    On 19/03/2020 i did an e-com purchase through flipkart.com of amount 13100rs but unfortunately due to some issues my order got cancelled and the flipkart team did a refund of 13100rs on 20/03/2020 and they mentioned that my refund will be credited by 30/03/2020 but it's been more than 15 days and still there's no refund of 13100rs credited to my account! I tried contacting them and for that they told me they have already issued a refund of my total amount and they have even provided me refrence number or payment transaction number which i'll mention below so now this is the issue which should be handled by the indian bank. So kindly take a look into my issue and resolve my issue as soon as possible as i'm in urgent need of money because as we all know the current situation of covid-19 this money will be helpful to me.

        I ordered for a u. S. Polo assn. Hague sneakers for men from flipkart on 23rd march 2020.

        On wednesday 1st april 2020 they messaged me that the order was cancelled due to the nation wide lockdown. They said that refund accepted and will be added by 9th april 2020. Untill now i haven't received my refund and none of them from flipkart are responding.

              Sir i ordered an cream fair and lovely i got that cream on 23 march 2020 but the expiry date on cream is 2020 but when i ordered the cream it was showing 2021 as expiry and the product has mrp of 169 i have order 2 cream so the amount is 169*2=338 and delivery charge is 30 rs but the they have charged me 485 for the product
              So the main complain is 1. The product is expiry and taken money higher then the mrp+delivery charge,
              I have asked the customer acre also but they are not solving my problem kindly help me regarding this. I am attaching the screen shot of the cream i have received with date of expiry and screen shot of the app page where it is mentioned regarding the expiry of product my mobile number is [protected]

                This is for order id od[protected]. Refund was supposed to be credited by 8th april 2020 but still not received. Checked with bank via physically visiting the branch but as per them no refund has initiated by any one for my credit card. The amount is around rs 29000. I had to cancel it because of covid-19 only. Please help.

                Order was cancelled on 29 th april.

                Also i can lots of complaint related to the refund here. Is this your general problem due to covid. Not sure if there were these much complain related to the refund in earlier days.

                    On 20th march i was purchase a "safari mosaic check-in luggage - 26 inch" via flipkart and i have done payment 2299 inr rupee through my sbi dabit card, but due to covid-19 they canceled my order. And said that i will get my money back by 10 april.
                    I waited till 10 april but i didn't get any money back,
                    And then i talked to the flipkart agent on 12 april but he said that my amount has been transferred to my account. And said that we should contact to our sbi branch, but due to covin-19 i'm unable to contact.

                          Sir,

                          I was ordered a huami amazfit gts smartwatch (Grey strap regular) for rs.9, 999/- on 08.03.2020 with order number od[protected] by online debit card emi from my sbi account... On the same day i was cancelled the order due to mistakely i was ordered grey strap color which is i want to black color. After that, the flipkart merchant was accepted my cancellation duly "refund completed refund id:[protected]
                          ₹9999.0 as refund will be added to your credit card by mar 19. For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number in[protected]."

                          But, the amount was not credit to the same account till to now...

                          In this period the bank was charged the emi amount for rs.9, 999/- with 12 months period and the first month emi amount was deducted from saving account rs.906/- on 08.04.2020.

                          Further, i was contacted to the flipkart customer care centre so many times to refund my money and also attached my proof of my documents, simply they said as your refund was completed like "the refund of rs 9999.0 for your order has been completed by the seller and should have been credited to your account by 19 march 2020. The reference number for this refund is in[protected]."

                          So please persue the matter above, which i am sufferring with the merchant flipkart and the bank... I am also complained to the bank through website complaint two times recently. But the covid-19 has came and no body resolving my problem.

                          So i am complaining finally to your consumer complaints (Indian consumer complaints forum) as i am hope to resolve the same which was deducted my money and not refunded by flipkart merchant.

                          And also i am herewith attached the proof of documents from online screen shorts for ready reference please.

                          this is last final warning, if not credited my refund money Rs.9, 999/- otherwise I will give the complaint by court case on flipkart and seller

                          still my problem is pending, the flipkart is not resolved my problem...…………… about the refund my money...…… pl take action against the flipkart sir and arrange to refund my money I am suffering very much and loss of money

                            Joined flipkart affiliate program on 01/04/2017 and had sale for 120078 ₹ on around march 2019 for affiliate fee of 4, 803 ₹. My payment method was gift voucher & my account was also verified but i never received any payment in form of gift voucher. I several times reached flipkart affiliate through contact section of account but never received any reply then complained on [protected]@flipkart.com & again did not received any reply. I didn't had any option so i contacted [protected]@flipkart.com they asked me to contact [protected]@flipkart.com which i already did. Kindly credit my approved due payment.
                            I am eligible for payment through gift card according to flipkart policy threshold is atleast 2500₹ for gc & my due amount is for 4803₹.

                            I did it hundred of times but no response whatsoever.

                            I am eligible for payment through gift card according to flipkart policy threshold is atleast 2500₹ for gc & my due amount is for 4803₹.                               Flipkart blocked my account but i have 522 rupees in my flipkart account and they are not refunding it...

                              Every time i contact their support,
                              Executives register my complain... And after 2 - 3 days they just send me a mail saying that "your request is cancelled and you can't login your flipkart account"

                              I said to costumer executive that... Don't unblock my account, just refund me my money... But again, they sent me the same email..

                              Big or small... But amount is amount

                              I want my money back... That's it

                                That is my hard earned money.I had to do a lot of shopping before I recieved that gift card.
                                I havent even recieved a confirmation mail from flipkart stating the reason of them blocking my account.
                                I tried calling their customer care but nobody answers.

                                  I am attacking below all the conversation happened between me & flipkart team.
                                  As you can see they are not willing to take my order return having Order ID
                                  OD[protected] as the product received by me was shop soiled & not up
                                  to my expectations which I had placed the return request on 1 April 2020 that is before my account getting blocked. Also the flipkart team hasn't warned me before blocking my account, so this is unfair activity against an old customer. I urge you kindly look in this matter. Also unblock my account since i am old customer .

                                  OD[protected] as the product received by me was shop soiled & not up
                                  to my expectations which I had placed the return request on 1 April 2020 that is before my account getting blocked. Also the flipkart team hasn't warned me before blocking my account, so this is unfair activity against an old customer. I urge you kindly look in this matter. Also unblock my account since i am old customer .

                                    Hi, this is Subhasish Ghosh, my order got automatically cancelled, they are telling the refund will be made within 10/04/2020, however till date I do not see any amount refunded to my account. Previously also I have seen that Flipkart does not refund and cheating it's customers. I want to know when I'll get the refund.

                                    Continuously the support team is sending message that the issue is resolved, but I still see the issue is not resolved, they are harassing me and bounding me to tell that the issue is resolved.

                                        we r not received any refund until

                                        I have recently ordered a phone named poco x2 total costs 19999 on 23rd of march. I had cancelled it on 23rd of march because of lockdown and i can't wait too much and flipkart showed me 1st of april as final date to reflect money in my account but it is not credited today on 10th april.
