[Resolved] Flipkart — bajaj tc 2007 tower air cooler | |||||
Very disappointing experience. I ordered bajaj tc 2007 tower air cooler from flipkart. But unfortunately the product delivered to me was damaged. So i requested replacement for the same. Unfortunately product sent by the omni tech seller was a totally different product. Therefore i rejected the product and did not accept the delivery. Further i contacted the flipkart and explain the issue but they replied that seller is unable to fulfill the replacement request because they do not have the bajaj Cooler in stock. How can i accept the completely different product??? Therefore i requested the refund but still i'm not getting any fair response from flipkart and the damaged product is laying as it is with me. So i want flipkart should arrange pick up of damaged product and refund my amount as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
