Flipkart — Bad service and delay in delivery | |||
I am highly disappointed with the services provided by you . Not just once but many times this has happened in the last 15 days and you expect a happy customer. Firstly, I had ordered for a "Janasya Chiffon Saree" which was supposed to have been delivered on 19th October. When I contacted your customer care service I was informed that the product was cancelled without raising any request. Later, on probing for more information I was told that the shipment was lost and was asked to manually update with the delivery center. Finally, the product reached on 29th which is 10 days after the actual date which I had to cancel since I ordered the same from amazon. I still did not raise any complaint but a similar case again happened - I had ordered for a mobile case cover which had to be deliveredby 22nd October. I called the customer care and updated my address some 4-5 times and still the delivery went to the old wrong address. Even after updating the address again and again, I get a reply to cancel the order and rebook it.And now I get a message saying that my order has been cancelled. This is an extremely disappointed service from your side and if this is the case I doubt buying any products from your site and might as well tell my friends relatives about your poor service.
