I have made account last year with a mobile number 885699xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.
The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    Delivery delay

    As like many of others i ordered pocco x2 and didnt get the delivery yet.
    By looking the numbers of complaint against the seller, that's clear, truenet is doing fraud and scamming to consumers...

    I ordered this product from flipkart on 26/05/2020, order id:-od[protected] and i got delivery on 04.06.2020 after delivery, i received one sms for installation of ac on 06.06.2020 and charges for installation is ₹1599 plus additional accessories charges, while at the time of purchase it was clearly mentioned in applications that installation is free. But on 06.06.2020 i failed to receive the call of technician which came for installation but immediately within 10mints i contacted customer support who assured me that today installation will be done. But when after 2 hours again i called to customer support service they said mam it is to late, we will reschedule your installation for tomorrow, then on 07.06.2020 again i started contacting with customer support and technician at least i contacted 5 times from 10 am to 8 pm and after every call the technician was assuring me that he will come within 1 hour but at 8 o clock when i called him he said it is not possible to come now... I will come tomorrow and again i received one sms from customer support that your installation is rescheduled... Because the person is coming for installation i didn't go out for my important work and again on sunday i was waiting for him full day with regular follow up and he is just making bme fool that i will come within one hour it completely wasted my two days with mental stress. Is this how the customer support service is working in today's ecommerce, the thing which should complete in one day don't even completed in 5days.

        This is shashikanth, i am tried to get in touch with you onto discuss the issue about your lloyd 1.5 ton 5 star split inverter ac with pm 2.5 filter - white with order id od[protected] but couldn't get any proper response till date.

        Till now more than 7 incidents were raised but no action taken, and 5 technical visits arranged and cancelled on their own and they're talking very rudely. Forgot about my efforts talking with your customer service people.

        Every time i call customer care they keep on posting the date of resolution.

        I request please fix my issue within 24 hrs or at earliest possible.

            Respected sir,
            I am a flipkart plus member with 642 plus member points in my account.

            I purchased many products with flipkart, but last time the readymade shirts and jeans pent experience was not good, as i received a different products.

            So that i put the return request to flipkart for refund.

            But flipkart blocked my, flipkart account, due to return of the products.

            As the products was not same as in order, so i return them.

            Please check my previous orders and shopping with the flipkart. As these returns are very small.

            As a plus member with 642 points, i requested the flipkart please unblock my flipkart account, so that i can shop and order more in future.

              I ordered a motorola phone from flipkart in sep 2019. I was eligible for 5% cashback when paid for the order using my hdfc debit card while till now i haven't received any cashback.

              When i tried contacting flipkart, they are saying this offer was from bank and i should contact my bank for that and gave me an email id: dcoffer. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have dropped a mail on this email id 15 days back and no one is reverting.

              Now i am struck between the bank and flipkart and no one is helping.

              Kindly look into this matter.

                order confirmation issue by flipkart (payment made but order not confirmed)

                I had placed a order on flipkart and made payment of rs. 1057 towards it & amount was deducted from my bank account but still my order is not confirmed by flipkart. I request them to please confirm the order or cancel the order asap so that i can place a new order if it gets cancelled.

                  I ordered a sonata gents watch nh77031ym01cj worth rs 1225/-, but the item which is delivered is a sonata ladies watch 87020ym01 worth rs 799/-. When i requested return, it was showing that flipkart will contact me within 72 hours but i didn't get a call and now it is showing that return rejected as issue resolved.

                        Sir/madam,. I ordered a foster drill machine after that i changed my mind for another one so on time i requested to return it and then flipkart customer care mail me to attach aadhar card photo and mailed them back but after that they rejected my complaint of return so i request you to take action against them as soon as possible thanking you.

                            I have ordered motorola one vision (Sapphire gradient, 128 gb) (4 gb ram) as on 29 may and flipkart delivery promise date was 2 june but yet i have not received my product as per flipkart i will get my product by 3rd june and after that they give me 8th june and today they confirmed same product will delivery by 11 june... I make payment via credit card.. Such a fraud company.. From 2nd june order in my location near hub showing and not yet delivered..

                                I have placed a return request for a laptop on 26-5-20. It got delivered on 25-5-20. So i haven't got any calls till now. Its been 11 days since my request. So i checked with the customer service executive over a chat. She told me that my request is on hold because it is showing not delivered in flipkart portal. She told me to check with courier service. So i went there and checked, they told me that it is updated in their system as delivered. Till now i haven't got any updates from flipkart side regarding my return, it's been more than 12 days
                                I want this to be sorted out asap

However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Lenovo Ideapad S145 Ryzen 5 Quad Core - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) S145-15API Thin and Light Laptop. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 09 Jun 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.

                                    I ordered poco x2 it's a gift for my loved ones, you said it will be delivered in 1 day but after 2days there is no proper reason customer support have, even in this situation bangalore is fully functional but still i didn't able to get my product, you ruined somebody's birthday and now you don't exactly know when my product will be delivered, what is this??? Very disappointed with your delivery service.
