[Resolved] Flipkart — brand new haier washing machine | |||||
I had purchased a new haier washing machine from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and it was delivered on 13th october. However, a used product was delivered by flipkart as a new product and multiple replacement requests for the same were rejected without a valid reason being given. The product is not installed either by the company and is still lying in the box when it was delivered. I need a replacement with a new unused product by the company as was promised by flipkart when i ordered the product, or full refund of my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
