[Resolved] Flipkart — Balance deducted from Paytm Wallet but order not placed | |
My order placed on Flipkart on 7th Oct was unsuccessful but balance got deducted from my Paytm wallet. Been more than 2 weeks, I have contacted Flipkart several times never got the resolution, every time they close the status as issue resolved . Whenever they call the ring goes for a second and gets disconnected and then SMS comes we tried contacting you The worst customer service, there was a lady who kept me on hold on call for several mins and never returned back Customer service is a joke. Oct 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue has been resolved, by contacting the customer service again this time they promised that i will get the resolution in 3 days.
Kudos to that i got the resolution and got the refund. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
