I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... We are living democratic country we are those people who vote and elected higher post minister... So what will do that flipkaart has to know... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

    Hi,

    I have ordered asus vivobook -34990 rupees order on 24th july which is very urgent for my work and i have waited 2 weeks hoping to get the order and after 2 weeks waiting i got nothing but waste of time and now that laptop is not even in stock and that too i ordered laptop during offer time, now prices are high.

    When i contacted customer care and asked for explanation they cut my call in middle. They have not provided proper explanation why product cancelled one day after saying product just a day before deliver and how they cancelled product that's already shipped.

    Kindly resolve the issue.

          I have received wrong product on flipkart and after returning the order they have cancelled the return and they blocked my account

          I have ordered VOLTAS 1 ton air conditioner but I have received correct indoor unit but not outdoor unit as you can see in the pictures attached. It had been verified by Voltas agent who came for installation. I have raised a return request after consulting with flipkart agent . Later that seller has cancelled my return request and flipkart has blocked my account. Flipkart has even took my Adhaar card and PAN card details without any reason. Customer support is not responding and not able to help even after calling them for 7 times.
          This will only harm to Flipkart

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased oppo f11 pro last year in may with buy back guarantee scheme. Buyback scheme was valid till 10 may 2020 but due to this covid situation buyback was disabled for that period and that was the reason my buyback period was extended upto 7 august 2020.
              Further on 28th july i purchased iqoo 3 mobile handset using buyback sceme but due to arrogant behaviour of delivery person, he didnot handover the product. I have made several complain to flipkart but even after a significant time period, i could not get a reasonable solution resulting i requested to cancel the order and it was finally cancelled.
              Again today i was trying to purchase a new iqoo 3 mobile phone using my buyback scheme. This offer is shown in my profile but while applying buyback offer it is showing error-
              "sorry! Abb is not enabled in this account"
              And due to this reason i could not purchase again. I again tried to contact flipkart but after giving my 2 and half hour i got a solution that your problem has been escalated to our team and it would be resolved till 11 august.
              I, therefore, request you to solve this issue as early as possible. My buyback offer validity is going to expire on 7 august and i want to purchase a new mobile in this offer period for further discount.
              Since i am totally disturbed by the level of support being provided by flipkart. I am really feeling helpless. Every time customer support executives are saying that they can only generate complain. But if complain is generated, why it is not attended properly. I want to purchase a product for which i am paying its price and that is motive of your website. But in this case you people are indirectly denying me to purchase. Is this the way you want to treat your customer. I am really fed up with continuously complaining. Hope this time i would get positive response as early.

              Original buyback period was upto 9th may 2020 which was further extended by flipkart for next 3 months upto 7th august due to this covid condition.

                Flipkart blocked my no. And email. And my flipkart i'd because i return and ask for replacement of two spykar shirts due to size issue!
                They blocked me.. And never heard my side!
                The customer care is not help full too!
                I had 1000 as gift card in it! And 100 coins at that time. At that time extra coins too!
                They are not helping me out! Regarding this! They blocked my email too!
                If a customer can't replace or get refund? What is the flipkart policy of refund and replacement of 30 days? All are just bull #?

                            Sir, on 10 jul 20, i have placed an order for arrens as07a51 6 cell laptop battery but received nova laptop battery with defect on 20 jul 20. As, it's a different and defective item, i asked to replace it. When delivery person came with original item (Arrens battery), he ignored to replace because he was coming with arrens and i was returning him nova. I told that it was default of flipcart that delivered me nova in lieu of arrens. When i talked to their customer care i was told that your amount will be refunded within 3 days and letter on ignored for the same.

                              I had order 2 qty oil but i didn't knew i would get product in damage condition the oil was leaked totally due to poor packing and no safety inside the box two containers given in small box and it was tightly pack due to collision with each other all the oil was collide each other and it was leaked inside the box this happen due to poor packing not shipping department... Because in transportation all the box are not taking care they are in fast movement to deliver the parcel as early as possible no resolution get from flipkart after esclating to them so i m esclating this matter consumer complaint board of india and all forums that i should get justice and resolution of my money please refund my money back immediately

                                This my friend order number which we are raising complaint against flipkart for not helping to him after raising the complaint to flipkart

                                I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

                                But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

                                Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

                                The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

                                The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

                                It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

                                I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

                                    I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

                                      I had asked for a refund and its been like a week a product is not picked up, everytime i got a message i use to call that pick up boy, he said he will pick but never came, very bad services, plus if i try contacting customer care i cant because it has a old number which i lost, i cant update the same because it ask for both OTP .the oder ID was this OD[protected]

                                      Ok agreed but this is where your customer services are lacking, I said i have registered an old number and its lost and to change it you are asking both OTP's how is it possible?buck up

                                        I have already registered a complaint regarding the cancellation of my poco m2 pro.flipkart provided me with the information that the seller cancelled the order its only because of their courier partner how many times i contact with flipkart they ensured me delivery by 8 august .what a disgrace please ask the seller to deliver my order please .i am ready to take it from the hub itself they don't have to deliver at my address.vision star was the seller.cant you say it early it can't be delivered at my address .i am totally fed up.i was a flipkart customer since 2014 .it was a very good company which they help the customers now what they are doing they can't do anything it was cancelled by the seller and they are asking for my feedback.if this issue is not resolved i don't use flipkart anymore
