[Resolved] Flipkart — broken my phone touch by ekart logistics delivery man sumit | |||
I have ordered a VIVO V15 PRO with order no OD[protected] with exchange with my old VIVO V5 PLUS phone . today the delivery man via EKART LOGISTICS came when i was not at home and my mother give the phone on a packed box to delivery man andhe open my old phone from pack box and he packed the sameon box and decline the phone to exchange after he goes my mother take the box and keep it at almirah. after came to office at 04.30 pm i open the box and see that the phone sceen touch has been cracked . my mother said the delivery man check the phone by beating on hands and said their is choona inside and packed it. thE delivery man HAS BROKE MY PHONE TOUCH . I WANT TO CLAIM MY PHONE IN A GOOD CONDITION TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUMIT OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM Was this information helpful? | |||
