[Resolved] Flipkart — bad coordination in order delivery and the worst customer service | |
I ordered a moto x4 smartphone with the exchange offer on my moto xplay, i was a getting a total discount of rs. 6170/- on the flipkart app which had run all the tests and registered the information. But when the delivery guy came to my house, the imei number somehow didn't match with his data. This is messed up and they are cheating me. The guy returned without giving me the phone. I called the customer care and they took 2 whole days to resolve the matter and told me i had to re-order the phone. Now i'm getting a discount of rs. 3170/- only... They did all this only to reduce my discount! Lenovo made a huge mistake by selling moto x 4 as a flipkart exclusive... Their online market is gonna crash! Was this information helpful? | |
