly it got cancelled saying the product is out of stock.. I informed my friend about this.. That day evening when i opened fk app it show login page.. And when i tried to access my account it says "this account has been blocked. Please contact customer care". No emails or sms of account block came. So i sent them mail and they replied.. I'll attach the reply below..in that mail they are saying considering my purchase trend they think that i booked that phone for resale purpose and my acc will be blocked. I replied them i am sorry, i dont know about their rules regulation, etc (I'll attach that also).. But after that for every mail i sent they sent reply of that same mail they first sent.. Like computer generated mails.. Whenever i express my feeling towards block they only sent this computer generated mail.. I am typing all this only to consider my voice.. I am not arguing about this.. I only want my account to be unblocked.. I dont whether this block is lifelong or not.. But dear flipkart. Just think about my situation.. You just blocked my account that i have been using for more than 6 years.. I've got 800 supercoins in it, i've got 7, 000 paylater in it.. I am a regular user of flipkart.. I've spent lacks through flipkart. And as i've said i have only one mobile number and flipkart account linked to it.. So i cant use flipkart in any manner,. Flipkart is an awesome platform to buy things and i really miss flipkart.. If you guys are seeing this please unblock my account. I accept if any fualt happened from my side.. You guys already know 90% of customers dont read rules and regulatons.. We are unaware of these situations.. All i'm saying is give me a second chance as i swear i will only book items for myself only.. You can check my account if i done any fraudlent activity till 2020.. I'm ready to pay if any charge/fine is needed to pay for account unblocking. So far 2020 is my worst year, so please not this also.. I hope you guys will take an action on this issue asap.. Thank you..

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Updated by jawad koroth Everytime flipkart tell this same thing again and again..most probably system generated..i dont know whether its because of this corona scenes like low availability of customer support or something..but i'm just tired of this message reading again and again..atleast tell me whether this block is lifetime or for temporary.. Please
