[Resolved] Flipkart — bad experience with flipkart big billion days :- ( | |||||
I have ordered mi note 5 pro 6gb/64 gb black during big billion days. After Exchanging lenova p1m and hdfc instant cashback offer, i got It for 12149/-. Mobile delivered today (10/13) and passed my exchange phone. After 10 to 15 mins validation of exchange phone, delivery person has given New phone and left my apartment. After 2 hrs, delivery person called me and Told me that exchange phone having scratch on screen and you need to pay 1500 now, but i didn't agree for that. He came and collected the new phone And give the exchange phone back, which was not in original condition. My Exchange phone was having tempered glass, he ripped and returned back. He Didn't give any receipt while collecting new phone back. I am note sure What type of service flipkart providing. While complaining, they are changing the ticket sla ano resolution yet :- ( Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered a 32 GB samsung memory card to amounting of 500 rupees to the payment mode of through phone pay. My 500 rupees withdrwal in to my bank account. But i could not get any information about this order. In my phone i donot see my order in my flipkart id.
